Two months have passed since Ale joined Jacob and the others, in that time she has helped in many quests as a support and rescue for the team and civilians. Jacob and the group have come to rely on her for her flight and eyes, she was able to successfully get Jacob to love her and accept her as a girlfriend like the other girls. They went on a nice date so Jacob could tell her and quickly she joined in on the kissing and cuddling when prompted. He does feel overwhelmed having five girlfriends who all want to hold and love him, but he is happy being with all of them as he falls asleep with all of them cuddling him.
Jacob returns to the white void, he looks around and sees Ron standing there smiling at him.
Ron: Hey man, how's it been?
Jacob: If I could touch you I'd smack that smile back to Texas.
Ron: Still sore from the first telepathy meet?
Jacob: You told me last second, I didn't get time to prepare, asshole!
Ron: I couldn't help it, I thought it'd be funny.
Jacob: I reiterate, ASS-HOLE.
Ron: Well I have some news you'll like. I think I finally got Marco.
Jacob: You mean you haven't talked to him since our talk?
Ron: No, but I think he's here and we could do the same thing to him.
Jacob: You're evil. I'm in.
They waited for what felt like hours, when slowly they saw Marco walking in from out of a fog, his stature bulky, his hair buzzed down to almost nonexistent and his right arm has been replaced with a prosthesis.
Marco: Ron, Jake?
Ron: Finally we get in contact with you.
Marco: Is this a dream?
Ron: Yes and no, you are asleep but we're really talking now.
Marco: Wow, you guys look like shit.
Jacob: Pot calling the kettle black there, what happened to your arm?
Marco: Some demon named Dogroth fought me a few days ago and I ended up overheating and burned my arm off just to kill him.
Ron: Damn, well you and I are prosthesis bros now.
Jacob: Wait a few days ago?
Marco: Yeah, second demon I've fought so far, and this guy was way stronger than the last one.
Ron: Uh oh.
Marco: What?
Jacob: I've only fought one demon and that was a few months ago, he was insanely strong and almost killed me.
Ron: I've only fought one as well.
Marco: I wouldn't be surprised if you've got your own demons coming your way.
Ron: We're gonna have to be on our toes.
Jacob: Yeah and if they're stronger than the first ones that has me worried. Wait, did the one you fight take a vial of liquid?
Marco: Yeah he did, after a few minutes of fighting evenly he drank something that looked like blood and began rocking my shit.
Ron: What is this vial, the demon I fought didn't drink anything from my knowledge.
Jacob: Apparently the vial has the blood of the demon king in it and when a demon drinks it their power grows dramatically, but if a human even gets a drop they turn into a mindless demon that can't be cured by anyone unless they are a god.
Marco: Holy shit.
Ron: Yeah, Jake we definitely gotta get stronger before we meet our demons.
Marco: He called himself a demon general so I think that's who's gonna be after both of you as well.
Ron: I wouldn't doubt it, Jake did say that the last ones who fought us were on a similar strength.
Jacob: We should get our teams stronger too.
Marco: Oh yeah teams, how's y'alls going?
Jacob: I just gained an avian princess.
Marco: That's cool.
Ron: Are you dating this one as well?
Jacob: Yeah.
Marco: Hey you're dating your teammates too that's cool.
Ron: Hold on Marc are you in a relationship with the girls on your team?
Marco: My team is only girls. I have an orc, goblin, two humans, and a human sized fairy.
Ron: Dang I'm the only one not getting love.
Marco: Aside from the avian and Phoebe, who else is on your team J?
Jacob: A forest elf, a beastman and an oni.
Marco: A beastman that's cool. I met a male one not long ago. Poor guy was starving and clearly beaten. I gave him food and we took him back to his people's land so he'd be safe.
Jacob: Yeah regular people see beastmen as animals and less than dirt.
Marco: I got that feeling when I helped him. He never made eye contact with me or my team. My fighters stayed far away from him not wanting anything to do with him.
Jacob: I'd recommend that they not have an attitude with Roxy, I'm very protective of her.
Marco: Don't worry, I'll make sure they treat both of your teams with respect.
Jacob: Thank you. You okay Ron?
Ron: Man I'm with beautiful women too but I feel lonely.
Marco: Just ask your girls out. I'm sure at least one wants to date you.
Ron: You don't know my teammates.
Jacob: Not yet.
Marco: I'm excited, I'm sure we're gonna be meeting soon.
Jacob: Really we've only been on our journey less than a year.
Ron: Well since I was able to connect with both of you I think the paths are starting to merge. How long until we meet could be anywhere from four months to six months.
Marco: Probably around five to ten towns and villages left.
Jacob: Man that's crazy.
Marco: Yeah and I bet all of us have gotten incredibly strong since we got here, and our scars clearly show it.
Ron & Jacob: Yeah.
Ron: Oh, yeah okay. It's time guys Lisa needs her rest, I'll get in contact with both of you soon.
Jacob: Alright I'll see y'all later.
Marco: See you later guys.
Ron: Oh Marco I should tell you something, you might feel a prick in your head when we end the communication.
Jacob: Have fun with that.
Marco: Wait what?
The communication ended and Jacob woke up to a sunny morning and the girls doing different things. His head didn't hurt this time but he couldn't help but laugh thinking Marco probably has a splitting headache and is calling both Jacob and Ron assholes, he laughed out loud at the thought.
Phoebe: What's so funny love?
Jacob: Ron got in contact again and this time he had Marco.
Roxy: That's wonderful.
Sylvie: What was it like?
Jacob: It was nice, Ron and I did play a prank on Marco.
Inki: A prank?
Jacob: Remember when I woke up with that splitting headache the first time Ron contacted me.
Phoebe: Oh dear did you two not tell him he'd have one.
Jacob: Not till the communication ended.
Sylvie: That's mean Jake, how could you do that?
Jacob: He'll be fine, I'm sure he's thinking the same thing I did when Ron contacted me the first time.
Ale: Well as long as no one is hurt.
Inki: It's good to see you had a good time, but I think we should leave. We've been here too long and we need to continue.
Jacob: I agree, how about you four.
They agreed and packed their gear. As they were leaving the town a cloaked individual stood in front of them.
Cloaked Person: I finally found you, my dear.
They all look at the person confused when the cloaked person removes her hood, revealing Rose the guild receptionist from Aynor.
Group: ROSE?!
Rose: It's good to see you all again. I see you've added two more to your harem Jacob.
Inki: Who is this?
Jacob: Rose, she's a receptionist from the lake city of Aynors guildhall.
Ale: Okay, but why is she here?
Jacob: Yeah Rose, why are you here?
Rose: Not long after you left I couldn't focus, I couldn't do my work properly and my mother had to pick up my slack. She noticed I was spaced out and after work a couple of months ago we talked at the bar.
Phoebe: What was wrong?
Rose: She told me that she recognized it from something she felt many years prior. It was love.
Sylvie: Oh no…
Rose: She told me that when she met my father she was unfocused and scatterbrained when she wasn't near him. She told me she recognized it in me. At first I didn't know what she was talking about until she said your name and I almost fainted.
Jacob: Wait, am I killing you?!
Phoebe: No dear, being away from you is.
Jacob: What?
Sylvie: It's instant infatuation, again.
Jacob: You've gotta be kidding me!
Phoebe: I'm afraid not.
Jacob: B-b-b-but how is it instant we were in Aynor for weeks and she was fine.
Sylvie: She didn't know she was in love until after we left.
Jacob: Oh man.
Roxy: She probably fell in love after you saved her mother from Hazel.
Rose: I will admit in the moments after embracing my mother I did look at you in a different light. You weren't some strong adventurer who was immune to my charm, you were my hero.
Ale: I'm sorry but I'm still confused on what's happening.
Inki: As am I.
Phoebe: I'm sorry you two. We met Rose before we met Inki, we helped her find her mother and defeat the mayor who was trying to control the guardian deity.
Ale: A guardian deity, amazing!
Jacob: Yeah, I lost an arm in that fight.
Inki: Wait what do you mean you lost your arm?!
Jacob and the girls explained the situation to Inki and Ale who were in the dark. They were amazed at everything. A dragon deity, an evil ritual, and a fight so intense Jacob and the opponent lost limbs. Rose interjects continuing her story.
Rose: My mother told me that I needed to be with the person I loved unless I wanted to die. It was easy, I told her I would find you and be with you by any means necessary.
Jacob: This is getting complicated, but I won't let you die.
Phoebe: I grew to like Rose while we were in Aynor so I have no problems.
Sylvie: I'm fine just don't try and use your charms to keep him for yourself.
Rose: He isn't affected by it so you have no worries.
Roxy: I'm fine with it. Inki, Ale?
Inki and Ale agreed to let her join.
Rose jumps on Jacob happy to be joining them, she tries to kiss him but he stops her, telling her that she's moving too quickly. She decides to just hug him smiling happily.
Phoebe: Oh my our team sure has gotten bigger.
Sylvie: And more loud.
Roxy: I find it to be fun.
Inki: Don't be so touchy with him so quickly after being accepted.
Jacob is feeling like he's about to be ripped apart from Rose and Inki pulling on him. He feels annoyed but knows that there's nothing he can do especially since he knows he still has two more joining him sooner or later.
They leave Falcon Haven, Rose interlocked in Jacobs arm. Inki looks jealous and ready to hit Rose with all her might.
Jacob: So what's the name of the next town?
Phoebe: According to the map, Solaris.
Ale: Oh Solaris is a beautiful kingdom.
Jacob: Kingdom, I thought Rayner was the only kingdom on Domino?
Phoebe: Oh no Rayner is the biggest, there are multiple kingdoms on Domino, in fact Falcon Haven is considered a kingdom even if a small one.
Jacob: Oh I see. So Ale was an actual princess and not a nickname.
Ale: It was a bit of both. Had I married into a royal family my home would've been made into an actual kingdom.
Jacob: Haha, Sorry I don't have that title or influence.
Ale: I never cared for that, I wanted to be with someone who I loved and right now I am.
Jacob smiles at hearing that and the group continues on their quest.
