Chapter 28: Warning

Roxanna walked into the arena with a raised eyebrow as she stared at the headline on her phone, looking through the official website.

"A street fight between those two crazy women?" Roxanna couldn't help but chuckle as she walked down the hall, a duffle bag containing her gear being held over her shoulder. Her long black hair was tied into a ponytail, wearing a black leather "Somewhere in time" Iron Maiden jacket, leather pants, and knee-high leather boots. In her other hand she pulled along her suitcase that held her other belongings.

"You're wearing your Heavy Metal jackets again."

Roxanna looked up and smiled at the grin on Michelle McCool's face.

"You know me. Gotta bust them out when we're on the road to WrestleMania," Roxy quipped making Michelle chuckle.

"Where were you? You're usually here much earlier," the blonde woman asked.

At this, a large smirk appeared on Roxanna's face. "Filming."

Michelle stopped and stared at the woman wide-eyed. "What?! What were you filming?!"

At this Roxanna laughed.

"Oh come on Roxy! Tell me!"

Roxanna shook her head.

"Sorry Michelle. My lips are sealed," she quipped with amusement. "You'll have to find out tonight."

"Fine," Michelle grumbled with a small pout, making Roxanna chuckle at the look on her face. "Did you see RAW last night?"

Roxanna grinned. "I did!"

"Sheree is freaking insane!" Michelle exclaimed, her eyes wide as she stared at the older veteran. Roxanna couldn't help but smile at the small twinkle of excitement in her eyes. "I didn't think she'd make a decision so quickly and just... go for it!"

Roxanna chuckled. "That's a Huxley for ya. They tend to throw themselves head first, and then think about the consequences later."

The tall Texan looked ahead as she continued. "But this is good. Crazy yes, but I believe this will help the division in the long run. The wrestling world's still talking about it."

"Of course they are! When the daughter of one of the Big Five spin-kicks the WWE Champion, people are gonna be talking!" Michelle replied.

Roxanna grinned in amusement, raising an eyebrow at the mention of the Big Five. "You've been looking up Jane's history huh."

Michelle blushed.

"Jay and Jessica went pretty nuts about it, so I got intrigued," the young woman said, looking away from the smirking veteran as her blush deepened. "Plus... she's really cool."

Roxanna chuckled at that, silently agreeing.

Purple smoke covered the dark floor, the flames that lit the candles aflame being the only source of heat as a chill swept through the room, and seemingly through the titantron and into the arena, sending chills down the fans spine.

The long trail of a red carpet, worn and torn, travelled the length of the dark lit room. The room was spacious yet narrow, making it clear to the Tucson fans that what they were witnessing was the hollow grounds of a throne room as a large black throne embedded in gold came into view. It was sat atop a small platform of dark stairs, with the gold head of a dragon at the head of the gold arm rests.

The purple smoke that covered the room suddenly intensified around the throne as the cameras zoomed in on the gold left arm rest of the chair, the smoke hiding the chair almost completely, before calming down to reveal a strong tattooed hand wrapped around the gold studded head of the draconic arm rest, gold finger-ringed claws scratching against the surface of the chair, like sharp talons.

The fans broke out into a huge reaction at the sight of Tara sat in the throne, resting her cheek against her clawed right fist, wearing a long black sleeveless corset dress that went all the way down to the floor, covering her tattooed legs that was crossed over the other and leaving her tattooed arms exposed.

The corset was in mesh, with the chest covered in feathers. From the waist down, the dress was also covered in feathers complete with mesh that gathered around the bottom of the dress.

The fans were stunned, leading to a screaming pop from the female fans, as they were in awe and gushed over the rare sight of Tara wearing a dress. The crowd was shocked but it was all the more welcomed as the woman's ethereal beauty was somehow even more intimidating.

"Beth Phoenix."

The cold tapping of sharp metal claws sent chills down spines as the black-haired woman's metal talons tapped repeatedly against the head of the gold dragon that was carved into the arm rest.

"Denying me of the WWE Women's Championship will prove to be your last mistake," Tara said coolly, her voice as cold as ice, calm yet dangerous. "You must think you are incredibly brave for challenging me to a match in my domain."

The cold woman sneered with distaste. "All I hear is the crowing of an envious woman, choking on her desires of dominance and immortality."

"Eight women have stood before me, chasing that desire, and they all met the same fate."

Tara opened her eyes, chilling the viewers to their core as her intense gold eyes stared a searing hole through the titantron, enraged and pulsing with malice intent, her eyes glowing in contrast to the dark, candle-lit throne room and the purple smoke that wafted throughout the room.

"For angering me, at WrestleMania, you shall share the same fate as your predecessors!"

The fans couldn't help but break out into a huge reaction at that finishing quote, as Tara's voice carried a stern tone behind it that commanded respect and promised vengeance, like a dark queen ready to make a violent killer move on her enemies. It was bone-chilling. It was intimidating. It was scary. And they loved it all the more.

The segment ended with the purple smoke blanketing the entire room, before clearing a little bit to reveal an empty throne yet again, the fans cheering at the sight.

These two chapters were really short huh. Hopefully the next chapter is a bit longer. I'm glad I managed to drop these two chapters tonight. Be safe everyone.
