Chapter 1
When I open my eyes, I find myself lying on a bed. The last thing I remember is the fight with Giovanni and Team Rainbow Rocket. It is an intense battle, the air thick with tension and the sounds of clashing Pokémon. My Pikachu stands defiantly against Giovanni's imposing Persian, sparks flying with every move. As the battle reaches its peak, I feel the determination in my Pokémon and my friends standing by my side—Serena, my girlfriend, Leon, the former World Champion, and Lance of the G-Men, each giving their all to fend off Giovanni's relentless assault.
Giovanni's face twists into a sinister grin as his final Pokémon falls. "You think you've won, Ash Ketchum?" he sneers. "You have no idea what's coming next." With a swift motion, he pulls out a remote and presses a button. Alarms blare and red lights flash around the room.
"Serena, Leon, Lance, get out of here now!" I shout over the chaos, my heart pounding. "Take cover! Giovanni's planning something big!"
Serena's eyes widen in fear as Leon grabs her hand, pulling her toward the exit. Lance sends out his Dragonite to shield them. "Ash, come on!" Serena calls out, her voice filled with urgency and worry.
But I know I can't leave. Not yet. "Go! I'll handle this!" I yell back, standing my ground.
Giovanni's laugh echoes through the room. "You're too late, Ash. If I go down, I'm taking you with me!" He presses another button, and the ground beneath us rumbles violently. The walls begin to crack, and I can see the glint of metal as hidden explosives are revealed.
In a split second, I throw myself toward Pikachu, shielding him with my body. "Pikachu, hang on!" I whisper, as the world around me explodes in a blinding flash of light. The force of the blast lifts me off my feet, and the last thing I see is the triumphant, crazed look on Giovanni's face as everything goes dark.
When I look around my surroundings, I notice that this room is just like my room in Pallet Town, only that everything seems slightly off. The bedspread is a different color, the posters on the walls feature unfamiliar faces, and the window shows a bustling cityscape instead of the tranquil forests of Pallet Town. The furniture is modern and sleek, unlike the rustic charm of my old room. I can hear the distant sounds of cars and people outside, a stark contrast to the peaceful chirping of Pidgey and the rustling of leaves I'm used to.
As I try to process what is going on, the door opens, revealing a girl with the same face as me. She has the same unruly black hair and the same determined eyes. She gasps in shock before yelling down the hallway, "Mom! Dad! He is awake! Come here, quick!" Her voice is filled with a mixture of surprise and relief, echoing through the house.
Just then, two figures rush into the room, and I can't believe what I'm seeing. The woman looks just like my mother, Delia Ketchum, with her warm smile and caring eyes. She wears a simple yet elegant dress, just like how I remember. The man beside her looks like my father, whom I haven't seen since I was little. He has the same dark hair and strong features, but there's a softness in his eyes that I don't recall. They both stare at me with a mix of astonishment and joy, as if they are seeing a long-lost family member.
"Thank goodness you are awake," my mother? exclaims, her voice filled with relief. "How are you feeling right now?"
The first thing I decide to reply is, "I'm fine, just confused..." My voice sounds shaky, even to me.
"We are also confused," my father? adds, his brow furrowed in concern. "We found you lying on our doorstep unconscious... that reminds me, we should introduce ourselves. My name is Adam, and this is my wife, Delia."
I can't believe what I'm hearing; the names... they are the same as my Mom and Dad. My mother? continues, "And this is our daughter, Golly. We have four more children: Mark, Minami, Trenor, and Insey."
As I follow the direction she's looking, I notice four more people standing beside the girl who first opened the door. They all look just like me, with the same dark hair and similar features. Their expressions are a mix of curiosity and confusion. What's going on? My mind races as I try to make sense of this strange situation.
"So, may I ask what your name is?" my mother inquires gently, her eyes full of curiosity.
I decide to say, "My name is Ash... Ash Ketchum..."
"Your last name is Ketchum?" my father asks with slight disbelief, exchanging a glance with my mother. "That's the same as ours."
My mother looks at me with a concerned expression. "Ash, do you remember anything about your family?" she asks softly, her tone gentle but probing.
I hesitate, feeling a wave of uncertainty. Should I tell them the truth about my world and my real family, or should I lie to protect myself and avoid further confusion? My mind races as I consider my options, weighing the potential consequences of either choice.
Taking a deep breath, I decide to tell the truth. "Yes, I do. My mother's name is Delia Ketchum, just like yours. And my father's name is Adam, just like yours."
The room falls silent as everyone processes what I've just said. My parents? exchange looks of shock and disbelief. "That's quite a coincidence," Adam says cautiously, his brow furrowed in thought.
"But it's not just that," I continue, feeling the need to explain. "I'm from a place called the Pokémon World. There, people live alongside creatures called Pokémon, and we train them to battle, compete in contests, and even help with everyday tasks. My friends and I were in the middle of a battle with Team Rainbow Rocket when something happened, and I ended up here."
The five siblings' eyes widen with excitement, and they start whispering among themselves. "Pokémon? Like in the games?" Golly exclaims, her face lighting up with enthusiasm.
"No way, this is so cool!" Mark adds, his expression mirroring Golly's excitement.
Minami, Trenor, and Insey all look equally thrilled, bombarding me with questions about my Pokémon and adventures.
The two adults, however, exchange a look of slight disbelief. "Ash, that's quite a story," Adam says. "But how did you end up here, in our world?"
"I don't know," I admit, feeling a bit overwhelmed by their reactions. "One moment, I was fighting Giovanni, the leader of Team Rainbow Rocket, and the next, I woke up here. It's like I've been transported to a completely different reality."
Delia steps forward, her eyes searching mine for any hint of deception. "Ash, do you remember anything else? Anything that might help us understand how you got here or how we can help you get back?"
I shake my head slowly. "No, everything happened so fast. I just remember a bright light and then... nothing."
As the siblings continue to buzz with excitement, the adults nod thoughtfully, trying to process this new information. Despite their initial disbelief, they seem willing to listen and help me figure out what to do next.
"So, may I ask what your name is?" my mother inquires gently, her eyes full of curiosity.
I decide to say, "My name is Ash... Ash Ketchum..."

"No way, this is so cool!" Mark adds, his expression mirroring Golly's excitement.
As for Adam and Delia, they exchange a serious look before Adam steps forward. "Ash, there's something we need to tell you," he begins, his tone careful. "When you were unconscious, we had a private doctor examine your blood. The results showed that your DNA is a perfect match with all of us."
Delia nods, her expression a mix of concern and confusion. "We wanted to understand what was going on first because we don't remember having a sixth child. Also, you're the same age as Golly, who is our eldest daughter."
My mind reels from this revelation. A perfect DNA match? Could this world somehow be connected to mine in a way I don't understand? "Do you know what a Pokémon is?" I ask, hoping for some clarity.
Golly and her siblings exchange excited glances. "Pokémon are from a game and anime," Golly explains. "In the games, you catch and train creatures called Pokémon to battle each other. And in the anime, there's a character named Satoshi who travels the world with his Pikachu."
"Yeah, Satoshi is basically the main character," Mark adds. "He's always trying to become a Pokémon Master."
Confused, I ask, "Can you show me this Satoshi?"
Minami quickly runs out of the room and returns with a poster. She unrolls it to reveal an image of Satoshi with his Pikachu, standing confidently with a Poké Ball in hand. The poster looks almost identical to my own adventures.
As I look more at the poster, memories of Pikachu and my past journeys flood into my mind. Tears start to form, and my mom asks, "Is everything alright?"
I decide to say, "Pikachu... my mom, dad... Serena... I miss them... I don't know why I'm here, but I don't know what to do now..."
That's when my mom pulls me into a hug, her embrace warm and comforting. She gently strokes my hair, whispering soothing words. "It's going to be okay, Ash. We'll figure this out together."
My father then steps closer and says, "We've been discussing this for a while as well. Even though it's still unbelievable to think the Pokémon world exists, we want to welcome you to our family. You're one of us now, and we'll support you no matter what."
The siblings exchange excited and empathetic glances, their faces lighting up with enthusiasm and warmth. Golly steps forward and places a hand on my shoulder, smiling reassuringly. "We're all here for you, Ash. We'll help you find your way."
Mark nods eagerly. "Yeah, you're not alone. We might not know much about your world, but we can learn together."
Minami adds, "We'll do everything we can to make you feel at home."
Trenor speaks up, "It's going to be different, but we've got your back."
Insey, the youngest, steps closer with a shy smile. "I can't wait to learn about your Pokémon adventures."
Feeling the overwhelming support and genuine care from everyone around me, I can't help but smile. Despite the confusion and uncertainty, the warmth and kindness of this family make me feel at ease. I look around at their smiling faces, and for the first time since arriving here, I feel a sense of belonging. I smile, knowing that I have found a new home.
Here is the first chapter, and you can see that Ash has been teleported into the world we're living in. It will be having a lot of my original characters, I hope you like it.
