Summary: Eda never thought about being a parent, but when a mentally unstable girl runs through her portal covered in blood and panicking, she needs to do her best to help put the girl back together.

Eda's day was supposed to be normal. You know, sell garbage, pickpocket people, occasionally piss Lilith off, nothing about her day involved a blood-soaked human running through her portal, near tears. As if that wasn't bad enough, she somehow got this emotionally unstable teen to help her break into a prison... not her best moment... and managed to get the cardboard crown that was stolen. It worked... until the warden showed up. Yep, she lost her head... literally, he cut it right off. He grabbed Eda by her hair and held her head up.

"I have you know Owl Lady." Warden Wrath said, "I knew if I took your pets little toy you'd come running."

"Would you just leave me alone!" Eda said, "I haven't broken any of your laws... in front of you!"

"I want you... to go on a date with me." Wrath said, getting on a knee and holding flowers out for Eda.

"Huh?" Eda asked.

"Wha?" Luz asked.

"You've always escaped my grasp; I find that alluring." Wrath said.

"I hate everything you're saying right now." Luz said.

"Stay out of this!"

Wrath grabbed Luz with his arm, changing it so that Luz's arms and hands were covered.

"Maybe instead of imprisoning you, I will use you for experiments." Wrath said, "After all, no human has come here before."

Upon hearing the word "Experiment", Luz got a faraway look in her eyes, she started sweating and began fidgeting. Luz began to breathe heavily, and it was clear to anyone nearby that Luz was having some kind of post traumatic flashback.

"N... no! NO MORE!" Luz said, freaking out, "No more Experiments!"

There was a weird sound that filled the air, like the sound of metal shooting out of something. Suddenly, sharp metal points burst out of Wrath's arm. He dropped Luz in pain and the guards looked at her, and more specifically... her hands. Sticking out of each of her hands, were three sharp metal claw looking objects. Luz looked around frantically, still not completely there.

"G-g-get away from me!" Luz said as the guards moved closer, "I said get away!"

Luz swung her hand and her claws hit one of the guards in the neck. The guard fell back and choked on blood until he died. This immediately made the guards aim weapons at her, which only set Luz off more and she lunged at the guards. She sunk her claws into a guard's chest and began to pull them out and stab the guard again. The sight of this girl... this... monster... moving and KILLING, it was horrifying. The other guards rushed her, trying to stop her, but Luz just charged and used her claws to kill ever. Last. ONE. Warden Wrath looked at the girl's eyes, he knows that look, he's seen that look, he's HAD that look. He dropped Eda's head and began to back up.

"W-w-what the hell did the human realm do to her?!" He said.

Luz stood up, coated in fresh blood, that covered the old, dried blood. Wrath looked at the scared, hurt, girl standing there.

'I pity you, child, whatever you've been through at this young of an age... it's horrible.' He thought.

Wrath turned and ran out of the room while Eda's body reclaimed her head and reattached it. She looked at the kid in front of her. Whatever happened to her must've traumatized her, because Eda knows that's not a normal reaction... and don't even get her started on the sharp metal claws protruding from her knuckles.

"Kid?"

Luz turned and got ready to use her claws again. Eda froze and kneeled down, trying not to look threatening.

"I'm not going to hurt you, Kid." Eda said, "I promise."

Luz didn't put her hands down.

"Luz... I promise."

Luz closed her eyes and her claws slid back into her body. Luz collapsed to her knees and began crying. Eda walked over and tried to pick her up, which was incredibly difficult, it was like her bones were made of metal.

"P-p-please... get me... out... o-o-of... here." Luz said, "I... I don't want to be here anymore!"

"Don't worry, Kid, I'll get you back to my house." Eda said.

'And I'll figure out what the hell happened to you.' Eda thought, 'Titan, there's no way I'm letting you go back to the human world after seeing how much it messed you up.'
