Chapter 1: Prologue

Somewhere in the unknown forest...

The sound of panting and running footsteps echoed in the shadowy forest as a foot which appears to be of the stranger hit the small pool, causing a green frog to hop off from the leaf that was above the surface. The stranger appears to be a battered male teenager with blond spiky hair, blue eyes, tanned skin and has whiskers-like scars on each side of his cheeks. He was wearing a headband that has a metal object on it with a logo that is in the shape of a leaf or some sort. He was clutching his left arm that appeared to have a large bleeding gash where every drop of blood hits the ground, leaving trails, staining his sleeve on his white baggy orange collared shirt and the other on his right thigh is staining his black pants and was leaving trails too. The expression on his face seems to be like he had seen something that is extremely frightening and impossible to fight back. He continues to run and pant until he trips on the ground.

"Shit!" he cursed.

He then tries to get back up by using his right arm but fails to do so. Feeling hopeless, he turned on his back and glanced up at the sky. Later, he lifted his right arm and then turned his hand to see his palm, curiously staring at it for a few seconds. He then placed his arm back on the ground and looked back at the sky. He then notices a golden sparkling eagle, flying past high and above the trees. He blinked slowly and saw that the bird of prey had vanished out of thin air. All of a sudden, his struggling expression turned into a devastating and regretful one as he murmured the name of someone he feels that he wished he had done something real sooner.

"I am so sorry... Sasuke." he said quietly as tears began to appear in his eyes.

Later on, in the East Forest that is much closer to Magnolia Town...

Home of the living wild creatures, some hunting their preys, some preys escaping from their predators, insects mating in order to create another life, bees collecting pollens from the flowers, returning to their hives where they make a delicious sweet nectar, spiders making their own habitats by using their webs and...

"Ahhh!" the arm stretched out of nowhere which belongs to none other than Lucy. "Wow. All that hard work made me kill myself to sleep but for now, it's just us ladies."

Lucy was having a picnic with the girls for a day as they were all dying to have some girl time with each other rather than hanging with the boys every day who always likes to get into fights all the time. But they were mentioned by Erza that they have a lot of work to do in the guild while the girls go out and relax by doing their lady thing. Although, Gildarts is still on his journey since the Tenrou Team returned from the island 7 years later due to the destruction caused by Acnologia but was saved by the first Guild Master and co-founder of Fairy Tail, Mavis Vermillion. Cana wasn't bothered about her own father, she just loved drinking a lot of booze to make herself happy. Mirajane and Lisanna are choosing what type of bento they want to have and as for the others... They were just busy talking and eating.

"I love having a girl time!" Wendy said.

"Me too!" Evergreen said. "I always wanted to have a day out with you girls!"

"Agree. After winning the Grand Magic Games, defeating the dragons, ending our feud with Sabertooth and now... we have our old guild back." Cana said while drinking malt liquor and vodka at the same time.

"That's true." Lisanna responded and went back on choosing. "Can I have this one? No, this one? No, this one? Umm... Now I give up."

"Just take your time, Lisanna." Mirajane said.

"I am but there's just too many to choose from."

"Hmm.. why don't you choose the sashimi rice bowl, it has a lot of your favorite fish."

"Okay."

"So Lucy, how's your weekend been, you seemed to be a bit off as usual?" Erza asked.

"Well on Saturday... Gray came in without his clothes in my bath tub while Natsu ate all of my food because he ran out of his own at his place due to not having any money." Lucy said. "And you ate all the white chocolate and salted caramel brownies, which I was baking for Blue Pegasus but you just had to threaten me with your sword!"

"They were very delicious. Is that the problem?"

"You could've at least asked my permission and save most of it!"

"Hey don't look at me. I've been a big lover of sweets and cakes in my entire life."

"Oh Erza."

"Come on Lucy, you know she's Erza." Cana said, putting her arm around her shoulder.

"And you will always be Cana too. And drunk as hell." Lucy pushed her away, gently.

"Hey that's not nice."

"Well it's true."

"Lucy, Lucy, Lucy. I think you're getting irritated because you need a boyfriend."

"What? I haven't thought about that yet."

"Oh yes you will."

With that Cana starts tickling Lucy, making her laugh while the whole female Fairy Tail members watch the two, play fighting and tickling each other.

"Oh come on Lucy. Don't let Cana win!" Lisanna said.

"Haha!" Carla laughed. "Now this is the awesome girl time!"

"Yeah. Hey, have any of you seen Bisca and Asuka?" Wendy asked.

"Oh they're just fishing somewhere here, but it's not far." Mirajane said.

"Okay. She also loves to watch her parents practicing their magic skills so that she can learn from it."

"True. In case they don't make it too dangerous."

"She'll be fine, I'm pretty sure that they'll watch her carefully."

"That's right. One day, she'll become a great wizard."

"And the future's brightest."

"We all hope that she is one."

With the female Connells...

The string on the lake looked as though it was made from a spider but something came out of the water that reveals to be an orange and red striped fish, who was placed into a green glowing net. The string got rolled back up to a fishing rod which revealed to be attached to Bisca's rifle. Asuka was keeping her fingers crossed as she does a quiet prayer for hope.

"Yes, now the last one." the female Gun Wizard said, putting the fish in the bucket that is full of fish and then throwing the attached hook back into the lake.

"Woohoo Mommy!" Asuka clapped.

"Here goes nothing."

"Come on Mommy! You can do it!"

"Ssshh sweetie, the fish is gonna run away."

"Okay Mommy."

While the mother and daughter duo stare at the lake. Quietly to focus on one last fish to catch and its over. Over 15 minutes later, the fish didn't come as Bisca got frustrated and gave up as she rolled the string along with the hook back into the gun. As she picks up 3 buckets which are full, one has squids, the second has different coloured fishes and the third one has shrimps. Just as she was about to walk back, she looked down and saw her daughter, staring at the lake with a sad look on her face. She placed the buckets down and went up to her. Bending down to her knees as Asuka turned around and saw her mother. Smiling at her and tapping her head.

"I know we couldn't get the last one but be happy as we got a lot more than last time." Bisca said as she stood up.

"That's okay. But I still have the best Mommy!" Asuka said, jumping up and down in excitement.

"Yes, yes sweetie you have the best Mommy in the world."

"I still do but don't forget Daddy, although he's not with us right now."

"Aww..."

The female Gun Wizard playfully pinched her daughter's cheek and picked up 3 buckets.

"What should we do now Mommy?" Asuka asked.

"Let's go back to the others, we don't wanna waste our dinner time to catch more of these sea critters." Bisca said.

"No, I want fried shrimp and rice! I don't want that to happen!"

"Okay now let's go."

"Yeah!" the little Connell picked up her toy gun and prepared to walk back to the picnic with her mother. She all of the sudden froze in shock as she spotted something floating on the lake where blood was coming out from it, without the mother knowing that her daughter is not following her due to her loud and joyful humming.

With the girls...

"Truth or Dare?" Evergreen asked.

"No, we should play hide and seek." Wendy said.

"Too childish." Lucy said.

"How about eating the whole cake in 1 minute?" Erza asked.

"We did that before and we got sick." Mirajane reminded.

"Guessing games?" Kinana asked.

"Nope. I think we should do shogi." Laki said.

"BOORRIIINNNNGGG!" Cana yelled, earning a glare from her purple haired guildmate.

"How about a love guessing game?" Lisanna asked.

"Yes! I always love doing that game!" Juvia squealed.

"How about guessing who you are?" Levy said.

"That's a good idea." Carla said.

All the girls agreed to it except for Juvia who was in tears because she wanted the game that Lisanna chose to play but too many votes on the guessing games. So they took out the headbands and placed them on their heads. In this game, they have to put the cards in each other's headbands without looking otherwise that'll be cheating. Levy's one says: Bird, Juvia's one says: Cake (Erza was ogling at the picture while licking her lips but was told off by Mirajane), Wendy's one says: Cat, Evergreen's one says: Seal, Cana's one says: Forest, Kinana's one says: House, Laki's one says: Hammer, Erza's one says: Frosting, Carla's one says: Apple, Lisanna's one says: Fork and last but not least... Lucy's one says: Chicken. So the girls are ready to start the game, the first one is Wendy.

"Am I an animal?" Wendy asked.

"Yes!" the girls said in unison.

"Am I a tiger?"

"Closer. But not vicious!"

"Am I a cat?"

"YES!"

At this, Wendy took off her headband and placed it back on the box. Now it's Levy's turn to guess who she is.

"Am I some food that I can eat?" Levy asked.

"No!" the girls said now it's Juvia's turn after she puts her hand up.

"Am I a romantic?" the Water Wizard asked making the girls dumbfounded.

"Not as romantic as delicious." Erza said.

"Erza, stop helping her!" Lucy demanded.

"Oh come on, it's not as bad as having a slice of cake."

"ERZA!"

"What?"

"Now you ruined the question for her!"

"Sorry."

All the girls got frustrated because of Erza and her big mouth as Juvia placed the cake card back in the box and picked the card that says: Water. Which makes the girls stare at her dumbfounded yet again.

"Am I a drink?" the Water Wizard asked.

"Yes!" the girls said.

"Am I some water?"

"Yes!"

Then Juvia placed the card back in the box along with the headband and took out another one. Now it's Lucy turn.

"Okay, am I... a chicken?" Lucy asked.

"Yes" the girls stared at her in shock as the Celestial Wizard placed the card and a headband back in the box.

"How did you know Lucy?" Erza asked.

"I just guessed it, why?" she asked.

"You... You're a genius!"

"Uhh... thank you, now-"

"You got a great brain Lucy. You might be the queen of all guessing games."

"Okay now let's fo-"

"HEY GIRLS!" the voice came from the woods as they looked and saw Bisca carrying 3 buckets without Asuka. "Got some dinner for me and my family."

"What is it?" Mirajane asked.

"Well it's just squids, different coloured fishes and shrimps which I'm gonna fry for our delicious seafood night!"

"Ooh good, I hope you have an amazing dinner."

"Thank you so much. Never had seafood for a while now. Me and my baby are the best fish catchers in the guild!"

After that, all the girls then started staring at Bisca who narrowed one of the eyebrows with curiosity and then a frown started to appear on her face.

"What?" Bisca asked.

"Where's Asuka?" Erza asked.

"What do you mean?"

"I can see that she's not with you."

"Don't be silly, she's right-" the female Gun Wizard turned around and saw that her daughter was not beside her, gasping in shock. "Oh no!"

"Where is she?"

"I think she's... Oh no no no! I'll be right back!"

Once that being said, Bisca starts running back to the lake where she and her daughter were fishing with Lucy, Erza, Mirajane and Wendy accompanying her.

With Asuka...

Asuka was still staring at the bleeding 'fish' and began to wonder what type of aquatic animal it is. As she walked up to the long stick that is long enough to reach the body, she then picked it up and was about to touch it until a voice called her name, making her jump a bit. She looked back and saw her mother with a worried expression on her face, being accompanied by Lucy, Mirajane, Erza and Wendy in which the four decided to go with her just in case there was a big threat.

"There you are!" Bisca hugged her 5 year old, shaking in fear.

"Hi Mommy." Asuka said as her mother let go of her.

"Listen sweetie. Don't ever do that again or you won't be coming with me on the next one. Do you understand?"

"Okay Mommy, I won't do it again."

"Good girl."

"Umm... Mommy?"

"Yes dear."

"*Points* What type of fish is that? I somehow discovered it when you were gone for a bit."

"*Glances/Gasps* What the hell is that thing?"

"Umm... I don't know." Mirajane stared at a bleeding 'creature' with a shocking expression. "I've never seen that type of fish in my life."

"Me neither, it looks like a gigantic predatory animal just spat it out as if it didn't like the taste." Lucy said.

"Wait a minute... " Erza looked closely at the weird looking thing floating on the lake and widened her eyes in horror. "That's no fish... THAT'S A MAN!"

"WHAT! A man!" Bisca shouted as she turned her daughter around and held her close. "Don't look sweetheart!"

"Oh no! This doesn't look good." Mirajane covered her mouth in horror.

"What shall we do? We can't just leave him there to drown!" Wendy panicked.

"I've got this." Lucy said as she picked one of her gold keys and placed it on the lake. "Open the Gate of the Water Bearer: Aquarius!"

The Water Celestial Spirit with a vase appeared as she gave Lucy a glare and then punched her on the head.

"Why did you do that?" the Celestial Wizard complained while rubbing her head.

"For summoning me in water filled with blood and now look at me!" Aquarius shouted while being covered in a bit of blood.

"Nevermind that now. *Points* Go and help that man over there."

The Water Celestial Spirit looked back and saw a man floating in the lake with his front body facing under the water. Badly wounded, bleeding heavily and had black shredded clothes on.

"*Sighs*. If you insist." she said. "Water Wave!"

With that, she uses the technique to take him out of the cold lake and steadily place him onto the grass on his front body.

"This is the last time I'm ever rescuing a person from a lake that is covered in blood." Aquarius scoffed.

"Thanks for your help anyways." Lucy said as the Water Celestial Spirit returns to her world.

As the girls gathered around the wounded, scratched, bleeding and bruised young man to take a good look at him. He's a little pale, slim built that exposes his torso and has black raven spiky hair with bangs that covers his eyes slightly. Lucy carefully turns him on his back to see his face along with his front upper and lower body. Where his face appears to have slight scratches, a tiny bit of bruises and some cuts on part of it. Once that's being said, the female wizards surprisingly guest that he's in his late teens due to his youthful features.

"Oh. My. God." Erza said in horror. "What happened to him?"

"I'm not quite sure." Bisca said with the same expression. "He doesn't look like he's gonna make it."

"We need to see if he's still breathing." Lucy said as she leaned her ear down between his nose and lips for a second. She widened her eyes and quickly leaned back up. "Oh no! He's not breathing!"

"I know exactly what to do!" Mirajane said while she quickly crouched down to open his mouth wider. "You'll keep on pushing his chest after 5 and I'll give him mouth-to-mouth."

"Okay." Lucy placed her hands in the middle of his exposed chest, getting ready to perform CPR along with Mirajane who tilted his head by the chin and pinch held his nose.

"Ready?

"Ready! 1-2-3-4-5."

"*Blows*."

"1-2-3-4-5."

"*Blows*."

"1-2-3-4-5."

"*Blows*."

"1-2-3-4-5."

"*Blows*."

Then all of the sudden, the guy got onto his right elbow and vomited a large amount of water. Luckily, Mirajane pulled away just in time, then he laid back on the ground again with his eyes still closed, panting and coughing heavily for air. The girls were relieved that he's still alive but in order for them to keep him that way, Wendy starts using her healing magic to mend his bleeding wounds until it begins to run low.

"I don't think I can do this... there's too many wounds..." Wendy said while panting.

"It's fine, I've already placed all the bandages to prevent him from bleeding out." a voice appeared to be coming from Virgo who already placed every bandages on the wounds of a young man along with a new set of clothes that consists of a green unbuttoned t-shirt that exposed his torso and a pair of pants to go with the colour of the shirt.

"Uhhh.. Thank you.. Virgo." Lucy said, surprisingly confused about the Maid Celestial Spirit who came out without being summoned.

"You're welcome Princess Lucy."

"Just call me Lucy please."

"Do you want me to get punished for calling you princess?"

"*Facepalms* Just go back where you come from please."

"Okay, as you wish."

With that being said, she went back to her world, thinking it was her punishment. Lucy would never ever give her any kind of punishments due to her kindness towards the spirits, although Aquarius can always be very harsh towards her but deep down, she really does care about her safety.

"What should we do now?" Erza asked.

"We need to carry him back to the guild and contact Porlyusica to have his injuries be treated right away." Mirajane said while she had the young man's head resting on her lap.

"But how? He might be too heavy for us to carry him all the way back." Bisca said.

"I think I should help." a voice appeared to be none other than Capricorn, who was carrying the injured raven haired teen on his back.

"Uhh... How did you get here?" Lucy asked.

"I was summoned."

"No. You came out of my keys the way Virgo did."

"What is the difference?"

"You should know, you're the Celestial Spirit after all."

"I'm just here to help you to carry this young woman to the guild."

"That's actually a man."

"Really? *Glances* Sorry about that my bad."

"Now we've got no time, we need to hurry back to the guild and call Porlyusica to treat him as soon as possible."

"Yes your heiress."

With that, they began to walk back to the picnic area. What they didn't realize is that the man slightly opened his eyes slowly, revealing it to be black. Although he feels something was carrying him but isn't that bothered to know who it is. He looked down and saw a blonde haired girl with two pig-tails, wearing a revealing outfit.

"Na... ru... to...?" he muttered silently as he again went back to losing consciousness.

Capricorn froze at the sight as he looked back of his left shoulder at the unconscious young man. Lucy then looked at the Goat Celestial Spirit who stopped walking as she walked back to him to see what was wrong, he looked as though he saw someone or something he had never seen in his entire life.

"Are you alright?" the Celestial Wizard asked.

"Yes I'm fine." Capricorn looked at the blonde. "I just thought he said something but it was just my imagination."

Lucy just shrugged at it as the two began to catch up with Bisca, Asuka, Mirajane, Erza and Wendy so that they could return to the picnic area without being left behind.

Forgive me as my grammar is terrible.
