Lassiter and Juliet returned to the station along with Lucas Sheldon.

"What am I doing here?" Lucas asked.

"You are here to answer some questions," Juliet said.

The two detectives broke Mr. Sheldon into the interrogation room, Shawn and Gus watched from the other side.

"This is going to be fun to watch," Shawn said, he made his hand into a fist and held it up.

Gus gave Shawn a fist bump. "Agreed."

"We have a few questions for you Mr. Sheldon," Juliet said to Lucas Sheldon

"About what?" He asked.

"About the attack on Pascal Gideon," Lassiter replied.

"Oh, that," Lucas said.

"You don't seem very upset by the whole thing," Juliet noticed.

"I'm not really Pascal Gideon's biggest fan, so no, I'm not upset by it," Lucas said.

"Is that a confession?"

"No, that's my honest opinion."

"Well, then you can understand why we see you as a suspect."

"I understand that, but I didn't do it."

"Your company had a partnership with 'Kids Education First', didn't it?" Juliet asked.

"That's right, until they dumped me for that loser," Lucas said.

"I'm sure that made you very angry," Lassiter said.

"I don't get dumped, I dump people, I did so much for them and then suddenly they dump me," Lucas said.

"Well according to them you didn't do it for the children but for yourself to look good in the media," Juliet said.

"And we understand that you were going to charge money," Lassiter said.

"Those kids were getting good stuff, so why is it so bad that I am asking for some of my money back?" Lucas asked.

"Well most people work for charity out of the goodness of their heart," Juliet pointed out. "People like Pascal Gideon."

"It must have bothered you that his project was chosen when they dumped you," Lassister said.

"That pathetic shoebox idea of his," Lucas said.

"An idea that became a success and Mr. Gideon has been far more successful with his time at 'Kids Education First' than you ever were," Juliet said.

"This was a big kick to the ego and you couldn't take it," Lassiter said.

"And that's why you decided to do something," Juliet said.

"That's why you came up with the plan to blow up Pascal Gideon," Lassiter said.

The door of the interrogation room opened and a man in a suit walked into the room. "Don't say another word, Lucas."

"Who are you?" Lassiter asked.

"Robert Bennet, I'm Lucas Sheldon's attorney," he said.

"You finally made it," Lucas said.

"Sorry I'm late, Mr. Sheldon," Mr. Bennet said, he said down next to Lucas. "Detectives, what evidence do you have against my client?"

"Well we have a witness who heard Mr. Sheldon threaten Pascal Gideon," Juliet said.

"Let me guess, that was one of those 'Kids Education First' people, right?" Lucas asked.

"Who don't say who our sources are," Juliet said.

"If you don't have serious evidence then me and my client are going now," Mr. Bennet said.

"We'll get a warrant to search his office and everything," Lassiter said.

You can't do that," Lucas said.

"Oh no, you watch it happen," Lassiter said.

"Why so nervous? You have nothing to hide right?"

"I have nothing to hide."

"So you have an alibi?"

Lucas Sheldon took his lawyer aside and whispered something to him.

"What is about to be said is off the record, can we agree on that?" His lawyer asked.

"Unless it's the confession to the murder attempt, what's gonna be said next will be off the record," Lassiter said.

"I was in a hotel room with a female friend," Lucas said.

"And let me guess, that female friend is not your wife," Juliet guessed.

"No, she's not my wife," Lucas admitted.

"What is the name of this hotel and the name of your female friend?" Lassiter asked.

"Diamond Lake Hotel, room 614 and her name is Tamara Alexander," Lucas said.

"If that was all, me and my client are leaving now," Mr. Bennet said.

"You'll be hearing from us, Mr. Sheldon," Lassiter said.

Lucas Sheldon and his attorney left the interrogation room. Lassiter and Juliet went right to work checking the alibi. Shawn walked through the station with Abigail.

"So he didn't do it?" Abigail asked.

"He says he has an alibi," Shawn said, he saw Juliet coming their way. "Jules please tell me Lucas Sheldon story isn't true?"

"His alibi turns out to be true," Juliet said. "He was the hotel at the time of the attack and didn't leave until the next morning."

"Now I feel guilty for accusing him," Abigail said.

"I understand why you thought he did it, there's no need to feel guilty," Ms. Lytar, Juliet said.

"I'm going to the hospital to see Pascal," Abigail said, she turned to Shawn. "How about we have coffee together tomorrow morning?"

"That's fine," Shawn said. "And we'll call you if we need anything from you."

Abigail nodded her head and left the station. Shawn walked with Juliet to her desk.

"And it's really certain that Lucas Sheldon didn't do it?" Shawn asked.

"Well he didn't do it himself, but he may have hired someone," Juliet said.

"He's someone who gets someone else to do his dirty work," Shawn said.

"I think so too, Carlton and I are looking into it," Juliet said.

"Let me guess. Lucas Sheldon's lawyer is not making it easy on you," Shawn said.

"You guessed right," Juliet said. "How are you?'

"What do you mean?" Shawn asked.

"With Abigail being back and now she's engaged," Juliet said.

"Jules, I'm okay with it," Shawn said.

"Really?"

Shawn nodded his head. "Really."

"Because I can understand it being hard for you, you and Abigail have been together a long time, I know how much you cared about her and you did love her," Juliet said.

"Jules listen, Abigail is my past, you're my now and I want to enjoy that, I want to enjoy us in the now," Shawn said.

"I want that too," Juliet said.

"And how are doing with all this?" Shawn ssked.

"Of course, it's a little awkward to see my boyfriend's ex at work like this, but I'm okay with it," Juliet said.

"That's good to hear," Shawn said. "And you know that coffee we're gonna have tomorrow is just as friends."

"I know, we're both adults and can have coffee with an ex as just friends," Juliet said.

"Sure that can happen," Shawn said. "But you don't, You don't drink coffee with your ex-boyfriends, do you?"

"No," Juliet said.

"Okay, and even if you did, I'd be okay with it," Shawn said.

Shawn leaned forward to give Juliet a kiss, but she put her finger on his lips.

"What?" He asked.

"Shawn not at work," Juliet said, as she took her finger of his lips.

"It's not like we have to keep our relationship a secret, everybody knows about us," Shawn said.

"Shawn, we made rules," Juliet reminded him.

"And you broke those rules, I mean I asked you out at a crime scene and you said yes," Shawn reminded her.

Juliet simply gave a small smile and she gave Shawn a quick kiss. The phone rang and Juliet answered and after exchanging a few words with the person who called her, she hung up.

"Who was that?" Shawn asked.

"That was Lieutenant Dillon from the bomb squad," Juliet said.

"What does he want?" Shawn asked.

"He wants to talk to us right now," Juliet said.
