Chapter 5: A New Forger

Mama, please don't kill Papa. Anya pleaded. She heard Loid's screams from across the hospital hall. She waited in a furnished area while doctors and nurses passed. Yuri sat nearby, tied up just like before.

"Sis! Sis!" he sobbed, thrashing about trying to reach the delivery room.

Nine months had now passed and the day finally came for Yor to deliver her and Loid's baby. Anya paced back and forth while Bond watched her. More than once she was tempted to read Bond's mind and see the baby's birth, but Anya resisted. Anya doesn't want to spoil it. Anya will be patient.

Anya imagined herself holding the baby, showing him to Becky and Damien. Even as she imagined this, a familiar voice filled her mind.

So, Twilight, this is really it. Anya looked at a nurse, realizing she had to be Fiona in disguise. Anya narrowed her eyes at the spy.

That's right, mean lady. Papa and Mama love each other and Anya will now have a baby brother.

I never imagined my Yuri would be her brother. Fiona said and looked at Turi.

Eh? Anya blinked then glanced at Yuri and back at Fiona.

He's so adorable! I wish I could scoop him up in my arms now!

Four dots appeared over Anya's head as she tried to comprehend the situation. Mean spy lady loves Unkie now….

Horror tore across the little girl's face upon realizing that would make Fiona her aunt if they got married.

Meanwhile in the delivery room, Loid fell to his knees and bit down on a pain stick. Yor breathed heavily and gripped his left arm, squeezing it until the bones threatened to crack.

She's going through more pain through you, Twilight! She's going through more pain than you! Loid told himself. The doctor tried to pry him away, but Yor refused to let go, sweat trickling down her body.

"Loid, why does the baby hate me!" she sobbed.

"The baby doesn't hate you!" Loid groaned and four nurses tried to get Yor's hand off his wrist.

"But they're causing me so much pain!"

"Mrs. Forget you're going to rip his hand off!" the doctor screamed.

A firefighter came in carrying the jaws of life and finally pried Loid's hand free. A few minutes later he returned in a cast while Yor gripped a log of wood one of the nurses brought in. They jumped backward after she reduced it to pieces.

"Ok, Mrs. Forger, just a bit more. Ok, push!" the doctor cried.

Yor screamed and thrashed about. Loid's heart pounded. He forgot the pain in his arm and raced over beside Yor.

"Loid, please help me!"

"You're almost there Yor!" he panted.

This was it. The moment that would change him forever. Agent Twilight, who fought so others could live normal lives in peace. He would now have a child of his own. No, he already did.

"Anya, nurse, please get her!"

The nurse ran off and moments later, wailing filled the hospital room. Loid blinked while Yor gasped for breath. The seconds dragged on, but smiling, the doctor came up with a baby swaddled in blankets. Blonde hair on his head.

"Yor," Loid said, choking on tears.

Yor broke down completely and covered her mouth as the doctor gently placed the baby boy in her arms. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she held him close, kissing the baby's forehead even as he cried.

"Loid," Yor sobbed.

Loid wiped his eyes before leaning in and kissing Yor. Together they stared at their son, who opened his eyes at last, eyes that matched Yor's.

"Ahh! Anya's baby brother is here!" Anya raced inside the room before Loid picked her up.

"Sis!" Yuri scrambled over, still tied up and fell face forward.

"What's his name?" Anya asked.

"Loid," Yor said. "Loid Forger Jr."

Anya's eyes met her baby brother's. Who is she? Why is she staring at me? Loid Jr. asked.

Anya had a blank expression and looked back at her parents.

"Can we put him back?"
