Summary (Work in Progress): White Raven, that's the only thing anyone knows about the girl that follows Lilith around. Amity is determined to find out who she really is, but when she learns the truth, can she put the broken girl back together?

Amity Blight was many things, smart, powerful, rich, lesbian, but what she was not, was a fan of mystery. This is what caused her to always be suspicious of the masked girl that was never more than a few steps behind Lilith. Even when Amity was toddler, she remembers this girl never being more than three steps away from Lilith, following her like a lost duckling. Amity has wondered who she is ever since she first saw her.

"Who is she?" Amity said, while doing homework, "Honestly, I'll take something as simple as her name."

"Amity, Lilith is here for your lesson." Odalia called from downstairs.

Amity closed the book and headed downstairs, and there she was, standing next to Lilith. She always wore a uniform similar to a Coven Guard uniform, except hers had more whites and silvers instead of grays and blacks, along with a white cloak, and a mask similar to Lilith's mask during the Covention demonstration, and always had one hand behind her back, with the other one grabbing a spear. The only thing Amity knew about her was that her skin was a tan colored, and that was because the mask didn't cover the lower half of her face. Amity knew she was more than just some guard; she was clearly close to Lilith and only near her.

"Ah, here she is." Odalia said, "Amity, you should be more punctual, especially when it comes to the leader of the Emperor's Coven."

"It's fine, Odalia." Lilith said, "I like it when she takes her time, it lets me talk to you and see just how desperate you are to suck up to me to try and gain power. Now if you don't mind, White Raven, be a dear and get the door."

The guard, White Raven as Lilith called her, opened the door for Lilith and Amity. She left after them and closed the door. As they walked to the training ground, Amity occasionally looked behind her. Lilith was in front of her, White Raven was behind her, and Amity could tell that White Raven was very uncomfortable being this far away from Lilith, even if it was just behind one person.

'What's with her?' Amity thought.

"Ah, we're here." Lilith said.

They arrived at a clearing in the woods, which was where Amity usually trains.

"Okay, let me make sure that we are completely alone and then we'll start." Lilith said.

She began to walk away when White Raven grabbed her hand and looked up at her. You couldn't actually see her eyes through the mask, but Lilith seemed to know what she was thinking.

"No, I need you to stay here and watch Amity." Lilith said, "I'll only be a minute."

Lilith leaned over and whispers to her.

"Don't worry, Little Birdie, Mama won't be gone for long."

Lilith got on her staff and flew away, going to make sure the area was secured.

"Great, so now we're alone, are you going to tell me anything about you?" Amity asked.

White Raven looked at her before looking at the ground.

'Typical.' Amity thought.

Amity began to walk around, waiting, when she was suddenly grabbed by White Raven.

"What are you doing!?" Amity said, trying to get the girl to let go.

White Raven pulled Amity away, the two of them landed on the ground, just as an arrow struck a tree behind where Amity was standing. White Raven got up and held her spear with both hands. Amity didn't know what's going on, but she figured it wasn't good.
