In Musutafu Japan, Mt Lady, Kamui Woods, and Death Arms, along with all the civilians who had been watching the live feed had begun to cheer at the arrival of All Might.

"Those hive guys are in serious trouble now" Death Arms stated.

"Hope all Might teaches those brat's a lesson" Mt lady said.

"If there is anybody fit to take down this HIVE Academy it is All Might" Kamui Woods said.

People were watching this unfold all across Japan, many were overjoyed at the arrival of all might, people watched on their phones, TV's, computers, the screens scattered across buildings across japan, anywhere there was a screen the broadcast played, it caused the entire country to briefly go still to witness the broadcast.

At the center plaza, All Might was walking towards Alpha-1 and did not look happy, obvious by the lack of a smile on his face which he usually wore while fighting crime and saving people, the 1-A students did not care however as they were overjoyed that All Might had arrived, some even crying tears of joy.

"Looks like that snot munchin so-called 'symbol of peace' is here to get his ass kicked" Gizmo said as he cackled and all of Alpha-1 turned to face the All Might except Mammoth who was still in a test of strength with the Nomu.

All Might looked at them and began to speak "I was informed of the chaos you villains have been bringing these young heroes in training, I rushed here as quick as i could, you villains look very young and I do not want to hurt you, it is not too late to surrender, you all still have the chance to be reformed, and I believe you all can be so much better than this and can make better use of your talents than villainy."

The students all looked at him and paused for a moment before they all burst out laughing, which shocked the class 1-A students, even Mammoth laughed while engaging with the Nomu, this caused All Might to grit his teeth.

'I can't believe all this went down while I was resting. I hate to think of how frightened these children must be, and how hard my colleagues had to fight in order to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them that things will be ok, that's my duty as the symbol of peace.' All Might thought to himself before he began to speak.

"If you will not surrender willingly then I will have no choice but to force your surrender, I really don't wish to bring harm to you, especially with some of you being so young, but you give me no choice."

"Have no fear students." right after saying this he rips his blue tie off with a look of anger on his face "because I am here."

"W-we're saved" Mineta cried out as he began crying tears of joy at the sight of All Might

"He's here, All Might, and he's not smiling."

Jinx looked at him before her laughing came to a stop and she began to speak "oh look at that class he wants us to surrender, thinks we can 'make better use of our talents' even tho that's what were already doing, alright class let's show 'the symbol of peace' and the so-called league of villains what real villains are capable of."

After saying this Billy Numerous duplicated multiple times making an army of around 300 of himself much to All Might and class 1-A's shock, even Shigaraki and Kurogiri were taken aback by the number of duplicates he made. as they charged toward All Might as he quickly began taking out all the Numerouses, while the Numerouses were rather skilled fighters they didn't do much against All Might by themselves but with their combined strength they were rather powerful.

Right as All Might was finishing with the Numerouses, it was then that he saw Mammoth slinging the Nomu toward him holding the Nomu by the wrists and using it as a weapon and beat All Might down with it cracking the ground with each strike.

"Is this the best the so-called symbol of peace can do? pathetic" Mammoth said as he beat down All Might with the very being made to kill him, it was very ironic, technically the Nomu was doing its job, just not the way Shigaraki had intended.

Shigaraki was scratching his neck furiously "damn it! No! No! No! This was not how this was supposed to go! I was supposed to be the one to kill All Might, and these try hards came in uninvited and have ruined everything! NOMU! Kill them! Kill All Might! Kill those npcs for interfering! Kill them all damn it!"

Upon hearing this the Nomu shifted its body and planted its feet firmly on the ground as it struck Mammoth sending him back.

"Nomu has shock absorption and an array of other quirks, All Might nor these NPCs stand a chance against my Nomu!" Shigaraki said with pride.

All the League goons had made their way to the center plaza only to be overran by Numerouses

Nomu then turns to All Might and without hesitation began throwing punches at him and both All Might and the Nomu began to exchange blows, this went on for a good couple of seconds before they are both interrupted and sent flying back by a soundwave that sounded like it had come from a guitar.

The soundwave caused All Might's ears to ring, and bleed as well, while Nomu did not appear to be as affected getting back up. All Might also rose to his feet all be it a bit slower but as soon as he gets up, he is hit by a bolt of lightning in his side where his wound was causing it to bleed, and it caused All Might to stammer back in pain.

"Oh yeah, we may as well tell you we know about your little 3 hour time limit to play hero, and about that little wound of yours, I guess luck really isn't on your side" Jinx said with a smirk which made All Might pause and then grit his teeth, while most of the students did not know what Jinx meant both Aizawa and Izuku did which caused them to go wide eyed at the declaration

'How do they know about All Mights weakness, that shouldn't be possible' Izuku wondered as he thought back and remembered that the villain that appeared to be around five years old with a green jumpsuit and high tech gear, Gizmo, claimed he hacked into the schools mainframe, that was most likely how they knew, either that or Gizmo was somehow able to get ahold of All Mights medical records' Izuku thought rapidly as his concern grew

'This isn't good, they know about All Mights time limit and his injury, and on top of that these villains are nothing to scoff at either' Aizawa thought to himself.

"Time limit? Wound? What are they talking about?" Ochaco asked worriedly.

"It sounds bad, all of this is really bad" Ojiro said.

"No, they're just trying to screw with him All Might will defeat these villains just watch" Mineta said.

'How do they know about my weakness? Do they know about my battle all those years back? Or did HE send them here, it doesn't matter for now, I need to be more on alert considering they know my weakness, i also better hurry and attempt to finish this as quickly as I can' All Might thought before getting up.

"Rather you know that information or not does not matter, because I am here, and I will put a stop to all of you and your treacherous villainy" All Might declared.

Aizawa wasted no time getting up ready to help All Might but then saw two figures appear next to him.

Kyd Wykkyd and Red X were beside him as this caught Aizawa off guard as he was punched in the stomach by Red X and both him and Kyd Wykkyd began to fight Aizawa in close quarters combat both of them landing several kicks and punches on Aizawa, it was clear Kyd Wykkyd was the lesser skilled of the two fighters but Red X more than made up for it as the both of managed to get more hits in then Aizawa could.

'These kids are impressive, they more than capable when it comes to close quarters combat, especially the one with the mask, he might be one of their best hand to hand fighters but theres no guarantee, after all I haven't seen the rest of their ' Aizawa thought while he was locked in combat with the two young villains, while he himself was good at close quarters combat, without his capture weapon he was at a heavy disadvantage.

As Aizawa was on the back foot Red X seized the opportunity and opened his palm and shot a red, x shaped projectile at Aizawa from his palm which covered his eyes wrapped around a good portion of his head before he made two Red X style shuriken's and threw them into Aizawa's knees causing him to hit the ground in pain.

"And stay down." Red X taunted.

"Mr. Aizawa!" Izuku yelled as he ran towards red X ready to use his other arm in order to punch Red X.

"Midoriya no!" Aizawa shouted but it was too late.

Red X was fully prepared for this and moved under Izuku's punch and hit him in the chest with his palm knocking the air out of him and sending him flying back into the other students as he desperately struggled to regain his breath, from the sound of the hit Izuku had a few cracked ribs at best.

The other students rush to Izuku to try and help him, the students who were still capable of fighting got in a defensive stance around Midoriya incase Red X tried to attack him, however many of the students including Todoroki were shaking, because these villains terrified them, as Uraraka and some of the other students rushed to Midoriya's Aid all they could do was hope that All Might could stop these villains.

'This is bad! their's no telling what these students of this so-called villain school have planned for my students.' Aizawa thought rapidly

"None of you engage them! let All Might take care of these villains! you all need to look out for Thirteen and your other injured classmates!" Aizawa shouted with urgency in his voice.

"You better listen to him, unless you got a death wish" Red X said with Kyd Wykkyd beside him.

The students who were already terrified had tensed up before falling back somewhat forming a circle between themselves and the injured.

"That's what I thought." Red X said before turning to Cinderblock "hey big guy, watch them."

Cinderblock looked at Red X before nodding and towering over the students but not making a move, just staring down at them all with his usual glare, as Kyd Wykkyd put Red X under his cape, and they teleported away.

All Might had noticed the predicament Aizawa, young Midoriya, and the other students were in but as he made his way to them, he was Intercepted by Mammoth who made a small leap towards All Might and grabbed him by the face slamming him into the ground before punching him several times in his wound causing it to bleed even more and bringing it more pain.

All Might grunted then looked at Mammoth who was around the same height as him before noticing the Nomu approaching the both of them, All Might thinking quickly punched Mammoth across the face and threw him into the Nomu before getting up and rushing toward them before bearing down on both the Nomu and Mammoth with punches.

however as he was punching Mammoth Caught his fist and hit All Might across the face and got up only for Nomu to get up right behind him and try to grab him by the waist to presumably body slam him, however Mammoth swung All Might into the Nomu with such force it sent them both back, All Might quickly got back on his feet as the Nomu did so as well.

"I'll admit, the both of you sure can take a hit" All Might said as they all began to exchange blows with one another, as All Might began to push past his limits, going from 100 percent to one hundred and five percent, one hundred and ten percent one hundred and fifteen percent, he just kept climbing in strength, it was clear that out of the three in this fight that Mammoth began to waiver with him not quite being able to match the speed of All Mights attacks, however he still kept going, throwing as many punches as he could and aiming for All Mights wound and directing the punches towards Nomu on his brain though the Nomu did not seem effected by this and was holding its own.

"Yes Nomu! Kill them! Make those try hards regret ever messing with the league of villains! And kill All Might once and for all!"

As the Nomu, All Might, and Mammoth continued to exchange blows, waves of pink energy came at all Might, one hitting his wound, the other hitting the ground under him making it cave in as Mammoth was able to uppercut the giant beaked creature sending it flying through the air before he punched All Might across the face causing blood to spill from all Mights Mouth. Mammoth attempted to hit him again in the wound but this time All Might grabbed his fist and punched Mammoth across the face sending him flying before he could do anything, however right after this a shadow appears over All Might as he was barely able to react in time to XL's fist coming down on him as he was barely able to hold it up with his hands as the ground beneath him cracks and sinks somewhat making a small crater that seemed to continue to grow in size as XL put more pressure on All Might.

"doen't seem like luck is on your side today, does it?" Jinx asked in a condescending tone.

'They are forcing me at my limit, and that pink blast from that girl made my wound open more, and it costed me time, I won't be able to maintain this form much longer' All Might thought rapidly as XL's fist continued to press down harder and harder.

"I'll admit I haven't been pushed this hard in a long time, you kids are nothing to scoff at, however, this means it's time, TIME TO GO PLUS ULTRA" All Might yells before he throws XL by his fist through the air sending him into the collapse zone and causing him to land on his back.

Right after this Private Hive moved to engage All Might but was quickly sent across the USJ by All Might who punched him with force, fortunately for private Hive he was able to use his shield to take the brunt of the attack, but he was still sent across the facility.

All Might then speed blitzed towards Mist who was barely able to turn her body in mist in time to avoid the attack.

"Hey! You almost hit me! Not cool!" mist shouted before flying towards him as All Might attempted to strike her again but his hand went through her mist like form, however she was able to materialize her hands and tried to hit All Might tho she was not strong enough to effect All Might with her hit due to his immense durability, so the hit did not do much and she floated away from All Might before he could try anything, All Might then turned his sights to Punk Rocket.

Punk Rocket saw this and smirked "never seen a hero so willing to hear the sound of chaos.." before he could finish All Might had struck Punk Rocket with enough force to send him out of the facility, the punch itself caused a large gust of wind within the USJ, however upon striking who he thought was Punk Rocket, realized it was not actually him but rather a hologram.

"Looks like All munch decided to get serious, too bad it'll all be for nothin" Gizmo said as he flies through the Air on his jet pack as a small device comes from his jetpack and fires missiles at All Might, who was getting ready to jump through the air to target Gizmo next, while the missiles did not do nearly as much damage as it would to a normal person, they still managed to do damage to All Might, especially the missiles that were aimed primarily for his wound.

All Might jumped in the air to swat Gizmo out of the air, Obviously he was not using full strength on Gizmo due to his possible age but All Might understood that he was a dangerous villain who had to be dealt with, however he was met in the air by Angel who flew at him with quick speed and moved her body in order to kick him with both of her feet right in his wound, sending him to the ground before he could touch Gizmo, as All Might is getting up he is hit by a massive fireball from Holocaust, All Might then sees the Army of Numerouses who are making their way towards him, he quickly starts to speed blitz through them as he tanks the missiles sent toward him by Gizmo, which were now hitting his wound that was bleeding.

Blood began to come from All Might's mouth as he continued through the army, however unknown to him Nomu had gotten back up and was charging through the army of Numerouses to get to All Might meeting him in the middle as they once again began to exchange blows which pleased Shigaraki.

Nomu had taken his hits much better than Mammoth did who had also gotten back up. All Might went blow for blow with the Nomu sending him crashing through a bunch of Numerouses.

"Alright, time for us to put bird brain here out of its misery, he's becoming a nuisance" Jinx said.

"You got it, and i'll be sure to get both of these snot munchin losers in one shot" Gizmo said with a smirk on his face before he shot a small device onto the back of the Nomu's neck which it did not seem to notice as it again charged toward All Might and the Numerouses retreated leaving just the Nomu and All Might to once again exchange blows, All Might found the retreat of the Numerouses strange but did not pay too much attention to it.

Shigaraki became furious upon seeing this "No! What the hell do you think you are doing to Nomu!" he shouted in frustration

However not a moment later a bright white glow came from the back of the creature's neck, blinding all might and pretty much everyone else, as All Might's eyes widened in realization it was all he was able to do before both the Nomu and himself were swallowed in a giant blast.

The students could barely see due to the light from the blast but had a general understanding of what happened and to say they were shocked would be an understatement.

When the light went away and the dust settled all that remained of Nomu was its lower body, its entire upper half being completely gone with only its lower half remaining.

Upon seeing this Shigaraki had enough of this and charged towards Jinx with his arm out "I'll turn you to dust for taking my kill away from me! From taking what was rightfully mine!" he shouted.

However, he was then met with a strong blow from Mammoth to the chest which sent him back towards Kurogiri as he winced in pain holding his chest, it was obvious from the force of the punch that he had broken some of his ribs.

"Damnit!" Shigaraki cursed as he gripped his chest and winced in pain.

"Tomura shigaraki, the Nomu has been killed and the heroes will arrive any moment now, our other subordinates have been defeated, and the members of this Hive organization are far too formidable for us to take on, especially in your condition, we must retreat if we hope to fight another day."

Shigaraki, while very upset, could not disagree, all of his underlings had been defeated, Cinderblock had betrayed him, the Nomu was gone, and it was hard for him to simply breathe.

Kurogiri wraps around Shigaraki, morphing his body before they both disappear.

"Tch, cowards." Livewire growled.

All Might on the other hand was still standing tho he was not in good shape, his shirt and most of his pants were destroyed in the blast, he had burns and bruises all over his body and was very bloodied from the viscous fight, but what stood out to everyone was the massive scar on his side that was bleeding profusely, not to mention the blood that had been pouring from his mouth, along with blood coming out of his ears. It was then that the other students realized what Gizmo had been talking about.

The students were nothing short of speechless as they watched All Might on what seemed to be his last legs, all of their eyes wide like dinner plates at the sight of the number one hero and symbol of peace.

"Guys t-this doesn't look good" Sero said with visible fear in his face and his voice.

"That scar, that's what those villains were talking about, oh my God, All Might, he might actually.." Mina gulped with tears in her eyes, unable to even finish what she was about to say, but the rest of her classmates already knew what she was going to say, as they all thought the exact same thing.

"All Might can handle these guys just watch! He's only been holding back!" Mineta said attempting to be optimistic, but deep down, he, like everyone else knew that this most likely did not have a good ending.

"Well guys, with bird brain out the picture I say we finally finish this." Jinx said with a smirk on her face, causing the other members of Alpha-1 to smirk.

All Might grit his teeth, he still had one priority and that was the student's safety and with them so close by he would be unable to go all out.

With this in mind he speed blitzed over to the students punching Cinderblock, who quickly attempted to block his attack and counter with hits of his own, however, he was not quick enough or durable enough to take on All Might with How much he was going all out and with one punch All Might manage to punch Cinderblock through the roof of the USJ.

"Ah shit, well there goes Cinderblock" Holocaust said.

Izuku looked at All Might as his breath was still ragged from Red X striking him in the chest not long ago "All Might! they know about your.."

Before Izuku could finish he was interrupted by All Might.

"Fear not young Midoryia, you all are safe now, all of you take Thirteen, Aizawa, and your injured classmates and head for the exit, I will do my utmost to protect you all so you can make your escape, do not worry about me" All Might said giving a reassuring smile.

This made the students who had been worried slightly more at ease, unfortunately that would only last temporarily for the series of events to come would change that.

After saying this the uninjured students began to pick up their injured classmates and teachers and quickly make their way to the exit as fast as possible up the stairs, however meeting them at the top of the stairs was Kyd Wykkyd and Holocaust.

All Might noticed this and was getting ready to move before the sound waves from Punk Rockets guitar sent him flying backward and before he had a chance to get up, he was barraged by missiles from Gizmo. He quickly jumped up to swat Gizmo out of the air, or at least so he thought, once he made contact with Gizmo, he realized that his hand went right through and the Gizmo who he thought he was hitting was actually a hologram. All Might quickly turned to see the giant hand of XL-Terrestrial swatting him into the ground with force.

Once All Might hit the ground he was then met by large shards of Ice hurled towards him, his durability had begun to waver as the large shards pierced All Mights skin but the one that hurt the most was the one that went directly into his wound, as the large shard was stuck in his wound, this caused All Might to cough up blood and fall to one knee, at this point half of his body had reverted back to its original form.

On the stairs once the students reached the top, they saw Holocaust and Kyd Wykkyd, before any of the students could react Holocaust had surrounded the top of the stairs with fire blocking their path.

"Where the hell do you think you're going? We aren't finished with you all yet, you don't get to leave until we say you get to leave" Holocaust said.

It was then that Kyd Wykkyd disappeared and reappeared on the top stairs with Billy Numerous who rapidly multiplied and rushed the students, that combined with fireballs from Holocaust forced them back down the stairs, Todoroki had tried using his ice but it was melted just as quickly as it was created by Holocaust before the Numerouses overwhelmed them and forced them back down the stairs and a group of Numerouses stood on guard at the entrance.

"We can't take them on, we have too many injured or unable to fight" Shoto said before they retreated to the bottom of the stairs, most holding their injured classmates.

Afterward Kyd Wykkyd took Holocaust and reappeared by the other members of Alpha-1 having left a group of Numereouses to defend the entrance

All Might seeing that the students were now stuck here became frustrated at the villains.

However, he was then met by relentless attacks from the students of Alpha-1

Livewire shot concessive lightning toward All Might not letting up as Holocaust sent a very large fireball at him burning his skin, as he was then barraged from the air by Angel who would swoop down and strike him before flying back up and doing it again, All Might was then hit by waves of pink energy that caused him to become even weaker than he already was, as he tried to get up he had x shaped projectiles blasted at his feet which became a sticky substance and All Might found it hard to move due to the substance.

Before he was able to free himself he was then barraged by Punk Rockets sound waves as All Might covered his ears in attempt to block the sound, as he felt like blacking out from the sound waves as Punk Rocket increased the volume a bit on his guitar making the sound waves more powerful, as soon as the sound waves stopped he was punched with such force he was thrown out of the sticky substance and sent flying by Mammoth.

Once he landed, he began to regain his footing however he was met by private Hive who backhanded him across the face with his shield making him spit out blood, at this point All Might was on his hands and knees struggling to get up, he could barely even hear at this point, as steam began to admit from his body.

'I can't keep my form up anymore, and I was unable to get the children to safety. Whoever these kids are they are strong and were clearly prepared to do this, it seems that this is a separate group from the one who brought that beaked creature with them. With these relentless attacks and their various unique skill sets makes them hard to deal with, not to mention despite their age they have great mastery of their quirks.' All Might thought rapidly before being interrupted by being beat down on by Mammoth followed by once again being shocked by Livewire, in his attempts to get back up and strike them, only to be hit by mist who was in her mist form with only her hands materializing to punch All Might down on the side of his face that had transformed back to his normal form, before she floats back into her clothes and rematerialized.

All Might then looked up to see Holograms of Gizmo flying around him in circles.

"You can't beat us" All the Gizmo holograms said in a taunting manner in sync.

All Might was getting ready to speak but before he could get a word out, he was crushed under the boot of XL-Terrestrial

The class looked at the scene in horror, all of them speechless, they had just watched the number one hero, All Might, get crushed under the boot of a giant villain.

It was then that XL lifted his boot to reveal a defeated all might, this did not look like the All Might they had seen moments before, he was a skinny and frail man with sunken eyes and blonde hair and was battered and bloody and unconscious, with a large shard of ice being lodged directly into his wound.

"This can't be happening, this has to be a dream" Ochaco said with fear and sadness radiating from her voice as tears filled her eyes.

"Get up! All Might you have to get up! We need you!" Kirishima shouted still bound up by the restraints Red X had placed on him.

"All Might please! We can't lose you" Mina shouted with tears in her eyes.

Aizawa couldn't see what was happening but from the sounds of crashing and the screams and whimpers of his students he could automatically tell what had transpired.

Izuku was trembling, he could not believe what he had just seen, these villains, most of them around the same age as him and his classmates had beaten All Might, they knew of his weakness and were able to exploit it, not to mention they had broadcasted it live across all of Japan for the entire country to see.

"ALL MIGHT" Izuku screamed with tears in his eyes.

In Musutafu Japan, Mt Lady, Kamui Woods, and Death Arms all froze looking at the screen wide eyed as it showed a defeated, frail and withered All Might, all of the citizens in the city had frozen in place as they looked at the screens in sheer horror.

Some people began to sob, others began to panic at what they had just witnessed.

"I-is that All Might!? He looks like a skeleton!"

"That can't be him right, that has to be an imposter or something."

H-he's going to get up right?! he has to get up! He's the symbol of peace! He won't just lose to these brats!"

"You have to get up, All Might! We can't lose you! Not now!"

"This can't be happening right? I mean this has to be some kind of bad dream."

"I've never seen him look like that before."

People in their rooms watched from their TVs and computers, People at work huddled together watching the scene all looking in shock at the live feed.

Kids in schools watched the feed from their phones in horror, even the teachers had temporarily stopped their lessons to watch what had unfolded.

In U.A. Mirio, Tamaki, and Nejire, all watched from their phones in horror as did the other students throughout the school.

"All Might" Nejire muttered with her hand over her mouth as Mirio and Tamaki just look on with shock and horror, unable to even find the words to describe what they were feeling.

On a rooftop a man covered in rags watches as he gripped the handle of his blade tightly and grit his teeth, eyes wide as he was nothing short of dumbfounded at what he just witnessed.

In an office building overlooking the city a man with a long nose and a widows peak watches the events unfold on a large screen, and he cannot help but smirk; this new turn of events, while not ideal, could aid his cause.

elsewhere a man with a suit, green hair with streaks of yellow, and glasses watches with his eyes wide and his mouth a gape, he knew those kids were definitely skilled but this... this was a catastrophe that not even he could have seen coming, he knew that this was likely the beginning of a domino effect that wouldn't bring any good to society.

In a dark hidden place, a man surrounded by medical machines looked at the feed as his smile widened significantly, not only had these kids managed to defeat All Might but they humiliated him in the process, showing just how pathetic the so called symbol of peace actually was, not only had All Might been defeated, but he was unable to properly save the children from harm's way, whoever the people responsible for this Hive Academy were, they had certainly peaked his interest and he would be certain to look into them more.

Mammoth then grabs All Might's broken and bloody body before holding it up to the camera before letting out a victory roar before Jinx began to speak.

"As you can see, the self-proclaimed 'symbol of peace' is nothing more but a fraud posing as some kind of messiah, as we have demonstrated today he is not that, not only was he unable to beat us but I don't think the guy could even land ten hits on us, this 'symbol of peace' you all cherish so much is just a frail middle aged man who couldn't even protect his students"

"It's time for the people of this world to wake up, there is no such thing as peace, there never has been, and there never will be, your symbol of peace is no more and we will continue to shatter your delusions, for you see any moment now the teachers of this pathetic school will arrive and we will make a example of them as well and show all of you that these heroes you care so dearly about are not untouchable like you have tricked yourselves into believing"

Almost on cue the camera pans to show the arrival of the Heroes and fellow teachers of U.A. arrive at the USJ.
