Tales as Old as Time.
Rider.
The flash of light went down and a shapely cat woman with long blonde hair and glasses appeared before Ritsuka, wearing a piloting uniform and giving him a smile and a casual salute.
She spoke. "Good morning! I'm Servant Rider, Callie Briggs- Wait!" She looked at her gloved hands. "I'm the pilot of the Turbo Kat? Why!? I never piloted anything, that was the boys' job!"
Mash sighed. "You're the only reason why anyone remembers that show at all, aren't you?"
Callie hummed, stroking her chin. "That may be so... But even then, the Throne of Heroes could have sent Felina! Doesn't matter! I'll be glad to fight by your side, Master!"
Fate Grand Order was taken off by the company twenty six episodes later.

Biography:
The loyal assistant to Mayor Manx in Megakat City, a futuristic megalopolis in a parallel world populated by antropomorphic cats. She was the real brains keeping the city going, as Manx was lazy, unreliable and cowardly against all of the supervillains plaguing his citizens, and incompetent even at basic administration tasks. Through unknown circumstances she came to befriend the high flying SWAT Kats, a duo of local crimefighters in a high technology airplane, and she became their ally, supporting them from City Hall and keeping the police from fully attacking them as rogue unsanctioned vigilantes.
While a non combatant during her first existence, she became fused with the story of the SWAT Kats themselves over time, giving her a Saint Graph of her own, and granting her their skills as a mechanic and pilot.
In Chaldea, when out of the battlefield, she acts as a secretary and deputy for the Master and handles their reports and files gladly. She helps out at the workshops when necessary thanks to her inherited skills (see below) but that is not her main field of interest.
Class Skills:
Riding: A
While she was only a competent driver of land motor vehicles in life, her fusion with the legend of the SWAT Kats has rendered her an ace pilot as well. She is able to fly and maneuver at extremely high speeds and even rocket past Earth's atmosphere. The knowledge is not hers but thanks to her intelligence she has assimilated it with gusto. All the same, riding dragons and phantasmal beasts is impossible as she lacks the Dragon Riding skill.
Anti Magic: C
By being part of enterprises that defeated the magic using Past Master and Mad Kat, Rider gained a decent amount of defenses against mystical powers. As such, most magecraft from modern magi has no effect on her.
Personal Skills:
Charm: A
While not a human being, Rider is oddly attractive and seductive. She tries her best to be professional and not to play the role of a vamp, but if necessary she can manipulate men into doing her bidding for the sake of the greater good.
Nine Lives: B
As a cat creature, Rider partakes on the ancient stories about felines having nine lives. In her case, it's not literal, as she cannot revive from the dead like Berserker Heracles. However, she can fully heal back when on the brink of deletion, a total of seven times, as she believes her first life already was spent from her days as a flesh and blood person.
Should her Spirit Core be shattered, destroyed, or too greatly damaged all at once the skill won't come into play.
Mechanics Ace: B
With the talents inherited from Jake Clawson, Callie Briggs can repair and fix almost any piece of modern machinery, and even upgrade them. Few material resources are needed for this, but the more she has, the better she will perform. However, as she is not a Caster and she has no Item Creation as a skill, she cannot create all-new inventions and limits herself to what already is before her.
Noble Phantasm:
The Turbo Kat- The Incredible Defender of Megakat: A
The amazing airship built by genius mechanic Jake Clawson in a junkyard. Despite those humble origins, the Turbo Kat is an incredible jet fighter. With powerful motors that allow near supersonic flight, and a shielding most attacks bounce off near harmlessly, the Turbo Kat is impressively resiliant to enemy fire.
The ship has a healthy arsenal of explosive missiles and homing projectiles. However, each of them consumes a large amount of mana, so Rider likes using them sparingly.
Start of Battle:
"Let's kick some tail."
"Now let's hear you purr. That was in bad taste, wasn't it? Sorry."
"Another day at the job."
"Violence should always be the last resort."
Attack:
"This cat has claws!"
"Gotcha!"
"Bingo!"
"Heh!"
Damage:
"Mreow!"
"Why, you freaks!"
"Now you made me angry!"
"Bah..."
Damage by Noble Phantasm: "YRREEEEOWWW!"
Victory:
"We always land on our feet, after all."
"That was over that ball of yarn remark!"
"Sorry. I tried not to play the cat and mouse game with you."
"I didn't draw that out too much, did I?"
Defeat:
"T-Bone and Razor would have succeeded..."
"It's... It's okay. I still have seven lives left..."
"That did hurt."
"Please don't look back."
Summon: "Ahem. Let's try this again, shouldn't we? Callie Briggs, a Rider Servant. Even though I don't represent humanity, I'll still fight gladly by your side to protect it, Master. Do your best and I'll do likewise!"
Noble Phantasm Activation:
"Sending the signal! Open way for the protector of our aerial space! Turbo Kat!"
Extra Dialogue:
"Master. We need to talk about the Empress of China. She starts shrieking whenever she sees me, and it's starting to get on my nerves!" (When you have Assassin Wu Zetian).
"What a truly disgusting man. Why do you even keep him around?" (When you have Caster Gilles de Rais).
"What is the problem with that woman? She tried to neuter me! And she said I might have parasites! She won't let me interact with others!" (When you have Berserker Florence Nightingale).
"A masked crimefighting duck? Now that's weird." (When you have Archer Darkwing Duck).
Birthday: "Happy birthday. I booked a nice party for you tonight. Make sure to dress up appropiately."
Event: "What's that? It wasn't scheduled! It must be investigated immediately, so let's move, Master!"
Holy Grail: "I'm not going to lie, I'd like to return to my city. To see my people again, you know? No offense, Master, but how would you feel if you were surrounded by cats all the time?"
Next: That's not Ant-Man.
