This story is my take on the Pokemon anime, it'll have some dark moments but is mostly lighthearted and fun, some characters from the Adventures manga, games and characters that appear later in the Pokemon anime make an appearance I hope you all enjoy.

Chapter 43 The Armored Pokemon

Hello everyone, in this chapter, the first half will focus on Gary and Leaf taking on the Viridian City gym and the second have we'll see Red and Giovanni finally confront each other I hope you all enjoy!

The chapter begins 2 weeks after the last one ended during this time Ash has been hard at work training all his Pokemon for his final gym battle by battling many trainers on the ship or training with Misty's and Brock's Pokemon. Speaking of Misty and Brock, they've also been training their Pokemon and getting to know more about Togepi and Shieldon. Misty still hasn't captured Togepi yet but Misty learned that Togepi is very outgoing it gets along well with all of the groups Pokemon but its favorites are Sobble, Quaxly and Pikachu. Togepi can also be a bit of a troublemaker at times by getting lost in multiple parts of the ship making Misty worried each time, so Misty has to scold Togepi making the mon sad, but it knows that needs to stop. Misty's sisters also told Misty that whenever Misty decides to capture it, she's allowed to keep it with her since they know that Togepi likes her best making Misty happy. Brock's Shieldon is the opposite of Togepi where it's still shy around anyone who isn't Brock. But Shieldon was able to open up more with Brock's other Pokemon. Out of Brock's Pokemon Shieldon likes the mom and baby Kangaskan along with Nacil the most so it's making progress but it's slow. Ash's Pikachu during these two weeks has also been getting close to mastering Surf it's able to control the water better and can hold it for more than a few seconds. Ash's Flygon after evolving has been a great training partner for Ash's other dragon types, making them a lot stronger too. Dratini's still isn't on the other dragon types level yet but with their along with Charizard's and Gyarados's help Dratini is still growing.

Also, during this time Ash's mom Delia captured a new Pokemon called Mr. Mime. One day when Delia, Sabrina along with Rose and Daisy were leaving a circus, they found Mr. Mime sick and hungry. Delia and Sabrina nursed it back to help seeing her kind nature Mr. Mime wanted to stay with Delia with the woman agreeing so she caught it. Mr. Mime is very helpful around the house, he cleans dishes, washes clothes, sweeps, vacuums and even helps take care of Ash's Litten, Rockruff, Rowlet and Sprigatito. At first the 5 mons didn't get along with each other but after a while they grew to like each other Mr. Mime also helps with their training too. Mr. Mime also meditates along with Sabrina and helps Delia and Sprigatito with gardening. Currently Ash's having a 3v3 battle against a boy he defeated the boy's Victreebel with Fuecoco and Perisan with Tyrunt Ash's last Pokemon is Pawnaird and it's going up against Rhyhorn. We see the two mons collide creating an explosion they skid back as the boy speaks.

"Rhyhorn use Rock Tomb!" The boy calls his Rhyhorn roars and fires multiple rocks toward Pawniard as Ash makes a command.

"Pawniard use Swords Dance then Metal Claw!" Ash calls 3 swords dance around Pawniard sharply increasing its attack power it covers its claws in steel energy and runs forward. Pawniard's able to easily cut through all of the rocks and makes it to Rhyhorn when it does the boy speaks.

"Rhyhorn Flamethrower!" "Pawniard dodge then use Iron Head!" Both trainers call when Rhyhorn fires the stream of fire Pawniard immediately moves to the left side dodging the move. Pawniard's head then glows in steel energy as it jumps forward hitting Rhyhorn in the side making it cry out in pain as it's sent back to its trainer knocked out Brock then speaks.

"Rhyhorn is unable to battle Pawniard is the winner!" Brock calls Ash, Pikachu and Pawniard cheer while in the stands Misty along with Sobble, Quaxly and Togepi cheer too. The boy returns his Rhyhorn telling it good job he then walks over to Ash telling him it was a good battle and walks away.

10 minutes later Ash, Misty and Brock are now in the cafeteria having lunch their Pokemon are eating their own food Misty's Pokemon consist of Sobble, Quaxly, Togepi, Finizen, Popplio, Dewgong and Horsea and Brock's Pokemon consist of Shieldon, Croagunk, Nacil, Kangaskan, Klawf and Sandslash. Misty then looks at Ash, she watches him eat his food very fast and speaks.

"Ash don't eat so fast you'll get a stomachache" Misty says as Ash looks at her.

"Don't worry Misty I know it's just that the battle was pretty intense, so it made me hungry don't you guys agree?!" Ash responds he then looks back at his Pokemon consisting of Pikachu, Fuecoco, Tyrunt, Pawnaird, Corvisquire and Snorunt who all agree they then continue to eat their food along with Ash making Misty and Brock sweat drop watching them eat so fast. Ash then looks at Brock and speaks.

"By the way Brock we should be getting off the ship soon, right?" Ash asks as Brock nods and speaks.

"Yes, we'll be getting off the ship in 1 hour and then it should take us 2 days to reach Pallet Town after that we'll head towards the Viridian gym for your final gym battle" Brock responds with Ash nodding he and his Pokemon finish their food at the same time he looks at his Pokemon and speaks.

"Okay guys come on let's burn off these calories by training!" Ash says with his Pokemon roaring in agreement they then run off leaving Misty and Brock alone Misty then speaks.

"He never slows down now does he?" Misty says as Brock speaks.

"Well, that's Ash for you he's a ball of energy" Brock responds with Misty nodding as she speaks.

"You know I wonder how Leaf and Gary are doing we haven't heard from them since last week when Leaf called us to say that her Sprigatito evolved into a Floragatito" Misty says as Brock nods and speaks.

"Seeing as they left Cinnabar Island before us they're probably at the Viridian gym already" Brock says with Misty nodding. After that they also finish their meal then go after Ash and his Pokemon, we now cut away from the group as we head inside the Viridian gym there's currently a battle happening as we see an explosion. When the dust clears, we see Paul with his Torterra facing a Garchomp both mons are exhausted but Garchomp is more tired the gym leader then speaks.

"Garchomp use Fire Blast!" The gym leader calls the land shark roars and fires the blast of fire at Torterra. Neither Paul nor the grass turtle are worried Paul then speaks.

"Torterra use Stone Edge!" Paul calls Torterra stomps its feet on the ground summoning the large sharp stones they easily destroy the Fire Blast and hit Garchomp making the land shark cough in pain as Paul gives his final command.

"Now Leaf Storm!" Paul calls Torterra roars the tree on its back glows and fires the tornado of leaf's consuming Garchomp. The land shark cries out in pain as it then falls on the battlefield knocked out the ref then makes the call.

"Garchomp is unable to battle Torterra is the winner seeing as the gym leader has no more Pokemon left the challenger Paul is the winner!" The ref says Paul returns Torterra telling it good work the gym leader returns his Garchomp he then walks over to Paul and hands him the badge.

"Here this is the Earth badge it's proof that you beat my gym" The man says with Paul nodding he takes the badge thanking the man before Paul walks away the man speaks.

"You know kid would you consider joining my organization you'd prove to be quite useful" The man asks having an evil smile Paul looks at the man and speaks.

"I'm not interested see ya" Paul responds and leaves the gym heading towards the Pokemon Center inside the gym a woman wearing glasses walks over to the man and speaks.

"He was certainly impressive and was able to defeat your Garchomp he would've been far more useful than Damian ever was Giovanni sir" Matori says with Giovanni agreeing as he speaks.

"Yes, that's quite true but oh well we've enough members already" Giovanni responds with Matori nodding they then walk away.

10 minutes later Paul's Pokemon have healed when he leaves the Pokemon Center he walks pass Gary and Leaf Gary looks at Paul and speaks.

"Hey, you you're Paul, right?" Gary asks as Paul looks at him and speaks.

"Yeah, that's right and you're Gary Oak the son of the current Kanto champion and grandson of Prof. Oak" Paul responds as Gary speaks.

"Heh looks like you've done your homework tell me did you just get done battling the Viridian gym?" Gary asks as Paul speaks.

"I did it was the most challenging gym battle I've had so far but it was still easy for me to win I'm sure you can manage" Paul responds having a hint of arrogance in his voice Gary notices and speaks.

"Is that so? Well then how about we have a battle right here to see who's stronger unless you're scared" Gary says having a confident smile on his face Paul smiles too and speaks.

"Unfortunately for you I'm not interested in battling today but if you manage to make it to the league, I'll battle you then and easily defeat you" Paul says having a confident smile on his face as Gary speaks.

"Oh really? Okay then I'll hold you to that if we get to battle in the league the one who'll be easily defeated is you not me" Gary says having a confident smile on his face Paul smiles back and gives a "Hmph" he then walks away Leaf looks at Gary and speaks.

"Gary was all of that necessary?" Leaf asks as Gary speaks.

"Of course, it was there's only one person allowed to make fun of Ash and that's me" Gary responds as Leaf speaks.

"Was that really the only reason you challenged him?" Leaf asks glaring at the boy as Gary speaks.

"No, I genuinely wanted to see how strong he is, but I guess it's a good thing I didn't battle him because if I did, I get the feeling that I would've lost easily" Gary responds shocking Leaf as she speaks.

"Whoa I'm surprised to hear you say that you're usually very confident about your chances of winning when it comes to challenging someone" Leaf says with Gary nodding as he speaks.

"Yeah, I'm surprised too but enough of that for now let's go to the Pokemon Center heal up our Pokemon and get our final badge" Gary says with Leaf nodding the two then head inside the center to heal their Pokemon.

10 minutes later Gary, Leaf along with Gary's cheerleaders (who appeared out of nowhere shocking Leaf) are currently in front of the doors of Viridian City. In front of them are two large men they look at the two kids and speak.

"State your name and tell us your reason for coming here today" The two men ask as Gary speaks.

"My name's Gary Oak I'm the son of champion Blue and grandson of Prof. Oak I've come for a gym battle to get my final badge" Gary says as Leaf speaks.

"And my name is Leaf Green I'm also here to get my 8th badge too" Leaf says the two men nod they then open the door to the gym and speak.

"You two may enter the gym leader is waiting for you also anyone who aren't trainers aren't allowed to come inside the gym" The two men say making Gary's cheerleaders angry as they want to go inside to cheer for Gary. Gary then calms them down saying he'll be right back and that it shouldn't take long, his cheerleaders nod in understanding they then look at Leaf having anger in their eyes. Leaf looks at them, smirks and sticks her tongue out at them making the cheerleaders angry. Before they could say anything to her, Leaf along with Gary head inside the gym as the door closes behind them. As Gary and Leaf walk through the dark hall Leaf gets a nervous look on her face and speaks.

"This place I don't know what it is, but I don't like being here" Leaf says as Gary speaks.

"I feel the same way I get a bad feeling from this place too, but from what Looker said his men told him that there's no trace of Team Rocket here so we shouldn't have to worry" Gary responds with Leaf nodding as Gary continues to speak.

"Anyway, the sooner we get our badge the sooner we can leave" Gary says with Leaf having the same thoughts. They keep walking until they reach what looks to be a battlefield, the lights then suddenly turn on Gary and Leaf see the battlefield in front of them as they hear a man's voice.

"Why hello their welcome to the Viridian City gym I'm the gym leader have you come to challenge me?" The man asks Gary and Leaf look forward they see a man covered in darkness sitting in a chair Gary then speaks.

"Yes, my name's Gary Oak and this is my friend Leaf we've come to challenge you today" Gary says when he does the man smiles and speaks.

"I see well then why don't we get started I'll face both of you by using my 6 Pokemon" The man says surprising Gary and Leaf as Leaf speaks.

"You want to face both of us?" Leaf questions as the man speaks.

"Why yes you see I'm a very busy man and this will make the battle go a lot quicker" The man responds Leaf then looks at Gary and speaks.

"What do you think Gary?" Leaf asks Gary thinks about it for a little bit he smiles and speaks.

"I'm fine with that" Gary responds with Leaf nodding the man smiles and speaks.

"Well then let's get started shall we go Kingler, Rhydon" The man says he throws two Pokeball's forward as a Kingler and Rhydon appear they both roar and get into battle stances. Gary and Leaf grab their Pokeball's too they then throw them forward.

"Go! Blastoise!" "Go! Venusaur!" Both trainers say bringing in their starters as soon as they appear they let out a loud roar sending out a shockwave the man isn't fazed as he speaks.

"Now that we've sent out our Pokemon I'll go first Kingler use Hydro Pump and Rhydon use Stone Edge" The man calls the two-mons fire their moves neither Gary nor Leaf are worried as they give out their commands.

"Blastoise use Hydro Pump on the Stone Edge!" "Venusaur use Razor Leaf on the Hydro Pump!" Gary and Leaf call Blastoise fires the highly pressurized water while Venusaur fires the sharp leaves. They easily destroy the Hydro Pump and Stone Edge and hit their targets. Kingler and Rhydon cry out in pain as they're sent flying back hitting the wall, they fall on the ground knocked out. The man returns his two Pokemon not fazed he looks at Leaf and Gary then speaks.

"Not bad" The man says smiling Leaf looks at Gary and speaks.

"That was too easy" Leaf says with Gary agreeing the man then throws out 2 more Pokeball's what appear are a Machamp and a Fearow they both roar and get into battle stances the man then speaks.

"Now then let's begin the second round Fearow use Drill Peck on Venusaur and Machamp use Thunder Punch on Blastoise" The man calls both mons charge forward heading towards their respective opponent as Gary and Leaf give out their commands.

"Blastoise use Ice Beam on Fearow!" "Venusaur use Sludge Bomb on Machamp!" Both trainers call Blastoise quickly fires the icy beam it hits Fearow knocking it out of the sky it then falls on the battlefield knocked out. Venusaur fires multiple Sludge Bombs at Machamp the 4-armed Pokemon tries its best to punch through all of them but is unable to as it gets hit by a few of them and lays on the battlefield knocked out. The man still isn't fazed he returns the two mons then pulls out his last two Pokeball's and throws them what appear are a Golem and a Dugtrio the man then speaks.

"Now then Dugtrio, Golem Stone Edge" The man calls the two mons roar they fire the sharp stones towards Blastoise and Venusaur as Gary and Leaf speak.

"Hydro Pump Blastoise!" "Venusaur Razor Leaf!" Both trainers call Blastoise and Venusaur fire their moves and easily destroy the Stone Edge hitting Dugtrio and Golem the two mons cry out in pain and lay on the battlefield knocked out the man smiles and speaks.

"Well done, well done indeed you two have bested me here are your gym badges" The man says he throws two badges towards the two children Gary and Leaf pick up the badges as the man speaks.

"Those badges are called the Earth Badge it's proof that you've defeated my gym" The man says Leaf looks at Gary and speaks.

"Hey Gary, doesn't this kind of feel both unsatisfying and anticlimactic?" Leaf asks as Gary nods and speaks.

"I feel the same, but we got our badges come on let's get out of here" Gary says with Leaf nodding as they along with Blastoise and Venusaur are about to leave the man then speaks.

"Oh, leaving already?" The man asks as the two kids and their Pokemon look at him as Gary speaks.

"Yes, we got what we came for even though it was anticlimactic our business with this gym is over we're leaving" Gary responds with Leaf, Blastoise and Venusaur agreeing the man smiles and speaks.

"Sorry but I won't allow you to leave" The man says as out of nowhere multiple Team Rocket grunts appear surrounding Gary and Leaf shocking the two kids and their Pokemon Leaf then speaks.

"Team Rocket grunts? No, it can't be your" Before Leaf can finish the man steps out of the shadows Gary and Leaf get horrified looks on their faces as they yell.

"GIOVANNI?!" The two kids yell in shock Blastoise and Venusaur immediately get into protective positions Giovanni has a smile on his face next to him appear Arianna, Archer, Petral, Proton, Prof. Nanba, Cassidy, Butch, Jessie, James and Meowth Leaf then speaks.

"No, you can't be the gym leader Looker had his men investigate the gym" Leaf says as Giovanni speaks.

"You're right Looker did have his men come to the gym searching for any signs of Team Rocket but found nothing" Giovanni says as Gary speaks.

"How did you do it? there's no way you could've fooled them" Gary asks as Giovanni speaks.

"Simple we've a powerful Pokemon on our side that messed with their memories" Giovanni responds as Gary speaks.

"Powerful Pokemon? Are you talking about the one you used to take over Sabrina's mind" Gary asks as Giovanni speaks.

"Why yes" Giovanni responds smiling as Leaf speaks.

"What do you want with us?!" Leaf asks as Giovanni speaks.

"Simple I'm going to get rid of you" Giovanni says shocking the two kids as Gary speaks.

"Get rid of us? You can try but we're not going down without a fight!" Gary says with Leaf nodding Blastoise and Venusaur nod in agreement Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"I was hoping you'd say that so let's make a deal if you can defeat my strongest Pokemon then I'll freely let you go and turn myself in" Giovanni says having a confident smile on his face shocking Leaf and Gary as Leaf speaks.

"Please I doubt you'll let us go!" Leaf says as Giovanni speaks.

"Oh, you don't have to worry I may be evil but I'm certainly no liar" Giovanni responds (lying) as Leaf looks at Gary and speaks.

"What should we do Gary?" Leaf asks as the boy speaks.

"Well seeing as we can't get out of here, we're stuck but thankfully we know that his strongest Pokemon is Garchomp we've seen it fight so if we work together, we should be able to beat it" Gary responds with Leaf nodding Gary then looks at Giovanni and speaks.

"Fine then we'll accept your challenge, and you better hold your end of the deal when we defeat your Garchomp!" Gary states as Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"Garchomp? No, you won't be facing Garchomp instead you'll be facing a Pokemon that far surpasses it" Giovanni responds shocking Gary and Leaf as Leaf speaks.

"A Pokemon that surpasses Garchomp what could it be?" Leaf questions but Gary doesn't know Giovanni then speaks.

"Now then feast your eyes on my strongest Pokemon" Giovanni says he presses a button as on his side of the battlefield the wall opens as a Pokemon wearing armor appears it floats towards the battlefield. When it touches the ground, it lets out a big pressure/intimidating aura which makes Gary, Leaf, Venusaur and Blastoise tremble in fear. But they all stand their ground Gary and Leaf grab their Pokedex's to scan the mon when they do the Pokedex speaks.

"No Data" The Pokedex says shocking the two kids as Leaf speaks.

"No Data? how's that possible?" Leaf questions Gary doesn't know either as he speaks.

"Well, whatever it is we need to be careful if we're going to make it out of here alive" Gary says with Leaf nodding Giovanni then speaks.

"Oh, before I forget you may use as many Pokemon as you like" Giovanni says having a confident smile on his face. Gary and Leaf look at each other, they nod, and both throw 5 Pokeball's up in the air bringing out the rest of their Pokemon. The first to appear are Leaf's Pokemon who appear are Floragato, female Pyroar, Cetitan, Poliwrath and female Jellicent. For Gary's Pokemon who appear are Tyranitar, Dragapult, Houndoom, Scizor and Electabuzz. When the 5 mons appear they along with Venusaur and Blastoise give a mighty roar sending out a big shockwave that blows back some of the grunts while the armored Pokemon stays still. Gary's and Leaf's Pokemon look at the armored Pokemon and growl at it, but the armored mon isn't fazed Giovanni then speaks.

"I must say you two have captured some rare Pokemon when they're defeated, I'll happily take them" Giovanni says as Leaf speaks.

"Sorry to tell you this but that's not happening we're going to defeat you and get out of here!" Leaf states with Her's and Gary's Pokemon roaring in agreement Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"Those are some nice words I'll let you two have the first move" Giovanni says having a confident smile on his face Gary and Leaf look at each other and give their Pokemon commands.

"Blastoise, Tyranitar Hydro Pump!" "Poliwrath, Jellicent you use Hydro Pump too!" Both Gary and Leaf call their Pokemon fire their Hydro Pumps they combine creating one big one neither Giovanni nor the armored Pokemon are fazed as Giovanni speaks.

"Psychic" Giovanni says as the armored Pokemon's eyes glow it sends out a psychic wave catching the big Hydro Pump and easily destroys it shocking Gary, Leaf and their Pokemon Gary then speaks.

"So, it's a psychic type then Dark type moves should work let's go Leaf!" "Right!" Gary and Leaf say they then give their commands.

"Dark Pulse!" Gary and Leaf call Blastoise, Tyranitar, Houndoom, Pyroar and Jellicent roar they all fire the stream of dark energy at the armored mon as Giovanni speaks.

"Focus Blast" Giovanni calls the armored mon holds its hand forward and fires a big Focus Blast that easily destroys the Dark Pulse it's about to hit Gary's and Leaf's Pokemon as they speak.

"Dodge!" Gary and Leaf yell their Pokemon quickly dodge in time as the Focus Blast hits the wall cracking it. Gary and Leaf are surprised by the power but won't give up yet as Leaf makes a command.

"Venusaur, Floragato use Leaf Storm and Cetitan when you see an opening use Ice Spinner!" Leaf calls Venusaur and Floragato roar they summon the storm of leaves and fire them toward the armored Pokemon. The armored Pokemon isn't fazed as it uses Psychic to easily knock away the Leaf Storm Leaf was expecting that as she speaks.

"Now Cetitan!" Leaf calls the ice whale appears in front of the armored Pokemon spinning Giovanni then speaks.

"Hold it in place with Psychic then Fire Punch" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon easily stops Cetitan with Psychic it heats up its fist and punches the ice whale. Cetitan cries out in pain as it's sent soaring pass Leaf and Gary hitting the wall behind them Cetitan closes its eyes as it's now knocked out. Gary, Leaf and their Pokemon are shocked Gary then speaks.

"Okay it's our turn Blastoise, Tyranitar use Dark Pulse, Electabuzz Thunder, Houndoom Foul Play, Scizor X Scissor and Dragapult use Shadow Ball!" Gary calls Blastoise, Tyranitar, Electabuzz and Dragupult fire their moves while Houndoom and Scizor charge forward they're about to hit the armored Pokemon as Giovanni speaks.

"Too easy Protect then Aura Sphere" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon summons a protective barrier and easily blocks all of the moves. It then fires a big Aura Sphere in front of Houndoom and Scizor consuming both mons they fly through the air and come crashing back down knocked out shocking Gary while Giovanni smiles Leaf then speaks.

"Venusaur Vine Whip!" Leaf calls the plant dinosaur quickly fires its vines wrapping them around the armored Pokemon tightly. The armored Pokemon then sees Floragato, Pyroar, Jellicent and Poilwrath coming at it at all sides Leaf then speaks.

"Floragato Shadow Claw, Pyroar use Crunch, Poliwrath Waterfall and Jellicent use Dark Pulse!" Leaf calls as her Pokemon are about to hit the armored Pokemon Giovanni then gives a command.

"Destroy Dark Pulse with your tail then use Psychic" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon easily destroys the Dark Pulse with its tail its eyes then glow blue as it fires a wave of psychic energy grabbing all four of Leaf's Pokemon. The armored Pokemon launches them high in the sky making them hit the ceiling then slams them back down on the battlefield easily knocking them out. Leaf then begins to tremble in fear as she gets on her knees holding her head as she speaks.

"No, it's happening again" Leaf says to herself as Gary looks at her and speaks.

"Leaf get a hold of yourself!" Gary says but he can see that Leaf is really terrified Venusaur goes over to her trainer to comfort her Giovanni then speaks.

"Ah the battle has barely begun and she's already terrified poor thing. But I like that hopelessness in your eyes I want to see more" Giovanni says having a sinister smile on his face making Leaf more scared Gary and his Pokemon then stand protectively over Leaf he looks at Giovanni and speaks.

"I'm not letting you scare Leaf anymore my Pokemon and I are going to take you down and send you to jail!" Gary states with Blastoise, Tyranitar, Dragapult and Electabuzz roaring in agreement Gary looks at Leaf and speaks.

"Don't worry Leaf I'll make sure to keep you safe" Gary says smiling Leaf looks at him and has a small blush on her face Gary then looks at Venusaur and speaks.

"Please watch over her" Gary says with Venusaur nodding Gary then turns back at the battlefield Giovanni then speaks.

"So, you truly believe that you can defeat me?" Giovanni asks as Gary speaks.

"Honestly I'm not so sure I can but I can't sit around while my friend is scared, I may lose but I'll make sure to try and take you down!" Gary states having a determined look on his face Giovanni looks at Gary he smiles and speaks.

"Those eyes of yours remind me of Blue I may not hate him as much as I do Red, but I'll make sure he gets to see your dead corpse" Giovanni says shocking Gary, but he still stands his ground. Jessie, James and Meowth heard what Giovanni said and are shocked Meowth then speaks.

"Did I hear that right? Is the boss really planning on killing the kid?" Meowth asks as Jessie speaks.

"I'm sure he's joking he's just trying to scare him he's evil but not that evil….. At least I hope" Jessie says with Meowth and James nodding they continue to look at the battlefield as Giovanni speaks.

"I'll take the first move use Psychic" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon fires the psychic waves towards Gary's Pokemon as Gary speaks.

"Tyranitar use Dark Pulse to destroy the Psychic, Dragapult use Shadow Ball and Electabuzz use Thunder!" Gary calls Tyranitar roars it fires the stream of dark energy and easily destroys the Psychic. As the Dark Pulse is about to hit the armored Pokemon the armored mon punches the Dark Pulse away. When it does it sees the Thunder and Shadow Ball heading towards it Giovanni then speaks.

"Use Shadow Ball" Giovanni calls the armored mon fires two Shadow Balls from its hands and easily destroys the opposing Shadow Ball and Thunder. Dragapult and Electabuzz are able to dodge when they do Gary then speaks.

"Now Blastoise Waterfall!" Gary calls Blastoise roars it covers its body in water and shoots forward before Giovanni can make a command in time Blastoise hits the armored Pokemon Gary smiles and speaks.

"Yes, I finally got a hit in" Gary says happily while Giovanni smirks and speaks.

"Are you sure about that? you should take a closer look" Giovanni says confusing Gary the boy looks and sees that the armored Pokemon is holding Blastoise in place with its hand without using psychic. Gary along with his Pokemon, Leaf and Venusaur get shocked looks on their faces as Gary speaks.

"No way not only does it have strong psychic abilities but it's also physically strong too" Gary says in shock as Giovanni speaks.

"Yes, I made sure that it has amazing physical abilities too now knock it away with Psychic" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon's eyes glow blue and shoots Blastoise backwards. Blastoise hits Tyranitar making both mons hit the wall knocking them out shocking Gary Giovanni then calls for his final commands.

"Now use Psychic on Dragapult and Electabuzz slam them on the ground then use Ice Punch" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon fires the psychic waves grabbing both Dragapult and Electabuzz it slams both mons on the ground making them both cry out in pain. The armored Pokemon then covers its fist in ice and punches both of them making them cough in pain they fly pass Gary and crash into Blastoise and Tyranitar. When the smoke clears everyone can see that all 4 mons are knocked out Gary has a shocked look on his face he gets on his knees and speaks.

"I lost…. it's too strong…." Gary says having both a shocked/scared look on his face Giovanni looks at Gary smiles and speaks.

"Yes, that's the look I wanted to see now then it's time for me to get rid of you use Shadow Ball" Giovanni says the armored mon fires the ball of ghostly energy at Gary. Usually, Gary would be able to dodge but in the situation he's in he's too scared he sees the Shadow Ball getting closer as his life begins to flash before his eyes. He remembers hanging out with his dad, sister and grandpa, playing with Ash and Leaf when they were kids, he remembers all the battles and Pokemon he captured on his journey. All of Gary's memories start to flow into his mind he then remembers Leaf's smile Gary smirks and speaks.

"If there's only one regret, I've it's that I never told Leaf I loved her" Gary says to himself as the Shadow Ball is about to hit Gary suddenly, he's pushed out of the way. Gary looks to see who pushed him and sees Leaf she has a smile on her face, Gary then sees Leaf get hit by the Shadow Ball Leaf is then sent flying in the air as she starts to fall Gary yells.

"LEAF!" Gary yells he runs forward going to catch Leaf but is too far away, but Leaf's Venusaur quickly fires Vine Whips catching her trainer. Venusaur then gently puts Leaf down Gary along with his and Leaf's Pokemon run over to her to check on her condition. When they make it, Gary quickly puts Leaf's head on his lap he looks at her and speaks.

"Leaf, Leaf!" Gary yells, trying to wake her up after a couple of seconds Leaf opens her eyes, she looks at Gary and smiles Gary then speaks.

"Leaf why'd you save me?!" Gary asks as Leaf speaks.

"The answer should be obvious you're one of my best friends in the world Gary and I love you" Leaf responds she then closes her eyes making Gary scared as he yells.

"Leaf wake up please LEAF!" Gary yells from the top of his lungs as tears start to flow from his eyes his Pokemon along with Leaf's Pokemon have shocked looks on their faces but Leaf's Floragato has the most shocked expression out of all of Leaf's Pokemon Giovanni then speaks.

"Hahahahahah what a laugh" Giovanni says as he along with the other rockets (other than Jessie, James and Meowth) begin to laugh Gary looks at them with anger in his eyes as he yells.

"YOU MONSTERS HOW DARE YOU LAUGH!" Gary yells as Giovanni along with the other rockets stop laughing Giovanni looks at Gary and speaks.

"Because it's funny that's why" Giovanni responds making Gary angry he's about to respond but he then hears a heartbeat he looks at Leaf and can see that she's still breathing Gary smiles and speaks.

"She's alive!" Gary says happily as his Pokemon along with Leaf's Pokemon smile Giovanni along with the other rocket members have shocked looks on their faces Giovanni looks at Nanba and speaks.

"Nanba there's no way that girl should be alive what's going on here?!" Giovanni asks as Nanba speaks.

"I'm not sure by all accounts she should be dead it doesn't make any sense for her to still be breathing" Nanba responds with Giovanni nodding as he begins to think.

"That attack should've been fatal no human should be able to survive a Shadow Ball from Mewtwo unless it lessened the amount of power" Giovanni thinks to himself he looks at the armored Pokemon who's still staring forward Giovanni shakes his head finding it ridiculous that Mewtwo would betray him Giovanni then gets an evil smile and speaks.

"So, the girl lives well then I guess I'll now get rid of you both Mewtwo Aura Sphere!" Giovanni calls the armored Pokemon fires the ball of fighting energy it flies towards Gary, Leaf and their Pokemon. Leaf's Venusaur is about to intercept the blast, but Floragato jumps forward and begins to hold the blast shocking everyone. Leaf then wakes up she sees Floragato doing its best to hold the Aura Sphere back from hurting its trainer and teammates Leaf then speaks.

"Floragato?" Leaf says the grass cat looks back at Leaf and smiles it then looks back at the Aura Sphere and begins to think. When Floragato was a Sprigatito it was always alone other than Ash's Sprigatito it never had friends, so it kept pranking other Pokemon to try and get them to play with it. Sprigatito was hoping that they could eventually be friends but after a while the Pokemon and trainers it tricked gave up on it, so Sprigatito continued to be alone. But when it met Leaf after he tricked her multiple times, she didn't give up in her pursuit of trying to catch him while Sprigatito was running away from Leaf it had fun and when it met back up with Ash's Sprigatito he told her all about the trainer that tried to catch him. Then when Leaf caught Sprigatito it continued to pull pranks on her and while Leaf would get mad, she would laugh too. After meeting Leaf Sprigatito also got to make many new friends and become strong enough to evolve into a Floragato. Now that it's a Floragato it'll continue to grow stronger and protect his trainer and teammates Floragato then yells.

"FLORA!" The grass cat gives a mighty yell as it glows a bright white shocking everyone as it's evolving when the evolution stops what was once a Floragato now stands a Meowscarada it destroys the Aura Sphere then roars shocking everyone Gary grabs his Pokedex to scan it.

"Meowscarada the Magician Pokemon a Grass/Dark type with skillful misdirection, it rigs foes with pollen-packed flower bombs. Meowscarada sets off the bombs before its foes realize what's going on." The Pokedex says Leaf looks at Meowscarada she smiles and speaks.

"Congratulations on evolving Meowscarda" Leaf says the Magician Pokemon looks back at Leaf and smiles it then looks forward at the armored Pokemon and begins to growl Giovanni shocked expression fades away he smiles and speaks.

"Just because it's evolved doesn't change anything Mewtwo use Aura Sphere!" Giovanni calls as Mewtwo goes to fire the move Meowscarda turns into a dark type it disappears then reappears in front of the armored Pokemon and punches it hard in the face sending it soaring pass Giovanni and hitting the wall behind him. Everyone has shocked looks on their faces, they look at the armored mon and see that a part of its masked cracked Giovanni then speaks.

"That's it enough playing around ALL UNIT'S ATTACK!" Giovanni yells as all of the grunts along with the executives send out their Pokemon Gary and Leaf look around as Gary speaks.

"This is bad how're we going to get out of here?" Gary questions that's when Meowscarda roars as a spotlight suddenly appears above it everyone looks and sees a bouquet of flowers fall on the battlefield when it does there's an explosion creating a cloud of dust. When the dust clears everyone can see that Gary and Leaf along with their Pokemon are gone Giovanni gets an angry look on his face and yells.

"Those brats FIND THEM!" Giovanni commands the grunts along with the executives as they're about to leave Matori appears she runs over to Giovanni and speaks.

"I'm sorry to interrupt you sir but we've trouble!" Matori says making the man confused Matori hands him a tablet which showcases Red on Mt. Silver along with Blue's team going to enter Tojo falls Giovanni gets an evil smile on his face as Matori speaks.

"What do you want us to do sir?" Matori questions as Giovanni speaks.

"Simple we're going after Red we'll let the kids get away this time" Giovanni says with Matori nodding Giovanni then speaks.

"All units stand down we're returning to base our target Red Ketchum has finally shown himself we're going to eliminate him!" Giovanni says with the other rockets nodding they all begin to head back to base. As Giovanni begins to walk away, he stares at Mewtwo with Mewtwo staring back at him Giovanni then speaks.

"Get up we're leaving use Teleport to bring us to the base" Giovanni says with the mon nodding as its eyes glow blue it grabs all the rocket members and safely teleports them to the main base. Meanwhile outside the gym far away from Viridian City we see Leaf's Venusaur carrying Gary, Leaf and Meowsarcada on her back she's heading to Pallet Town Leaf looks at Meowsacarda and speaks.

"Thank you for saving us Meowsarcada you were amazing" Leaf says with the Magician nodding it then closes its eyes going asleep Leaf looks at it and speaks.

"You used a lot of energy get a good rest" Leaf says returning the Pokemon Leaf then feels some pain on her side as Gary goes to her and speaks.

"You shouldn't move too much Leaf you need to rest we'll be in Pallet Town soon" Gary says with Leaf nodding she then closes her eyes and goes asleep Gary then looks at Venusaur and speaks.

"Let's hurry Venusaur!" Gary says with the plant dinosaur nodding as it begins to run faster Gary then thinks to himself.

"Don't worry Leaf everything's going to be okay" Gary says to himself as Venusaur keeps running towards Pallet Town.

5 minutes later we come to the entrance of Tojo Falls where we see Blue, Yellow, Riley, Lorelai, Bruno, Agatha, Looker and some policemen they look towards the sky waiting for something Bruno then speaks.

"Do you see them?" Bruno asks as Yellow speaks.

"No not yet" Yellow responds Riley then opens his eyes and speaks.

"They're here" Riley says as everyone looks at the sky, they see a big Dragonite next to it are 5 Dragonair's the Pokemon land on the ground as the man on the Dragonite touches the ground he's wearing a cape and has red hair Blue walks over to him and speaks.

"Lance, you finally made it" Blue says with Lance nodding as he speaks.

"Yes, sorry for taking a long time it's great to see you again Blue" Lance responds as the two champions shake hands Lance greets everyone else as he then speaks.

"I don't see Red where's he?" Lance asks as Blue speaks.

"He's currently surveying Mt. Silver here's a communication device we got from Looker; this along with our Pokegear's will help us keep in touch with him" Blue responds handing the man the communication device Lance thanks him he along with his 5 G-Men put the device in their ears Agatha then speaks.

"Now that everyone's here shall we go over the plan again?" Agatha suggests with the others nodding Blue then speaks.

"From the information we got from Sabrina it seems as though Team Rocket's Main Base is somewhere in Tojo Falls or on Mt. Silver. Our team will explore Tojo Falls looking for any traces of Team Rocket and if we find anything that leads to their base, we'll infiltrate it then arrest any and all rocket members" Blue says with the group nodding as Lance speaks.

"Do you think it's wise for Red to be on Mt. Silver by himself?" Lance asks as Blue speaks.

"Well seeing as he goes to Mt. Silver a lot, he has the best chance at finding the base and we shouldn't worry about him since he's a one-man army" Blue responds with the others nodding Looker then speaks.

"Come on let's head inside" Looker says with the others nodding they then walk inside Tojo Falls to begin their search for Team Rocket's base unbeknownst to them there was a Beedrill drone watching them. We now go to Team Rocket's main base where we see Giovanni along with his admins watching Blue's team beginning to search the cave Arianna looks at Giovanni and speaks.

"Looks like they brought a strong team with them what should we do sir?" Arianna asks as Giovanni speaks.

"Simple I think it's time we give our Charizard a chance to test its strength" Giovanni responds with Arianna smiling. Meanwhile, with Blue's team as they're walking through Tojo Falls Yellow looks at all the shiny gems in the cave and speaks.

"You know I forgot just how pretty this place is" Yellow says as Lorelai speaks.

"I agree maybe once we're done with this mission, we should have a picnic here" Lorelai suggests with Yellow agreeing Agatha then speaks.

"Focus on the mission you two" Agatha says in a stern tone with the two women nodding as they continue to walk around Bruno then speaks.

"I'm not seeing anything so far do you feel anything Riley?" Bruno asks as Riley speaks.

"No, I'm not sensing anything with my aura so far" Riley responds with the group nodding as Looker speaks.

"We should check in on Red and ask how his search is going" Looker says with Blue nodding he presses the device on his ear calling Red. We now go to Mt. Silver we see Red walking around in the thick snow searching for TR's base Red then speaks.

"Come on where are you? I know you're here" Red says to himself he then hears the device on his ear beeping he presses the button to answer it Red then speaks.

"This is Red speaking I'm guessing you guys haven't found anything either?" Red asks as Blue speaks.

"Nope not yet and it sounds like you haven't come across anything either" Blue says Red nods on the other side as Blue continues to speak.

"Well, we'll contact you if we see anything, so you better keep us updated too" Blue says as Red speaks.

"Yeah, yeah I know" Red responds smiling with Blue smiling too as Blue's about to turn off the device Riley feels something and yells.

"EVERYONE DUCK!" Riley yells catching everyone's attention that's when they hear a loud roar and see a Flamethrower heading towards them. They all move out of the way they look at the Pokemon who fired the move and see a Charizard they see it land on the ground and give a mighty roar that shakes the entire cave Yellow then speaks.

"A Charizard?! What's a Charizard doing here?!" Yellow questions as Lance speaks.

"And those Red markings I've never seen a Charizard with those markings before" Lance responds as Looker speaks.

"Do you think it's another one of Team Rocket's experiments?" Looker asks as Blue speaks.

"I'm not sure but I get the feeling that it's not going to let us roam free, so we'll have to battle it." Blue says as he grabs a Pokeball with the others doing the same meanwhile on Mt. Silver Red speaks.

"Blue what's going on is something happening there?" Red asks as Blue speaks.

"Yeah sorry Red I'm gonna –" Before Blue could finish the device suddenly stops working before Red can try and fix it he senses a strong Psychic wave coming he grabs a Pokeball and throws it.

"Charizard, I Choose You!" Red says bringing out the fire lizard it quickly fires a Flamethrower at the incoming Psychic attack. When the two moves collide, it creates an explosion Red then here's clapping and a familiar voice.

"Well done, well done indeed your reaction speed is as fast as ever" The voice says in a mocking tone Red knows this voice all too well he looks forward and speaks.

"Well looks like I finally found you Giovanni" Red says as when the smoke clears Red sees Giovanni along with all the grunts, Cassidy, Butch, Jessie, James, Meowth, Matori Matrix and Executives. Red and Charizard look at the armored Pokemon next to Giovanni they can both feel a lot of power from it Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"Red my old friend how've you been?" Giovanni asks, having an evil smile on his face as Red looks at him. We now cut away from Red and Giovanni and go to Tojo Falls with Blue's team Blue's been trying to get his communication device along with his Pokegear to work but they're jammed he then speaks.

"Hey, does anyone else's devices and Pokegear's work?! My communication device cut out when I was talking to Red" Blue asks as everyone else is having the same problem Agatha then speaks.

"We've more things to worry about here it comes!" Agatha says as everyone looks forward, they see the Charizard fire a big Flamethrower Blue quickly throws his Pokeball and speaks.

"Blastoise Hydro Pump!" Blue calls the blue turtle appears and quickly fires the big stream of water it collides with the Flamethrower creating a big explosion. The Charizard then appears from the smoke its fist are covered in electricity it goes to hit Blastoise as Lance throws a Pokeball and speaks.

"Dragonite Dragon Rush!" Lance says bringing in the dragon it quickly flies forward covers its body in dragon energy and hits the Charizard knocking it away. The fire lizard quickly readjusts itself, it lands back on the ground, when it looks forward it sees Agatha, Bruno and Lorelai in front of it they all have their Pokeball's as Agatha speaks.

"I'm not sure why you're in our way but I kindly ask you to move Go! Gengar!" Agatha says bringing in her Gengar Bruno and Lorelai follow suit sending out a Machamp and Lapras respectively. Riley brings out his Lucario, Yellow brings out her Raichu, Looker brings out his Croagunk, Growlithe and Drapion. The Police officers bring out Arcanine's while the 5 G-Men bring out their Dragonair's all the Pokemon look at the Charizard trying to intimidate it. But the Charizard isn't intimidated, it gives a mighty roar and gets into a battle stance Blue then speaks.

"This Charizard not only is it as big as Red's but its strong too" Blue says as Riley speaks.

"Well in that case no need to hold back Lucario Mega Evolve!" Riley says as Lucario roars it glows becoming Mega Lucario Charizard then roars it fires a big Fire Blast towards everyone Riley, Yellow and Lorelai give their commands.

"Lucario Aura Sphere!" "Raichu Thunder!" "Lapras Hydro Pump!" The three trainers call their Pokemon fire their attacks they collide with the Fire Blast creating an explosion Bruno then speaks.

"Machamp Stone Edge!" Bruno calls Machamp roars it stomps its foot on the ground summoning the sharp stones they head towards Charizard. The fire lizard notices it flies forward covering its wings in steel energy and easily cuts down the stone edge shocking Bruno and Machamp. Charizard then hits Machamp in the face with Fire Punch making it hit the cave wall as Charizard is about to go after it Agatha then speaks.

"Gengar Hypnosis!" Agatha calls her Gengar appears in front of Charizard and fires the hypnotic waves in Charizard's face making the fire lizard drowsy. As it's about to go asleep Charizard quickly bites its own arm keeping it awake, shocking Agatha as she speaks.

"What?!" Agatha says in shock as Gengar is then hit with a Shadow Claw making it crash on the ground Looker and his Police officers then give a command.

"Flamethrower!" Looker and the officers call the Arcanine's along with Lookers Growlithe fire the stream of fire it becomes one big Flamethrower. Charizard looks over to its right, it holds its right arm out and blocks the Flamethrower shocking everyone as Charizard holds its ground Yellow then speaks.

"Okay then try this, Thunder!" Yellow along with Lance and his G-man command Raichu, Dragonite and the 5 Dragonair's fire a big Thunder at Charizard. The fire lizard looks to its left it sees the big Thunder heading towards it. The fire lizard isn't fazed as it covers its left fist in electricity then punches the Thunder away and knocks the Flamethrower away too. Everyone's shocked by its power Charizard then roars as it spins using Dragon Dance then uses Swords Dance greatly increasing both its attack and speed. Blue then sees Charizard lift up its foot he looks at everyone and yells.

"Get Off the Ground it's Going to Use Earthquake!" Blue yells as everyone tries to jump in the air Charizard stomps its foot on the ground shaking it. The move hits the police officers along with the G-Mens Pokemon they all fall on the ground instantly knocked out Charizard then roars in victory as Riley and Bruno give their commands.

"Lucario use Swords Dance then Thunder Punch!" "Machamp use Bulk Up then Thunder Punch!" Both trainers call Lucario and Machamp roar increasing their attack power they then electrify their fist and shoot forward to go hit Charizard. The fire lizard isn't fazed as it catches both of their fist shocking both mons before they can use their free arms to hit Charizard the fire lizard lifts them up and slams them down on the ground making both mons groan in pain. Charizard then heats up its mouth it's going to use Flamethrower as Yellow and Lorelai make their commands.

"Raichu Wild Charge!" "Lapris use Hydro Pump!" Both trainers call Raichu quickly charges forward covering its body in electricity while Lapras fires the big stream of water. Raichu's Wild Charge and Lapras's Hydro Pump combine Raichu jumps forward and hits Charizard in the stomach making the fire lizard cough as it's sent flying crashing into a wall Agatha then speaks.

"Now Gengar use Toxic!" Agatha calls Gengar shoots out the Toxic towards Charizard the fire lizard quickly recovers and fires a Flamethrower which easily destroys the toxic and knocks Gengar away. When that happens Looker's Croagunk and Drapion appear in front of Charizard as Looker speaks.

"Now Poison Jab!" Looker calls his two Pokemon go to jab the fire lizard, Charizard covers its wings in steel energy and blocks the poison jab it then pushes Croagunk and Drapion away shocking Looker. Charizard then quickly flies forward it grabs Croagunk's and Drapion's heads it flies straight down and slams their faces on the ground cracking it. Croagunk and Drapion are instantly knocked out Lookers Growlithe then jumps forward as Looker speaks.

"Growlithe Thunder Fang!" Looker calls as the fire puppy goes to bite Charizard the fire lizard dodges it then electrifies its fist and punches Growlithe in the face sending it crashing into Lorelai's Lapras face. The fire puppy falls on the ground and is knocked out while Lapras groans from the pain it then sees Charizard in front of it Lorelai then speaks.

"Lapras Sheer Cold!" Lorelai calls her Lapras fires the ice at Charizard, but the fire lizard easily dodges it then grabs Lapras's neck picks it up and sumo slams it on the ground making Lapras fall on its back. Before anyone can help Lapras Charizard then kicks it with Mega Kick sending it far across the cave and hitting a wall. Lapras falls on the ground injured Lorelai quickly runs over to Lapras to check on its condition she can see that it can still battle but is heavily injured. Lorelai returns Lapras telling it thank you and to get some rest she wants to send out another Pokemon but knows her other ones would just suffer the same fate that happened to Lapras so now she's out of the battle. Charizard roars in victory as Blue speaks.

"Blastoise Waterfall!" Blue calls his Blastoise shoots forward covers its body in water and hits Charizard the fire lizard groans in pain, but it then hits Blastoise with Thunder Punch knocking it away. Lance's Dragonite then appears it has its claws ready as Lance gives a command.

"Dragonite Dragon Claw!" Lance calls his Dragonite roars it covers its claws in green dragon energy with Charizard doing the same the two-mons clash creating an explosion. They both skid back when they do Charizard sees Lucario, Machamp, Gengar and Raichu coming at it at all sides their trainers then call for their commands.

"Lucario Dragon Pulse!" "Machamp Stone Edge!" Gengar Psychic!" "Raichu Thunder!" The 4 trainers call their Pokemon fire their moves as they're about to hit the fire lizard Charizard roars as it creates a gigantic Hurricane that easily destroys all 4 moves and sucks the 4 mons inside. Lucario, Machamp, Gengar and Raichu cry out in pain Charizard then fires a big fire blast at the Hurricane causing an explosion the 4 mons then fall on the battlefield Riley's Lucario along with Yellow's Raichu are both damaged and panting heavily. Bruno's Machamp along with Agatha's Gengar are in the same condition Charizard glares at them as it goes to attack them Blue and Lance call for a command.

"Hydro Pump!" The two champions call Blastoise and Dragonite fire the big stream of water at Charizard the fire lizard notices and punches it away with Thunder Punch. Charizard then sees Blue, Lance, Blastoise and Dragonite standing in front of it Blue looks back at his comrades and speaks.

"You guys should take a rest we'll handle this one" Blue says with Agatha, Bruno, Riley and Yellow nodding in agreement as much as they want to continue to fight, they know that they can't do much anymore they return their Pokemon Agatha looks at the two men and speaks.

"You better finish this fast" Agatha says with Blue and Lance nodding they look at the Charizard as Blue speaks.

"You ready Lance?" Blue asks with Lance nodding as they both call for their commands.

"Blastoise Waterfall!" "Dragonite Dragon Rush!" The two men call Blastoise and Dragonite roar and shoot towards Charizard. Charizard roars as well it covers both of its claws in green dragon energy it flies towards the two mons and collides with them creating an explosion shaking the cave. We now go back to Mt. Silver with Red and Giovanni, Giovanni asked how Red's been as Red speaks.

"Please we both know that you don't care about how I've been doing" Red responds as Giovanni speaks.

"Oh, yes my apologies" Giovanni says in a mocking tone as Red speaks.

"So, you really brought out everyone in your organization to face me huh? I didn't know that you were that scared of me" Red says in a mocking tone as Giovanni speaks.

"Well, it's only right that I bring this many people with me you are the "Legendary Trainer Red" after all" Giovanni responds as Red speaks.

"Legendary Trainer huh? Heh, you know even though many people call me that I still consider myself just a regular trainer just traveling the world and experiencing many things" Red says as Giovanni speaks.

"Heh looks like you've become more humble throughout the years" Giovanni says as Red speaks.

"Hmmm? I don't know what you're talking about I've always been humble" Red responds as Giovanni speaks.

"Really now? I don't believe that when I battled your son, I could see that he has the same reckless behavior as you when you were a kid" Giovanni says Red and Charizard then get serious looks on their faces scaring some of Giovanni's men as Red speaks.

"You know when I heard about what happened after you battled my son, hurt Sabrina and Gary and traumatize Leaf I got angry and even though it's been 2 months' since then I'm still angry" Red says having a serious look on his face with Charizard having the same look more of Giovanni's men start to get scared as Giovanni speaks.

"Well then now you know how I felt when you and your wretched wife took Silver away from us" Giovanni says having a serious look on his face too Red then speaks.

"Please it's not our fault that you got the great idea of bringing a baby to the battlefield and then leaving it behind with no one to care for it. Silver was living a good life until you tricked Sabrina and tried to take Silver from us which scared him and made him vengeful." Red responds as Arianna speaks.

"You stupid man IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU SILVER WOULD BE WITH HIS REAL MOTHER AND FATHER NOT FAKES LIKE YOU AND THAT TRASH WOMAN!" Arianna yells, making Red angry as he speaks.

"Did you just call my wife trash?" Red asks having an angry look in his eyes releasing an amount of intimidating aura making more of the rocket grunts scared Jessie, James and Meowth are terrified even Cassidy and Butch. The only ones who aren't scared are the executives, Matori with her team, Giovanni and Mewtwo Giovanni then speaks.

"Now, now let's all calm down I'm only here to talk not fight" Giovanni says trying to calm everyone down Red then speaks.

"Not here to fight? Heh I've heard that before if that was true then you wouldn't have brought that Pokemon with you I believe its name is Mewtwo correct?" Red asks pointing at Mewtwo as Giovanni speaks.

"So, you know what Mewtwo is now do you?" Giovanni asks as Red speaks.

"Yep, a few months ago me along with some other trainers infiltrated one of your hidden bases in the Galar region's Crown Tundra. At first, we didn't find anything of value 3 months later when I went back into the building, I found something called Project Mewtwo. I was hoping to stop you before you could create it, but I was too late and now I'm seeing it right in front of my eyes. Let me guess you're planning on using it to get rid of me so that you can rule the world." Red responds as Giovanni speaks.

"You really did your research you're right this Pokemon has been in development for the past 10 years for the soul purpose of killing you. In fact, as soon as it awakened from its slumber it destroyed the lab and killed the scientist who created it. During the past few months since it awakened, I've been having it test out its powers whether it was capturing Pokemon, battling trainers, hiding our base and most recently taking over Sabrina's mind now that was a personal favorite of mine" Giovanni says having an evil smile on his face Red then speaks.

"Looks like you're still evil as always that's not surprising but this time we'll make sure to take you down right Charizard!" Red states as Charizard lets out a mighty roar sending out a shockwave blowing some of the grunts away Giovanni isn't fazed he smiles and speaks.

"And you're still the goody two shoes I despise Mewtwo use Psychic!" Giovanni calls the Armored Pokemon fires the waves of psychic at Charizard as Red speaks.

"Charizard destroy it with Dragon Claw!" Red calls Charizard covers its claws in green dragon energy and slashes the psychic easily destroying it. When it does Mewtwo appears in front of Charizard and punches it in the face with Thunder Punch. The fire lizard groans from the pain as Red gives a command.

"Charizard Shadow Claw!" Red calls Charizard roars and slashes at Mewtwo's stomach making it groan in pain it backs away a little as a piece of its armor falls off Giovanni then speaks.

"Mewtwo use Psyshock!" Giovanni calls Mewtwo fires the orbs of Psychic energy towards Charizard as Red speaks.

"Destroy them with Shadow Claw Charizard!" Red calls Charizard covers both claws in ghostly energy it begins to easily destroy the orbs of psychic energy Giovanni then calls for his next command.

"Now Psycho Cut!" "Block Charizard!" Both trainers call Mewtwo fires the psychic slash at Charizard, but the fire lizard manages to block in time. When it does Mewtwo then appears in front of Charizard holding a Shadow Ball in its right hand it's going to hit Charizard as Red speaks.

"Charizard Flamethrower!" Red calls when Mewtwo goes to hit Charizard the fire lizard quickly fires the stream of fire the two moves collide creating an explosion both mons skid back as Red speaks.

"Up in the air Charizard!" "After it Mewtwo!" Both trainers call Charizard and Mewtwo quickly fly high in the air Giovanni then speaks.

"Mewtwo grab it with Psychic!" Giovanni calls Mewtwo holds out its hand its eyes glow blue and fires the psychic waves grabbing Charizard making it immobile Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"Now Thunder Punch!" Giovanni calls Mewtwo electrifies its fist it's going to hit Charizard as Red speaks.

"Charizard break out of there then use Dragon Claw!" Red calls Charizard gives a mighty roar as it easily breaks out of the psychic shocking Mewtwo and Giovanni. Charizard then covers its claws in green dragon energy it flies forward and collides with Mewtwo's Thunder Punch creating an explosion and a strong wind. Charizard and Mewtwo then fly out of the explosion the two mons look at each other as Giovanni speaks.

"Mewtwo Psystrike!" Giovanni calls Mewtwo creates a big force field of psychic energy it flies towards Charizard as Red speaks.

"Charizard counter with Shadow Claw!" Red calls Charizard roars it covers its claws in ghostly energy it flies forward and collides with Mewtwo. The two mons begin to fight for dominance but then back away from each other as Red and Giovanni speak.

"Keep using Shadow Claw!" "Keep using Psystrike!" Both trainers call their Pokemon charge at each other again and collide but back away from each other. They then start to fly around in the sky clashing over and over again creating multiple shockwaves down below James speaks.

"They're both monsters" James says with Jessie and Meowth nodding they then see Charizard and Mewtwo clash again but back away from each other Red and Giovanni then speak.

"Charizard Fire Blast!" "Mewtwo Psychic!" Both trainers call Charizard fires the big blast of fire while Mewtwo fires the psychic waves both moves collide creating a big explosion in the sky. Charizard and Mewtwo then land back on the battlefield both mons look like they can keep going as they've barely been able to damage each other. Giovanni's getting frustrated and wonders how it's possible for Red's Charizard to keep up with Mewtwo. Meanwhile with Red during the battle he's been observing Mewtwo he sees that while it is a dangerous Pokemon he can feel deep down that it's not bad but confused Red then speaks.

"Charizard stand down" Red says the fire lizard nods shocking Giovanni along with his members he looks at Red and speaks.

"What do you think you're doing?! we're in the middle of battle" Giovanni says in anger Red looks at him and speaks.

"Will you Shut Up for a little bit I want to talk to Mewtwo" Red responds looking at Giovanni making the man angrier. Red then looks at Mewtwo he walks a few feet forward when he's close enough he looks at the mon and speaks.

"Hey Mewtwo during our battle I can feel that your hearts really not into it am I right?" Red asks as Mewtwo looks at him as Red continues to speak.

"Not wanting to respond huh? well that's fair because from your point of view not only am I a stranger but also someone that you were programed to kill. But I feel in your heart it seems like you're conflicted about who you are, what your purpose is, why were you born and if you're really a Pokemon" Red says as Mewtwo looks a Red curiously Giovanni then speaks.

"Mewtwo what're you doing don't listen to him Kill him with Psychic this is an ORDER!" Giovanni yells but Mewtwo ignores him he continues to look at Red as the man continues to speak.

"Looks like he's getting mad, anyway Mewtwo you don't need to do this don't listen to him he only sees you as a weapon with no free will of your own. What you need is someone who can show you the world so that you can learn more about yourself so instead of staying with him why not come with me" Red says shocking everyone Giovanni gets angry as he yells.

"YOU DARE TRY TO TAKE SOMETHING THAT WAS SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR ME?! MEWTWO END HIM NOW!" Giovanni yells in anger as Red speaks.

"See that like I told you he's only going to treat you as a pawn you can't grow or learn about the world if you stay with him so come along with me. Of course, if you decline then that's fine too but I suggest that you leave Team Rocket and go out to live your own life it'll be more fun that way" Red says having a smile on his face with his Charizard agreeing Red holds out his hand Mewtwo looks at Red and Charizard he can see how sincere and honest they are. Mewtwo feels that if it goes along with them, it's life would be a lot more bright Mewtwo has made its decision it holds out its hand going to grab Red's Giovanni gets furious as he speaks.

"MEWTWO IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO ME THEN I'LL USE THIS MASTERBALL TO CATCH YOU AND TRAP YOU INSIDE!" Giovanni yells as he pulls out the Masterball he got from Silph Co. Mewtwo and Red look at it they get shocked looks on their faces Red then speaks.

"That's the Master Ball? The Pokeball that can capture any Pokemon" Red says he then feels malice as he looks at Mewtwo its about to fire a blast of psychic energy as it speaks.

"I'm sorry" Mewtwo says as it fires the wave of psychic hitting Red the man coughs in pain as he then begins to fall down the mountain. Charizard roars in anger it punches Mewtwo in the face with Fire Punch completely destroying Mewtwo's face mask. The fire lizard then quickly flies down and catches Red when the fire lizard looks up it sees that all the other Team Rocket members all have their Pokemon out (except Jessie, James and Meowth) Giovanni has an evil smile on his face and yells.

"FIRE!" Giovanni calls as the Pokemon fire their moves towards Charizard seeing no way to escape Charizard turns its back so it can protect its trainer. Charizard's back is then hit by multiple attacks the fire lizard roars in pain as he along with Red fall into the dark cavern not to be seen again. Giovanni gets an evil smile on his face as he begins to laugh.

"hahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHA FINALLY RED KETCHUM IS DEAD!" Giovanni says happily with his other members smiling the only ones who aren't excited are Jessie, James and Meowth. The 3 of them have shocked looks on their faces they can't believe that Giovanni did that James then speaks.

"I understand that the boss was evil, but I didn't think he was that evil" James says with Jessie and Meowth nodding Jessie then speaks.

"Come on let's get out of here" Jessie says with James and Meowth agreeing as the trio are about to leave Cassidy and Butch get in their way Cassidy looks at them and speaks.

"And where do you 3 think you're going?" Cassidy asks as James speaks.

"Um we're just going to continue our surveillance on the Twerp is all" James responds with Jessie and Meowth nodding Giovanni then speaks.

"That won't be necessary now that Red is dead you don't need to keep watch over his son anymore" Giovanni says the trio look at him as Meowth speaks.

"So, um what do you want us to do next? Sir" Meowth asks Giovanni smiles and speaks.

"That's simple would you 3 kindly die for me?" Giovanni says having an evil smile on his face shocking the trio as Jessie speaks.

"Die? You're joking right boss we've been doing some great work gathering a lot of intel on the Twerp you don't really want us to die right? I'm sure we can be more useful" Jessie says as Giovanni speaks.

"No, I've no need for you anymore go Garchomp" Giovanni responds bringing out the land shark it gives a mighty roar and stares at the trio making them scared James then speaks.

"Why're you doing this?! We've been nothing but loyal to you for many years!" James asks as Giovanni speaks.

"That's simple really while you do have good moments overall you 3 are worthless even before you lost to Ash Ketchum, you'd mostly fail at your missions bringing shame to the organization and frankly I had enough" Giovanni responds making James and Meowth scared Jessie gets angry and speaks.

"So, that's your reason? Just because we failed a few missions you're going to get rid of us?! Red Ketchum was right you truly are a despicable and evil man!" Jessie says with anger in her eyes and voice. Even though James and Meowth are scared them watching Jessie standing up to Giovanni gives them confidence as they go to stand next to Jessie and stare at the man having the same look. Giovanni looks at them, he smiles and speaks.

"What do you really think you're that intimidating? You're nothing but clowns who never should've joined the organization in the first place and now it's time for you to die Garchomp Dragon Pulse!" Giovanni calls Garchomp roars it fires the big stream of dragon energy towards the trio. Jessie, James and Meowth quickly give each other one last hug and close their eyes bracing themselves for impact. After a few seconds go by the Dragon Pulse doesn't hit them they open their eyes they see the Dragon Pulse but it's being blocked by a Pokemon they look at the Pokemon who's blocking it and see that it's Jessie's Wynaut doing its best to block the move with Mirror Coat the trio then speak.

"WYNAUT?!" The trio exclaim as the bright Pokemon looks at them having a smile on its face Giovanni then speaks.

"Garchomp what are you doing?! GET RID OF THAT WEAKLING!" Giovanni yells Garchomp nods as it increases the power of its Dragon Pulse it pushes Wynaut back a little bit, but it still stands its ground Jessie then speaks.

"Wynaut stop you'll be killed if you keep blocking it!" Jessie says as Wynaut speaks.

"Wy, wy, wy, naut, WY!" Wynaut responds back as Meowth speaks.

"Wynaut says that even though it's been short it loved spending time with us along with our Pokemon and thinks of us as its family. Wynaut then says that it'll protect us no matter what." Meowth says with Jessie and James nodding Jessie then speaks.

"You really think of us as your family?" Jessie asks with Wynaut nodding Jessie smiles and speaks.

"Well in that case as your family we'll give you support NOW SEND THAT DRAGON PULSE BACK!" Jessie cheers as James and Meowth speak.

"GO! WYNAUT!" James and Meowth cheer too Wynaut nods it has a big smile on his face it then turns its attention back to the Dragon Pulse and roars.

"WY!" Wynaut gives a mighty roar as it glows a bright white its body gets bigger, grows two arms and a tail when the evolution stops what was once a Wynaut is now a Wobbuffet shocking everyone Meowth then speaks.

"Wynaut just evolved into a Wobbuffet!" Meowth exclaims as Jessie speaks.

"A Wobbuffet?" Jessie questions her Wobbuffet looks at her and smiles. Jessie smiles too, she gets a confident smile on her face and speaks.

"Congratulations on evolving Wobbuffet NOW USE MIRROR COAT!" Jessie cheers along with James and Meowth Wobbuffet nods and roars.

"WOBBU FFET!" Wobbuffet roars as it successfully sends the Dragon Pulse back. The blast is so powerful and big that it knocks away some of the rocket grunts it's about to hit Giovanni, but Garchomp quickly gets in the way to block the move when it does there's a giant explosion making the entire mountain shake. Out of the smoke comes Garchomp it flies backwards landing on its back groaning in pain Giovanni has a surprised look on his face and can't believe that those 3 did so much damage to Garchomp meanwhile Jessie, James and Meowth happily hug Wobbuffet telling it great job as Jessie speaks.

"You were amazing Wobbuffet!" Jessie says happily making the patient Pokemon smile and blush at the praise Giovanni gets angry and yells.

"ALL UNITS FIRE!" Giovanni yells as all of the other Team Rocket members Pokemon fire at the trio. Jessie, James, Meowth and Wobbuffet have no time to dodge as the moves hit them and like Red they fall into the cavern too not to be seen again Giovanni smiles then speaks.

"All units we're heading back to base" Giovanni says with the rocket members nodding as they go to head to base Giovanni looks at Mewtwo and speaks.

"As for you if you ever defy my orders again, I'll make sure you suffer understand?!" Giovanni says with Mewtwo nodding Giovanni then speaks.

"Good now call back Charizard" Giovanni says as he begins to walk away heading to the big TR Base Mewtwo looks down at the cavern one more time before looking away and sends out a psychic signal to Charizard. We now come back to Tojo Falls where we see Blue, Lance, Blastoise, Dragonite panting heavily Charizard is panting too the entire area is destroyed Blue then speaks.

"Man, this thing really is strong it could probably give Red's Charizard a run for its money. I didn't think I needed to use it, but it looks like I'll have to Mega evolve Blastoise" Blue says while taking out a keystone Lance agrees as he speaks.

"I agree but it looks like it'll go down soon let's finish it" Lance says with Blue nodding they then look forward they see that Charizard is about to launch a Fire Blast. As Blue and Lance are about to give their Pokemon commands, suddenly Charizard stops its attack confusing both champions. They then see Charizard nod as it gives a mighty roar and starts to fly away from them Blue then speaks.

"Why is it running away?" Blue questions as Lance speaks.

"I'm not entirely sure but we should get out of here" Lance says as the cave begins to break apart Riley looks at Yellow and speaks.

"Yellow can you get us out of here?!" Riley questions as Yellow speaks.

"Unfortunately, I can't throughout the battle I was using my psychic abilities to make sure that the cave doesn't collapse on us I'm now at my limit" Yellow responds as Looker speaks.

"What can we do now?!" Looker questions as Yellow speaks.

"I've enough power to send out a signal to Sabrina she'll be able to help us" Yellow says with the group nodding Yellow then begins to concentrate she senses Sabrina at Delia's house and sends out a distress signal. Meanwhile, at Delia's house we see Delia along with Rose, Sabrina, Mr. Mime and Ash's Sprigatito all outside sitting at a table drinking tea. Rowlet's sleeping on the roof while Litten and Rockruff are battling each other the adults watch the Pokemon train and smile Rose then speaks.

"Those two really love to train now, don't they?" Rose asks as Delia speaks.

"Yes, whenever they're here they always train with each other continuing to improve themselves" Delia says with Mr. Mime, Sabrina and Sprigatito nodding in agreement Sabrina then speaks.

"But they do capture Ash's personality as he also loves training making sure he himself is always stronger" Sabrina says with the others nodding Delia then speaks.

"Hopefully he's doing okay I can't wait to see him soon his Pokemon are going to be happy" Delia says smiling as Litten, Rockruff, Rowlet and Sprigatito look at the woman and nod. Rose along with Sabrina smile but Sabrina's smile instantly goes away as she gets a distress signal from Yellow she stands up as Delia speaks.

"Is something wrong Sabrina?" Delia asks as Sabrina speaks.

"Yes, Yellow just sent out a distress signal saying she's endanger I'll be right back" Sabrina says as she glows purple then disappears. Delia and Rose wonder what's going on they then hear Gary's voice.

"MS. KETCHUM, MS. GREEN!" Gary yells as the two women and Pokemon see Gary riding on Leaf's Venusaur the plant dinosaur makes it to the entrance as Delia and Rose quickly run over to them Rose then speaks.

"Gary what's going on –" Before Rose can finish she then sees Leaf the girl looks at her mother and speaks.

"Hi mom" Leaf waves as Rose and Delia get shocked looks on their faces Rose then speaks.

"Leaf What happened to you?! Who did this?!" Rose asks as Gary speaks.

"It was Giovanni when we went to the Viridian City gym, he revealed himself to be the gym leader and used the Pokemon that controlled Sabrina against us" Gary responds shocking Rose and Delia as Rose speaks.

"Giovanni of course it was him if I ever see that man, I'll make sure to ring his neck" Rose says in anger as Delia speaks.

"For now, let's get Leaf to Oak's lab Delia says with Rose nodding as they're about to leave Sabrina returns along with Blue, Yellow, Riley, Lorelai, Agatha, Bruno, Lance, Looker, the police officers and G-Men Delia looks at them and speaks.

"Are you guys, okay?" Delia questions as Blue speaks.

"We're a little banged up but fine anyway have you heard from Red?" Blue asks as Delia speaks.

"No why has something happened to him?" Delia asks as Blue speaks.

"I was afraid of you saying that." Blue says as Yellow speaks.

"When we entered Tojo Falls looking for Team Rockets base a powerful Charizard appeared, and we suddenly lost all communication with Red" Yellow says shocking Delia, Rose and Gary Rose looks at Sabrina and speaks.

"Can't you sense Red Sabrina?" Rose asks as Sabrina speaks.

"Unfortunately, I can't I've been trying to, but I can't sense him" Sabrina responds shocking the group as Delia gets a horrified look on her face and speaks.

"No…. It can't be please tell me my husband isn't dead please" Delia says with tears starting to flow from her eyes but no one has a response Delia then begins to hyperventilate she puts her hands on her head and yells.

"NO RED CAN'T BE DEAD HE CAN'T BE NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Delia screams from the top of her lungs with tears flowing from her eyes she then suddenly stops screaming as she faints on the ground everyone quickly runs to her as Rose speaks.

"DELIA WAKE UP DELIA!" Rose yells trying to wake up her friend but isn't getting a response.

We now go to the far Sinnoh region where we see Platinum she's in a place called Twinleaf Town she's in front of a house she opens the door and speaks.

"Mom, Dawn I'm home" Platinum says when she does Dawn immediately runs to her sister giving her a hug Dawn then speaks.

"Big sis it's great to see you again!" Dawn says happily with Platinum nodding Johanna then walks into the room and speaks.

"My this is a surprise I wasn't expecting to see you today it's great to see you dear" Johanna says as Platinum walks over to her and hugs her mother saying it's great to see her too. They then break away from the hug, Johanna looks at her oldest child and speaks.

"So, why have you come home today, Platinum?" Johanna asks as the woman speaks.

"What I can't just come by and hang out with my little sis and mother?" Platinum responds her stomach then growls making the woman blush Johanna sighs she smiles and speaks.

"If you missed my cooking that much you should've just said so" Johanna says as Platinum nods while Dawn chuckles Johanna then speaks.

"You know I had a feeling this would happen, so I made all of your favorites" Johanna says as she shows Platinum the spread of food on the table shocking the woman Platinum looks at her mother and speaks.

"You're the best mom!" Platinum says hugging her mother Dawn then tugs on Platinum's shirt and speaks.

"Hey, I helped too" Dawn says while pouting as Johanna speaks.

"Oh, yes that's right Dawn was a fantastic Sous chef in the kitchen" Johanna says as Platinum bends down she looks at Dawn and speaks.

"Great job helping mom sis the food looks great" Platinum says having a smile on her face making Dawn smile as Johanna speaks.

"Now then shall we dig in?" Johanna suggests with her daughters nodding they then all sit at the table and begin to eat their food.

20 minutes later they've finished eating Platinum then lays on the couch and speaks.

"Man, I'm stuffed I missed having your cooking mom" Platinum says with Johanna nodding telling her she should visit more often with Platinum agreeing Platinum then speaks.

"By the way have you heard from Diamond?" Platinum asks as Johanna speaks.

"Oh yes Diamond called recently saying that today he's going to get his final badge in Sunnyshore City" Johanna responds with Platinum nodding as Johanna continues to speak.

"I must say him going to Kanto to take on the SS. Anne tournament and training in that fighting dojo really boosted his confidence he was usually a shy and unsure boy but I believe after his battle with Ash he's become a lot more open and confident" Johanna says with Platinum nodding as she speaks.

"Ash huh? that's master Red's son when I watched his battle against that Ritchie kid, I'll admit he was definitely impressive but of course master Red is much better" Platinum says Johanna nods as Dawn speaks.

"You really do like this Red person don't ya sis? you always talk about him" Dawn says Platinum looks at her and speaks.

"Of course, in fact I admire him he's not only an amazing trainer but also a great person" Platinum says having stars in her eyes with Dawn nodding while Johanna looks at her daughter and smiles. Then Platinum's smile instantly goes away, she gets a scared look on her face she immediately runs out the door with Johanna and Dawn following her. When they make it outside Platinum has a Pokeball in her hand she's about to throw it as Johanna speaks.

"Platinum what's wrong?!" Johanna asks Platinum looks at her and speaks.

"It's Master Red I'm not sure why but I've a feeling something terrible happened to him" Platinum responds shocking Johanna and Dawn Platinum then speaks.

"Sorry I couldn't stay longer but when I come visit again, I'll make sure to spend more time with you guys" Platinum says Johanna smiles and speaks.

"It's okay dear we understand" Johanna says as Dawn speaks.

"Yeah, this Red person is important to you right? So, it's obvious you're worried about him" Dawn says Platinum looks at them as Johanna speaks.

"Now you better get going" Johanna says having a smile on her face Platinum smiles back having a determined look on her face she turns around throws her Pokeball and speaks.

"Salamence I choose you!" Platinum says what appears is a large bipedal green dragon it gives a mighty roar as Platinum quickly gets on its back. Before Platinum takes off, she looks at her mother and sister one more time and speaks.

"I'll see you guys later I'm off to Kanto let's go Salamence!" Platinum says with the dragon nodding it quickly flies in the air and heads towards the Kanto region. Johanna and Dawn wave them goodbye Johanna then puts her hand over her heart and thinks.

"Platinum please stay safe" Johanna thinks to herself we now cut over to Platinum flying on her Salamance the dragon's flying at an incredible speed as Platinum then speaks.

"Don't worry Master Red I'm on my way, faster Salamance!" Platinum says with Salamence nodding as it continues to fly faster. We now cut away from Platinum and see Ash's group they've finally made it off the ship the three of them stretch as Misty looks at Ash and speaks.

"We're finally off the ship now we just need to go to your hometown Ash" Misty says as Brock speaks.

"You must be looking forward to seeing your mom along with everyone else there" Brock says Ash looks at them he smiles and speaks.

"Yeah, I can't wait to see them all again and you said it would take us 2 days to get there Brock?" Ash asks with Brock nodding Ash smiles he looks forward and speaks.

"Well, what are we waiting for let's go!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu cheer as they both start running forward leaving Misty and Brock behind. The two kids look at Ash and Pikachu running they smile then run after them as Ash is running, he has an excited look on his face looking forward to seeing everyone again as the chapter ends.

A lot happened in this chapter Gary and Leaf faced Giovanni, Blue's team faced the cloned Charizard, Red and Giovanni battled, the trio stood up to Giovanni and Wobbuffet evolved. The next chapter will come out next week it'll focus on Ash learning what happened and him wanting to face Giovanni. Also, an old friend appears too can you guys guess who it is? Another thing not only will chapter 44 come out next week but chapter 45 will come out the following day. The reason I'm releasing both chapters close together next week is because I didn't want you guys to wait an extra week for chapter 45. One more thing when those two chapters come out I'll be taking a 2 week break from releasing the next chapter as I feel like I need to take a break.
