39th Precinct.

"What the hell happened here?." Hale gasped as he walked into the Captain's office. "You're the new Captain, Santiago. Know your role and don't piss me off like he did-King Keldon was a note attached to the dead Captain's shirt.

"What the hell happened?." Hale mouthed again. Security tapes. They would show and tell him all he needs to know. But damn it. He doesn't know the codes yet. Since Dyson was dismissed the Captain had immediately set new ones that only he knew. He sighed. All he could do was clean up the mess and make sure nobody knew the man was murdered. He called in the only person he could trust, his father.

Bo and Lauren.

"I don't know what I am doing." Bo smiled.

"Okay, then we will crash and it will be all on your hands." Lauren let the controls go. Bo freaked and grabbed them. "See, I know you know how to fly now. Trust your memories of everything that I showed you." Lauren gently moved as Bo sat on her lap.

"This is dangerous, Lauren." Bo shook her head.

"Move to the other seat. But I thought you would be more comfortable like this." Lauren took the controls back as Bo moved over.

"I'm too nervous for this. Can I call the Royal Pilot back now?." Bo asked.

"Of course. Let's go back to our seats." Lauren smiled as Bo called the crew back. Lauren moved and the flight was back in good hands.

"We're still stopping wherever. Let us know when you need to refuel." Lauren spoke softly as Bo stood close by.

"Wow. You are even great at that." Bo smiled as they walked back to their seats.

"Well it's nice to have fuel while we're still in the air." Lauren looked at Bo as she took her seat.

"Are you hungry again?." Bo asked.

"A little bit." Lauren replied.

"Fix a small meal." Bo ordered the attendant standing behind them.

"Bo, am I boring you?." Lauren asked.

"What? Never." Bo smiled as she leaned towards the woman.

"Well, we have been in the air and down and repeating that for hours now. This is our honeymoon and I don't want you to feel like we have to stay on this jet all day and night." Lauren took a drink from one of the women.

"Lauren, I am far from bored. You are right. This is our honeymoon. Nobody said we have to be on a set schedule. Being spontaneous, especially with you, could never be boring to me. We are learning on this trip. Learning more about each other. Learning about the countries we've landed in so far. This is not at all boring to me. But you are right on another angle, we should be in a hotel or two at some point. I don't think this staff could handle what I want to do to you." Bo winked. "And it would be disrespectful to grandfather."

Lauren couldn't help but blush at the thought but she was still too pumped to be in a jet she didn't have to treat patients in. Still pumped about France and everywhere else they have been. She's a doctor but felt like a teacher when she showed Bo a few landmarks. "We will tour for a few more hours and then give them a few nights off. They are probably tired and needing a bed too." Bo nodded and leaned back when their food had been brought to them.

Paris, France

"Stand for the King!." Aife screamed as they walked inside a large building.

"We don't know you, or this King you speak of." A man laughed.

"Ohhh? Are you sure about that Sydney?." The King walked inside.

"It can't be. Not after all these years!." Sydney stood and bowed.

"That's right fools, the King has reclaimed his throne and you know his powers stretch beyond Canada." Aife watched them all bow to her and the King.

"Since Sydney here just made it so easy for me. He's the new acting Captain. Your first assignment will be to find Dyson Thornwood and make him do the shittiest jobs that you can think of. Because if you fail and he returns to Toronto, I will return and burn this place to the ground without ever having to lift a hand." King Keldon explained as he watched one of his guards write everything he said down.

"Check and mate". Aife gestured and laughed.

"My work is done here." The King leaned towards Aife and she followed him out the same way they came in.

"Who are you?." A man asked.

"Daughter of the Blood King and granddaughter to this King. Any more questions?." Aife gestured as if she was going to stab herself.

"Oh, hell no. Have a nice day ma'am". The man backed up.

The old succubus laughed all the way to their jet. She laughed into her drink. Keldon is making moves like she had never seen any man related to her do before. She's proud to be his granddaughter. Damn proud.

Hale and Kenzi.

"I don't have a lot of time to explain, Kenz, so have a seat and listen." Hale pushed a chair behind her.

"Hale, you're scaring me, what's wrong?." Kenzi asked.

"The old Captain died today. I am the new Captain. So, whatever you are planning to do to break the law, don't do it. I can't have any screw ups. Not one." Hale wiped his brow.

"Who did this? They have you scared shitless." Kenzi jumped up.

"The King did. Now, do you see why I can't screw up? He'll use my balls as chestnuts over an open fire." Hale pushed her back down.

"This is crazy, Hale. How can you go from Detective to Captain in one day and not raise red flags?." Kenzi asked.

"I don't know but it is what it is. Now, go. I need to prepare a statement suitable enough for a King." Hale waved his hand.

"You need to blow smoke up his ass? I can help you write that." Kenzi rubbed her hands together.

"No. Just do as I ask and go. Keep your mouth shut about everything on the streets. This is bigger than anything that I saw coming." Hale walked behind his desk and picked his pen up.

Kenzi walked out to the squad room. All eyes fell on her and she made up a quick cover. Hale is the Police Captain. While that makes him hotter than his body, she knows he will take that position very seriously. She walked outside and took a deep breath. If she needs to behave, she needs to find legitimate work. One befitting a friend of a Police Captain.

Bo and Lauren.

Bo coughed. "That is some strong whiskey."

"It's great!." Lauren smiled as she took another shot.

"Irish Whiskey. I can't much longer." Bo shook her head.

"Has my succubus finally met her match in liquor?." Lauren laughed.

"Hey! That dose was just a little stronger than the first." Bo laughed.

"Then you are cut off." Lauren drank Bo's shot and hers.

"Are we spending the night here?." Bo asked.

Lauren's eyes widened. "Sure!."

Bo pulled her phone out and told the jet crew to take the rest of the day off. They deserve it. The King had already made plans for the jet to rest in every airport on their trip. Which was basically every airport in the world.

"Let's actually have dinner and then go from there." Lauren turned around and asked for a table.

They watched a table be scrubbed clean, swept from under and then a white linen be thrown over the table before they were escorted to it. Lauren ordered an appetizer and Bo just watched in amusement. If she wasn't tipsy, she was in the neighborhood. Which means Bo needs to hold off on devouring the woman like she is about to devour actual food. It wouldn't be right or fair to make love to her drunk wife. She smiled softly as the appetizer arrived along with her salad.

They fed each other and laughed when they dropped some of the food on each other's plates. "They have a jukebox!." Lauren smiled.

"You want to dance?." Bo cringed.

"Bo, you can't be about to tell me you are bad at dancing. Not with the way you make love. It is the same thing, you are just standing up. That's all." Lauren gently tapped Bo's hand.

"It's not that. It's just people here. They will see us." Bo looked around.

Lauren called the waiter over. "Do you have a private room here? We want to dance without an audience."

"We do, but it will cost you." The waiter replied.

Lauren threw some money at him and he walked them to the room. Bo looked to Lauren to go first. The blonde walked in. "It's nice, Bo." She smiled as she turned and pulled the brunette to her.

"Here's more money. Put it all in the jukebox, we want to dance to everything in there." Lauren tossed a small bag at the waiter and ordered him to keep the music loud as he closed the door behind him.

"I'm not really shy. I just wanted you all to myself." Bo smiled as she pushed hair behind Lauren's ear.

"Bo, we can't, here." Lauren smiled into her own hand.

"I didn't say we were." Bo laughed. "Besides I want you completely sober for that. To make sure you don't scream out the wrong name."

"Your name is the only name I love to say." Lauren looked at the succubus in her eyes. Bo laughed. "That was a bit much."

"It was. But it's true. Look at how far we have come. From fighting over a misunderstanding to wives." Lauren replied.

"I would do it all over again for you, Lauren. This is my life, right here with you and everywhere else you go." Bo rocked the woman in her arms. She's glad the song on the jukebox is a slow one. They can talk and actually hear each other.

"Well, since I spent years with the Fae, there's a lot of everywhere that I may want to go." Lauren spun Bo around and pulled her close again.

"Lauren, you are a doctor. That itch will always be there. But if you want to make this a long, long honeymoon, I have no objections." Bo smiled.

"I don't want to be tied down right now. We have the rest of our lives in front of us. I'm not ready to be a doctor in a clinic or a hospital. I want to travel with my wife until that itch does return. Besides, there is enough science in the world that I won't be too far from it to be scratched." Lauren looked around the room.

Bo smiled at the excitement in her voice, face and eyes. She's right, again. She deserves to travel. To get her feet wet wherever she wants to. Drink where she wants. Eat where she wants. Sleep where she wants. The King is taking care of everything back home. It's out of Bo's hands. This is her chance to live too. To do everything she always wanted to do with the woman she always wanted and waited for. "This is your life Mrs. Lewis-Dennis. Pick what you want and it will be granted." She sighed contently and jumped when the song finally changed to something more upbeat. Lauren let her go and they both danced around the room like fools. Happy fools but fools.

Aife and Keldon.

"Slow down!." Aife laughed.

"Almost 10 so far huh?." Keldon asked.

"Yes. We are going to need more people if I am to keep up with the properties we buy." Aife set her pen down.

"Well, if it makes you feel better, they landed in Ireland and haven't moved since. I just got word that the jet was fueled and the crew have left the airport." Keldon set his glass down.

"Whew. That's that for now." Aife laughed as she toasted the royal.

"Aife? You don't have to be tied to me. Get out there. Live like a succubus. Get some air. I can handle this." The old King reached over and grabbed her papers.

"I don't know you completely, yet, grandfather. This is our bonding time. I am getting to learn what makes you tick. How a goodly King operates. My time has not been wasted." Aife smiled softly.

"I love you too, kid. Now, get out of here. Just for a few hours." Keldon looked at the papers and pulled his phone out. He looked at Aife once more and started talking another language. She laughed and walked out of the building. They were not in Scotland. She took some deep breaths, straightened her jacket and turned down the sidewalk. Bo is happily married and on her honeymoon. Trick is dead. A real King is back on his throne. Her life couldn't be better. Which means she needs to kick ass somewhere. "The night is still young." She laughed.

The next morning.

Kenzi waited for Hale outside of his house. His dad had always been a dick and she didn't want to ruffle his feathers so early in the morning. The young siren finally stepped onto the porch and immediately spotted her.

"Are you back to living here now?." Kenzi asked.

"Good morning to you too, Kenzi." Hale smiled.

"You look good in your suit." Kenzi smiled.

"Don't make me use my Captain badge for favors already." Hale shook his head.

"That was just a compliment. Besides, I thought you'd want to know about the word on the street." Kenzi looked around.

"What's that?." Hale asked.

"The King ordered that hit on the Captain. You could be next Hale or somewhere down the line, he could target you. Maybe you should take an early retirement." Kenzi sat on the hood of his car before he could jump in and drive off.

"He won't target me. As long as I do my job and do it well. I don't know how you found this out, but never repeat it to another soul." Hale shook his head and climbed into his car. "Get in, Kenzi. I will drop you off somewhere."

"I will hang out at the precinct. You need eyes and ears everywhere." Kenzi turned to the man.

"I can't do my job if I have to worry about babysitting you there. The squad already doesn't like how I'm suddenly Captain. The King left me holding shit in my hands. There was another new Captain appointed by the King. He's making moves, Kenzi. Pretty soon. All of this will be his." Hale explained.

"I thought this story was about Lauren. What she wants. What she needs. The rest of us be damned." Kenzi shrugged.

"It is about Lauren. She's married to Bo now. They will probably have a family someday. He's fond of her. He adores her. There's so much more that you don't know but trust me when I say, Bo and Lauren's lives will never be the same again. For them, it's a good thing." Hale pulled off.

"I have contacts too. Family all over the world. One call and...

"Stop, Kenzi. Think with your brain. He would cut your throat if you so much as breathe their names wrong." Hale shook his head. "Maybe you do need to be at the precinct. You will be my secretary. It is the only way I can keep an eye on you. Better be glad I'm Captain here and not in France where Dyson is."

"Dyson's in France? Fuck my life." Kenzi rolled her eyes.

"He's not enjoying himself." Hale shook his head. He had said enough. He needs the quiet until they get to the precinct where it will be loud again. Mumblings. Grumblings about the new Captain.

Lauren and Bo.

Bo pushed the woman against the door. She was already hot against Bo as she pushed it locked closed. They flipped positions as Bo walked the doctor backwards. They didn't know where the bed was. They don't need to, wherever they stop will do just fine. The look in Lauren's eyes had already aroused Bo. She wasn't drunk anymore. Bo had fed her lots of bread and a cup of coffee. Her breath was hot on Bo's lips as they finally tumbled down into the unknown. By the time they had landed, Bo had softened Lauren's landing.

"As much as we have traveled. We should have done this in every hotel we could find." Bo whispered as she inhaled Lauren's scent.

"That would make a wonderful story to tell our grandchildren. We should go back and do that." Lauren smiled against Bo's neck and gently kissed it.

"Grandchildren?." Bo laughed. "We don't even have kids yet."

"I know. That's why we will start tonight. We will go back to everywhere we've been and try in every hotel. By the time one of us is pregnant, we will likely be ready to go home. To tell Aife and Keldon." Lauren played with Bo's hair and felt the succubus start to stir.

"Are you sure? Really sure that you want to bring a child into this world. My child? My world? It's not as glamorous as it looks. It can be nasty. It can be cruel. It can be dangerous." Bo sighed into the woman's chest that her head now rested on.

"I am sure. I want your child, Bo Dennis-Lewis." Lauren pulled the succubus lips to hers and kissed her. Bo felt something move inside of her. A growl she had never felt before. She knew her succubus was about to surface. "I'm not scared. I never have been." Lauren whispered. That was it. Clothes were ripped and Bo was all over the doctor like she had never been before. Sweaty bodies soaked the couch as they slept afterwards. The succubus smiled. Make little scores of little succubus with this woman? Hell yes. She's going to enjoy this as much if not more than Bo will.
