We ended up having to fight the forest guardian, an angry red bear ghost.
His roar ended up making her very unstable, meaning she was melting in my arms.

He was able to touch me and use his ghost powers to stabilize me again.

A Spirit Guardian's power has a certain range.
If you are to ever be separated from him outside that range, you will begin to destabilize again.
If your condition worsens, there's no telling how far away his power will affect you.

Nightwing: Think of it as our policy to ask first instead of just doing it.
Anyway, from what Robin says you have quite the condition.
Cloning is already a shaky field of science, but I've never heard of a ghost being cloned before.
Then again, you and Phantom are both halfas so that probably had a factor to play.
Geist: Robin told me you know Danny's secret from some online group you're in.
Has he said anything about me?
Raven: We never found the time to ask him about it further.
All we know is that he was happy to receive a picture of you at the airport heading for Metropolis.
It's possible that he was trying to keep you a secret back then.
Nightwing: I had a run in with Plasmius over in Paris though, and Danny was more than happy to share what he knows about that Fruitloop.
From what Damian shared with me, your problem is mostly his fault.
Geist: You could also thank him for my creation, I guess.
Long story short, he tried to clone Danny to have a perfect son but instead got me.
He then was all too happy to try and melt me down to make an army of Danny clones, but I got away thanks to Danny.
NeoSuperboy: Even hearing the short version of that story just makes me want to punch him into space.

Ellie, how do you view your relationship with Danny?
Our own resident clone has had trouble with that before and it would help us narrow down some options for how to help you.
Raven: There are several spells I can look through to try and find a solution.
How you answer this could determine if one of them is viable as a last resort.
Geist: Had to think on this for a moment before answering.
Will this be getting back to Danny in any way?
Nightwing: Only if you want it to or if the situation calls for it.
If you'd rather keep it a secret then we'll try to keep it as long as we can.
Geist: I just wanted to make sure because I'd rather tell him myself if I can.
Right now we've been going off the story that I'm his cousin from a far removed family.
I've been explaining it that way for years.
If I can be entirely honest with myself here, that's not enough for me.
While we haven't talked as much between the times we've seen each other, I kinda view him as the dad I'd want to have.
He always made sure to treat me like my own person and helped me so much even when he didn't have to.
If I were to be born in a different life, I would want nothing more than to have him proudly call me his Little Girl.
I'm sorry if I'm rambling but this is a hard subject for me given my life before I was allowed to stay on the farm.

Now, I do believe you are going to give some speech about helping the next generation of heroes be ready for future threats.

In any case, that is something I wanted to discuss.
I'm currently helping the heroes of Paris and acting as an advisor to the new Titans Dark team that Danny started with his friends.
I think that it would be beneficial, however, to start looking at the next generation of heroes.
If anything were to happen to the rest of us, you kids would be the last line of defense against threats like Luthor or, Heaven forbid, Darksied.
As such, I'd like to offer you guys a source of knowledge and wisdom when it comes to this chaotic world we have chosen to protect.
Raven would be acting as your main source of counseling and a vast well of knowledge since you've run into certain mystical threats.
Raven: I'm not going to tell you what to do unless I see a major problem in the team.
I have enough responsibilities to the Titans, so I'm not going to be taking a leadership position.
I'll bring situations of interest and other things we find in your area to your attention when I can, but I will only be offering advice.
You're always welcome to ask for help if you need it.
Ryuna: I think it'd be nice to have more advice outside of Gramps.
He knows a lot, but I can't always call him when I need to know something.

If I were younger I'd be all for it, but now it just feels too soft.

They won't be kids forever and a name can be stuck with a group for years after they try to change it.
Nightwing: I mean, yeah you have a point.
It's just that I've always been the one to come up with the team names.
Geist: Wow.

Ryuna: If it makes you feel any better, you gave us an easy way to fix it.

Wayne Enterprises Tower, Gotham
Wayne Enterprises stood tall amongst the many skyscrapers of Gotham, being situated in one of its own. Many businesses owned by Bruce Wayne could be found at work within its many floors, save for those that required particular environments. In the midst of a subfloor, Wayne Biotics could be found researching various medicines. These ranged from cures to certain villains' afflictions that made them who they are or small things like cures to common illnesses. In one particular section, however, a very different study was going on.
Several vials of blood were seen in the room, many more vials chemically cleansed and ready to be used by other departments. The scientists were currently looking over a sample that came from Amity Park, running it through their own tests to match it to a control base. Their efforts have been in vain, however, as they couldn't replicate the results of the field test. They usually would have given up at this point, but the lead scientist had an unshakable feeling about this one sample. He growled as he zoomed in on a small sampling of the blood.
"This one sample has been a headache," groaned the man. "I can't help but feel that there's something off with this one. None of the foreign contaminants we usually see are present, so I don't know what's going on. I swear, it's right in front of me yet I can't see it." A female scientist walked over to him, sighing as she put a hand on his wrist.
"Maybe you should give it a rest, sir," offered the woman. "There are more samples to test and clearly they had the wrong data." The head scientist was about to rebut the suggestion, only for their lab door to open. A young man in a delivery uniform soon entered the room with a large vat of a glowing green substance.
"Is this the new Ghost Division Mr. Wayne sanctioned for the whole mess in Amity Park?" questioned the young man. "I was told to bring this ectoplasm there for examination." Another scientist growled as he stood up from his seat.
"This is the third time you've gotten lost this week, Jeff!" roared the man. "That's two floors down! We can't have that contaminating our samples! Get it out of here or so help me…" The head scientist suddenly shot up as his face displayed his shock.
"Of course!" cried the lead man. "Amity Park, ectoplasm, a contaminate not of this world!" He grabbed the delivery guy by the shoulders with a massive grin. "Jeff, you're a genius!" He grabbed the blood sample from the machine as he ran over to a nearby synthesizer.
He then held his hand out to the formerly unwanted young man. "Give me that so I can run it through the machine." Jeff looked down at the vat in his hands before bringing it over to the head scientist. The excited man poured a drop into the other side of the machine, causing it to activate. The blood was sucked from the vial as it began to process through the machine.
To the other researchers' surprise, one vat on the other side was filled with blood while another had the same glowing green ectoplasm mixed with some leftover remnants. The head scientist quickly grabbed the blood from the machine and brought it over to a scanning table. "Computer, compare this sample to the target parameters." The device scanned the blood sample for only a moment before an alarm went off.
"Scan complete," informed the computer. Everyone waited with bated breath as the machine processed the information. To their shock, the screen displayed a green circle that was filled to a certain amount. "Sample within target range. Direct sample to next stage of testing."
The others looked at each other, their faces filled with shock. Even Jeff, who had no idea what this was all about, had heard that no samples sent to this department have ever passed the first stage of testing. The head scientist shook as he quickly grabbed the vial of blood, holding it out to one of the researchers.
"Get this to Mr. Wayne… NOW! Code Nestling! I repeat, CODE NESTLING!"
That's all for this chapter! Ellie shows off her new pet before Damian calls her and the others into a new server. After revealing how she would love to be Danny's daughter, Dick and Raven brought the kids into an official partnership that even saw them getting an official name. As for that last bit with the lab… don't worry about that for now. Either way, the fun doesn't stop here!
