Kagome stood wide-eyed. The well was gone; no trace of it left.
Kagome made fist at her side. "He knew, all this time, he knew the well was gone," Tears did not fall; anger spread through her like fire. It seeped up in her chest, and Sesshomaru could feel it built.
She whipped her head around, and she didnt even have to ask; he knew. She wanted to go back and back, and he would take her.
He would let her have her way with the welp, and after she was gone digging a hole with him, he was going to break every bone in the pup's body.
The more anger he felt from her, the faster he seemed to move.
Inuyasha and Kouga were arguing again. Sango and Miroku were sitting, their back against a tree, watching.
Kagome was out of her arms in a blink. "Sit, boy!"
Inuyasha went down.
"Sit, sit, sit!"
Kouga stepped back.
"You done did it now, dog," Kouga put his hands on his hips and laughed.
"What the hell, Kagome!"
"Im making your grave because im going to kill you!"
"Eh, that's a little dark even for you, Kagome," Kouga said. Her eyes snapped to him, and he put up his hands and backed away.
She went back to glaring at Inuyasha. "You knew the well was gone this whole time!"
Miroku and Sango jumped up, "The well is gone?" Miroku asked,
"K, it ain't gone, Naraku is hiding it,"
Kagome looked at Sesshomaru. "We have to find Naraku, make him put the well back!"
"And then what, Miko? If you leave, you will not be able to return," He moved closer to her. "Do you intend to leave me?"
"Im not yours because you wanted me, Sesshomaru," Why did he have to say it like that?
"I have told you before, woman, I do as I please," Sesshomaru leaned down, his lips coming closer; she swallowed, and before them all, he claimed her lips, and she took in a deep breath as her heart raced. For such a tall, deadly cold lord, his lips were warm and soft. He smiled into the kiss before licking her top lip, making her open her mouth for him to taste. It sent shivers down her body. He broke the kiss, pulling back ever so slowly to look at her. As he expected, she was blushing like crazy; he chuckled, showing his fangs as he did so. He stood at full height and turned to look at Inuyasha, who stood wide eyes and green.
Sango was blushing, and Miroku was grinning.
Sesshomaru grabbed Inuyasha "Oi!"
"I will return, mate," He then looked at Miroku and Sango. "Watch her till I return,"
Kagome was still frozen from his kiss, too stunned to speak; otherwise, she would have had a witty comment about that.
Sesshomaru dragged Inuyasha away. "Wait, where the hell are you taking me!"
Sesshomaru would not answer; instead, he dragged the idiot to try and locate Naraku. As much as he hated it, he needed blood and to remind these people just who it was they were fucking with.
Kouga meanwhile suggested that Miroku and Sango take Kagome West.
"But shouldn't we follow Sesshomaru?" Kagome asked,
"It's best you dont, besides your still unchallengeable, I hear,"
Kagome groaned, and then a lightbulb went off. "Hey Kouga, I mean, technically speaking, when Sesshomaru is away, who is in charge of the West?"
Kouga hated that he had answered her. "Well, as his mate, that would be you,"
Kagome smiled, and Kouga bolted; he wasn't staying around to get blamed for whatever she was about to do.
