(Demetri - POV)

I smiled broadly as Paul darted towards me. I paid him no mind as my eyes were locked on the barreling gray form of my precious La Lupa. Before Paul could even touch me, I took a large step back to avoid the crash of these titanic wolves. My La Lupa slammed into his larger form. Her strength and the speed she held sent them both careening through trees.

Loud crashes sounded through the woods. Snapping of jaws and snarls filled the area. I stood and just watched. Her smaller frame gave her more fluidity in the fight. Paul had a much larger and bulky frame, slowing him down a bit when it came to maneuvering. My La Lupa was a fierce force of nature to behold. She mostly stayed on top tearing into the back of her opponent.

"Paul, Leah, enough." I heard Sam command.

Leah turned to him with a vicious snarl. The flash of surprise coming over his face made me proud of my La Lupa. She was not a push over, a doormat for any of them to wipe their shoes on. She was a warrior. Strong and proud. My La Lupa was perfect.

Leah snapped at Paul one last time as she melted back into her human form. I gave her my suit jacket to cover up with. When she had it on and buttoned, I looked at her heatedly. It was a little big on her but the way it fit her was... extraordinary. I stood behind her as she snarled at her pack. I couldn't help myself as I looked her up and down. The look on my face was enough to get Sam snarling at me. I smirked at him as I placed my hands on Leah's hips from behind. It seemed to me that even though he was imprinted to Emily that he had not fully let Leah go. Well, he was not going to have a choice but to let her go.

"La Lupa, we must go home." I said to her, my voice low, "My jacket looks too good on you."

"Horny devil." she murmured to me with a smile.

"Hold tight." I gave as my only warning before I snatched her up and took off with her.

I got us back to her mother's home in mere seconds. The lights were off in the house. I didn't hear Seth or Sue in the home. Their scent was a bit faint, so they haven't come home yet. I grinned ferally then pushed Leah against the siding.

"Your family is not home." I said lowly in her ear, "Mia seducente tentatrice."

Her hot body shivered as my lips touched her. Her eyes rolled back as her head looked up. She was so sensitive to my touches. It amazed me that her body temperature could get higher. I reveled in it. It had been too long that I felt the scorching heat. La Lupa was my personal sun. So bright and so warm.

"I have a perfectly good bed upstairs, Demetri." Leah said to me.

"Not for long." I told her, releasing her to unlock and open the door.

Leah shook her head for a moment then pulled a spare key from atop the door frame. She unlocked the storm door and opened the main door. She put the key back where she had pulled it from. She barely had the doors closed before I had her over my shoulder and blurred to her room. She giggled when I tossed her down on her plushy bed. She shrugged out of my suit jacket and tossed it over a chair in her room. I tugged the suspenders, she insisted I wear, off my shoulders and began to unbutton my white dress shirt.

The burning look of desire in her caramel eyes made me smirk. Hiedi would say I was getting a big head from Leah's constant blatant attraction towards me. I craved her. I craved her touch, her kiss, her scent, just her. Leah Clearwater was everything to me. She was the very lifeline I cared for. My loyalty began and ended with her. My life began and ended with her. It was a realization I had come to on the plane that my loyalty no longer lied with the Volturi. But was in the palm of her hand. She could make or break me.

"Demi." Spilled from her lips.

She opened her arms for me. I sank down to her. Her lips to mine. A fire that had never coursed my veins until her, scorched through me, igniting my very blood. I was over 1600 years old and of all the lovers, male and female, that I have had, none held a candle to my La Lupa Piccola. The passion, the intense heat of it all burned through me. When I was with her my very core burned bright. My life had meaning. There were no words that I could convey in any language to Leah to even come close to the feelings I held for her. Love was... was simply not enough, not even close.
