In the USJ The teachers and staff of U.A. high had arrived at the entrance, as they stood on the stairs, as the pro hero Hound Dog had knocked a few of the Numerouses who had been standing guard at the entrance out.

Nezu was getting ready to speak but then noticed that Hound Dog had gone wide eyed he then looked and had gone silent, his previous smile replaced with a look of fear, a sight very rare to see from the talking mouse bear. The other heroes also went wide eyed and had frozen like statues, they had not seen the footage that everyone else around the country had and had just come to the realization that All Might had suffered defeat at the hands of the Hive.

"They were able to do this to All Might, I knew he had used up his three hours but this… this shouldn't be possible" Midnight muttered out, still in absolute shock

"We can't worry about that now, right now we need to save All Might and get the children to safety" Nezu said as he stood on the pro hero Vlad King's shoulder before Jumping off

"Sorry everyone, I know we're a bit late, but I got the teachers over here as fast as I could." Nezu declared much to the delight of the students

Upon seeing this Jinx addresses them "looks like the rest of you teacher heroes decided to finally arrive, too bad you didn't get here in time to aid your precious symbol of peace, he certainly could have used it, not like those little wimps who call themselves heroes were any help for All Might, they just stood there like a bunch of wimps and watched us destroy their teacher"

"Yeah, couldn't even manage a proper escape attempt, and they call themselves heroes, gotta be the worst bunch of heroes that I've ever seen. And if you want to get All Munch and your wimpy students back your gonna have to go through us" Gizmo said with a smirk on his face

"Not that you would succeed, after all if we could beat All Might what chance do you possibly hope to have?" Jinx asked in a condescending tone

"It does not matter; we will put a stop to you villains regardless of what you villains say because it is our duty as heroes even if it costs us our lives" Cementoss said before Mic screamed down knocking off some of the remaining Numerouses off the staircase. Ectoplasm rushed forward spitting up ectoplasm which turned into more clones of himself as about 30 of them appeared, taking out some of the league goons who had started to regain consciousness

However, Ectoplasm could not have anticipated the amount of Numerouses that would rapidly begin to appear for every one clone Ectoplasm could make Billy Numerous could make 15.

Cementoss jumped to the end of the stairs followed by Hound Dog, Midnight, and Vlad King, who had left Nezu on the top of the stairs with snipe

However before snipe could even start to shoot he and Present Mic were hit with waves of pink energy from Jinx, which caused Snipe's gun to jam, and Mic to seemingly lose his voice, before Snipe or Present Mic could do anything else Snipe was swooped up by Angel and thrown to where the other members of Alpha-1 had been located from a rather significant height, Present Mic saw this and attempted to scream but noticed that he had essentially lost his voice, he was then hit by a different sound wave that came through the sound of a guitar. The soundwave was powerful enough to send mic back through the entrance and had just barely avoided Nezu.

The remaining Heroes heard snipe hit the ground as they engaged the members of Alpha-1, they then looked to see Mic get sent through the entrance by soundwaves from Punk Rocket's guitar.

"That one with the guitar is a problem, you guys go for him and the girl in pink I will go for the one with the mask" Midnight said looking the direction of Punk Rocket for a brief moment before refocusing her attention to Red X, she quickly found herself in close quarter combat with Red X, she had attempted to use her quirk on him to make him sleep, but as the mist spread around the two of them it did not seem to have an effect, on Red X, Midnight came to the conclusion that he probably had some type of filter in his mask that was preventing the mist from taking effect.

She continued to take on Red X in close quarters combat, however she found herself on the backfoot and rather out of her league compared to Red X as she was doing her best to block punches and kicks, he sent her way. 'This kid is probably around the same age as the students, maybe a little older, and yet he's got this level of skills, what the hell are these kids being taught, and what kind of monster weaponizes children for their own sick game.' Midnight thought before her thought was cut short by Red X cutting her across the left side of her stomach with the spinning x shaped blades that appeared on the back of his hands, which caused Midnight to wince in pain, leaving her open for a kick to the jaw from Red X which sent her through the air and caused her to land on her back.

However, she did not remain this way for very long as she quickly got back on her feet and used her whip wrapping it around his arm, however he immediately pulled her towards him using the whip and punched her across the face sending her to the ground once again.

"For 'pro heroes' you all sure fight like pussies, Eraserhead thought he could take me on in a fight too, too bad for him he's used to fighting weak wannabe villains who become fragile like glass when you take their powers away, but the idea of someone like myself, someone with no powers at all even having the balls to fight you, let alone beat you in combat is unheard of in this world, but that, like many things in this world, will change."

Before Midnight could ponder on the words Red X had said, she was kicked in her wound on her side by Red X and was sent into Frostbite who froze her whole body in ice outside of her head as Frostbite walked up to her.

"Man, I'm not gonna lie some of the girl heroes here look pretty good, I mean they are no Ms. M or anything but it's still something I can get used to" Frostbite says as he smirks at Midnight who was glaring at him with a scowl.

"What is up with you people and the glares, I swear you guys really need to work on your banter skills"

From behind Frostbite came a not so happy looking mist who as soon as she found herself in range struck him over the head with her fist.

"Ow! What the fuck! Mist what the hell did you do that for?!" Frostbite yelled with a hint of frustration in his voice

"You know why Junior! Stop being a creep and help us take down the rest of these heroes!" Mist said raising her voice somewhat

Red X couldn't help but chuckle as his friends and fellow classmates argued.

"Fine, besides it's not like I was going to do anything, and don't call me Junior, it's Frostbite" Frostbite said, a bit annoyed that she had referred to him as junior before turning and running back to the battle.

Mist then approached Midnight who was still frozen in ice "sorry about him, he can be a bit of a perv" she said before letting off a giggle, and before Midnight could even get a word out, she continued "I'm sorry about the ice by the way, I know it's not comfortable, trust me I'm no fan of ice either. Anyway, I have to go, it was nice talking to you!" Mist said joyfully before rejoining the fight with Frostbite and Red X, leaving a stunned and confused Midnight.

The other heroes had noticed that Midnight was now incapacitated too, they were now down three members, and vastly outnumbered against foes they did not know much about, they had been too busy rushing to get to the USJ to see the footage of what happened beforehand, and did not know just how powerful these villains were or what their quirks were, but it became very clear that this group of 16 young villains were nothing to scoff at despite their ages as they started learning about these villains and their abilities and skills the hard way.

Powerloader was digging underground, his hope was to catch some of the Alpha-1 members off guard, however this did not go unnoticed as See-more shouted to Gizmo "aye Gizmo, we got one underground." he said focusing on the ground using the high-tech helmet on his head and eye.

"Then it looks like I will have to give him a little something for thinking he can hide underground like a mole" Gizmo said before a device comes out from his jet pack and shoots several small drill-like devices into the ground. After about 10 seconds several large explosions could be heard shaking the ground and blowing chunks of it into the air.

"Got em!" Gizmo declared as he cackled

The heroes then became extremely terrified for Powerloader, from the sound of it and the shaking of the ground it was clear that the blasts were nothing short of powerful, it became even more horrifying as time went on and the battle continued and Powerloader never reemerged from the ground.

as Snipe was preparing to get back up, he had two red shuriken thrown into his hands keeping them pinned to the concrete floor below

"It would be best if you sat tight for a little while" Red X said looking down at Snipe

"You damn brats won't get away with this!" Snipe spat back, clearly angered by the boy and his classmates.

"Another hero looking to tell me about the consequences of my actions? get to the back of line, you aren't the first I have heard that from and you likely won't be the last" Red X retorted.

Hound Dog was locked into battle with Mammoth, but it was clear Mammoth was much stronger than him having been one of the key factors to beating All Might. Mammoth had begun to overpower Hound Dog and beat him down.

Hound Dog managed to get a few hits in, but they did little damage to Mammoth, he then struck Hound Dog across the jaw, breaking it.

"Ur weak, at least All Might gave a good fight, but you are just pathetic" Mammoth said as he grabbed Hound Dog by both his arms and snapped them like twigs.

Cementoss had his hands on the ground and was attempting to bury as many of the members of Alpha-1 in the cement that he was currently manipulating, however, Shimmer had placed her hands on the ground on the opposite side of him and as the large mass of cement hurled towards her, her hands began to glow blue as the cement began to rapidly dissolve before reaching her or any of her other classmates.

"We won't allow you villains to get away with this! We will give it our all because it is our duty as heroes to stop the scum like you from bringing harm to the innocent!" Cementoss yelled as the ground then liquified and began to come quicker than Shimmer could dissolve it.

When it appeared that Shimmer and several members of Alpha-1 would be overrun by Cementoss's attack, it was stopped when a beaten and bloody Hound Dog was thrown into Cementoss causing Cementoss's hands to be lifted from the ground making the Liquified cement hit the ground before becoming a solid again.

As Cementoss attempted to get up and check on his friend and colleague Hound Dog only to see that Hound Dog had a broken Jaw and both of his arms were broken, he then looked to see Mammoth was already in front of him and instantly grabbed him.

"Looks like your abilities come from your hands touching the ground, looks like we'll just have to do something about that, won't we bro?" Shimmer said with a devious smirk on her face.

"That's right sis, we sure will" Mammoth said as he chuckled before grabbing a hold of both of Cementoss's hands as he began to slowly crush them causing Cementoss to scream as the longer it went on the louder his scream became. Cementoss was doing everything he could to get out of Mammoth's grasp, but it was all for nothing as Mammoth did not budge, it was then that Mammoth crushed Cementoss Hands completely, causing pieces of cement and blood to come from his crushed hands as Mammoth drops Cementoss, leaving him in extreme pain, with His hands reduced to nothing more but a crushed heap of blood and cement

Vlad King took notice of this and his eyes widened in fear, he then turned to look at the children, he had hoped that Ectoplasm was able to get the children to safety, unfortunately this was not the case, as he saw Ectoplasm was being overwhelmed by the Numerouses, Vlad King wanted to get Cementoss, Snipe, and Midnight and help them to safety as well but he knew that would be impossible, these villains would certainly get the jump on him if he were to rush in to aid them, and while he wanted to help his colleagues and fellow heroes, he knew he would be unable to do that so he falls back, just barely avoiding a blast of flames that had been sent his way by Holocaust.

"Trying to retreat? Like we would allow that to happen" Jinx said as her eyes glow pink and pink energy travels through the ground towards him causing cracks along the way before they send him back as he lands on his back and is then surrounded by several members of Alpha-1.

'Damnit, they have me surrounded, I have to do my best to fight them off and..' Vlad King's thoughts were interrupted by a punch thrown at him by Kyd Wykkyd, however he manages to catch him by the wrist and threw a punch of his own and attempted to slam him into the ground in order to trap him in his blood, however Kyd Wykkyd teleported out of his grasp before he had a chance to release his blood through the device on the back of his hands.

He is then struck in the side by Mist, who he also attempts to strike only for her body to turn into mist which causes her clothes to hit the ground.

"Your quirk allows you to turn into mist, only downside is you can't hit me in that form.." Vlad King was then interrupted by a strike from Mist across his jaw, as her hands had rematerialized while the rest of her body remained in its mist form.

"For your information my 'quirk' lets me turn certain parts of my body into mist, that means I can make parts of my body mist and other parts normal" Mist said with a hint of annoyance in her voice as she talked between landing hits on Vlad King.

"You may be able to turn to mist but that does not mean you will not face just…" before Vlad King could say anything else he was Mammoth uppercuted him sending him into the air, only for XL-terrestrial to swat him with such force it sent him all the way to the collapse zone sending him through several buildings

"Sayonara loser." XL Said before turning to see the large figure that had emerged before him and the other members of Alpha-1

Emerging was a large clone of Ectoplasm, while not the same size as XL-Terrestrial, it was still quite large.

The giant Ectoplasm stood between the students of class 1-A, who were currently making their way to the exit holding their fellow students who were injured, as well as their injured teachers, Aizawa, and Thirteen. Despite the fact that the Numerouses had a major advantage with numbers, Ectoplasm was able to hold them off and away from the stairs just long enough to make his big clone.

The real Ectoplasm stood on the stairs as they made their way up, however XL had made its way to the giant clone and began to beat it down, proving to be a much stronger and much better fighter as he beat down the giant clone, Ectoplasm tried to bite him which failed as he was punched in the jaw by XL-Terrestrial, Ectoplasm sent a series of kicks his way only to be met by several strong blows to the head which sent the clone to the ground before it disappeared, the real ectoplasm then turned around to see the children make their way up the stairs

"Hurry and get to safety, there should be police and more pro heroes arriving any moment n.." he was cut off by Izuku shouting at him with a fearful look in his eye

"ECTOPLASM LOOK OUT!"

Before ectoplasm could even process what was happening, Livewire grabbed him by the head and electrocuted him, making him scream in pain before she let go of his head and he tumbled down the stairs, with steam emitting from his head.

The students looked on in fear at what they had just seen, the heroes and teachers that were sent to save them had been defeated, some possibly even killed.

"You see ladies and gentlemen, we at Hive Academy follow through with our promises, unlike the heroes, we promised to showcase our skills, and we did, we promised to beat All Might, and we did, we promised to beat the other heroes and teachers at UA, and we did, using all the skills taught to us at Hive Academy. These heroes on the other hand could not keep their promises, they promised to get the students to safety, they didn't, they promised to defeat us, they didn't, they promised peace, and they didn't deliver, and you know why that is? It's because peace is not real, it is an illusion, an idea the weak cling onto in order to make themselves feel safe, at Hive Academy we aren't going to give you some bullshit promise about peace. Hive Academy allows for kids like us to be ourselves, where your quirks and abilities are explored and pushed to max capacity. These so-called heroes are slaves to unrealistic ideas, and a warped perception of reality, that I'm not even sure these so-called heroes in training believe in themselves, after all, while all of this happened, they just sat there and watched like a deer in headlights, more scared for their own lives, than the lives of their teachers and even their idol, All Might himself."

"The thought of these self-proclaimed heroes saving anyone or putting others' lives above their own is laughable."

Upon hearing those words, the blood of every student of class 1-A went cold.

"Even now they stand there, they could've made a move to save their teachers, they could've made a move when we beat that smile off All Mights face, but no they stood there cowering in fear waiting for All Might, or their teachers to save them, but that's not what happened. Honestly I would be ashamed to want to call myself a hero after such an embarrassing showing, if I were in their position I would quit while I'm ahead."

Jinx then turned to face them directly, some of the students flinched just from her turning to face them.

"None of you aren't heroes, and none of you will be, because when you are faced with another situation like this, I guarantee you will have those same stupid looks on your faces, waiting for someone else to come and save you, when you're the ones meant to be saving others."

"As the saying goes, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen, then again, I believe that there hasn't been any type of fire in that kitchen in quite a while, after all the so-called villains of this world can barely hold a candle compared to us. That's why in the beginning none of you had any problem fighting, you had been fighting those shitty villains who were completely weak and incompetent, but as soon as the heat was turned up and we beat all of you, your true colors showed, not those cocky and overconfident kids who thought they could play hero, that was only a mask, a facade, this, this right here is the real you, and I get the feeling that a lot of heroes will be in your position soon enough, because this world hasn't seen any real villains until now"

"Now with that said and with what we showed you all, the young people of Japan now have a chance to be something greater than a hero or 'the league of villains' you have the chance to enroll into Hive Academy to not only be yourselves but be a part of something truly special. We hope you consider our offer, hell even the quirkless can join, as you saw from some of my classmate's powers aren't everything despite what these heroes or anyone else may tell you, and as for how to enroll, do not worry, you will know soon enough. I hope to see new faces popping up at hive academy soon." and with that the feed that had been broadcasting all across Japan had ended.

Jinx glared at class 1-A again before speaking "I will say this again, quit while you're ahead, because a storm is coming, and when it hits not a single one of you will be ready, it's time to look for different career paths, otherwise you'll just end up dying" she said with a smirk

The students stood there stunned, some of them were stiff like statues, others were shaking, some had tears flowing from their eyes, even Todoroki who normally wore a calm and stoic expression looked horrified.

"Yeah, not to mention that you snot munchin losers are the reason All Might, and your teachers had the snot kicked out of them" Gizmo said before cackling.

"Yeah, talk about acting like total pussies" Livewire added.

"Well, it's villains 1 and heroes 0, go team villain!" Mist exclaims in excitement as she does a cheerleader like dance.

It is then that a portal opens up with a reverberating boom.

"Well, time for us to get going, don't forget what I said." Jinx said before her and the others begin walking into the portal, Angel lands on the ground and XL goes back to normal size, as the goons who had been stuck to him from Mineta's balls had fell off him when he shrank and hit the ground.

"Later losers" Gizmo said before cackling as he and the other students of Alpha-1 enter the portal before it disappears.

In Musutafu Japan, everyone was horrified by what they had witnessed, not only did those kids beat All Might, but they beat the other heroes as well, and on top of that, the words the girl had said had struck them even harder. It was then that the hexagon logo from before reappeared followed by a narration.

"We hoped our showcase was able to show the talents that we at Hive Academy are capable of providing, as you can see our top class Alpha-1 is filled with some of the best talent that this world has ever seen, we hope you consider enrollment for your children, we at hive academy are looking forward to having new students in our prestigious school, thank you all for your time today, we hope to see you soon."

And with that, the broadcast ended, leaving everyone across the country shocked and horrified.

"Did that just happen, did that actually just happen" the pro hero Mt Lady asked in disbelief

The other two pro heroes Death Arms and Kamui Woods remained silent.

At U.A. high Mirio, Tamaki, and Nejire all watched what had just happen as well as everyone else in the school, some were downright horrified, others were extremely upset at what they had just witnessed as all the students began to converse on what they had seen.

"Oh God, where is Mr. Powerloader, ever since that kid with the jetpack caused those explosions in the ground I haven't seen him, what if he's.." the student was then cut off by another student who attempted to be optimistic.

"No, don't say that Mr powerloader will be fine, he's probably injured, but that's about it, he wouldn't go down like that, not that easily."

"But it's not just him, all of the teachers, All Might, Midnight, Snipe, Ectoplasm, Vlad King, Present Mic, Cementoss, Hound Dog, all of them, badly injured or worse, not to mention the first years"

"That kid with the jumpsuit, he claimed that All Might had used his three hours and that they knew about his injury on his side, by the looks of it he didn't get that injury during the fight but rather, it had been a pre existing injury that weakened All Might"

"That actually makes sense, it would explain why All Might started to be seen less and less as time went on"

"Those cowards, they knew All Might had an injury and exploited his weakness, those bastards"

"Wait did that girl say that some of them were quirkless?"

"Yea but that doesn't make any sense, no way any of them could possibly be quirkless"

"Then again it seemed like they were able to work well even without using their quirks, did you see what some of them were capable of in close quarters combat"

"What the hell! Who do those villains think they are? They are idiots if they think they'll get away with this!"

"Yeah, every hero in Japan is going to be hunting these villains like dogs."

"But they were able to beat All Might, and our teacher's man, our fucking teachers, who can stop them?"

"Yeah, not to mention they are around our age range and able to take on the likes of All Might, whatever they are learning at that so called villain school, its capable of making them like this."

"This is bad, and if that's all they have now, imagine what they will be like once they start pulling more recruits, villains will definitely take advantage of this and send their kids there, or kids who are misguided may go there in hopes of becoming stronger."

It was then that Mirio stood up from his seat which gathered everyone's attention.

Mirio looked at everyone for a moment with a stern look on his face before he began to speak "look everyone, I know that what we just saw was shocking and devastating for all of us, but we must remain strong, we are the next generation of heroes and as such it will be our duty to protect the people from these villains, I can't promise that things will get better, if I'm being honest it's quite possible that things may get worse, but we cannot waiver, we must continue to work hard, and train as much as possible, and when the time comes for us to put our lives on the line that's exactly what we will do, because we are heroes. After today people will become scared, they will question if heroes can really protect them, and it will be our job to put their worries to rest, it's what our teachers would want, and it's what All Might would want, we will need to all work harder, but we don't do this for ourselves, we do this for those that can't protect themselves from villains like the ones we saw today."

The speech from Mirio managed to change the atmosphere in the room, the students went from worried and fearful to determined.

Both Nejire and Tamaki also were uplifted by Mirio's words.

Back at the USJ, the students of class 1-A were helping their fallen teachers as police and more pro heroes arrived, Nezu had seen everything unfold from the moment him and the teachers arrived, to the moment the students of Hive Academy left, he wore a look on his face that made it hard to tell what he was thinking as his mind raced with countless questions and theories regarding hive academy, the students, despite still being visibly shaken aided their fallen teachers and classmates to safety before the police showed up, Mina used her acid in order to free Ms. Midnight, many of the students went to check on All Might who had a very faint pulse and was unconscious.

After some time, several students and all of the teachers had been taken to the hospital as police, paramedics, and pro heroes rushed to the scene.

All of the students were taken to the hospital, some for light injuries, others for serious injuries, the heroes and teachers were also taken to the hospital.

A man in a trench coat approached Nezu as he watched his colleagues and students be rushed to the hospital, and the league of villains goons being arrested and carried onto transport buses, excavation teams had been sent in to recover Powerloader in hopes that he had survived the battle, however, the optimism of both Nezu and the recovery teams was put down upon the discovery of Powerloaders remains, the explosions from Gizmo's weapons had hit Powerloader practically at point blank range, that combined with the collapse of the ground he was under when it happened didn't leave much left of him to recover, Nezu was currently in deep thought, still taking in the events that had unfolded only moments ago.

"Principal, I'm very sorry for your loss, I'd like to investigate every inch of the school just to be safe."

"Ah detective Tsukauchi, thank you very much, what took place on campus today was nothing short of a tragedy, and of course please do, you'll have full access to the campus, we'll definitely need your assistance on this matter, you have my blessing"

At this, the detective tipped his hat and walked off "teams, proceed as planned" he ordered

A officer then approaches the detective and speaks "sir, we went to the location where the villain who was punched out of the facility by All Might had been rumored to be, however we found no sign of the villain when our officers arrived

Detective Tsukauchi sighed at this "they probably used the same portal they used to get in and out of the USJ, most likely a quirk of one of the villains."

A few hours had passed and Izuku Midoriya laid in a hospital Bed, his arm and fingers had been somewhat healed thanks to recovery girl, who had arrived at the hospital to tend to many of the injuries the students and teachers suffered in the USJ attack, however he was still bandaged up around his ribs as they were still healing from the attack, he was very concerned for All Might, as well as the other teachers.

On the TV in his hospital room was the news talking about the USJ attack and the defeat of All Might, the news described the condition of each of the heroes who had attempted to fight against the Hive Academy students.

"R-rated hero Midnight is expected to make a full recovery, having only suffered a injury to her stomach and frostbite, thankfully she had not spent too much time in the ice or it is highly believed that she would have sustained more life threatening injuries"

"The pro hero Present Mic is also expected to make a full recovery along with eraser head, both of them only sustaining minor injuries, however, the pro hero Hound Dog suffered several broken bones, including both of his arms being broken, as well as his jaw, he is expected to make a full recovery also though it will take longer, and he is expected to be out of the field for some time"

"Cementoss on the other hand suffered serious injuries to his hands in the attack, there is no word on rather his hands can be fully healed, though it is believed that if they do not, he will have to retire from being a hero."

Izuku went wide eyed upon hearing this, he remembered it as clear as day, when Mammoth grabbed both of Cementoss's hands, when Cementoss did everything he could in order to escape Mammoth's grasp only for his efforts to be pointless, the scream Cementoss let out as it continued to get louder as Mammoth slowly crushed his hands, the sound reminicent of rocks being crushed before Cementoss was dropped, his hands reduced to nothing more but a crushed heap of Concrete and blood, Izuku knew the likelihood of Cementoss healing right away was unlikely, it would definitely take time, if it would heal at all, Izuku truly wasn't sure, the state his hands were in looked bad.

The news anchor then continued

"the pro hero Snipe sustained injuries to his hand as well as a fractured back, he is expected to recover though there is no timetable as to when he could return. as for the pro hero Vlad King he has survived his fight with the villains, however he suffered multiple injuries including broken bones among various others, but outside of that we do not know much else."

"As for the pro hero Ectoplasm it is reported that he is currently in a coma from the injuries he sustained in the attack, it is not known if or when he will wake up, we will continue to keep you all at home posted if something happens."

"And we have breaking news just coming in here, the pro hero Powerloader has died, it was highly believed from the footage of the attack broadcasted by the villains that he was killed during the attack, however it was not confirmed until just moments ago that Powerloader was indeed killed in the line of duty, our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and those affected by the tragic loss of a beloved hero."

Izuku felt his blood go cold upon hearing this, it had confirmed his worst fears, he did not want to believe that Powerloader was killed but deep down he knew from the power of the explosions underground, combined with the fact that Powerloader had never returned to the surface, that it was highly unlikely that he had survived.

Izuku then remembered what Jinx had said, that they were not real heroes and that they just stood there while their teachers were beaten mercilessly, and they were helpless to do anything, Izuku grit his teeth as he clenched his hospital bed sheets, he had felt something he rarely felt if ever, he felt anger, he felt rage, not at the teachers, not at All Might, not at his classmates, he was mad at himself, he had not displayed the actions of a hero at all that day, all he had been was a worthless deku, he wasn't able to help All Might, he wasn't able to help Mr Aizawa, he wasn't able to help Ectoplasm, Powerloader, or any of his teachers, he was to weak, and to scared to act.

'Was All Might right in choosing me to be his successor? All the people in the world and he chooses me, yet I've only proven to be completely worthless, I couldn't save my teachers and I couldn't save the very reason I am where I am today in the first place' Izuku thought as tears welled up in his eyes.

The news Anchor continued to speak, again catching Izuku's attention.

"As of now, we have gotten no word from the hospital, or U.A. High on the current condition of All Might, or any statement from U.A. high in general, the Public safety commission has yet to comment on this matter either, leaving people to wonder just what is going on, and what the future of our society will look like"

Izuku heard this and became even more horrified, he had to find All Might, he couldn't afford to lose All Might, All Might couldn't die because of his cowardice, he had to talk to All Might, to Apologize to him, for not being able to do anything, for not being able to help him, or anyone else for that matter.

It was just as Izuku was about to get up that the door opened, standing there was Kirishima, Mina, Iida, Sero, and Uraraka.

"Deku! I'm so glad you are alright" Uraraka said sounding relieved to see that Izuku's injuries had mostly healed.

"Yeah, thanks Uraraka, how are the others?" Izuku asked.

"For the most part everyone is expected to be ok, though some of us got hurt pretty bad, Bakugo had a broken arm but thanks to recovery girl I think he's doing better, Kaminari, Jiro, and Momo all suffered damage to their ear drums from that villain with the guitar, but they are also expected to make a full recovery, they managed to get those restraints off Mr. Aizawa and Kirishima too" Uraraka told him

"Yeah, apparently that stuff is really durable, and is hard to get off, but they managed to get it off me" Kirishima said.

"What about All Might? Where is he? Is he ok?" Izuku asked with visible concern in his voice and on his face.

Upon hearing that the students blanched and tensed up

"It's very bad, he suffered serious injuries from the fight, and had to be taken into surgery, fortunately he is stable for now, but it seems likely that he might have to retire from being a hero" Iida said with a frown.

"They said it was a miracle that he even survived" Mina added with a somber look on her face

Izuku felt terrible upon hearing this "I could've done more, I should've done more, I couldn't save Mr. Aizawa, I couldn't save All Might, I couldn't do anything, and now because of me All Might will have to retire" Izuku muttered as he sobbed, tears rolling down his face.

"It wasn't just you Midoriya, do not feel you have to take this burden alone, I feel like I failed to uphold my duty as class representative, I let my teachers down, and I let all of you down" Iida said as he looked down with a disappointed expression

Mina then chimed in "yea I feel the same, I feel like I could have done something, anything at all, instead I just stood there, completely useless until those guys left, I feel ashamed to even call myself a hero."

Midoriya looked up at his classmates, realizing they all felt the same way he did, he then wiped the tears from his eyes.

All of the students had sad looks on their faces, it was clear that they generally felt the same way. The words of Jinx having struck a nerve for the students, remaining fresh in their minds

After about thirty seconds to silence Izuku spoke up "I'm going to go see All Might"

"Yeah, I heard the others already went to check on him, we should too" Uraraka said.

"I know where he is, follow me" Iida said as he walked out the room with the others and down the hall of the hospital, to a room where the rest of class stood outside of.

Inside the room was All Might, connected to tubes hooked to various machines with a respirator over his face, which the students were able to see through the glass window that led into the room.

"Oh, hey guys, glad to see you all doing better." Kaminari greeted greated his classmates.

"Hey Kaminari" Midoriya greeted, still someone saddened by everything that had happened, which didn't make him stand out much since everyone is relatively in the same mood.

Bakugo was also present, he had not uttered a word since he found out what happened, his arm was in a sling, and he had a look that was a mix between anger and sadness.

"Apparently we aren't allowed inside right now, he hasn't woken up yet" Jiro said.

"Yeah, the doctor said it could be some time before he wakes up, apparently we will not be having school for the rest of the week either" Momo said.

"Yeah, not surprising, I doubt they'd just send us back to school after such a tragic event especially considering a lot of the teachers were seriously injured or worse." Tokoyami said as he looked down thinking about Powerloader as several other students did the same thinking back on that incident.

"This whole situation is just awful" Hagakure said in sadness.

"You kids should head home now, there is not much any of you can do for All Might or any of the other teachers at the moment" Recovery girl said as she approached them.

All the students turn to recovery girl

"I know you're wondering about your teachers, I have done all i can for each of them including All Might, some are in worse shape than others I am afraid, there is only so much my healing can do. All we can do now is hope and pray for them to make a full recovery" Recovery girl said.

At this the students look down in shame, upon hearing this, regretting that they hadn't done more to prevent this.

"Well, I think I'm going to go home, it's been a rough day, and I think I just need some sleep right about now" Kaminari said with a look of disappointment on his face.

"Yeah, me too, I guess I'll see you guys next week" Sero said.

As some of the students began to leave it was then that another voice spoke

"Guys, I don't think I'll be going to school next week."

Everyone turned to who it was only to be surprised.

"Mineta? What do you mean?" Kaminari asked with a hint of worry in his voice.

"I-I'm not made to be a hero, that girl was right, I am not hero material at all, when we were first attacked by those bad guys I hid behind Midoriya and Tsu, they had to protect me, and then when we got thrown into the center plaza all I did was stand there and watch all the heroes be defeated, I'm mad at myself for standing there and doing nothing, but truth be told if I had gotten involved, they would have killed me without a second thought."

The students blanched at this but before anyone else could interject Mineta continued

"I have always wanted to be a hero, but after today I just don't think it's right for me anymore, because if I- no if anyone of us had attempted to intervene we would have been killed, those villains were capable of beating not just All Might but our other teachers as well, they even killed one, what chance would we have stood, the only reason we are alive is because they wanted to keep us alive, not to mention they did this on national television for all the world to see. The entire world got to see how weak and helpless we were against them, how weak and helpless I was, I just… I don't think I can do this, I'm sorry everyone, I really am, but I'm not fit to be a hero, let alone a student at U.A. it was fun guys, but I think this experience just showed me that I am not built for hero work like I thought I was'' Mineta had a look of total defeat on his face.

The students had all gone wide eyed at this, sure, Mineta was not exactly a fan favorite among the class, but nobody wanted to see him leave either.

"Mineta wait, think about what you are doing" Sero attempted to stop him as did several other students with no success as he walked to the hospital exit and then turned to them. "Thank you, guys, for everything, but I already have thought about it" he then walked out the hospital, he had been swarmed by reporters as the police had to hold them back, he then walked to a police car and was driven home as the police had been escorting everyone home due to the number of reporters outside the hospital.

The students were visibly shaken up by this, some of the students had also thought about leaving but decided against it, or at least decided to give themselves some time to decide what to do, but seeing Mineta just leave the way he did was both shocking and demoralizing to the other students.

Soon one by one everyone began to leave, until the only one left was Midoriya, he was waiting for All Might to wake up and decided he wouldn't leave until he did, he had called his mother to tell her he was alright and to tell her that he would be staying at the hospital until All Might woke up, while very reluctant she allowed him to remain at the hospital.

After some time of sitting in the Lobby a Nurse approached Izuku "are you Izuku Midoriya?" she asked to which he nodded

"Yeah, that's me."

"Mr. Yagi has awoken, you are free to go see him" the Nurse said to which Izuku got up and practically ran to the room where All Might was

"All Might!" Izuku practically shouted as the frail man turned to look at him

"Young Midoriya, how long have you been here? Did you stay all this time just for me?" All Might asked him

"Of course, why wouldn't I? I was really worried" Izuku said

"I suppose that's reasonable" All Might said

"How are your classmates young Midoriya? Please tell me they are ok" All Might asked with worry and panic visible in his voice

"Yea, some of them are still somewhat injured, Kacchan has a broken arm, and I had a few broken ribs, and some of my classmates had other injuries but all are expected to make a full recovery" Izuku said in response

All Might sighed "how could I allow this to happen"

All Might then looked at his hand "the embers inside of me have been snuffed out, the mighty symbol of peace is no more"

Izuku thought about telling All Might how he questioned if he was worthy of one for all but then remembered Mineta's words 'if anyone of us had attempted to intervene we would have been killed' Izuku blanched at the thought and decided not to say anything

'Maybe it was a good thing i didn't do anything, what if I continued to try and they ended up killing me' Izuku thought to himself

Before All Might could ask Midoriya anything else, two people walk into the room All Might and Izuku are in.

One of the people presents was principle Nezu, the other was detective Tsukauchi.

"Hello, All Might, I'm glad to see you have come out of your surgery alright." Nezu said with the smile on his face he always wore.

"Thank you, principal." All Might said.

"We have much to discuss, All Might." Detective Tsukauchi said.
