Summary (Work in Progress): Belos held all the cards. He's removed her friends, he's removed Eda, he's removed the Owl House. He has taken everything from Luz. Or so he thinks, he hasn't taken the wild witch from her.
A twenty-four-year-old witch sprinted through the woods on the Knee. The Coven guards thought she was easy to take down, but these were her woods, she knew them better than anyone. She jumped off a log for extra leverage and landed with a roll. She tightened her grip on the large book in her arm.
"Almost back to the cabin." She said.
She took off running again as the gaurds started to close in.
"Halt! In the name of the Emperor's Coven!"
She looked back at the person yelled that. Lilith's apprentice and future Coven Head, Amity Blight.
"I'm sorry, Amity." She whispered, "But I can't let you stop me."
The two guards continued to chase her. She felt something grab her leg and she fell, letting go of the book.
"No!"
She was surrounded by the three Emperor Coven members and Amity went over to get the book. She looked at it and went over to her.
"Where did you get this?" Amity demanded.
"That's none of your damn business."
"You made it my business when you decided to be a wild witch." Amity said.
The wild witch raised her mask a little and put to fingers in her mouth and she whistled. The Coven guards looked confused until a large Slitherbeast came running in. She used the distraction to grab her knife and cut the vines around her leg. She hit Amity in the back of the head and it sent Amity to the ground. She picked up the book and climbed on top of the Slitherbeast.
"I'm sorry." She whispered, "Let's go, Blizzard."
The Slitherbeast took off running into the woods. The two guards help Amity up and remove their masks.
"Gus, Willow... what was that?"
"It doesn't matter, Amity, they betrayed the Emperor." Willow said, "What was that book?"
"It... it... it has a secret cure to Petrification."
"B-b-but, that's impossible!" Gus said.
"The Emperor needs to know about this. Come on." Amity said.
The Slitherbeast stopped outside a cabin and went into the stable.
"Thanks for the help Blizzard."
She walked into the cabin and took off her hood and mask, revealing a grown-up Luz. She placed the book on the table and placed a couple logs into the fire place. She put a fire glyph on the logs and pressed it. She took off her jacket, her gloves, and her boots. She didn't want to hurt her friends, but she also couldn't let them bring her to the Emperor. She would apologize when she's finished.
"I'll save you Eda, I promise."
I really want to make this one. There will be two parts to it, the first one would be about what happened to Luz and her friends and Luz trying to survive alone. The second part would be... well, this, ten years into the future. Follow, Favorite, and Review for more.
