The next day was...unique to say the least. It was the first day I walked in with my Pack, and instantly, the Humans and Zombies ran in fear. "These sheep just let us in?" Willa questioned as we strutted into school. "Baaaad idea."

"Willa." I sighed.

"We agreed to play nice." Wyatt reminded her.

"This is me being nice." Willa told him, brandishing her claws and scraping a line down the lockers. "Now let's find that Moonstone."

"But be nice." I said to our Pack. The bell rang, and we howled to echo it's call before we dispersed for the first lesson. After a couple lessons, we ended up in the library, as that's where Addison was. I was browsing the books for a project when I turned into an aisle and almost bumped into someone. I let out a dog-like yelp and jumped back. Miles stood there with a placid smile. "No." I said, lifting my hand as Miles opened his mouth. "Don't talk to me, I don't want to talk to you." I turned on my heel and went to search for my pack, but Miles continued to follow me.

"Our Mother and Father wanted us to talk." Miles told me.

"Yeah, that's where your wrong, buddy, they're your parents, not mine, they haven't been my parents for five years now, they mean absolutely nothing to me."

"They still think of you as their daughter." I managed to find Wynter, who was reaching out for Bree's notebook. "No!" I scolded, pulling the newspaper out of my back pocket and hurrying over to my packmate, hitting Wynter on the head with it right before she started to tear into Bree's homework. She let out a whimper. "Bad Wynter! Give Bree back her homework." Wynter whined as she reluctantly handed back the papers. There was a thud as Willa slammed a pair of books on the table.

"Lies!" She declared. "These History books claim Werewolves attacked Seabrooke settlers, but they struck first and stole our Moonstone!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't know that." Addison apologised.

"There's a lot you don't know." Willa snatched the books and started to stalk towards the exit of the library.

"I know the alarm's gonna go of if you don't check out those books!" Willa took her necklace off and threw it at the scanner, causing it to fritz. Willa walked past it and took the necklace, strutting out of the library.

"Our necklaces have a way with electronics." Wyatt explained as he appeared.

"That monster seems to have anger issues." Miles commented. I turned, my eyes turning gold as I snarled at him.

"Don't talk about our Alpha like that!" I growled at him. Miles took a step back. I blinked, my eyes returning to brown. "Don't even think about trying to talk to me again, ok? You think about even approaching me again, you'll have to deal with my family, the Monsters." I turned to Bree and Addison. "Have a good day you two." I turned to my Pack and nodded to the door. Wynter, Wyatt, myself and two others of our pack left the library.

TIMESKIP

After school, some of our pack were lounging around Zombietown, going through the history books Willa had procured for us. "Useless!" Willa growled, her hand snapping out to close a book. "None of these history books say where the Moonstone is hidden." I reached over and set my hand on the back of Willa's neck, gently screeching her hairline. She seemed to relax a little.

"Hello Wolves, and Waverly." Zed greeted, approaching our table with Eliza and Zoe. "Allow me to introduce myself." Zed offered his hand to Willa. "I'm Zed, Zombie, football star, presidential hopeful."

"We know who you are." Willa stated.

"Ok…"

"I'm sorry guys, but we're on a bit of a time crunch." I said, looking between my Zombie friends. "Was there something you needed from us?"

"When Zombies first came to Seabrook, we were outsiders too." Eliza started, "Which is why, you need a great president like Zed to represent you. We'd be honoured if you guys joined us." Wynter slammed her hand on the table and stood.

"Our Pack is our Pack, we don't need anyone else." She stated. "So…" Wynter made a 'go away' gesture with her hand.

"Who doesn't want more friends?" Zoe wondered, "Underneath all that fluffy hair, I bet you're a real softie." Wynter leant down to be eye-to-eye with the young Zombie.

"I am a mean, mean Werewolf kid. I am tough, and rough."

"Aww! You said ruff! Like a sweet little puppy dog. Ruff-Ruff!"

"Ok, is it just me or would Wanda and Zoe get on like a house on fire." I whispered

"Oh, that is so true." Willa muttered back.

"We are beasts of the forest!" Wynter almost growled at Zoe, "We will never be tamed!" Zoe reached forward and scratched behind Wynter's ear, "Oh, oh yeah…" The so-called tough wolf instantly calmed as she backed into her seat again, "Oh, that's great." Willa gave our Packmate a look. "Sorry." Willa stood, prompting me to take my hand off her neck and stand as well.

"We're nothing like you Zombies." Willa stated.

"You sort of are." Eliza said. "Your necklaces' are powered, right? Kinda like an organic Z-Band."

"You're smarter than he looks."

"Thanks."

"That necklace keeps you from fully Wolfing out?" Zed wondered, reaching for the charm around Willa's neck. I lept forward, grabbing Zed's wrist. I snarled at him, my eyes turning gold. Eliza stared at me for a second. I blinked, my eyes returning back to brown as I let go of Zed's arm.

"Sorry." I muttered.

"The opposite." Willa started to explain, "Our Moonstones make us our true Werewolf selves."

"So, without it, you'd be human." Zed said. I shook my head.

"No, Zed, we'd die." I replied softly. I gripped my necklace tight. "We...we wouldn't exist."

"Imagine how alive you'd feel if you didn't have to tamp things down." Wyatt spoke up. "Hold back your true selves."

"Actually, I've got this theory that Zombies might have evolved beyond our need for Z-Bands-" Eliza started, but was cut off.

"Z-Bands are great!" Zed interrupted, "They help you fit in. And I think you guys would have a much better time at Seabrook if you followed in our footsteps. Join a club, play football, I'll even teach you how to tackle." Zed pointed at Wynter. "Just lighten up, be more like us." Willa took my hand and dragged me away, the Pack following behind.

Zed -

Do it like the zombies do

Brush your fangs when you wake up

Comb your hair, do your make up

Sleep at night, don't stay up

Do it like the zombies do

Don't stand out when you're fittin' in

When in doubt, do the opposite

Wyatt -

Don't listen to him

Willa -

He's a hypocrite

Zombies -

Do it like the zombies do

Zed -

All you got do is give an inch

Then we gon' take it to the top

Zombies -

Do it like the zombies do

Willa -

When the moon is full, no howling (Wolves - Awoo)

Wyatt -

Don't run in the halls, no growling (Wolves - Grr)

Waverly -

Let's go to the mall, start styling (Wolves - Yeah)

Wolves -

Do it like the zombies do (Do it)

Willa -

Trim your claws, get a manicure

Wyatt -

Cut your bangs, leave it on the floor (Woo)

Waverly -

Now wag your tail like a Labrador

Zombies and Wolves -

Do it like zombies do

All you got do is give an inch

Then we gon' take it to the top

Do it like the zombies do, don't stop (Do it)

Zed

Stand up, stand up, stand up straight, do your homework

Smile a lot when you network

Did I mention no one gets hurt?

Zombies -

Do it like the zombies do

Zed -

I hope you're open to my advice

Willa -

Oh, it's invaluable to us, right?

Wyatt -

Huh, sounds like this could be a paradise

Willa and Wyatt -

Do it like the zombies do

Willa -

Why should we change? They should be like us

Yeah, he may eat brains, but he's got no guts

Wyatt -

He's gone insane, yeah, he's acting nuts

Come on, we've got moves to bust (Woah)

Wolves and Zombies -

All you got do is give an inch then we gon' take it to the top

Do it like the zombies do, don't stop

Do it like the zombies do

Wynter then ran and tackled Zed, causing the Pack to laugh. She hopped up quickly, howling to the sky. The rest of us followed suit. When we finished, there was a pained groan. "Oww!" Zed complained.
