Anyways, onto the story!
"We-we're we're riding on legendary Pokemon, and traveling through time!" Molly said in shock as she held onto Entei.
"WOOHOOO!" Casey cheered, waving her Electabuzz flag as she rode on the galloping Raikou.
"Wait, how do we know where to go, Pryce has the GS Ball." Molly pointed out.
"Not the only one." Ash said, holding up the Rainbow and Silver Wings.
"Wait, when did you get those?" Casey asked.
Flashback
"Beedrill now!" Giovanni commanded, putting the silver wing on the pincer of the bug type before it flew off, rescuing Ash and putting the wing next to the Rainbow Wing.
Back to the present
"He knew all along." Casey said in shock.
"He had a feeling Twerpette." Meowth commented. "Master Giovanni is many things but he isn't a psychic, but with us that much closer and Pryce already nearing his goal, he had to act quickly."
"And since he knew where I kept the Rainbow Wing, he just needed to get the Silver Wing to me without Pryce noticing." Ash sai, focusing as the two wings came together, forming another GS Ball.
"So now what, how are we supposed to find Pryce with this?" Casey asked.
"Molly, any ideas?" Ash asked.
"Wait, you're telling me you don't have a plan!?" Meowth asked.
"Keep talking like that and we'll leave you wherever we end up." Casey threatened.
"Winging it, love that plan, it's my favorite plan." Meowth said, changing his tune rapidly.
"Well legend says that all Celebi are the same being scattered across time, existing in every moment, so in theory the two GS Balls are the same thing as they are what holds Celebi." Molly said.
"Got it. GS Ball go!" Ash said, holding it in front of him, a beam shooting out pointing to a portal in the distance.
"I guess that's where we're going." Casey said as Ash and Suicune took the lead, followed by Molly and Entei, and then finally Casey and Raikou.
On the other side of the time rift
"So where are we?" Casey asked, as they landed.
"When, not where, and the real question is where's Pryce?" Ash asked, getting off of Suicune.
"If he traveled back in time, he must be looking for something in this time, right?" Casey said, before hopping off of Raikou.
"Something, or someone." Molly pointed out, getting off of Entei. "But we don't even know when we are, we could never find it out without some knowledge."
"Charizard use Flamethrower!" A boys voice called out in the distance.
"It couldn't be." Ash said in shock, him and Pikachu running towards the voice.
"Ash wait up!" Molly called out, chasing after him.
"This isn't the time to be splitting up you idiot!" Casey said, following Molly.
In a grove a ways off a boy with messy brown hair was battling with his Charizard against two Masked Mans and their Ariados and Piloswine.
"Croconaw use Hydro Pump!" Ash called out, knocking Piloswine out of the way from hitting Charizard.
"Now am I glad to be running into you again." Sam said. "Any idea what's going on here?"
"Time travel. That one is mine." Ash said.
"Time travel, so wait you really aren't from around here." Sam said in shock. "No wonder Kurtis and I couldn't find you."
"Yeah, I went back to my time, but I'm glad to see a friendly face." Ash said, as Piloswine recovered.
"I'll handle that Ariados, you take care of Piloswine." Sam said.
"Right!" Ash said. "Croconaw use Slash!"
"Charizard use Flamethrower!" Sam called out.
"Ariados use Shadow Ball!" The younger Masked Man called out.
"Piloswine use Take Down!" Pryce exclaimed, as his staff began shimmering.
"Ash, care to explain what that staff is doing?" Sam asked.
"If I knew, I'd tell you." Ash said.
"Bayleef use Vine Whip!" Casey called out.
"Quilava use Smokescreen!" Molly added, the two rushing in.
Bayleef's vines shot out, grabbing the staff as Quilava obscured the view of the two Masked Men, allowing the heroes to escape for the time being.
"Friends of yours?" Sam asked.
"Sam, meet Molly and Casey." Ash said. "Molly and Casey, this is Sam, we metâ well I'm not really sure how long it's been." Ash admitted.
"147 days." Sam said.
Authors Note, Yes I did the Math for when that chapter was posted in comparison to today, I am sorry for how long this has been taking, it's been a weird few months for me. Anywho back to the action.
"Ash, why are we running?" Sam asked.
"Because we have what he wants." Ash said, as the staff continued pulsing.
"And what exactly is that staff? Your Masked Man was wielding it when he appeared." Sam said.
"Uhh, not so much the staff as it is the crystals on the staff, they're from a very powerful Pokemon, and can freeze people and things." Ash admitted.
"Ash, are you sure we can trust this kid?" Molly whispered.
"Yeah, relax Sam helped me the first time I faced off against the Masked Man." Ash said.
"And yet your tactics have never changed." A Masked Man said, swooping in front of the group, wrestling the staff from Ash's hands. "My elder self told me of your constant interference and I shall put a stop to it here and now. Now all of you watch is we reign in a new era of power!" The Masked Man said, holding the staff high in the air.
"Not on my watch bub!" Meowth yelled, leaping at the Masked Man, scratching at his wounded leg.
"A talking Meowth, that's incredible where did you find such a specimen?" Sam asked.
"Yeah, I don't have time to explain all that." Ash said, picking Meowth back up.
"Ash, do we have any plans here?" Casey asked.
"Get back to the beasts and take the staff back with us. Without it The Masked Man is about as dangerous as any normal person." Ash said.
"Good thing he's not alone in this hunt then." The Masked Hunter said.
"Seriously he's here too!" Ash said, remembering the golden helmet like mask.
"Scizor get that staff." The Golden Masked Man said.
"You three go. I can handle this guy." Sam said. "Charizard stop them with Headbutt!"
Sam's Charizard flew forward, slamming Scizor into the Golden Masked Man's truck keeping the duo focused on him.
"Scizor use Hidden Power!" The Golden Masked Man called out, a series of brown orbs shooting at Charizard.
"Charizard use Flamethrower!" Sam called out, a stream of flames engulfing the Scizor and opening the cages, releasing a Tyranitar and Rhydon. "And I think it's time for us to keep going." Sam said, getting onto Charizard and taking off as the two rock types grew enraged.
"Come on where are they?!" Ash said, rushing through the woods looking for Entei, Suicune, and Raikou.
"I knew we shouldn't have left them." Meowth commented.
"Then say something next time!" Casey argued.
"Last time I interjected you threatened to leave me here!" Meowth countered.
"Enough!" Molly shouted. "We're lost, we don't know when we are and we don't know where our tickets home are. Does anyone have any ideas worth using?"
"I got one." Meowth commented.
"Really, and whats that?" Casey questioned.
"The Twerp, he can hear Suicune." Meowth said.
"Yes, we know he can understand the emotions of powerful Pokemon when hes either near them or something close to them." Molly said.
"No it ain't that, I don't know what it is now, but he can actually hear Suicune, he did back at the base when we were being crystallized." Meowth said.
"Ash is that true?" Molly asked.
"Suicune, ever since I came to Johto, they've been the easiest for me to communicate, but that was the first time it was clear what they were saying." Ash admitted.
"Then how can we get that to work again?" Casey asked.
"I don't know, none of this still makes any sense to me!" Ash said in frustration. "I mean I know it has something to do with harnessing my aura, but I don't know how to control it, or even how to focus in on Suicune.
"Well you need to start focusing. We'll keep a lookout." Molly said, as she and Casey went on guard with their starters, Croconaw, Pikachu, and Meowth.
Ash took a breath, trying to focus in on Suicune to figure out where they were, a red pulse surging down his body and through the ground, spreading out through the forest and beyond.
"You two twerpettes saw that too, right?" Meowth asked.
"Yeah, we saw it." Molly said.
"Which means its only a matter of time before they find us." Casey said, tightening her headband. "Alright squad lets go!" Casey said, sending out Beedrill and Elekid alongside her Bayleef. "Give them everything you've got! Once you see those masked weirdos hit them hard and hit them fast!"
Off in the distance
"Those foolish children are leading us right to them." The Masked Man said.
"Calm yourself, those foolish children have escaped our grasp several times recently already." Pryce said. "I think it's time we utilize our friends captures."
Back with the group
"Come on twerp, anytime now." Meowth said getting impatient.
"RHY!" A Rhydon roared.
"TYRANITAR!" A Tyranitar roared in unison, the two rushing towards the group.
"Bayleef use Razor Leaf!" Casey called out. "Elekid use Thunder Punch! Beedrill use Twin Needle!"
Bayleef rushed forward, sending a flurry of leaves at the two rock types as Elekid and Beedrill came in soon after striking them back a bit more.
"Quilava, Croconaw, you get in there too!" Molly called out, both firing off their respective elemental attacks.
"PIKACHU!" Pikachu exclaimed, firing a bolt of electricity at the Tyranitar, destroying the control collar.
"Wait, something don't add up, why aren't theyâ". Meowth paused turning to see a thread from an Ariados snag the staff right out of Ash's hands, landing back in Pryces.
"Ahh children, you never seem to learn. No matter what you do, I'm always going to come out on top." Pryce said as the staff duplicated, creating one for the younger Masked Man. "When it shines, it will be time."
"And then we shale rule over all time." The Masked Man said, before turning his focus to the kids as Pryce left. "No harm in ending you now though."
The Masked Man pointed the staff at the group, ready to fire as three blurs whisked them away.
"What? What were those?!" The Masked Man said in shock.
Up in the air
"Good luck Ash, whenever you're from, I hope we will meet again." Sam said, watching the trainers rush into a vortex.
