James Gordon was on the bridge looking towards the city skyline when he noticed a group of people running to the bridge. First he thought those were mutants but when he looked into binoculars he saw clearly they were just people. He gave a command to ride two of the police vehicles which were blocking the bridge to the people's rescue but as soon as they left he noticed a bigger group. That group was definitely on the hunt for the first one and it was dangerous.

-We got to help those people! They probably woke up on their own! - James Gordon run on the bridge when patrol cars were already at the end of it.

-Come here! Run, run! - officers were screaming to people, they needed them to move faster in order to start shooting at the mutants with sleeping bullets.

-Shoot! - screamed Captain Gordon when he got to his officers and he fired the first shot. He struck the mutant who almost caught a woman by her hand.

The shooting broke up, everyone who could run did it as fast as they could. No one got caught and in the end there were fifteen more sleeping mutants.

Gordon sent two officers to find a truck which was supposed to pick up the bodies and the rest of the officers including Gordon took care of a new arrivals.

-I don't know how but we managed to escape our building and we met one more group of people, these five. - one of the rescued man told his story. - And they told us that they heard shooting from the beach area so we figured out to go here. We made it pretty far when we for the first time saw one of them. Man, I'll tell you I have never been so scared, I grabbed my daughter and I run for my life! What is going on in the city! All I remember I was told to keep going to work every day but then I started to feel more tired and tired and one day I couldn't get up. My daughter was stronger she was holding up until electricity and water went off and she tried to keep me awake.

-All I can tell you right now is that you are safe here. We will place you in one of the camps we set up for those who woke up and healthy. There is food, medicine and fresh air.

-You know I can help. I feel much better now.

-We appreciate that. Soon I will send some officers to camps to ask people if anyone wants to volunteer so you can join then.

People were glad to get to the safe place and environment, they also told Gordon that there were many more people asleep or so scared to get out from their homes that they just couldn't leave.

Sooner or later Gordon would have to make a rescue group to go inside the city, he knew that. As for now they tried to preserve whatever they had in order to help people.

Finally the body truck came and every sleeping mutant was going to be tucked inside of it.

-I had to give some rest to my people they've been working all day. - said Yuri. - I picked up a few guys from camps who wanted to help.

Gordon had no choice but work with all types of people including gangsters but he wasn't very talkative to them so he just nodded and walked away.

On his way to a police vehicle he noticed Logan helping with bodies. He remembered him.

-Hey! Hi, I'm James Gordon chief commander of Gotham City police department.

-Oh, hey. I know who you are, sir. The matte of fact everyone knows. - answered Logan smiling.

For a second Gordon got confused but continued:

-I heard you can print some sort of news letters at a library.

-Yes, sir. My team was doing it since we lost power in the Zones.

-I may need your help. Do you think you can print posters. You see, I don't have enough people to secure the river and bridge and in the same time to go inside of the city.

-Why? Why would you go inside the city, Captain? - Logan had some trouble to understand Gordon's thought process.

-There are more people to be rescued. Just today we got a group of people who managed it to the beach but they say there are more people, they are afraid or still asleep. I need volunteers whom we can train to stay on the bridge to protect it.

-You want us to make posters for each camp. Is it what it is?

-Yes. Could be great if you do so today or tomorrow and spread it in camps for people to know.

-Anything we can do, sir! I will finish here and go find my partner so we could start on it today. He is very good with that old printing machine. - Logan was happy to help especially if it was about spreading the news.

-Great! I'll count on you! Find me on the bridge when you done with it. - said Gordon and shook Logan's hand.

Logan was exited and went to find Jimmy as soon as he could. Jimmy was working with Ellie injecting vaccines to those who were brought to the warehouse.

-You can go Jimmy. I have enough help here. - said Ellie when Logan told them about Gordon's plan.

Two of them, Logan and Jimmy, went to the library. One of the camps was located on a square next to the library building. It was quiet for the most part except group of women who tried to help an old lady. She was crying out loud.

-Ask them what happened and if they need help. - told Logan to Jimmy. - I'll be at the library.

When Jimmy came back he told that he didn't understand much only the fact that a woman went to bring more supplies and didn't come back.

-Do you think mutants got on the Zone's ground?

-I hope no! We must work fast, Jimmy. We will print big posters so you go ahead and change the size of paper and I'll come up with words.

Two of them got to work and didn't stop until fifteen posters were done.

-I think it's enough. Five for each camp. I will help you to glue them at this camp and then you will have to do it by yourself. I have to go to Gordon. Will you be able to finish two camps?

-Sure! I'm fine. The third one is close to my house so I'll go straight to bed. - said Jimmy.

-Great! After Gordon I visit Ellie and hopefully she agrees to go home and sleep.

Both of them were pretty tired at that point. When they went outside to the square where the camp was they saw a police car.

-What happened, officer Tillman? - asked Logan the officer who just finished interviewing a woman.

-That serial killer again… now more than ever people are vulnerable and he used it for his advantage.

-It happened in the camp?!

-No, sir. The young woman went home for supplies and didn't come back. Her mother went after her to find her daughter dead in the house.

-Nuts! - said Jimmy. - All this mayhem and he is still doing it. Do you even have a resources to catch him!?

-Not now, no. But I believe in good and one day or another everything will be over including this guy. - officer Tillman walked away to get more details about the victim.

-Fuck! Why there is every disaster in the same time! - Logan kicked a small rock. - Anyway, let's put this five posters up. One or two should go on this wall.

-Yeh. It's a good spot where everyone can see the announcement.

The printing was bold, big black letters on the piece of paper enough to read from the far. The announcement was about volunteering for police to protect river and the bridge.

When they were done with the camp Logan left to find Gordon and Jimmy went to the next camp.

That night wasn't eventful, not considering a serial killer and couple fights between gangs members but those guys managed to police themselves.
