Chapter 5: Iwae! A Hidden Thief's Attack!

In the dead of the night, a young woman was wandering the halls of Tristain Academy with a cloak on.
"Zi?" A rather heroic yet dorky voice called out to the woman.
The woman hushed the voice, as she continued onward, roaming softly through the halls. Passing through the halls before reaching the dormitory, reaching up to one of the rooms as she pressed her ear against the door to hear whats behind it.
"I thought I told you to get off of my Familiar, Kiva!" Louise's voice shouted from behind it.
"Kiiivaaa!" The Kiva Chemy snarled, sounding like she was being pulled away from something, or rather someone.
"Zi-O?" The voice asked.
"Just wait, we shouldn't barge in." The cloaked figure said, waiting.
"Zi… Zi-Zi-O." The voice had to agree.
"I said, no! You dote him too much!" Louise frowned at the Chemy.
"Kivaa! Kiva!"
"I am not debating this, Kiva!"
The cloaked figure and dorky voice that accompanied her soon heard several stuff clashing, crashing, and shattering from what sounded like a fight.
Suddenly, a bottle quickly came flying before something quickly leaped and kicked the bottle away. The cloak fell and revealed a black and silver clock with a black cape, two arms and feet, and a clock face that displayed the katakana for Rider. The Zi-O Chemy then landed as he adjusted his small yellow crown on his head after it briefly slumped.
"Zi-O?" The clock Chemy asked the woman, hoping that she was okay.
"I'm okay, thank you my friend." The cloaked figure smiled, as she patted its head.
"Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy chuckled before giving a thumbs up, but did look away and blush at the woman.
The woman giggled at her little friend's shyness before looking back to see the door to the room, now open. Laying within were several broken and shattered glass or plates as Louise was struggling with the Kiva Chemy, who wanted to simply sleep alongside Cody who was just shaking his head from the incident.
"Zi-O…" the Zi-O Chemy winced.
"Legend?" The Lion Chemy noted, soon causing the group to turn and notic the cloaked figure and her Chemy friend.
"Zi!" The Zi-O Chemy panicked and snapped his fingers, causing time to stop except for himself and the figure. "Zi…" the clock Chemy sighed.
"We were almost too careless…" The figure sighed before walking into the room.
"Zi-O." The Zi-O Chemy invoked as the room rewound itself in time.
As it did, the group noticed the door was now closed and even all of the stuff that was shattered and broken, back to normal. This quickly made Cody rush out the room to find nobody, looking worried as he turned to Louise.
Though with the mage, she was now holding what looked to be a folded up letter. Concerned and confused, the group opened it up to see what was written within it.
'Dear Louise,
My apologies should my friend startle you all. But I had to get this to you before tomorrow's event took place. But there will be an attack, an attack by the Thief Mage, Fonquet. You must be ready to fight them should they appear, otherwise they will destroy the Academy!'
"What?! Fonquet will attack tomorrow?!" Louise gasped in utter shock as she continued to read the message.
"After your turn on the stage, please head behind the Academy and prepare for a fight. I'm sorry I cannot divulge more information, as my friend has limitations on how his power can work without it causing any anomalies. Please, do what you can to save us all. - Henrietta.'
"Legend?" The Legend Chemy's eyebrow raised upon seeing the word anomaly used in the letter, "Le… Le-Legend. Legend?" It asked itself in doubt.
"T-The princess… She sent this message to us with those two cloaked people…" Louise said with awe and soon gave a determined look to make sure this worked.
"The who now?" Cody asked before looking to the Legend Chemy, "And why are you so intrigued by anomalies?"
"None of that matters, you dolt!" Louise slapped his back, "What's important is that the Princess has a mission for us! And that we must be ready for tomorrow!"
"Ki-Kiva?" The Kiva Chemy asked as she pointed out if the letter was even from the princess herself, given how specific the time stated in the letter was.
Louise nodded as she showed the wax seal on the letter, "I am. Because this wax seal is something only she would have and use for when talking to me. I've… been her only friend since childhood."
"Le-Legend." The Legend Chemy added as he put his paw to his chin as if to recall something.
"What do you mean, only one Chemy can see the future?" Cody asked.
"Wizard?" The Wizard Chemy asked the leader of the Legend Rider Chemies, asking if it means the princess met him.
"Legend…" The Lion Chemy nodded, as it knew the one he mentioned was one of his most trusted friends before he flipped his paw up so that the back of it showed while his pointing claw was stretched upwards, and the left most claw was splayed out.
Cody immediately recognized that gesture
"The Princess has Zi-O?!" He gawked in utter shock.

/PRELUDE/
The opening starts by shattering the current scene before creating a vortex that sucks Cody and the various Legend Ride Chemy Cards into it, before spitting them out into Tristain as the logo appears.

It then jumps to Cody riding the Legend Chemy through the academy, passing by Louise who joins him while on the back of the Wizard Chemy. It then switches to Guiche as he tries to woo over some girls, but is stopped by Montemercy and the Gaim Chemy end up putting pay to that plan by smacking him. Cody and Louise soon pass by Siesta who's playing with the Blade Chemy.

Cody and Louise get off their respective mounts, only for Cody to get glomped by both Kirche and the Kiva Chemy showering him with kisses. Louise gets jealous and quickly lets out an explosion that leaves Cody covered in soot.

It then shows a shot of Colbert and Osmond talking to the OOO and Ryuki Chemies that showcases the various blank Chemy Cards on the desk and how to create more.
/The cards are in your hands
so play them right/
It then shows Cody looking around as the various Legend Ride Chemy Cards encircle him, the Legend Chemy, and Louise.

Next it jumps to Henrietta sitting with her mother and father at the throne, until the Zi-O Chemy leaps into the air and lands on the princess' lap.

It then shows the various Malgams rising from the ground while the flag of Hundread appears.

However the next shot then shows the Legend Rider Chemies appearing to stand their ground against Hundread alongside the other Familiars before Cody steps forward and pulls the levers of the LegenDriver.

A bright flash soon briefly covers the screen as Legend charges into battle with Derflinger in hand, slashing at the Kuuga and Agito Malgams before firing several shots at the incoming Kiva, Gaim, and OOO Malgams.

Meanwhile, Louise is riding the Wizard Chemy and having the dragon Chemy fire off various elemental breaths before she uses her magic to quickly conjure up an Explosion spell to blow the Malgams away.

It then shows the Legend Chemy slowly getting up as a bright light shines while what looked to be the Legend Rider Chemies' creator was reaching out for him.

When the Legend Chemy blinked, it instead sees Cody doing the same gesture with his friends and the other Legend Rider Chemies by his side. The Legend Chemy then smirks as it gets up before ending with a group shot of Cody holding Derflinger aloft, Louise, Legend Chemy, Wizard Chemy, Guiche, and the current Legend Rider Chemies the quartet have met until that point.

It's the morning and Louise was in full swing. She was up and early for this as she swiftly got Cody up and early. At first, patrolling around the Academy grounds for anything 'suspicious' yet nothing came up.
Then she had him show what he was going to do for the Presentation Show for the Princess in a few hours, only for him to shortly describe it.
"Just show me what you have planned!" Louise ordered.
"I'm telling you, I just can't show it right now, Louise!" Cody argued back with a groan of annoyance, "Just trust me on this! It's gonna blow everyone away, please give us some time."
"Legend Legend." The Legend Chemy agreed with Cody in his usual grandiose tone.
"But, we have to make this right! The princess is counting on us…" Louise reminded them, worried more that she'll disappoint her childhood friend.
"Wi-Wizard." The Wizard Chemy reassured her, stating that everything will work out, something the other Chemies affirmed.
Louise softly looked to the Chemy, only to pull him into a hug, sighing with relief, "O-Okay… I'll try…"
"Ki-Kiva." The bat Chemy thanked her, though she got a glare from Louise instead.
"Don't think I forgot last night." The pink-haired mage warned her.
"Ki-Ki-Ki~" The Bat Chemy snickered, already knowing how to tease the pinkette.
"Grrr… stupid bat…" Louise growled under her breath.
"H-Hey now… At least we're all on the same page." Cody tried to reassure the two ladies.

Soon after awhile, everyone in the academy was now standing together nearby the gates. As it opened trumpets flared up as coming in were several guards and knights, along with some retainers as finally on a horse was none other than the Princess.
Cody took notice of her, as she was a fair young lady with short, purple hair. Her outfit consists of a purple cloak, white silk dress with tight sleeves that reach up to her fingers, white stockings and white high-heeled shoes. Also she wears a diadem on her head.
"Huh, reminds me of a friend I know back home." He observed.
"You better not try anything on her, dog…" Louise growled, pinching his ear and pulling him down to her.
"Honestly? The fact she reminds me of someone I know is enough for me to back off." Cody told her.
"Mmnn… fine… I'll trust you." Louise affirmed, letting go of his ear.
"Still… I don't see the Zi-O Chemy around her…" Cody took notice as he couldn't find the said Chemy, even if it was trying to hide.
"Legend." The Legend Chemy pointed out to his partner.
"Yeah, the big cat's right. There's a good chance the kid's already sealed into a card so she could hide him easily." Derflinger agreed with the lion Chemy.
"Fair…" Cody nodded in defeat as the princess was greeted by the Headmaster before taking her to her room to relax until the presentation show happened.
Suffice to say for now, things were calm and relaxing. Hopefully Fonquet doesn't attack at this moment.

"Okay, does everyone remember their cue?" Cody asked the Chemies as they all awaited their turn.
"Wiz!"
"Blaaade!"
"Gai-Gaim."
"Ki~va!"
"Legend!"
"Great!" Cody cheered before looking towards Derflinger, "Siesta told me everyone else is in position. Ready, pal?"
"Indeed! We'll show the princess who's at the top!" Derflinger said with excitement.
Cody then smirked as he put on a black top hat, "Show time."

As many students gave their performances, the Princess watched with baited breath on who'll be next up in line. Each one showing such wonderful or unique talents and performances
"Zi! Zi-O!" She looked down and blushed as she saw Zi-O's card wiggle in well, her boobs.
"Not now, Zi-O! We have to wait." She pleaded to the Chemy.
"Zi-Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy complained as he couldn't see a thing.
"Hold on…" Henrietta said, as with a clear look she swiftly took out Zi-O and placed the card in her hands then onto her lap, letting the Chemy see the performances this time.
"Zi! Zi-O, Zi-Zi-O…" the Zi-O Chemy was able to breathe, he thought he was going to die there.
"Sorry, my friend…." she apologized as there was no other place to put him during the trip here.
"Zi-O…" the clock Chemy reassured her before getting comfy.
"And now, please welcome our next performer. The Familiar of Louise Valliere, Cody Aldrich." One of the teachers introduced as the curtains pulled apart to show the young Rider in some kind of golden ringmaster outfit and his black top hat.
Suddenly, what sounded like music being wound up was heard…

Ladies and gents, this is the moment you've waited for /
Cody stamped the cane he had and caused a bunch of lights to appear, revealing several of the academy staff in similar costumes.
/(Whoa)
You've been searchin' in the dark
Your sweat soakin' through the floor/
Another stamp of the cane revealed five empty platforms behind him, but they wouldn't be empty for long.
/(Whoa)
And buried in your bones, there's an ache that you can't ignore
Takin' your breath, stealing your mind
And all that was real is left behind/
After another stamp, the cane fanned out to reveal the cards of the Legend Rider Chemies. With each step and each beat of the music, Cody took out the cards one and one before turning around and tossing the cards at the platforms.
/Don't fight it, it's comin' for you, runnin' at ya
It's only this moment, don't care what comes after/
Soon, to everyone's amazement, the Legend Rider Chemies appeared one by one, each one performing a brief flourish to signal their arrival.
"Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy cheered, excited to see his fellow Chemies perform.
/Your fever dream, can't you see it gettin' closer?
Just surrender 'cause you feel the feelin' takin' over/
The five Legend Rider Chemies walked off the platform to join Cody, he tapped the cane before the illusion magic wore off, revealing the cane to be Derflinger.
/It's fire, it's freedom, it's floodin' open
It's the preacher in the pulpit and your blind devotion/
As the Chemies approached Cody, he waved Derflinger as well, as the Chemies changed into their Kamen Rider forms, surprising the crowd.
/There's somethin' breakin' at the brick of every wall
It's holdin' all that you know, so tell me do you wanna go?/
Each Chemy then gave the pose of their respective Rider, even giving a slight show of those who use elements or glamor.
/Where it's covered in all the colored lights
Where the runaways are runnin' the night
Impossible comes true, it's takin' over you/
Soon, the whole stage lit up as it resembled a jewel-encreared circus show, with the various academy staff members both performing on their own, and alongside the Chemy Riders.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience ended up singing along with the music.
/We light it up, we won't come down
And the sun can't stop us now
Watchin' it come true, it's takin' over you/
The Wizard Chemy in particular then split itself into four as they all spew small elements blasts from their glyphs, sparkles of gemstones lighting up, lights flickering on about and elemental shots lite up the stage and above the audience, as even a small gemstone lands gently next to the Princess, as she picked it up only for it to dissolve into motes of gorgeous lights and colors.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience sung aloud once again.
/(Whoa)
Colossal we come these renegades in the ring /
After a cue from the young Rider, the Chemies then swapped back to their Chemy forms as they quickly returned to Cody, who was ready for the next act of his performance.
/(Whoa)
Where the lost get found, and we crown 'em the circus kings/
After a quick huddle for dramatic effect, Cody then pointed forward to signal the Chemies to turn and enter the crowd to everyone's surprise.
/Don't fight it, it's comin' for you, runnin' at ya
It's only this moment, don't care what comes after/
Soon, each Chemy began posing while they moved through the crowd. The various nobles were left shocked to see these creatures weren't just constructs but real beasts. Some of the audience members cheered as the Legend, Blade, Gaim, and Kiva Chemies all dazzled the audience in their own way.
/It's blindin', outshinin' anything that you know
Just surrender 'cause you're callin' and you wanna go/
Yet as the Wizard Chemy flew up to the Princess and gave a bow, Henrietta made sure to signal the guards that everything was okay and not to worry.
"Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy greeted the Wizard Chemy, who nodded in acknowledgement before flying back to the stage.
/Where it's covered in all the colored lights
Where the runaways are runnin' the night/
The Chemies then converged onto Cody who used a puff of smoke to make himself disappear before he reappeared as Kamen Rider Legend, having transformed within the smoke as it surprised those who have not seen it before or thought it was just some joke.
/Impossible comes true, intoxicating you/
Legend sang the part for the chorus before gesturing to the crowd in response.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience, including Henrietta and the Zi-O Chemy, cheered.
/We light it up, we won't come down
And the sun can't stop us now/
He then did a flurry of changes, jumping onto Legend's platform before the academy staff used a sheet to make him disappear and reappear on a different platform, having transformed into a different Gorgeous ChemyRide form.
/Watchin' it come true, it's takin' over you/
As the Legend form changes continued, he posed or made a few swings with his weapon before going to the next form change until returning back into Legend as he gestured to the audience once more.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience sang along.
/Where it's covered in all the colored lights
Where the runaways are runnin' the night/
After loading all five Legend Rider Ride Chemy Cards into his magnum, a de-transformed Cody once more fired the blaster into the air and summoned the five Chemies back to the stage as they danced to the song
/Impossible comes true, it's takin' over you/
The young Rider then looked to where Louise was in the crowd, and saw how amazed she was by how, to borrow a phrase from the Legend Chemy, gorgeous the whole concert was.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience sang again around the pink-haired mage, blown away by Cody's performance.
/We light it up, we won't come down
And the walls can't stop us now/
Cody gestured to the crowd to sing along with the next part, clapping in a rhythm for them to join in.
/Watchin' it come true, it's takin' over you/
Siesta and Guice, who did volunteer to help, soon joined Cody as three sang together in unison before motioning to the crowd.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" The audience continued to sing along.

As the audience sang, the princess saw the Zi-O Chemy's card glow. She tensed up, she knew what he was about to do.
Soon, an astral projection of Zi-O's face appeared before the card as the clock hands began to spin rapidly. Suddenly, the princess was shown several visions of what was to come in the next few minutes or so.
"Zi!" The Zi-O Chemy's card then stopped glowing, with Henrietta looking at the card and nodded. It was time. She then allowed Zi-O to jump out of his card and quickly make his way to the destination.
"Oh, this is the greatest show!" Cody, the Academy Staff, and the Chemies sang alongside the audience before bowing.

As the audience and others clapped with approval and cheers, Cody had exited the stage. Seeing Louise the two nodded as they had the Wizard Chemy make a Connect Glyph as they used to to swiftly flee the backstage and into the backyard of Tristan Academy's tower, and just in time as looming over the tower, attempting to break a hole within it was a large earth golem and a cloaked figure that they knew of from the warnings.
"Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy shouted as he ran past Cody and took a stance that consisted of him fanning his arm back, "Zi… Zi-O!"
At once, the clock Chemy quickly outstretched his hand and snapped his fingers, freezing the golem in time
"I thought you said that Chemy can see into the future?" Louise questioned the young Rider due to the Chemy's time stop power.
"They don't call Zi-O the King of Time for nothing." Cody pointed out.
"Just get rid of Fouquet!" She ordered with a slap on his back.
"Alright, I got it!" Cody groaned bfore looking to the Legend Chemy, "Ready to rumble, partner?"
"Legend!" The regal Chemy roared, ready to take down this new enemy as he returned to his card.
"Wha?! Who… who are you!" A rather frazzled Fouquet gasped.
"Torisugari no Kamen Rider da. Oboe toke!" Cody called out, as he inserted the Chemy Card and pulled the levers on the driver.
"Henshin!"
CHEMY RIDE: L-L-LEGEND!
As soon as his transformation was completed, Legend wasted no time in firing several shots at the thief who blocked them using her magic.
"If you think you have me, Gandalfr, think again!" Fouqete shouted, as she send pillars of earth towards the rider.
"Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy shouted in turn, snapping his fingers to reverse the flow of time and, by design, reverse the spell.
"What?!"
"Nice one, little buddy." Legend praised the clock Chemy, who did a motion similar to scratching one's nose, but instead it pushed one of his clock hands back a bit before the hand returned to it's original position.
"Stupid creature!" She growled, as a glyph appeared below the Zi-O Chemy, smacking the Chemy into the air before it landed on the ground hard.
"Zi-O…" the clock Chemy grumbled.
"No!" Legend turned, glaring at the mage before firing a few shots at her.
Fonquet dodged a couple of the shots but one grazed her shoulder. Seeing his chance, he pushed the levers before pulling them back before he jumped into the air, aiming his Rider Kick at the large golem.
GORGEOUS ATTACKRIDE: L-L-LEGEND!
Several cards appeared in a line before Legend before he delivered a flying side kick to the monster. As he landed, the golden Rider got up while the Zi-O Chemy recovered.
"You're already rubble." He told the golem.
"Whay?!" Fonquet gasped.
The clock Chemy then resumed time for the golem to allow the attack to take full effect, destroying the rock construct. But as the remains began to tumble, it fell on the tower as it finally broke through, giving Fouqete an entrance.
"Take care of that pest!" She shouted as another golem appeared and grabbed the Zi-O Chemy.
"Z-Zi…O…" The Chemy groaned from the golem grabbing it and squeezing the Chemy.
"Crap!" He gasped before the Kiva Chemy appeared before him, still sealed in card.
"Kiva. Ki-Kiva." She told the golden Rider, asking him to summon her in the magnum.
"Alright, let's do this!" Legend declared as he inserted the Chemy Card and fired.
KIVA RIDER: LEGEND RIDE!
As the bat Rider appeared before him, Kiva quickly leaped into the air as the large iron shackle on her right leg unfurled, revealing a set of crimson bat wings. She then flew forward and focused her Rider Kick on the golem's hands, freeing the Zi-O Chemy as he grabbed onto the bat Rider's back.
"Zi-Zi-O." The clock Chemy thanked her as the bat Chemy returned to her card.
"Alright, Fouqete! Give up-" Legend looked to see that the mage had fled from the confusion of the fight, making the Rider slam his foot on the ground, upset that the thief fled. With a heavy sigh, he reverted back to normal as he looked at Louise.
"Well… hopefully that fixed the problem?" Cody questioned with a shrug.
"Zi-O… Zi-Zi-O!" the clock Chemy shook his head before quickly asking them to follow him.

As Fonquet rushed out of the academy with her prize in hand, the thief was cursing to herself.
"How did they know I was here?" She snarled, "The exhibition should have been a perfect cover!"
"Legend!/Wizard!"
Looking back, the Thief Mage was shocked to see Cody riding on the Legend Chemy and Louise on the Wizard Chemy. The Zi-O and Kiva Chemies were by the pair's respective sides, much to the Thief Mage's detriment.
"That clock… that thing ruined everything!" She snarled as she glared at the determined Zi-O Chemy.
"Give it up, Fouqete. It's the slammer for you." Cody proclaimed, gun pointed at her.
"I won't let you ruin this night any further!" Fonquet shouted before creating three land sharks to attack the trio.
Luckily, the Wizard and Kiva Chemies fired a stream of flames and glass shards respectively to destroy the land sharks before they could reach either Louise or Cody. The four then surrounded Fonquet, giving her no room to escape.
"Hand over what you stole!" Louise demanded.
"Like we said, it's over." Cody stated firmly.
"Zi!" The Zi-O Chemy affirmed.
"Hand it over? Heh, do you even know what you're protecting?" The cloaked thief questioned the four.
Soon, another golem appeared before them, towering over them all.
"Zi… Zi-Zi-O! Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy complained, already having enough of facing her golems.
"Got a plan, kid?" Derflinger asked.
"Unless our stamina can keep up? I don't know how long either of us can last…" Cody noted as he was feeling some fatigue.
"Zi…" The Zi-O Chemy noted before suddenly, he froze up while his clock hands began spinning rapidly.
Cody then saw himself rushing towards the Thief Mage before he ends up getting turned into a splat on the grass by the golem.
The clock Chemy then stumbled a bit after unfreezing.
'What was that? Did Zi-O show me the future?' The young Rider thought.
"Look out!" Louise shouted, soon pushing Cody off just in time as the Golem slapped Legend, only to grab Louise from the dragon Chemy.
"Wizard!" The Wizard Chemy roared as it used it's own earth magic to try and protect the pinkette.
"Zi-O!" The clock Chemy shouted, pointing towards the case that Fonquet was holding.
Cody looked to the case, growling as he rushed forward towards the thief. The earth mage attempted to attack yet the young Rider dodged the attacks, tackling her and taking the case.
Cody then opened the case and found… an M27 bazooka inside?!
"What in the…? What is this doing here?" He gawked with shock.
"Legend!" The Legend Chemy called out, reminding the young Rider about Louise's current predicament.
Cody turned to hear Louise's cry of pain as the Golem began to squeeze her while protecting itself from the meteors that the Wizard Chemy was chucking it's way.. Yet as he touched the bazooka, the glyphs on his hand glowed as he immediately knew what to do.
"Maggots!" He shouted like the American he was as he soon began to tinker with the weapon as he pointed it at the earth created creature and fired a rocket straight for the golem's head.
Not only did it work, but the resulting impact mixed with the meteor caused a massive shockwave that blew everyone, human and Chemy alike, away from the blast.
Louise cried out from the fall but was swiftly caught by the Wizard Chemy with its snout.
"Wizard?" The Wizard Chemy asked, hoping that she was okay.
"I-I am… thank you, Wizard…" She panted, feeling relief from the rescue.
"Gotcha!" Cody cheered, pumping his free hand before he and the other Chemies rushed to the pink-haired mage's side. "Thanks for the help, Wizard." He thanked the dragon Chemy.
The group soon looked to Fonquet as it seemed the blast knocked her out. Knowing they had their chance, they walked over as they removed the cloak, only to gasp with surprise as the one who stole it was none other than the Secretary to the Headmaster, Longueville if Cody could recall.
"Zi-O…" the clock Chemy noted, seeing why she appeared in his initial vision.
"Let's get back, I'm sure the Academy and the Princess would like to see both the weapon and their thief in hand." Cody turned to his friends.
"Wiz!" The dragon Chemy affirmed.
As the two were about to take hold of Longueville, the mage swiftly took to action, knocking the rider and mage back as she took up the weapon and the Zi-O Chemy with a grin.
"Well! Even though most of my plans didn't go as I wanted to. I still have to thank you, Gandalfr. I now know how the Wand of Destruction works." Longueville cackled as she then turned to one of the Chemies.
"Zi?! Zi-Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy panicked, being stuck in the thief's grasp.
"First off, I'll kill you… If you didn't have whatever power you did? I would've gotten away easily!"
"Zi-O!" the clock Chemy shouted, telling her to kiss his ass.
The revealed thief growled as she threw the Chemy onto the ground before stomping on it hard.
"Zi-O!" The clock Chemy cried out.
"Just shut up and die!" Longueville said as she then pointed the weapon at the Chemy, grinning as she prepared to fire it at him.
As Louise was about to turn to Cody to stop her, she saw the American smirk at her instead.
"Wha?! Why aren't you stopping her!?" She shouted, only to see that he's holding Derflinger in hand.
BLADE! LEGEND STRASH!
Cody soon swung his blade as an arc of electricity shot out and shocked the thief, causing her to cry in pain and drop to the ground, allowing the Zi-O Chemy to escape and return to his side.
"Why you!" she roared as she pointed the bazooka at him.
"Go ahead, make my day." He taunted her, drawing a line in the sand.
"Fine! Then you'll die first, Gandalfr!" Longueville declared as she pointed at the young Rider and pulled the trigger.
*CLICK!*
"What?!" She gasped, pressing again as nothing came up.
"Zi-Zi-O!" The Zi-O Chemy chuckled, annoying the thief further.
"Hate to break the fun, but that weapon? It's a single shot type. Meaning I just used the only ammunition it had." Cody gleefully explained to the thief.
The Zi-O Chemy then snapped his fingers and froze the thief in time before she could shout at them.
Cody came up to her as the Wizard Chemy blew a glyph for him to reach into and pull out a roll of rope, tying her up like a Wild West bandit, even storing her wand away so she doesn't escape again with her magic.
"Alright, now let's get back."
The Legend Rider Chemies agreed as the Wizard Chemy teleported them back to the Academy where the princess and the others were waiting.

"To think, all of those robberies were done by Miss Longueville…" Henreitta sighed sadly, as it was a surprise for all when the group reappeared with her and the stolen weapon.
"Forgive me if I'm being rude, Princess." Cody spoke up, earning her attention, "But… how did you meet with Zi-O?"
This made the Zi-O Chemy blush and bash his head on a nearby wall while his clock hands began spinning wildly, as if trying to forget something.
"Legend?" The lion Chemy asked him, concerned for his friend.
The princess giggled softly at the question, "Well it was a few months ago… I was having a nice bath when Zi-O came crashing through, startling me." She confessed to the group.
At first, Louise was pissed at the Zi-O Chemy for peeping at her childhood friend, but given she knew that all of the Legend Rider Chemies had no control of where they ended up upon arriving to this world, it wasn't like the clock Chemy chose where he arrived.
"Though, I also wanna know how did such a dangerous weapon from my world got here?" Cody pondered as this could mean many more things from Earth arrived here.
"Le-Legend." The Legend Chemy agreed as so far, the only out-world occurrences they have encountered were the Legend Rider Chemies from the Legend Chemy's homeworld.
"I believe, I can answer that." Osmon said, walking into the room with an inquisitive look.
"Legend…" the lion Chemy noted as the headmaster looked over the various Chemies.
"This happened many years ago when I was still a fresh, young man." The headmaster stated.
"So Legend Chemy's world wasn't the first to interact with this world?" Cody asked.
"That may be the case, young man." Osmon nodded, "I encountered a dragon and was almost brought to death by its power… But before such a thing happened, someone appeared, killing the dragon with one of the two Wands he had."
"Ga-Gaim." The Gaim Chemy noted, guessing that it's likely the headmaster's savior must have been an American soldier given the rocket launcher in question was from the Vietnam War.
"Sadly, it seemed he came at the wrong time as he was covered in wounds… Dying shortly after it. I buried him in an unmarked grave with the first wand, while sealing the second wand away in our vault. But I guess now, I don't have to worry since, from what you told us, it was a single use item."
"Well, unless you guys have found any more rockets for this thing." Cody noted.
"Heh, afraid not, dear boy. Only what was on that man's person." The headmaster said, shaking his head.
"Still… it seems like this world somehow has a connection to my world. Even more so, connected to Legend's home… But why?" Cody pondered in thought.
"Indeed, why are these two worlds connected to our world?" Henrietta asked.
"Zi-O? Zi…" The clock Chemy muttered, fearing that given Louise's world is connected to the Legend Rider Chemy's world, Hundread might end up arriving to hunt them all down.
"We can figure that out another time." Louise nodded. "But first, we need to know… who won the contest?" She asked as she turned to the princess.
"Oh! Right, you two left in moments of the attack." The princess said before smiling, "Well, you and your familiar won, Louise. The judges and I agree that he put on the most amazing performance, ever"
"Zi-Zi-O." The clock Chemy agreed, stating it was a landslide vote.
"Oh sweet! So, what do we win?" Cody questioned as he knew money wouldn't be the prize, as much as he was strapped for cash at the moment due to dollars and yen not exactly being usable in this world.
"Well, for Louise. She will be sent to the Palace someday to earn her reward. It will just need time." Henrietta smiled.
"Wi-Wizard." The dragon Chemy said, congratulating the pink-haired mage.
"Thank you, Wizard." Louise smiled, petting its head.
"And… what about me?" Cody pointed to himself.
The Princess pondered, humming a bit as she poked her cheek before smiling as she walked over and… pecked his cheek.
"I believe something like this was earned due to your bravery… Please, keep looking after Louise in my stead." Henrietta smiled softly at the Familiar.
While Cody was happy to get the kiss, the familiarity of the princess' face made him feel awkward. Louise could see the confused look in his eyes and likely began to wonder what exactly Cody's world was like.
With a bow, the Princess took her leave in her carriage as the Rider and mage waved goodbye to the princess and the Chemy that was by her side.
"Zi-Zi-O!" The clock Chemy shouted, waving goodbye from the carriage.
"Why didn't you take Zi-O?" Louise questioned her familiar.
"Well, I felt like, other than I can trust the Princess not to have malice to abuse his power, having him by her side will also give her some protection too, should any problems occur." Cody confessed to the pinkette, "Like he said, there's a chance that Hundread might find this world one day. So it's best that the royal family have at least one powerful ally by their side."
"True… I hope we can be ready should that day come." Louise frowned softly, hoping such a day didn't happen before puffing her cheeks, "I hate though that he's a peeping tom."
"From what it seems? Zi-O was just as embarrassed as you were from hearing that. I doubt he'll do anything like that again." Cody chuckled.
"Le-Legend." The Legend Chemy confirmed, telling them of his well… skittishness towards women, especially his fellow female Chemies.
"Oh? Well, then that'll make it even easier for him to be careful around the Princess." Cody chuckled from this information, "On that note, what other girls are among the Chemies besides Kiva?"
"Legend…" The Lion Chemy smirked.
"Hey! I'm not thinking about them like that, Legend! I'm no perv!" Cody frowned from the teasing he was given, "If anything, I am more interested in seeing the poor clock squirm." He noted with a wicked glint… something the Legend Chemy caught on as they began to cackle evilly.
The Zi-O Chemy soon shivered in fear. He didn't know why, but something told him to watch his back the next time he met up with Cody and the others.

HackerEX: Welp, happy half-decade anniversary to EoT, even if this fic isn't exactly EoT itself.
Striberx: As you can see, Zi-O is seen but not earned just yet. As we wrote down, its better for him to be by the Princess for now since things only get worse from here in terms of the world of FoZ.
HackerEX: Plus with how powerful we showed the Zi-O Chemy to be in this chapter, handing over such a powerful Chemy to Cody this early in the series would be a bit too OP. Still, it was to sort of essentially make a circus act that only Kaguya would do. Plus also follow something that happens in EoT where we screw with the canon story and have certain events happen a lot earlier than normal as shown with us combining both the Familiar Showcase and the Staff of Destruction episodes into one chapter.
Striberx: Which as shown, we made it different once more with Zi-O and Henrietta being able to time travel to warn them. Something that'll be done more than once here. Of course, who's to say this too is a safe method after all?
HackerEX: Also, Deku would be the Zi-O Chemy's voice, which is the biggest tie with EoT since the Zi-O Chemy's a bit like the guy in the way.
