Author's Notes - So about seven and a half years after the last chapter the next chapter is here. I can assure that the next chapters have been written and will be posted soon.
Hope you enjoy.
Tim sat staring at the clouds feeling a sense of, not peace exactly, because he was still terrified to meet the people who he was told were his parents, but certain that he'd made the right choice. It was also comforting that by discovering he still had parents, he somehow also gained an adoptive uncle, aunt, and cousin in the Jackson family.
He liked the idea of Ari as his sort of cousin, they'd become friends and Tim enjoyed spending time with her. The group of friends he'd made on the Seaquest had become his family and adding her to had been easy.
He was pulled out of his thoughts when Sha're let out a cry suddenly.
"Are you okay?" Tim jumped to her side.
Shaking slightly Sha're nodded, "Something has happened. Dan'iel is hurt."
Tim frowned, "What about the others?"
She took a deep breath, "I believe they are fine."
"Believe?" Tim asked confused as she had been so certain about her husband's injury.
"My connection to Dan'iel is different than my one to Arianna," she explained, her face wrinkled in pain, "The fact he is in pain blocks my sense a great deal."
Tim grimaced, "We should contact them."
Sha're nodded, taking Tim's hand when he offered to help her from her seat.
"Are you okay?" Tim asked, seeing the pain crease her forehead again.
"Yes," Sha're replied softly, "Dan'iel has hit his head, and it hurts badly. It is affecting me also."
As they neared the Gateroom, Tim could see she was fading, "Can you not block it?"
"If it was anyone but Dan'iel, yes," she told him with a taut, pain-filled smile, "I will be fine. We need to speak to John and contact the Jumper."

John looked up when the doors to the Gateroom opened, frowning when Sha're and Seaquest's O'Neill walked in.
"What happened to them?" he demanded, seeing the discomfort on Sha're's face.
"She's not sure," the young man answered, "Dr Jackson is in a lot of pain."
John rolled his eyes, "Tim, right?"
"Yes, sir."
"Stay with Share," John ordered, "Take her to the infirmary and I'll let you know what is happening."
"No," Sha're snapped.
John frowned at her, "You're in pain."
"Dan'iel is in pain," she retorted, "I will be fine once I know what is happening."
Shaking his head, and muttering under his breath, John ran up to Gate Control ordering them to dial up the planet.
As the Gate opened, he called the team, "Atlantis to Jumper One."
"Not now," Rodney's yell was all the reply he got.
x
"Lucas?" Rodney called as he tried to level off the Jumper.
"Almost got it," the teenager replied from beneath the control panel.
"Hurry up," Ortiz yelled, "Ari can't hold on much longer."
Rodney glanced back and could see the young woman using her gift to stop herself falling out the back of the Jumper as the ship tilted at a forty-five-degree angle. Ortiz was gripping the webbing in one hand and the controls for the winch with the other while Daniel was holding the webbing on the other side watching his daughter worriedly. The bang on his head making it impossible for him to help.
"Two seconds," Lucas called back, working furiously on the controls, finally crying out with success, "Okay, got it."
Rodney felt the Jumper respond to him once more and righted it so that they were no longer tilted. Ari let out a long sigh of relief when she was able to relax. Daniel caught her and gave her a quick hug.
"John," Rodney said over the radio, "We're fine now. Just getting the Jumper sorted. We'll let you know once we're finished."
Cutting off the communication before John could reply he saw Lucas look confused and chuckled, "It'll be easier to tell him what happened when we're finished."
"Atlantis, this is Jumper One," Rodney's voice came over the radio finally.
John folded his arms, his jaw locked, "So nice of you to call back."
"We've managed to get the WSKR into the water," Rodney ignored the sarcasm, "Ready for team two."
"Is everyone alright?" John asked, as Sha're moved to his side.
"Daniel has a headache but other than that we're fine," Rodney replied, "Sha're can yell at him when we're finished."
John glanced at the woman standing beside him, the lines of pain were still etched in her forehead, "You might be in the line of fire too," he replied before quickly moving on, "Jumper Two is coming to join you now. We'll be there in five."
The radio shut down and John nodded to Chuck to take control while he headed back downstairs Sha're at his side.
"Sha're, go get the doctor to check you out," John ordered, holding up his hand to stop her arguing, "Mr O'Neill, escort her and make sure she goes. I'm holding you personally responsible."
With that said he headed down the Jumper Bay to join the team waiting there.

"Sha're," Tim touched her arm, "Please come with me to the infirmary."
Rolling her eyes in annoyance Sha're started walking towards the doors, she wobbled slightly, and Tim caught her.
"Perhaps I need to lie down," Sha're conceded as Tim took her arm to help her walk.
They made it to the infirmary and Sha're slid onto one of the beds, laying back against the pillows. Tim explained quickly to the nurse who appeared and took a seat beside the bed while she went to get Sha're some painkillers.
"You do not need to stay," Sha're said softly.
Tim shrugged, "I have nothing else to do."
She chuckled wincing slightly.
"Besides Ari would not be happy if I left you alone," Tim replied.
"My daughter has my temperament," Sha're smiled, "Sharp and quick to anger, unlike Dan'iel who, as Jack likes to describe it, has a very long fuse so when he does blow it is spectacular."
Tim shifted uncomfortably for a moment before asking, "Can you tell me some more about them?" he quickly clarified, "My parents."
"Of course," Sha're smiled, pausing while the nurse administered the painkillers, "What would you like to know?"
"I don't know," Tim breathed, "Everything I guess."
Sha're smiled again, "Well, let me tell you what I know of them."
John slid into the pilot's seat of his Jumper as Zelenka and Laura joined him. Glancing back, he saw the Seaquest's man Piccolo getting instructions from his captain.
"Ready to go?" he asked Zelenka as he and Laura took their seats.
"Just waiting for our sailor," Laura told him.
A few seconds later the other man walked onto the Jumper and took the final seat.
"Okay," John said as he tapped in the gate address, "Let's get this show on the road."
He could hear the exclamation of amazement coming from Piccolo as the Jumper was lifted into the Gateroom and flew through the event horizon before soaring up into the air to meet up with the others.
"Jumper one," John called, "This is Jumper two."
"About time you got here," Rodney came back to him, "We've got the WSKR in the water."
John looked round as Piccolo appeared at his side.
"Hey, Luke," he called, "You ready to guide me."
"The VR connection is working," Lucas replied, "But the water is different from back home so I'm having to adjust as we go. That's something you need to think about too."
"I'll be fine," Piccolo told the kid, "Just don't lose me."
"No promises," Lucas chuckled.
John looked up at Piccolo who sighed, "Well, here I go."
"You got your comm in?" John asked.
Piccolo nodded, "Yes, sir."
John could see Laura and Zelenka trying not to laugh at the attitude the younger man got in those two words, and how John could do the same. Opening the back of the Jumper, he watched Piccolo jump into the water.
"Okay," Rodney said, "Connecting to the WSKR, have you got it?"
John watched the screen light up and the view from the WSKR appeared on the screen, showing the large cavern under water and a few seconds Piccolo swam past.
x
"Okay, Tony," Lucas came in his ear, "You need to swim ahead until you come to a wall."
Following the instructions, Tony found the wall quickly. It wasn't a large body of water.
"Go down about twenty feet and you'll find the access panel," Lucas continued.
"I've got it," Tony told him.
There was a pause as Mother scanned the area before Lucas came on again, "Dr Jackson said there is a button with a glyph that…"
"Glyph?" Tony cut him off.
"It's a symbol, Tony," Ari told him, "Look for a button with a picture that looks like a frog with a hat on. Its on the bottom right of the panel."
Scanning the panel, Tony finally found what he hoped was the button.
"This one?" he asked.
"That's the one, Mr Piccolo," the older Jackson's voice came.
Hoping this worked, Tony hit the button and felt himself getting pulled backwards. Mother appeared beside him, and he managed to grab onto it, wrapping his body around the WSKR as it was pulled up out of the water.
Seeing Miguel leaning out the back of one of the Jumpers, Tony grabbed the outreaching hand of his friend and was pulled inside. A towel was tossed to him as they pulled Mother back inside as well.
"Good work," Dr Jackson told him.

John sighed in relief seeing the water drain away, releasing the Jumper with Forrest and his team in it.
"Alright," he said, "Forrest, head back to Atlantis and we'll get another team to go over the lab."
"Sir," Forrest came over, "I have a group here who are eager to get in there and will be really disappointed if they don't."
"Dr Holland," Daniel spoke up, "Are you sure?"
"Completely, Dr Jackson," Holland spoke up, "Dr Econ and I have multiple things we want to look over. If we have to wait for another team to look at them…"
"Okay," Daniel cut the other man off, "John, if they're happy to continue then they should."
"Scientists," John sighed rolling his eyes, "Alright. Rodney, head back to Atlantis and Forrest, keep in touch. Be careful this time."
"We promise," Forrest said.
John watched Rodney aim the Jumper back towards the Stargate before he followed suit.
x
"Are you alright?" Sha're slid off the bed and moved to her husband as the Jumper crews arrived in the medbay.
Daniel nodded, "Are you?"
Resting her hand on his cheek, Sha're smiled sweetly, "Now I know you are."
Wrapping his arms around his wife, Daniel kissed her quickly before letting Sha're hug their daughter.
"Lieutenant O'Neill kept me company," Sha're told them as she walked with them across the room to wait for their check-ups, "We have spoken a great deal in the past few hours."
"And?" Ari demanded.
Her parents frowned at her, but Sha're confirmed, "He wishes to meet Jack and Sara."
Daniel smiled softly, "That's good news. I'll work out what I'm telling them."
"You?" Ari asked.
Rolling his eyes, Daniel reminded her, "As much as I would love to make you do it after everything, I think this will be better coming from me."
Looking round as they were called for their checks; Daniel kissed his wife quickly again before moving Ari over to where Kristen was waiting for them to go through their own medical.

Tim sat on the balcony watching the sunset, not too surprised when Ari appeared in the seat beside him.
"You talked with your mom," Tim noted, "Didn't you?"
Ari shrugged, "I talk to her all the time but you're right. She told me she said you want to meet Jack and Sara."
"Want might be a bit strong of a word," Tim told her, "But I would regret never doing it."
"Dad suggests that once we send the Seaquest back to Earth that you then travel back with us to the SGC," Ari told him, "We'll take you to the house and we can do it all there."
Tim turned to her, "Sounds so simple."
"I know," she shrugged, "Though experience with the SGC has taught me it will be anything but."
Chuckling Tim noted, "Yeah, that happens with the Seaquest too."
