Chapter One: A Surprise Visitor

Fuli was taking a peaceful nap in the Lion Guard lair, her tail curled around her as she snoozed peacefully, enjoying a moment of rest. The tranquility was soon interrupted as Kion and the rest of the guard arrived, accompanied by Bongo and his mom.

Kion: "Fuli!" He called out, but she only grumbled in response, still half asleep.

He tried again, "Fuli, wake up!" Still, she ignored him with another sleepy grumble, burying her face deeper into her paws.

Bunga: "Don't worry, Kion. I know how to wake Fuli up." He stepped forward, a mischievous grin on his face. "Zuka Zama!" He shouted gleefully. As he dove into the nearby pool in their lair and splashing water all over her. Fuli jolted awake, startled and wet.

Fuli: "Ugh, Bunga! What was that for?!" She exclaimed, as water droplets dripped from her fur. "I was trying to take a nap." She shook herself dry, still grumpy from the sudden awakening.

Kion: "Sorry for waking you up, Fuli." He apologized. "But there's someone here to see you."

Bunga: "It's your best friend!" He chimed in excitedly, wanting it to be a surprise.

Fuli "My best friend?" She blinked in confusion. Just then, Bongo's mom entered, holding Bongo in her arms.

Ono and Beshte: "It's Bongo!" They exclaimed in unison. Bongo, thrilled to see his best friend again, ran to give Fuli a big hug.

Fuli: "Hi, Bongo. It's been so long since I last saw you." She greeted him warmly.

Bongo's Mom "Hi, Fuli. You don't mind babysitting Bongo today, do you?" She smiled.

Fuli: "I'd be glad to. Bongo knows I'm his best friend." She replied confidently

Bongo's Mom: "Thank you so much, Fuli." She said gratefully. "Take care of him, and make sure he stays out of trouble."

Fuli: "No problem." She assured her.

Bongo's mom bent down to her Bongo's level, "Now, Bongo. You have a good time with Fuli. And always be a good boy." Bongo nodded eagerly, His mom then kissed him gently on the forehead before leaving the lair with a smile, knowing Bongo was in good hands.

Kion: "So Fuli, you think you can handle it?" He asked, smiling as he saw Bongo playfully pulling Fuli's tail.

Fuli: "Of course, Kion. I babysat him before, remember?" She replied confidently with a smile, while Bongo still tugged at her tail.

Ono: "Yeah, but he can be a handful." He added.

Beshte: "Are you sure you don't need our help, Fuli?" He asked with concern.

Fuli: "Don't worry guys, I can handle it." She reassured them.

Kion: "Okay, we trust you." He nodded

Bunga: "Can I hold him, Fuli?" He asked, eager to bond with Bongo.

Fuli: "Sure, Bunga" She said as she picked Bongo up by the nape of his neck and handed him over to Bunga.

Bunga: "Hi, Bongo." He greeted him. Bongo hugged him briefly but soon wrinkled his nose at Bunga's smell and went back to Fuli.

Fuli: "Hehe, I guess he doesn't like your smell." She chuckled.

Bunga: "Eh, I can't really blame him. My smell really is Unbungalievable." He said, shrugging his shoulders.

As Bongo continued to play with Fuli's tail, the lair was filled with the sound of their laughter.
