Prologue
In a unknown location a man stands in a room surrounded by monitors with various figures present on each monitor, on the monitors were a bald man in a business suit, a brown skinned woman with long black hair in a black and yellow dress, a man in an orange and black mask that splits his face with only one eye exposed on his orange side, a gray skinned boy with red eyes and his hair was shaped like horns. These individuals were Lex Luthor, Queen Bee, Deathstroke, and Klarion the witch boy
"The lack of meta humans we have been able to recruit, particularly meta teens has grown concerning" Lex said
"Indeed, if a war between us and Darkseid does come to fruition we will need to be ready for the conflict, our loss of Meta Human trafficking rings due to the intervention from the Justice league, Teen Titans, and the team has further hindered our efforts." Queen Bee said
"Setbacks are to be expected, besides we still have various assets such as the Kryptonians we recently recovered from the phantom zone" Deathstroke said
"It is too early to use them, in time they will play an important role in due time"
The four look toward the man who just spoke, Vandal Savage, he bore a scar across his face that looked to be from a bears claw, with long hair that was present on the back of his head and sideburns that went down to his chin, he wore sleek and sophisticated clothing and had chiseled features
"Due to our destabilizing relationship with Darkseid it is best that we hold our cards for the time being, currently no conflict has broken out yet but that will only last for so long, despite our resources the forces of Apokolips are powerful, it will force us to rely on the likes of the league, titans, and team, as well as the green lanterns"
"Queen Bee, Deathstroke, what is the progress of the new recruits of the hive and league of shadows" Vandal asked
Both the figures gave disappointed looks and even tho Deathstroke wore a mask the disappointment was still notable
"Recruitment for the hive has decreased significantly over the recent months, though there is a new recruit who Brother Blood has given high praise to, apart from that however the current results are not nearly as good as we hoped" Queen Bee said with a look of disappointment still on her face
"Same with the league." Deathstroke added.
"Ooooo I have a solution, and a fun one." klarion said with a smirk gaining the attention of the others present.
"And what would that be?" Lex asked curiously.
"The multiverse, we have it at our fingertips so why not get more from there, I know of a world where 80 percent of the population are metahumans"
After hearing this everyone was surprised to hear of such a world and then all smirked especially Vandal who already began to plan
"Klarion, what else do you know of this world? Is there any important information we should know about?" Vandal asked
"They have their own stupid heroes,they even have schools for kids to become heroes, but they have no knowledge of the existence of magic or aliens, it would be a perfect place to cause chaos" Klarion said with a grin on his face
"This is excellent, we will begin to plan for this world and see how we can use it for our own plans"
"We must use caution however, we cannot afford this information making its way to the league or the titans, if that were to happen they could turn the heroes of that world against us" Lex commented "i recommend we send some of our operatives so they can establish a foothold for us"
"That is the action to take, however it will require a member of the light to oversee it, things could get out of hand" Queen Bee added
"If it is members we require then we shall have one, while none of us nor Humanite can go, I know of someone who can." Vandal declared
"And who would that be? Ra's has his own business, Orm is dead, and his clone is of no use to us, and Manta is indisposed." Deathstroke commented
"Despite his imprisonment, I have kept in touch with the brain, we will plan to break him out of his confinement and inform him of our plan as he is still loyal to the light"
As Vandal says this one of the unused monitors turns on revealing a brain within a large jar that had a giant skull face painted on it
"There is no need, I have been freed from my confinement thanks to various associates of mine and I am aware of the current plan, and I will gladly take part in the operation." the brain said.
'Queen Bee, I request the access to Brother Blood and the Hive Academy, for in a world full of metas, there will most certainly be young people who would want nothing more than to use their talent to the fullest" the Brain said
"Very well, I will give you access to the hive as well as the current top class" Queen Bee said
"Savage, I would also like to request a few members of the legion of doom, I will also be taking the brotherhood with me, Malah has already gathered Madam Rouge and Imortus" the Brain said
"Yes, I believe I know what you're planning to do, very well, you will have access to the legion as well as the name, you have my trust" Vandal said
"Very well, I will take hold of this new world and bring it into the light"
Note: due to the many variations each of these characters have I will use my own variations of DC characters based on who I think is best suited for this story, the Brain for example is not the same brain as the one in Young Justice but is instead the Brain from teen titans as are Brother Blood and the Hive with exception of some new members I have added to their roster who weren't originally members, the legion of doom is based mainly off the one in Justice League unlimited and the comics so while the light are the main enemies as of now and certain events that happened in Young Justice took place in this story there are major differences between this and Young Justice.
