A/N: Hello everyone, I needed some time to give this chapter some more love in the form of corrections and stuff, but now here you go. I won't be able to establish an upload timeframe. I write for the fun alone and sometimes writer's block kicks me hard between the legs. I have the story roughly outlined till the finish. Details and milestones till the Shipuuden time jump so we should be good to go for the next months. I must say I got addicted to feedback, which helped me fix some mistakes and unclear passages in the past so keep them coming. This chapter is only betaed by a shaky AI correction. Hope the quality is still good enough though. Let me know in the reviews ;).
One Month Later, early Morning, Konoha Village Walls, South Gate
Izumo, and Kotetsu, the eternal Gateguards, were looking bored playing a shogi game.
"Err Kotetsu, what is that dust cloud coming towards us."
Kotetsu looked at the cloud, not recognizing that Izumo used that diversion to change the stone placements.
"Well, I would say, looking at the clock it would be Guy and his Mini Me."
Izumo looked a bit more at the nearing clouds.
"But why are there three clouds and not two?"
"That is something I don't know"
The clouds speeded up a bit and the two Chunin could only hear two screams of YOUTH and one of FASTER. After that, there was only dust left. Both had to cough.
"Izumo? Was one of them Uzumaki Naruto?"
The bespoken nodded slowly, still training to understand what had happened.
Kotetsu had looked back at the board.
"Eeeh I could swear that my position didn't look that desperate a minute ago."
Izumo was holding his belly laughing and Kotetsu still hadn't recognized why his pieces laid the way they were.
Ten youthful rounds later, at the training ground ten
"A most youthful morning workout, Naruto Kun. When my rival asked me if one of his students would be better off joining my morning sessions than his own. I have to say I was curious but your flames of youth are burning very bright."
The Green full Bodysuit wearing Jonin Mighty Guy was giving him his thumbs up with a shining bright grin. Lee was imitating his sensei and also grinned with the same smile and pose. Naruto was a bit creeped out but gave them his foxy grin. The Training with the two green beasts was challenging, he tried to keep up with them and play with the level of his training matrix to give him a good challenge.
After the run, he sparred, against Lee and Guy, as they did the last three weeks. The first joint training session was today. Logistics and everything had to be arranged and Naruto was excited to see how everyone was progressing. But he had a different thing to check with Guy.
"Err Guy Sensei?"
"Yes, Naruto Kun? Another Round?"
The two Genin were arranged in a circle and were sipping on water bottles, while Guy did one-handed pushups.
"You know Kakashi Sensei told me you know how to open the inner gates."
Guy frowned a bit.
"That I do, do you want to learn to open them? I thought Lee to open the first one already. With only Taijutsu, he needed something big for emergencies. With your endurance and control in the spars, I think it would be possible. I know you can spam Nin- and Fuinjutsu, why the interest in the inner Gates?"
Naruto gave another foxy grin.
"A Shinobi should always strive to be improving in all fields shouldn't he?"
Guy was smiling
"Ahh, I know I liked you, Naruto Kun, a most youthful answer. Let's do a quick five hundred Kicks and Punches to cool down, after that we will talk about the Gates."
Some five hundred kicks and punches later Guy, Lee, and Naruto were sitting on the ground while Guy was talking.
"Well as you know the technique is known as the Hachimon, the eight inner gates. The objective is to open the limiters and allow the practitioner to use the full potential of their body. The strain on the body is something that most Shinobi won't be able to stand, though."
After that, the three were talking for the rest while doing some exercises for active rest, as Guy told them.
Naruto would take all of the information and consolidate it in the new scroll, what he wanted to achieve would be to go to the second gate. Combined with his healing factor he would be nearly unstoppable. But first, he would have to get to his team. He would have to speed up because the training with the other teams would start at noon. A clone puffed into existence at his side and gave him a short nod.
Why not take a ramen break before the training with the others?
Uzumaki Compound, a new sublevel, at the same time
Mito, Minato, Kushina, and Hatsumi were looking after a group of Naruto's Clones. They were in a new area they worked on for some time. They experimented with a Fuinjutsu Variant of the Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu. To train his Doton Affinity Naruto thought that a secret Training Ground, even if somebody was able to breach the defenses of the compound, could be a good point to retreat to. As he did with the tunnel to the red light district, his clones were moving the earth with small Jutsu. After much work and sweat, they now had a comfortable hall. Everything was covered in Fuinjutsu to isolate them from Konoha. Chakra Suppression, Privacy, reflection seals, and a special no-chakra seal were the main part of the defenses.
If somebody without the special tag would try to get to the hall, the no chakra seal would trap the person triggering a special prisoner seal. The intruder would be put in stasis without access to his or her chakra.
In the adjoining room, Mito and Kushina had placed the new and improved mentor scrolls and the whole Library of the compound. After the Kyuubi attack,k they were not sure if the compound defenses would hold against a Biju bomb. This new subterranean bunker-like hall would be enough.
At the moment the Naruto clones were testing a new improved Version of the Anti-Genjutsu Formula. After much trial and error of the Anti Genjutsu Squad three they came up with the idea to use the Kyuubi Chakra Filter seal as a base. The Formula would analyze Chakra coming into the body of the Shinobi, alerting him of the fact, with a quick channeling of the same amount of chakra the user would be able to block the outside chakra flow.
Normal Genjutsu was a problem of the past after the final first version was safe to use. If the user of the Genjutsu was good at what they did and did not directly attack the User of the seal, there were some cases the seal would not react.
Another problem was the Special Genjutsu cast by the second stage of the Sharingan. If the Genjutsu was cast by the Mangekyou Sharingan the seal would recognize invading chakra but flush the Genjutsu out, instead of the same amount if it was twice or triple the amount, depending on what Jutsu was used.
Naruto was using nearly two thousand clones the day to work on different projects. Nearly all of his Jutsu was reduced to a one-handed ram seal if needing one at all. He worked tirelessly to master his chakra control, a task neverending as the sea but even more rewarding as he could use a basic diagnostic Jutsu without infusing the corrosive chakra of the Kyuubi. Something Mito said was a good start if he wanted to use Chakra Storage-based seals like hers. Naruto already laid out a design of nine seals that would be placed on his back. To do exactly that. Why use the forehead where everyone could see it? Now he would use his back. Naruto had decided to use nine seals in the form of magatamas like in the old stone tablet he found in the Uzumaki treasury. His tenant was watching that with much curiosity. The fox was somewhat pleased with what his container was doing. His strength was improving daily. He did everything to be worthy of hosting the Kyuubi no Kitsune. The nine storage seals on his back, pay homage to him the mighty Kyuubi. Yes, he was pleased somewhat. Something he never knew a human would be able to do. But Naruto was unpredictable like that.
The real breakthrough though was the new mentor scroll. Instead of sealing chakra into the scroll, summoning something like a Kage Bunshin version of the person with the chakra the person once provided, the new scroll worked like the basic version of the Kuchiyose no Jutsu. The user had to provide the chakra, calling out a durable version of the person. If the Chakra used for the summoning runs out, the incoming damage is too high, like a critical wound or the summoned person just wanted to rest, they would dispel.
In the new scroll, the old imprints were sealed in a special pocket dimension. Mito and Kushina were guessing that that was the beginning of the Summoning realms the Summons would create for themselves over the centuries. Just on a much much tinier scale.
What they didn't know was that what they did was create themselves like the sage once created the Biju out of the Juubi. Instead of using Ninshu, they used very complex Fuinjutsu in Combination with the Higher Sealing Arts involving Nature Chakra. The only part of the Art Naruto wasn't allowed to practice at the moment. His body would have to mature and he would first need instruction from another sage. Something none of the compound residents were. Even Minato, he may have started training in the Art but he just wasn't able to do the teaching in his body. The new body made out of Chakra was more durable, yes but he wasn't able to use just a tiny bit of natural chakra. Channeling it would lead to him dispelling himself at the moment he began to do so.
While the real Naruto had to work on the sweet and tedious D-Rank Missions he wouldn't fall back in his quest to be the best Shinobi he could be.
Noon, Training Ground 4, Joint Genin Training
All three of the rookie teams and team Guy were present. The Genin lined up teamwise, while the Jonin stood before them. Kakashi seemed to be the chosen Spokesperson as he took a step forward and addressed everyone.
"Well, welcome to our first joint training session. To begin with this new idea Hokage Sama came up with, we will start by doing a little Gauntlet. The Girls Against the Girls and Boys Against Boys. Allowed will be all moves that won't lead to maiming or something worse.
As a little Encouragement the winner of both Gauntlets and the respective Senseis are invited to a dinner with Hokage Sama."
At the mention of free food, even Choji was motivated to give his all. Kakashi and Kurenai now held up some sticks. The ones with the shortest would start the gauntlet, and then go on from shortest to longest respectively. After some scruffles and a certain Nara, who just wanted to watch the clouds and had to be threatened by mentioning his mother's name, the order was determined.
For the Girls, TenTen would start against Hinata, Sakura would be entry number three and Ino was the last.
The Boy's order was like this:
Naruto against Lee the Winner would face Shikamaru. After that, the order was: Choji, Shino, Sasuke, Neji, and Kiba. The Inzuka was grinning, loudly declaring he would show everyone who was the Alpha.
Kurenai would be the referee for the boys while Asuma did the job for the girls.
with Hinata, Girls Gauntlet
Hinata was looking at TenTen, she knew that as a member of her cousin's team, TenTen would know how to fight against the Byakugan to some degree. After the incident with the bullies, she trained with her father. She still refused to hit her little sister. Something the elder still used as an excuse to say she was weak. The old Hinata would be bothered, intimidated even. The new Hinata was just ignoring them. She trained and today she would show why she was nothing like the academy Hinata. A short glance to Naruto, and the heiress had to fight down the blush as Asuma was looking at them both. She had met with Naruto from time to time and even got his special training seal matrix as a birthday present. The application of it under the watchful eyes of her father was still kind of embarrassing to remember. Thinking about how she had to lay down just in her undergarments was making it extra hard to work against the blush.
"Okay, are you two ready?" he lit his cigarette waiting for both of them to give him the go-ahead. After that, he slashed his hand through the air before jumping backward.
"Hajime!"
TenTen started by throwing Kunai at Hinata with high speed and Accuracy. Hinata just pushed her Palm forward.
"Hakke Kūshō"
The Vacuum Palm turned the Kunai against TenTen, shocking the bun-haired Girl who expected that, after listening to Neji rambling about his cousin, Hinata would be an easy target. Hinata used the Seconds of hesitation to activate her Byakugan, rushing inside TenTen's line of Defense.
Just in time for her to unseal some Tonfa. She could block the first strikes of the Hyuuga Heiress with the wooden Tonfa. Hinata just sped her attacks up and the flying palms overwhelmed the weapon user shortly after. TenTen was flying back after a hard chakra pal strike to her left shoulder. Asumacaughtd her before something bad could happen.
"Well, that's the win for Hinata San."
Asuma just looked a bit surprised but TenTen was shocked, that felt like fighting against Neji, just more controlled. She had the feeling Hinata could have caused more damage if she wanted to. She was looking at the wall Kakashi Sensei had raised so each group could fight without the other seeing the results or getting in the way of each other.
Sakura was getting ready. Asuma was giving the Signal and the Pinkette did some hand signs and disappeared in a minor Genjutsu Kakashi had taught her. Hinata just thrust a palm strike at her abdomen.
"You know if you want to catch a Hyuuga in a Genjutsu you should use a better one." She said with a small smile to her fellow Kunoichi. Sakura's face was distorted from the pain of the palm strike. Slowly she stood up again. Nothing in her arsenal would help. She could do some Genjutsu but against a Hyuuga., not a good idea she was now able to tell out of her own experience. Taijutsu was a big no and after watching Hinata dismantling TenTens weapon skills she couldn't compare with, she looked at Asuma.
"I forfeit"
The Jonin nodded approvingly.
"Very good decision. Well Ino you're up."
The blonde looked at her former best friend, she had trained more and had her clan Jutsu but that could be somewhat suicidal in a one-on-one fight but she wanted to have that win.
Hinata was panting a bit. Her fights may be short overall but she had to use some moves she hadn't perfected yet like the Vacuum Palm. It still took a lot out of her. She would have to increase her reserves after that. She looked at Ino and after both of them nodded at Asuma's question he started the fight.
Ino used a smoke bomb, something Hinata was ignoring just following her through the smoke. Only to see a smirking Ino waiting for her with the hands in the sign for her clan Justu. The Hyuuga could feel now that that wasn't a normal smoke bomb. She was angry at herself for not thinking that Ino could resort to non-lethal poisons. Her movement was sluggish and her sight was a bit blurry. But her momentum would carry her to her blonde enemy so she aimed another palm strike at the body of her enemy.
Right at the Moment the Hyuuga was about to hit, Ino shouted out the name of her Jutsu.
"Shintenshin no Jutsu"
Her Jutsu worked, but she was not fast enough to stop her enemy follow through on her palm strike. With the best view of her body getting hit with Hinata's eyes before the body of the Hyuuga shut down to fight the poison in her system.
Asuma looked at both unconscious Kunoichi, then looked at Guy who was the other Jonin looking at him waiting for his decision.
"Well Guy, if you agree, I would judge that a double knockout and both would get a ticket?"
Guy gave him his nice Guy pose.
"A most youthful decision my friend. Both fought with the power of their youthfulness and should be rewarded!"
Asuma nodded mentally making a note to ask Kakashi how he could deal with Guy regularly. Just at the moment, he was looking after both Winners to gain back their consciousness he only heard an explosion sound from the boy's side.
with Naruto, Boys Gauntlet
Naruto was looking at his Sensei.
"You know Kakashi, if I go all out that wouldn't take long at all. You can go back to reading your book after training and stuff."
Kakashi gave him his best-eye smile.
"Mah Mah Naruto. Don't be like that. But I kind of agree that all out would be too much. Maybe just use one thing out of your arsenal. Your Chains maybe. Not more than four clones? Yeah, that could work. Okay, Only Chains and four clones."
Kurenai was looking on with a curious expression.
"Err Kakashi, won't that be unfair to Naruto Kun and hinder his chances?"
Kakashi looked at her shaking his head and taking out his favorite book, missing Kurenai's expression going from curious to furious.
"He will be fine. But I would be fine with a little wager, Kurenai? How about if Naruto wins, you will be the Sensei to cover his bills at the dinner."
The fresh Jonin looked at Kakashi like he was crazy but smirked.
„Sure, Kakashi, let's go for that little bet. Same if one of my students should win, you cover theirs right?"
He gave her his Eye smile and both shook hands on the bet, while the Genin were looking on. Naruto was sighing, first, he didn't train him last month, because he had to catch up with Sakura to the level of Sasuke. Now he gave him ridiculous restrictions and bet on his win. Bakakashi is at his best.
Lee was looking at Naruto and smiled, while Kurenai was getting herself ready to judge.
„Yosh, let's have a youthful battle, Naruto Kun!"
„Sure Lee, but you could hear what my sensei said."
Naruto looked like he concentrated for a bit, then three chains materialized out of his back. Two looked like deep blue metal and had a really solid look, each of them with spear-like tips. The third was looking a bit more ethereal, golden in color, and with a kind of dragon head.
„Chain Style: Three Way Chain Formation"
Naruto said calmly looking at Lee with a short foxy grin. The other Genin were shocked as Naruto materialized Chains made of Chakra, Neji instinctively activated his Byakugan, only to see while they were made out of Chakra they were physical as any other Chain. The golden one had a strange fluctuation and looked hungry. That was the only way Neji could explain the look.
Kurenai recovered her wits much faster and started the match.
Lee jumped at Naruto decking him with a quick roundhouse Kick only to be met with one of the blue chains. It felt like he was kicking at a steel rod. He jumped back and had to balance himself as the pain in his bones flared up for a short second.
„Looks like you have a hard defense to break Naruto Kun."
The blonde smiled at him and let one of his Chains fly at Lee. The young apprentice of Konoha's Taijutsu master could counter at the right time.
The next minute was filled with attacks and blocks on both sides. All the while Naruto didn't move one step, while Lee had to dodge, jump or run away.
All the other Genin could see how sharp those chains could be when they looked at the green one-piece of Lee, which was cut at many places. Fine streams of blood had colored it darker in some places. While Lee slowly looked like he had made the acquaintance with barbed wire or something similar, Naruto looked like he was freshly coming out of the shower. His hair is a bit wet from the sweat but everything else looked fine.
Lee charged again, significantly losing speed after five minutes of high-speed attacks some of the Genin couldn't even keep up following with, this time a punch straight at Naruto's face. This time Naruto's Chains blocked him, and the two blue ones were holding the panting green beast junior in place.
„Sorry Lee, I know you have some aces left, but without Guy, you couldn't use them. I will finish this now."
The idle golden chain sped forward passing through Lee's leg snaking his way upwards till the Dragonhead Tip opened his maw and bit Lee directly in his midsection. All except Neji were puzzled. The Hyuuga could see how the Chain bit one of the major chakra points and was draining Lee of his remaining chakra.
„Chain Style: Devouring Bite of the Dragon"
Naruto called out. It didn't take long till Lee was hanging in the chains without his consciousness. Naruto quickly released his Jutsu, a clone of him proofing into existence carrying Lee to the side to rest.
„What happened? Kiba called out.
„He sucked him out?" Neji answered with a disbelieving voice.
„Troublesome" Shikamaru called out.
At the same time, Hokage Office
Hiruzen was looking at his crystal ball and had to rub his eyes. He knew Naruto had lessons in his clan's special Jutsus but that he was able to utilize more than one chain. Moving them completely individually and having access to not only the physical chains but also to the more obscure versions of them was something new.
His surrogate Grandson was again proving why he was the number one unpredictable ninja. To be able to drain an enemy of his chakra was a very good ability. Versatile because he could incapacitate or kill his enemies with the Jutsu.
Hiruzen Sarutobi could only look on as Naruto beat Shikamaru while the Nara had him caught in his clan Jutsu only to let it be devoured by the golden chain. Moments later Choji Akimichi was using the Human Bullet Tank Jutsu only to be stopped by the chains of a second clone. Repeating the Drainage.
The Insects of the Aburame clan were able to suck some of Naruto's Chakra only to fall dead seconds later of the corrosive nature. The chakra cocktail of Naruto's chakra infused with the Kyuubis was something the poor insects of Shino couldn't stomach.
Even the prodigy of the Uchiha clan had nothing in his arsenal to attack Naruto.
The Fire Style Jutsu did nothing against the chains. The Professor knew that a better practitioner of the style on a higher mastery of Katon would be able to maybe overwhelm the blue chains which looked like they have coated in Suiton chakra as they blocked or redirected the Katon Jutsu and Weapons thrown at the blonde Ninja by Sasuke Uchiha. The match took about five to six minutes again, after that Naruto switched from mainly a defensive stance to his more offensive style. Sarutobi could only shake his head as Naruto wiped the floor with the Uchiha just using the chains.
The Genin still had no real plan to combat the Uzumaki chains. They were too slow and too inexperienced to outmaneuver them. Their strength and Jutsu are too weak to overwhelm them. Even with Naruto starting the Gauntlet, something he knew Kakashi had rigged in the first place, Hiruzen was sure who would be the last Genin standing.
With the male Genin Gauntlet
Naruto looked at the sleeping enemies. Neji looked like he swallowed a lemon while Kiba was sweating bricks. The blonde was still looking like he was after the fight with Lee. His sweat had increased a bit and was showing on his Outfit with some darker patches. What may be the Hyuuga had figured out already was that he was able to add a part of the Chakra he devoured who's his Jutsu to his reserves. His conversion rate was not perfect at the moment because he was still perfecting the Jutsu, but it was enough to sustain his Jutsu and rarely use his reserves while fighting his fellow Genin.
The Hyuuga gave him a short look and looked at Kurenai and with gritted teeth he got two words out.
„I forfeit."
Kurenai was just nodding, he could understand the Hyuuga. Naruto just dominated the Genin. She wasn't sure if she would be able to beat Naruto if he would go all out.
Without much more than working up some sweat, he beat everyone while not moving his body. Only using his chains and some strategically placed clones did he look like a seasoned veteran schooling brash academy student.
Kurenai acknowledged the decision of Neji with a short nod and looked at Kiba.
„Okay Kiba you are up."
Akamaru was whining and looked at Naruto and then at Kiba and barked some words. Kiba looked annoyed and talked back to his puppy.
"Come on Akamaru. We will beat him."
Akamaru's barks didn't sound like he was as convinced as his partner but made himself ready.
Naruto just looked at his fellow Genin with a slight smirk on his face. The chains rotated around him and Kurneai gave a short look at Kakashi before she looked at her student.
"Are you sure about this Kiba? I don't think that would be a wise action."
Kiba looked at his Sensei slightly disappointed with the missing trust in his strength.
"Sensei, I am the Alpha here, I will prove why."
Kurenai just shrugged at his declaration and looked at Naruto, who was still standing in the same spot. Chains swirling around him like a maelstrom.
"Just bring it Mutt," he spoke intending to rile Kiba up further.
Kiba got into the Inuzuka Taijutsu stance, on all fours and looked like a Ninken about to strike.
"I will wipe the floor with you Naruto," Kiba growled
"In your dream you may Mutt, now stop talking even with all the restrictions placed on me I will crush you." Naruto was still smiling at his opponent. That action just angered Kiba more, showing his teeth.
"I want him to go all out. He will have no excuse when I will show who is Alpha." Kiba growled at both Senseis.
Kakashi huffed and looked at Kurenai.
"You are the judge. One thing: Naruto. No maiming and killing okay? The paperwork would be just too much."
Kurenai thought about what to do. Naruto seems to be fairly in control of what he does. Kiba was irrational, emotional, and just stupid at the moment. The team training sessions the last time were unproductive because of him. It could help him to be beaten? She let her shoulders fall a bit and nodded at Naruto.
"You may use your arsenal as long as you do no permanent damage"
Kakashi gave an eye smile exposing his Sharingan. Naruto bowed respectfully towards Kurenai and changed his stance to that of the opening of his Rising Tide style. both arms slightly bend, fingertips nearly pointing at Kiba. His knees were also slightly bent, everything looked like the moment before a spring released.
Kurenai gave the signal to start Kiba wanting to charge at Naruto, but the blonde disappeared in a short distance Shunshin to plant a knee strike in Kibas midsection. The Inuzuka buckled over and was launched away by the force of the knee strike. Only for chains to come into play rebounding him at Naruto.
At the same time, a clone blinked into existence just to bind Akamaru, applying just enough pressure for the Ninken to be immobilized. The blonde didn't want to hurt the puppy for the failures of his partner so decided to incapacitate without the golden version of the chains.
The amount of chakra he could absorb from the Ninken would not be enough for the initial cost of the Jutsu. Akamaru tried to fight against his bindings, only for them to become a bit tight with each struggle, till he wasn't able to move at all. He could only look on as his partner was launched into the air by a backflip kick from Naruto.
Clones popped into existence and punched the Inuzuka at some critical point. the original jumped up, speeding right after his enemy.
With a palm strike directly on the chest, he sends him back to earth.
Two clones used a half ram and stomped on the ground and turned it into a mud pit.
With a splash and grunt Kiba lands in the mud. Naruto followed after him putting another palm strike on his chest and standing on the mud with his chakra control.
"Uzumaki Fuinjutsu: Gravity Palm"
He called out, with just enough emotion on his face to see he was enjoying it, letting Fuinjutsu formulas spread over Kibas's body holding a one-handed ram seal increasing the pressure of the gravity on Kiba two times the normal force.
The Inuzuka heir looked on in pain and growled only for Naruto to tell him with an emotionless voice.
"Yield. You lost before the fight even started."
Before Kiba could answer, Kurenai and Kakashi appeared in a leaf Shunshin between them.
"This match is over. Naruto release the Jutsu please"
Kakashi told him while Kurenai looked at Kiba as he was laying in the mud.
Naruto took two steps back releasing the Jutsu only for him to smirk.
"One dog in the mud as requested, Kakashi-Sensei."
Kurenai looked angry at those words.
"Enough Naruto, you won now stand down."
He shrugged and jumped back as Kurenai and Kakashi extracted the Genin.
Naruto had controlled his strength admirably, the punches were hard enough to build enough strength to leave bruises, but he was careful enough to not break anything. Something the Inuzuka could be thankful for is the mud and the overall restraint.
Kurenai picked Kiba up and looked at Kakashi.
"I will get him to the hospital for a real checkup."
She looked at Naruto and tried to smile but failed a bit.
"Congratulations on your win, Naruto San."
Uzumaki Naruto noticed her restraint and could understand her but in his opinion, those Genin were not ready for anything outside of the Konoha walls. None of them. He trained for the last six years and was easily able to deal with them, without getting any scratches. What would an experienced enemy do with them? Nearly all Genin were Heirs or Heiresses to important Clans of the village.
Shortly after, Naruto was pulled out of his internal debate as all Genin were dismissed for the day. They would meet again on the next day to talk about everything but for now, they could do as they please. So the blonde ninja jumped away to get to his warehouse only to get back to the compound.
With the Jonin Sensei
"By the log, what was that Kakashi? You're student wiped the floor with all of the Genin."
Kurenai exclaimed as all of the Jonin Senseis met up in the Jonin Lounge. The Cyclops Jonin looked up from his book and straight at his fellow Jonin.
"Well, If he can go all out he gives me a run for my money. I had to up my training significantly after that. I mean you heard him. He trained after each day of academy learning. As you are Jonin I can tell you that Naruto was the person who cleaned up the red light district. So he is already bloodied. Hokage Sama classified that Information as a B-Rank Secret so you are not allowed to tell somebody beyond Tokubetsu Jonin. As you have seen he mastered the Kage Bunshin, and he knows how to use them. With his heritage and condition, he can spam clones to train or just be a one-man army. Or demolition corps if you add that he knows the Clone Explosion Jutsu"
His colleagues looked at him with open mouths, shocked and faces full of disbelief.
"Is he a risk?" Asuama asked with a bit more cautiousness than he would normally do, remembering the last 'genius'.
"Mah Mah. Naruto is no Itachi. He is loyal to Sandaime Sama and a true Uzumaki you know."
Kakashi was Eye Smiling, visibly proud of his Genin.
The guy was wiping some of his manly tears away.
"Such a youthful person"
Kurenai frowned and looked at Kakashi.
"You said, he is loyal to Sandaime Sama, what about Konoha itself?"
"You know the Uzu-Konoha treaty Kurenai?"
The only female Jonin could only shake her head at that question and waited for one of her colleagues to explain.
"Well, It's easy. After the marriage of Uzumaki Mito to Shodai Sama a treaty was formed that an Uzumaki was only required to be loyal to the sitting Hokage's orders. Even a standing order from the Hokakge can be ignored under the right circumstances. To protect the Uzumaki they could ignore the orders of their superior if it would save Uzumaki's lives. How Naruto got his hands on one of the copies is something I can't say"
Well, he could but he won't. That Naruto had a way to communicate with already dead people was something he wasn't able to explain to his colleagues. First, the Hokage declared it a secret of the highest rank and Kakashi would never betray his sensei. The Sensei decided that they would have to step up the Genin training regime if they wanted to do joint sessions. For Naruto, they would just have to find things to do. After hearing that their leader wanted to hold him back for the Chunin Exams all tries to recommend him for a field promotion were stumped before they even talked about it in detail.
