Mika wanted to puke as he watched Kakashi just NOW teaching his students the Tree climbing exercise. He waited until the man moved away from his kids before pouncing. "Give me one reason I shouldn't report you for failure to actually teach your students?" Kakashi stumbled back, startled. "They should be well versed in chakra control before they ever took a C rank mission!"
Kakashi sighed. "i know that logically I am not doing my best, but when I look at them I..." he shook his head. "I need you to go into town. If the situation is as bad as we were informed, then many will need medical care. As a class three medic, you can do incredible good here. Take care as best you can, undo a trace of the damage this Gato has allowed to blossom here."
Mika nodded, but fixed Kakashi with a cold stare. "I will be speaking to Lord Hokage about this, you know?"
"What would you do, if I offered you a jutsu? Or maybe a tutor? I have many contacts." The man seemed serious, entirely focused for a moment.
Mika considered his words. "Get me a swordsman or woman to spar with, someone really good, I mean Upper Jonin tier, and I will keep my mouth shut... for now."
"I have a friend, two of them. A Couple actually. Yugao Uzuki and Her lover Hayate Gekko, they are amazing kenjutsu masters. The Leaf's best outside of ANBU. I'll set you up with them."
"We have an accord then... now, I'll be off... but if you need anything, flair your chakra. I'll come running. Oh and I should tell you, I am aware of Naruto's status..."
Kakashi nodded here. "I see... very well."
A simple jaunt through town proved to Mika that the evils of this Gato were very, very real. "What a monster!" He whispered, looking at the dilapidated buildings, and countless sickly and weak children, men and woman begging for jobs or even just food at literally any cost. He counted six, SIX children that would not survive the week in their current condition...
He wanted to kill something, someone... and he vowed he would, at any cost.
Leaping onto a building, he flared chakra into his throat. "People of Wave! I am a healer sent from the Leaf Village. I can and will take care of you, any of you. I may be young but I am skilled! Most people have heard of the power of ninja, I am a Ninja. If there are any doctors, nurses or aides, please come to me. Mid wives, herbalists, anyone with any healing background. We will form a triage based on necessity."
An elderly woman, heavy set and worn, in literal rags came forward ahead of the crowd. "And what about Gato's men?"
"I am a skilled fighter, fifty thugs without a ninja power would be easy prey for me." He pulled out his blade, and vanished in a simple body flicker, appearing at her side. To her credit, she did not startle, even when those around her did. "I will protect you, to my last breath!"
She nodded, her eyes fierce. "My name is Raven, I was a midwife and herbalist in my youth. I helped a great many here come into this world... " She turned to the others. "Listen to this boy. Form a line. Those with medical experience, help us, now!"
No one argued, her tone would not allow it.
Mika was soon elbow deep, healing mostly children. One had horrible cuts on her arms and chest, marks of Gato's men. "Honey, this will sting, but I promise it will get better." He knew he had to heal her fast, she had lost a lot of blood and her body was in agony. Infection risk was extremely high, she NEEDED care.
"Are you sure?" She did not whimper, her tone was strong. "Can you help my brother, he got hit in the had by the mean man that hurt me?"
Mika turned, and saw the boy clinging to her hand. He had a frightening bruise to his temple. "I will see to him next. But you need to promise to eat a plasma pill, it will help you recover from your blood loss."
"Yes sir, just make sure Tanji is okay."
After healing her wounds, and undoing a mild infection, he passed her a pill to swallow then turned to her brother. "Tanji, baby, look in my eyes, can you do that?"
The boy nodded. "If Sissy trusts you... okay." He did as Mika said, and so was quickly healed but what Mika saw was infuriating.
He almost boiled with rage, his anger was naturally as explosive as his own father's but now... now he had people to protect. "Tanji, I need to you avoid hard work for a few days, just to make sure you don't rebreak your eye socket, okay? Five days, okay? I will see about getting you some food." Mika turned to a man that sneered at this, an elderly man with a graying beard. "If I hear of anyone stealing your food, I might have to kill them."
The man actually cringed away at that, startled by Mika's wrathful glare.

TEN HOURS LATER!
Teary eyed and exhausted, Mika stumbled into Tazuna's house. They all looked at him confused, bar Kakashi. "We need to kill Gato." They were all teary eyed as well, and Inari was not there. Mika didn't care. " I just had to heal over two hundred people over the course of ten hours. Sixteen people died of infections or internal trauma. I was here too late. Twelve of those deaths were kids, Kakashi, two were infants."
They all cringed, Sakura actually crying out. " What?"
"Gato's men, they steal food and medicine, they actively abuse and mistreat people. So many are addicted to hard drugs, opiates mostly. This place, it needs more care than I can do. We need to get that medicine back, Kakashi, all of it. I know where Gato is. I am trained in most forms of combat, I will personally lead the assassination. Hell, I'll pay the A rank pay for it. I have enough for an S rank mission stored away."
Kakashi actually took a minute to answer, but as he did Tazuna stood up. "Add it to the mission, We WILL pay for it! If Gato dies... than so much goes away, beyond just the bridge's effects!"
"So be it." Kakashi said. "Mika, take a tonic and heat then rest and at midnight... we go hunting."
It took extreme effort to not allow his bloodlust to show, and he might have failed if the others paling said anything. "Happily."
