Summary: A small mistake led to Hunter having everything he was taught challenged. With his friends, will he be able to accept himself for who is, or will his past demons get to him.
Hunter held his arm, feeling slightly embarrassed. Mrs. Noceda was generous enough to let them into her house, give them food, and give them clothes that weren't ripped... but, with a house filled with girls doesn't leave a lot of room for options clothes wise, which is why him and Gus were wearing dresses.
"Sorry about this, but there's not much in terms of clothes for males." Camila said, "We'll get you clothes tomorrow."
"It's... fine." Gus said, wearing a blue dress, "Personally, I think I make this look good."
Gus struck a pose, which caused the others to laugh a little, not at him, but at the way he can somehow see the bright side of everything. It was needed after everything that happened just hours ago. Hunter, on the other hand, was having a hard time accepting this. He was wearing a yellow dress, honestly it felt like universe was against him, because he's grown to hate this color, it reminded him of Belos mask. On the topic of Belos, he told Hunter that what he was doing was wrong, that it went against everything that was normal, despite hating Belos with a burning passion, it was hard to change what he was raised with, even if he knows it's wrong. Hunter turned to look at Gus.
"Can you use your magic to make this less... awkward?" Hunter asked.
Gus looked confused, why would this be awkward? In the Boiling Isles this would be considered normal.
"What do you mean?" Gus asked.
"This... doesn't feel right." Hunter said, gesturing to his outfit.
"Oh, I think I know what you mean." Gus said, pulling out the magnifying glass he got after dealing with Adrian Graye, "This might help, I've been practicing my Illusions and using this should make it reality."
"That seems overpowered." Luz said.
"It is." Gus said, "Close your eyes, this will only take a minute."
Hunter did so and Gus made a spell circle with the magnifying glass. When Hunter opened his eyes, he noticed that something was wrong. First, his hair was longer, second, the dress was still on him, third... he had breast! Before he could think about what just happened, Gus, who was now a girl, pulled him close.
"Don't we look beautiful?" Gus asked, "Just me and my adopted older sister."
Hunter blushed furiously at this; this was ten times as embarrassing as just wearing the dress.
"I didn't mean it like this!" Hunter said, "Change me back!"
Gus was confused again but figured that he didn't do it to the way Hunter wanted, so he raised the magnifying glass again... but it didn't work this time. Something Gus didn't know, was that it needed to be recharged with a special stone in the Demon Realm... they weren't in the Demon Realm... him and Hunter were now stuck like this.
A journey of acceptance and struggle. This may seem straight forward right now, but I promise you it isn't.
