"So. I think we can all agree that Twilight lost a few screws and then some. Like, I'll give Sapphire Onyx this, at least she kept things in her own pocket. She didn't go off declaring "I'm the one true Ruby" and went on a Ruby-killing genocide. Let's just move on from this universe and the less we chat about Twilight Chiaki, the better."
He looked through different universes once more. "Personally, I'd want to look into another evil Chiaki like Darth Vader, but I think another evil version of her having her own story would be too soon… for now, anyway."
He stopped at one universe. "Now what's this?" He wondered as he looked into it. "Oooooh… now this is a nice change of pace!"
He let out a grin. "So we all know the story of how Ridley ruined everyone's day and turned Samus into who she is while Chell went off and became an Aperture Lab Rat. However… that's how it normally goes. This time… let's just say things are gonna be a little different!"
"Destroy everything! Leave no survivors!" Ridley declared as the Space Pirates proceeded to destroy the village on K2L. "Hahaha! I haven't had this much fun in a while."
"Mama! Papa! Where are you?"
"Hmm?" Ridley turned his head.
"Did something happen?" Samus approached with curiosity, only to gasp in shock when she saw Ridley.
"Lord Ridley, we've captured the facility. We've begun transporting the containers."
"Good."
"A-Are you… Mister Ridley?"
"Mmph…" Ridley turned to Samus again.
"I… I'm Samus Aran… th-three years old… E-Even if you look different… you're not scary… I'm perfectly fine… w-we can still be friends!"
"Mmm, you're so cute… I'm sorry, miss. But… that's impossible!"
"Huh…?"
"Because…" Ridley let out a terrifying screech, causing Samus to shrink back and making her scream. "YOU'RE ABOUT TO DIE!"
"SAMUS!" A voice cried out as Samus turned to see her mother coming after her.
"Mama?!"
Ridley swung his claws down on Samus, but Virginia pushed her out of the way and got struck instead. "GYAAAAAAH!"
"MAMA!" Samus cried, watching blood spill out of her mother's chest as Ridley smirked, breathing fire on her corpse.
"Lord Ridley! We took care of a problem on our ship."
"What was the problem?"
"Apparently some human decided to sneak aboard and tried to blow it up, but we killed him before he had the chance."
"I see. Good job."
"Lord Ridley!"
A Zebesian approached and tossed Chell to the ground.
"Chell…!"
"Samus!" Chell whimpered as the two embraced one another.
"What do you want to do with them? Shall we kill them?"
"Hmmm…" Ridley rubbed his lower jaw in thought. "I have a better idea."
"And what is that?"
Ridley smirked, grabbing the two with his tail. "These two might prove useful!"
What If… Ridley Kidnapped Samus and Chell?
"That's right! Big bad Ridley is kidnapping Sammy and Chell! Wonder how that will turn out…"
Ridley's ship flew away from K2L as they were now flying through space, all of them looking at the two terrified children. Samus burying her head into Chell's chest while Chell was crying while glaring at the Space Pirates.
"So what do we do with them? Imprison them? Starve them? Be our slaves?" A Space Pirate wondered.
"I say we feed them to our pets!"
"No." Ridley turned around. "I say we have a bit of fun with them." He said as he towered over the children and pulled Samus away from Chell, both girls screaming as a Zebesian pulled Chell away.
"Samus! NO!"
"Chell!"
"I have plans with this one." Ridley said. "And if it turns out well. We do the same with the other child."
He walked over while dragging Samus behind him, the little girl screaming and trying to break free of Ridley's grasp. However, it was all in vain.
He walked into a lab where several scientists were concocting various experiments. One of them caught sight of Ridley. "General in the room!" He said with a salute, causing the other scientists to salute as well.
Ridley found what he was looking for as he shoved Samus inside of a tube and proceeded to have liquid be poured into it. Samus screamed the whole time, pounding on the glass and crying as the liquid filled inside the tube until it was completely covered.
At that moment, mechanical arms came out and attached themselves into Samus's back, stabbing her with sharp needles along with an oxygen mask that put her into a deep sleep.
Ridley pulled out a needle, proceeding to inject himself with it and pulled it out before putting it into a vial while throwing the needle away. He then inserted it inside of the test tube where the liquid went through the tubes.
"Lord Ridley… what exactly are you doing?"
"Doing an experiment." Ridley responded, folding his arms as another scientist proceeded to log into his computer and started to look into what he was doing.
"Incredible… you're fusing your own DNA into this girl."
"What is this girl's name?"
"According to the biological DNA… her name is Samus Aran."
"Ah yes, that's what she had told me. I hardly heard her name because of the carnage that was going about."
Ridley turned around and walked off. "Let me know how it goes. I wish to… entertain our other prisoner."
"Very well." He nodded as he looked into the screen, watching Samus's DNA be infused with Ridley's.
A few hours later…
The scientist walked into the deck. "Lord Ridley! We have new-... what are you doing?"
"Trying to figure out how to make this girl stop crying. We're trying everything!" Ridley said.
"Goochie goochie goochie!" A Zebesian said, trying to tickle her cheek and stomach. Chell growled as she grabbed the arm and bit his arm. "OW!"
"Hello! I am Zandar-352! I am your very best friend!" A Zebesian said with a sock puppet. "Do you want to play with Zandar-352? We can go out and enjoy the cosmos together and-"
Chell pulled the sock puppet off of him and threw him away.
"No! Zandar-352! You were so young!" The Zebesian cried as he went to go check on it.
"How about some other earthling customs? I found this one show that you might like." A Zebesian said as he pulled out a top hat and a cane. "Ahem… hello my baby~! Hello my honey~"
POW!
Ridley had smacked him upside the head with his tail. "That is never catching on."
"Hmph. Everyone's a critic…"
"Hmph!" Chell folded her arms while looking away while puffing her cheeks. "I want to go home with Sammy!"
"Ah, but this is your new home! Here, we came up with a skit that we found from Earth!" Another said as he and another Zebesian got together.
"Earth season!"
"Moon season!"
"Earth season!"
"Moon season!"
"...Moon season!"
"Earth season! FIRE!"
"Boooooriiiiing. You guys are lame."
Both of them jawdropped in shock as tears fell from both of them.
"We worked on that for several hours just to cheer you up…"
"You didn't have to fire through our hearts like that!"
"Oh brother…" Ridley rolled his eyes.
"...Right… anyway, Lord Ridley. There's something you ought to come see."
"Should be a lot better than this drabble."
The two of them wandered back into the lab where they would see Samus looking entirely different. Her skin was light purple and her blonde hair was black. Her eyes were a mixture of blue and yellow.
"Fascinating! So is it a success?"
"Amazingly, yes. She is now a Human-Space Pirate hybrid. In time, her powers will grow exponentially. Enhanced strength, fire breathing capabilities, high intelligence… you name it."
Ridley smirked. "Absolutely wonderful. Were there any issues?"
"Surprisingly? No! No side effects or allergic reactions."
"Then it is a success. I am going to get the other girl."
"What is your plan for this, by the way?"
"More space pirates wouldn't exactly hurt, would it? And besides… with my DNA in these two, they might become the most dangerous people in the galaxy! It would take a bloody miracle for someone to defeat them."
A few years later…
Samus ran after Ridley, proceeding to do a series of jumps and flips before she delivered a strong kick to his jaw, but Ridley grabbed a hold of her ankle and slammed her to the ground, only to get shot at by Chell.
Chell, her auburn hair having turned gray while her eyes were a mixture of blue and purple, not to mention her skin was a much darker purple compared to Samus's light purple skin. She even had a small dragon-like tail poking out from behind.
Ridley smirked as he extended his tail toward Chell but she turned around and whacked it away with her own tail as Samus charged in with her claw-like hands and slashed at him. Ridley snarled and tried to bite down at Samus, but she kicked his head away from her… although she kicked a little too hard and knocked his head clean off.
"Simulation terminated! Simulation terminated!"
The girls heard clapping as Ridley approached them. "Well done, girls. You're becoming ruthless like me! Though I must say, there are vast areas of improvement."
Samus folded her arms. "I know. We need to get stronger."
"That's going to take a bit." Chell mumbled.
"I know. But over the years, you have proven to be quite capable. Heck, you two managed to destroy a village on JFK-63! All by yourselves no less."
"Ah, it was nothing." Samus smirked.
"We're very happy that you took us under your wing… father." Chell said.
Ridley nodded and walked off. "Keep up the good work."
"Master Ridley, are you absolutely sure it's fine if they called you "father"?" A Zebesian wondered.
"What does it matter? They have my DNA. They can call me "father" all they want." Ridley said. "It matters not. The goal remains the same for our galactic conquest."
"Understood."
Many years later…
"Commander Malcovich! We have a bogie incoming!"
"Hmm, looks like this routine mission just got a bit more interesting." Adam mused. "Shoot it down."
"Aye aye!"
BGM: Space Battleground (Star Fox Assault)
The laser cannons aimed directly at the bogie in question and proceeded to fire, but the individual proceeded to avoid the incoming projectiles with ease.
"Commander Malcovich! The bogie has dodged all-"
"I can see that! Hit 'em with the heat seeking missiles!"
Missiles shot out and launched at the target, where it quickly dove down as the missiles followed before the target. At that moment, the target flew up and punched through the windshield as it landed on the deck as the missiles hit the ship, causing massive explosions and severely damaging the ship, while also everyone on deck getting sucked out into the vacuum of space.
Adam, meanwhile, held on to the upper deck while hitting a button, causing several blast doors to seal the windshield shut.

BGM: Dark Samus Approaching (Metroid Prime 2: Echoes)
Adam grabbed his blaster, staring at the individual before him. The individual had a dark purple suit with a blue visor and helmet. There were wings attached to the suit with the arms having blades attached to them, along with an arm cannon.
"I've seen you in photos before. You are the Space Pirate Sister, Samus Aran, aren't you?"
"You got that right."
"Where's that other sister of yours?"
"On a different assignment."
Adam scowled. "Take off that suit so I can get a good look at you."
Samus chuckled. "If you insist."
She dismissed the suit, revealing a more reptilian look of her, complete with dragon like wings, scales, and two small upper fangs protruding out of the corners of her mouth. Her outfit of choice was Zebesian armor covering her chest and thighs.
"Hmm… so the rumors are true. You look human, yet you also look draconian. I've heard how dangerous you are."
"Do you surrender?"
"Surrender… I'm not one to back down." He said, aiming his blaster at her.
"Ha! You think you're going to kill me with that toy of yours?"
"We'll see how this battle goes."

BGM: Vs Ridley (Metroid Other M)
Adam vaulted over the deck, starting to shoot at her as she put her hand out and stopped the lasers with her palm. She flapped her wings, giving herself some air as she let out a draconic screech, which stunned Adam as she breathed fire right after.
Adam was knocked to a wall, growling as he quickly summoned his armor, proceeding to run and gun at her as Samus punched the ground to create some nasty shockwaves, but Adam's suit absorbed them as she lunged forward.
Adam weaved his head and delivered a strong punch to her face to knock her back, proceeding to shoot her in the stomach and shoulders before throwing a grenade at her. She grabbed the grenade and crushed it with a smirk before she grabbed a hold of him and threw him into the deck.
She even pressed a button as the blast doors started to open up, as she crushed it underneath her foot as she delivered strong powerful blows to his gut. Adam growled, kicking her in the shin before springing back up, activating the Gravity Feature in his suit so the vacuum wouldn't pull him out.
Adam then delivered a roundhouse kick, but Samus caught his leg and started to close her grip. "Nnngh…!" He grunted as he aimed his blaster and fired directly into her belly, making her wince as she grabbed his helmet and pulled it off, crushing it with her hand.
She then smiled sadistically as she shoved him into the ground. She pinned him and then with a smile, she leaned in and locked lips with him… which not only paralyzed him, but at the same time, her throat started to light up while her tongue played with his… and then she unleashed a plasma breath that disintegrated his mouth and went through to the back of his head, melting everything.
Her very own kiss of death.

Samus pulled away as Adam, now lacking a mouth as it had been melted, proceeded to soccer kick him out of the deck, making him drift off into space.
She then chuckle, proceeding to go toward a computer that was not destroyed and proceeded to hack into the Galactic Federation's HQ.
"Launch Nuclear Missile?"
Samus smiled, proceeding to change the course of the missile directly on top of them.
"Ooops~" She smirked, hitting the accept button as she called her armor and proceeded to fly out into space while the ship exploded behind her.
At Galactic Federation HQ…
"Bradley!" Anthony ran in. "We just received info that we launched a nuclear missile!"
"What? I didn't authorize it!"
"Well, someone did!"
"Where is it headed for?"
"Us!"
Nearby, a couple walked by the HQ with a hum as they looked up to see the nuclear missile coming down and striking the building, proceeding to explode and destroyed the entire city, disintegrating everything in its path.
Meanwhile, with Chell…
"So sorry, but this BSL station belongs to the Space Pirates." Chell said.
"Perhaps we can work out a deal!" Shou Tucker pleaded. "We could work together and-"
Chell's draconian tail pierced through his chest.
"I don't know why, but you seem to have the personality of a snake. Not interested." Chell said boredly as she pulled the tail away as Shou fell to the ground and weakly looked up to see a hungry look in Chell's eyes as she proceeded to kneel down and proceeded to rip his limbs off, starting to eat him up entirely until nothing remained of him.
Chell licked her lips, using his lab coat as a napkin as she stood up. "Now, let's see what we can't do about those Metroids."
Way later…
"Hmph. It seems as if those Chozo fools want to stop us." Ridley said as they were flying toward ZDR.
"Any reason why?" Samus wondered.
"Tch, if I had to guess, they're tired of us always winning so they've sent us a message to come to ZDR."
"I feel like we're flying into a trap." Chell said.
"Perhaps we are… but those bird brains are going to have a really bad day." Ridley chuckled. "Do you have the translator ready?"
"We have it all ready to go! We will understand the Chozonian language." One of the Space Pirates said.
"Good. Now let us see what they want." Ridley said. "You have to have nerves of steel if you want to message us."
Deep within ZDR…
The trio emerged from the tram as they witnessed a grand stadium nearby. They flew over to the stadium and then landed on the ground where they saw an armored warrior standing before them.
"Greetings. I am Raven Beak." The Chozo Warrior said through their translators.
"What business do you have with us? Did you want to strike a deal?"
"No. Your conquest is immoral. You destroyed the Galactic Federation, you modified the Metroids to further your conquest. You used the Phazon on Tallon IV to power up your armies and further strengthen your conquest… you must be stopped."
"So, is that why you have an army in the stands?"
"Yes. I wish to fight your strongest warriors. You will deal with my army." Raven Beak demanded.
"I have a better idea." Ridley smirked as several beams of light hit the ground, revealing the Space Pirates as they all were behind the trio.
"So be it."
BGM: Raven Beak - Phase 3 (Metroid Dread)
As the Chozo and Space Pirates began battle, along with Ridley joining in on the fun, Samus and Chell stood before Raven Beak.
"Not every day I face the Space Pirate Sisters."
Both of them smirked as Samus readied her wings while Chell had her tail ready for the kill.
The three of them lunged as Raven Beak batted them away with his spear before he shot at them with his plasma cannon. Samus quickly flew around to avoid it while Chell disappeared in darkness.
Samus corkscrewed into Raven Beak, where he blocked the attack with one arm, but Chell emerged from Raven Beak's shadow and clawed him from behind. Raven Beak turned around to backhand her, but Chell grabbed his wrist with her tail and yanked him hard enough to dislocate his shoulder.
Samus let out a draconic screech to stun Raven Beak as Chell climbed on top of him and started ripping apart his helmet. Raven Beak grabbed a hold of Chell and threw her to the side while latching on to his dislocated shoulder and pulled it back together.
Raven Beak then sprouted his wings as he flew up in the air and proceeded to fire at the duo, where Samus flew up, calling upon her armor and shot at him, firing Phazonic missiles into him to knock him back.
With a growl, Raven Beak swooped in and grabbed a hold of Samus, sending her crashing to the ground and shoved her in, but Samus removed her visor and breathed fire, causing him to yelp and pull away as her fire melted part of his helmet.
Raven Beak charged up his arm cannon and started to fire a laser into Samus, but Chell tackled him to the ground and started to rip apart his armor with her claws. Raven Beak kicked her off of her, but it gave Samus plenty of time to breathe fire into his arm cannon, melting it completely and making it useless… and then she roundhouse kicked the arm cannon to shatter it.
Raven Beak swung his spear into Samus, while at the same time, Chell extended her tail into him ripped apart armor, skewering his insides. She then spun the tail around for maximum carnage on the inside. Raven Beak let out a massive pained cry as she did so until she removed her tail, his intestines following suit.
He fell on one knee, watching as how Chell brought her tail to her mouth and chomped down to eat him up. Raven Beak grabbed hold of his intestines and snapped part of it in half. He pushed the remaining intestine into him as he then backhanded Samus away as he lunged and shoved his heel into her stomach.
He pulled out his spear and tried to impale her but she grabbed it and started to bend it before it snapped completely over, then she grabbed a hold of his foot and ripped his armor apart, including his Achilles tendon. (Assuming Chozo have such a tendon…)
"Aaaargh!" Raven Beak grunted as Samus kicked him off as she breathed fire into his unarmored beaked face as he cried out in agony.
Samus closed her mouth as Raven Beak stood there, his head now a skull as Raven Beak raised his arm to try and swipe at her… and then he fell to the ground in death.
End BGM
Chell smiled as she jumped in and proceeded to finish what he started. "It's amazing that I didn't inherit father's voracious appetite compared to you."
"Eh. Happeths tuh the beth of uth." Chell said with her mouth full as she continued eating while Samus picked up a body part and casually ate and savored it while Chell devoured the rest.
"So it is finished. The Chozo are no more!" Ridley said as he barely had a scratch on him. The Space Pirates cheered as there were only a few casualties amongst the Space Pirates. All the Space Pirates proceeded to go back to their ship while Ridley approached what was left of Raven Beak's armor.
"Hmph. So much for a proud warrior race." Ridley chuckled. "Now then, let us-"
Shiiiink!
Ridley felt something go through him as he looked to see Chell's own tail going through him. "Rrrgh… what…?"
Samus immediately breathed acidic plasmic fire into him, causing him to screech as Chell removed her tail and then swiped at him, dislocating his limbs and tail.
Ridley fell on his back. "But why…?"
"You taught us everything you knew, father. Including your treachery." Samus said as she knelt down. "We are proud to call you our father, but… it is time for you to be put to rest."
"Rrrrgh… so this is it then… you betray me and you two command the Space Pirates with an iron fist together?" Ridley snarled…
…Before he gave a hearty chuckle.
"I am so proud. I have been looking for a successor the past month… and it seems I have found them."
"Goodbye, father." Chell said as she impaled him through the neck and then removed herself while Samus breathed fire into him to melt him away.
Samus turned to Chell with a nasty smirk. "So. Shall we rule this universe together as the Space Pirate Queens?"
Chell smirked back. "I like the sound of that." She said, both of them grasping each others hands as they went back to the ship.
"Where's Ridley?" Mother Brain asked, only for her eye to widen as she realized what the two Space Pirates had down. "...I see. So you're in charge now."
"Yes." Samus nodded.
"We will follow your lead." Mother Brain said as all the Space Pirates bowed before them.
"So, where shall we go next?" Chell asked as Samus typed into some coordinates.
Samus smirked when a world appeared before them.
"This place seems good to conquer."
"The Mushroom Kingdom?" Chell mused. "I like the sound of that."
"Let's move. There are many other worlds to conquer." Samus smirked viciously as they jumped into hyper space.
"Aaaand this universe lived happily ever after under Samus and Chell's reign! We will see you next time!"
