After experiencing the ultimate despair in his first life, Katsuo strives to reignite his childhood dream of being a hero, this time with the passion of ensuring the smiles of everyone he cares about, as well as the world. He is not a golden child however, as he is not afraid of breaking the law if it means taking down a villain.
