Hello. It is nothing but something u should know if you are reading this story.
first i know madara is too weak of compared to the monarches like dragon or shadow, and this story is in webtoon series not the novel one so do remember it. so here are some point i will include in the story.
He can use his all techniques,he already has his rinnegan unlocked and can use all rinnegan abilities to their full potential.
And one of rinnegan abilities which is absorbing justsu so in this series it will be able to absord magical attacks or energy, it doesnt matter what it is if it is a magical technique or skill it can be absorbed through his rinnegan.
His body isnt his original like body, but more superior his body is a vessel of the ruler he made a deal with in the void. But he isnt in his full power, so he can level up by killing monsters and monarches until his body can control the ruler all power, but no he dont have any system where he can see stats or anything.
he will be able to use his all techniques but when he will release those techniques they will come out as originally but with magical traces. Like in his body is chakra but when it came out others will see it as magical energy.
his clones and his limbo clones can also use perfect Susanoo, he in later will became 10 tails jinchiruki, with ruler power.
