Jordan will have a nightmare here.

Skydrove24: That's definitely an excellent idea. That would be necessary considering what a threat Darkseid is.

DragonEmperor999: Yeah. He may not like it, but he may find that he will have to join the heroes for this battle with Darkseid.

Lets get to it.

(Dream)

Lincoln and Jordan were fighting Doomsday alone. This battle didn't seem to be going well.

Doomsday looked at the two heroes and growled.

Lincoln and Jordan flew forward, and Doomsday charged forward as well. Lincoln flew overhead while Jordan punched Doomsday into the air, where Lincoln proceeded to slam him into the ground.

Jordan then flew into the air and tried to land a kick on Doomsday, but he got right back up and dodged the attack. Lincoln flew in to try to attack as well, but Doomsday punched him away. Doomsday then threw a car at Jordan, and she punched it away. Lincoln tried attacking from the side this time, but Doomsday grabbed him and threw him down. He then kicked Lincoln back a good distance.

Jordan tried flying in to punch Doomsday in the face, but he punched her away. Doomsday then fired his eye and mouth lasers at her. Luckily, she dodged.

Lincoln and Jordan looked to each other and nodded. They both flew toward Doomsday and Lincoln fired his heat vision while Jordan fired her lasers of sunlight. Doomsday countered the attacks with his lasers. It was a huge showdown to see whose attack would prevail. Lincoln and Jordan yelled and increased the power of their attacks, but Doomsday's lasers proved to be more powerful. The laser sent them back into a pile of rubble.

Lincoln and Jordan quickly flew out off the pile of rubble and prepared to attack again. Then they saw a kryptonite spear nearby. They both flew to it and landed in front of it.

They both heard Doomsday roar loudly, and they both looked up and saw Doomsday growing more spikes out of the back of his hand.

Lincoln looked at Jordan.

"I love you." He said.

Jordan looked back at Doomsday and saw energy gathering around him. She now knew what her boyfriend was planning to do.

"Lincoln, don't do this." Jordan pleaded.

"I have to protect the world." Lincoln said.

"Lincoln, don't." Jordan begged.

"Jordan, you are my world." Lincoln finished.

Lincoln then grabbed the spear and flew toward Doomsday.

"LINCOLN!" Jordan cried out.

Lincoln flew ahead and plunged the spear into Doomsday's chest. More energy gathered around Doomsday as he roared in pain. He then grabbed Lincoln in his left hand and angled a sharp spike on his right hand toward Lincoln. He then impaled Lincoln right where the logo on his suit was. Lincoln yelled in pain. Jordan saw what had happened.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" Jordan yelled.

Lincoln grabbed the spike that was impaled through his chest. He then looked toward Doomsday's impaled chest and he knew what to do. Lincoln gained a look of determination and grabbed another spike with his left hand while keeping his right hand on the spear. Lincoln then pulled himself in, impaling himself deeper while plunging the spear straight through Doomsday. The spear then emitted green lasers from both impaled ends while Doomsday fired a laser skyward. At the same time, Lincoln let out a bloodcurdling scream as the spike that impaled him was yanked out.

Soon, the lasers dissipated, and Doomsday collapsed onto the ground dead. In his left hand lay Lincoln Loud, completely motionless.

Jordan flew in and gasped seeing her boyfriend, who had a hole in his chest. She gently picked him up and flew away from Doomsday. She then landed and proceeded to lay Lincoln down with his head on her lap. Tears were welling up in her eyes now.

"L-L-Lincoln?" Jordan said sorrowfully.

Lincoln didn't respond. Jordan then gently rubbed his shoulder, but nothing happened.

"Linky, please." Jordan pleaded growing desperate now.

It was no use. No matter what she tried, Lincoln didn't wake up. She then came to a horrifying realization.

Lincoln was dead.

A tear fell down her cheek as she kissed Lincoln's cheek. Jordan then looked around and saw that she was alone. She then kissed Lincoln's cheek one more time, before she started crying uncontrollably. She lay her head down on her deceased boyfriends head as she mourned his loss.

(Reality)

Jordan woke up with a scream. Lincoln also woke up to her scream.

"Jordan, are you ok?" Lincoln asked in concern.

Jordan looked around and saw that she was on the kryptonian ship. And more importantly, she saw her boyfriend Lincoln, alive.

"LINKY!" Jordan cried out.

She then wrapped her arms around her boyfriend and cried heavily into his chest. Lincoln immediately embraced her. He rubbed his girlfriends back to help her.

After a few minutes, Jordan's heavy crying was now reduced to sniffles. Lincoln kept her in his embrace. He had never seen her so distraught.

Jor-El and Lara were soon there. They saw what was happening and grew concerned.

"What happened?" Jor-El asked Lincoln.

"I don't know." Lincoln answered not letting go of his girlfriend.

"Y-You d-d-died." Jordan cried.

Lincoln immediately realized that Jordan had a nightmare.

"You had a bad dream?" Lincoln asked in concern.

Jordan nodded into his chest. She then told Lincoln about her nightmare. When she was finished, she broke down again in tears. Lincoln embraced her again as she cried her heart out.

"Shh, it's ok, my love." Lincoln soothed. "It was just a dream."

"I lost you!" Jordan wailed.

"I'm right here, Jordan." Lincoln assured. "And I always will be."

"Don't leave me, Linky." Jordan begged. "Please, don't l-leave m-m-me."

"I'll never leave you, Jordan." Lincoln soothed. "I'll always be right here with you. Besides, as long as we all work as a team, none of us will ever meet that fate. I promise you, Jordan. I'm not going anywhere."

Jordan just continued to cry into her boyfriend's chest. Lincoln just hugged and kissed her to help her. After a while, Jordan finally felt better.

"Thanks, Linky." Jordan said.

"You're welcome, my love." Lincoln replied. "Just remember, it was just a dream. That dream will never come true since we defeated Doomsday. Also, Lucy teleported him billion of light years away from earth, and Lily shrunk him down to just two centimeters. We will never see him again. Besides, like I said, as long as we all work as a team, nothing can beat us."

"You're right, Linky." Jordan responded. "I'm just glad you'll always be with me."

"I will be with you, for the rest of our lives." Lincoln assured. "I promise you."

Lincoln and Jordan then made out. Jor-El and Lara smiled seeing this. After a few minutes, they stopped kissing.

"Lincoln's right, Jordan." Jor-El told her. "Your nightmare will not come true. You have all insured that Doomsday will never again be a threat."

"And if you continue fighting as a team like you always have, no enemy can defeat any off you." Lara said.

"Thanks, Jor-El. Thanks, Lara." Jordan said.

"Of course, Jordan." Jor-El replied.

"We'll let you two get back to sleep." Lara said.

"Ok, good night, mom and dad." Lincoln said.

"Good night, Lincoln." Jor-El and Lara said simultaneously.

The then left the bunk area, leaving Lincoln and Jordan alone.

"Thanks for comforting me, Linky." Jordan told her boyfriend.

"You're welcome, Jordan." Lincoln replied to his girlfriend. "I will always be right here with you."

Lincoln and Jordan kissed again. Soon, they released from the kiss.

"I love you, Linky." Jordan said.

"I love you too, Jordan." Lincoln replied.

Then they fell asleep again in each others embrace. There were no more nightmares.

That was a bad nightmare, but luckily it will never come true.
