Summary (Work in Progress): When Skara and Luz are partnered by their Bard Teacher, they figured that it would nothing would go wrong. Then Skara starts to get these feelings she doesn't understand.

Skara watched from a distance as Luz was playing a guitar. Skara had no idea that Luz was such a master on it. Luz did a windmill motion with her arm and continued to wail on the strings. When she was done, she slid on her knees and landed on her back in front of the teacher.

"Impressive, what did you say this was again?"

"The Night, by Disturbed." Luz said, "I got to see them in concert a couple years ago."

That's right, this small, friendly girl that's into fantasy... is a metal head. The teacher rubbed his chin for a second.

"I think this is a good thing. I need someone to teach a student how to perform harder styles of music and, at the same time, you need to learn how to perform lighter styles." He said, "So, until further notice, I will pair you with... Skara Melody."

Skara flinched a little, she was paired with the Human? She can't let Boscha find out about this, she'll kill her, or Luz... or both of them. Skara walked over to them, which the teacher noticed.

"Ah, Skara, I'm glad I caught you. Say hello to your newest partner." The teacher said, "I hope you two will help each other with your respective styles."

The teacher walked away and Luz started playing her guitar again. Skara noticed the small tune start to turn into more heavy metal that caused Luz to start head banging as she played. Skara looked at Luz as she played. Skara has never seen someone play like that, she was always more into the soft music that calms people, completely different than Luz, who likes fast pace and hard strums to the guitar. Lu stopped playing and started laughing.

"Woo! I love playing this! Always get a good amount of adrenaline going!" Luz said.

"Do you... play that often?" Skara asked.

"Well, Eda doesn't let me play after seven, but I try to practice when I get the chance."

Luz put her guitar in its case and closed it. Luz picked it up and smiled.

"So, you want to practice at the Owl House, or at your house?" Luz asked.

Skara realized, that she's never been to the Owl House, so she figured it would be best to go to her house. Mostly because her family is full of Musicians, so the Manor is very sound proof.

"How about we go to my family's Manor? Every room is sound proof, perfect for your... style of music."

"Great! I'll see you later!"

Luz gave Skara a hug and walked away. Skara walked away and put a hand over her chest, right where her heart was. This wasn't a feeling she was used to; her heart was starting to beat faster when Luz seemed to be near.
