Prologue
It was a sunny day in Royal Woods, Michigan, and two people were just leaving the Royal Woods mall. Their names were Rita Loud and her son Lincoln. Rita had taken her son to go video game shopping, where Lincoln had just promised his mom to do chores around the house in exchange for his new game. There was one exception, though: Lincoln had to play this game with a chaperone due to the game's rating.
When Rita and Lincoln arrived at their house, Lincoln ran inside the house. Lincoln had run up to his room and called his best friend Clyde on his walkie-talkie."Clyde, come in," said Lincoln. " Clyde, here, what's up Lincoln?"said Clyde."Mom just took me to the game store, and i bought a new game," Lincoln exclaimed, and Clyde was curious. "What game did you buy, dude?" he said."It's called Batman: Arkham Asylum," said Lincoln. "What is it about?" said Clyde curiously."It's about a superhero called Batman. "Mom said that i have to play it with one of my older sisters," said Lincoln. That would prove difficult because his ten sisters don't like superheroes, this was going to require him to plan which of his older sisters to ask, he could ask Lori but she is always busy on her phone and Leni is at work today.
Then he realized that he could ask his sister Luna if she could be his chaperone. "I'll try asking Luna if she can watch me play this game. She isn't really busy today," said Lincoln."Talk to you later, Lincoln," said Clyde, then the walkie-talkie went silent as Lincoln turned it off. Rita and Lynn.Sr told their kids that they were going out to a party with friends and that Lori was in charge.
When his parents left, Lincoln went to Luna and Luan's room. He knocked on the door and heard, "Come in," Lincoln then opened the door to see his older sisters Luan and Luna."Hey Bro, what's up," said Luna,"Luna can I ask for a favor please, I bought this new game but mom wants me to play with a chaperone I was thinking you could be my chaperone."
Lincoln thought he knew the answer and was prepared for his sister to say no. Then Luna said "sure dude I'll be your chaperone," surprising Lincoln, " Wait, really, tha-, hang on, what's the catch,"? said Lincoln suspicious. "No Catch, I was kinda looking for something to do," Luna explained, Lincoln then smiled and hugged his sister, then heard another voice ring out. "Got room for one more," said Luan, Lincoln's prank-loving sister "sure thing Luan the more the merrier," said Lincoln.
The three loud children went downstairs , and they saw Lucy sitting on the couch."Hey Lucy, what are you doing," said Luan, "I was just working on some poems," said Lucy. "Well, we're about to watch Lincoln play his new game. Do you want to join us," said Luna. "Sure, what is the game called," questioned Lucy, "It's called Batman: Arkham Asylum," said Lincoln, Lucy was curious why someone would call themselves Batman.
The four got into position on the couch while Lincoln put the game into the console all while wondering what to expect.
