"Yeah… After that whole incident, and with Unnerve stepping down to work directly for me… I had to do a bit of damage control for the public" Gao told Ace.

"If I had known this would cause you trouble, maybe I wouldn't have stepped down, at least not so soon" Unnerve said, feeling a bit responsible for what Gao was going through.

Gao looked at both Nocturne and Unnerve, smiling at them as he gave them both a tight hug.
"I'm lucky to have you both in my life again. I missed you more than I can imagine" Gao said as he was kissed on the forehead by Nocturne.
"And I the same. Unnerve here knows how much you mean to me, and how much you looked up to our hero, right Unnerve?" Nocturne said as he looked at Unnerve.

"But it is true, you saved both my dad and I, and here you are again, being a part of my life" Gao retorted, smiling at his two dads.

"I am glad to have someone strong and kind to be in my life, someone I know I can fully trust. But anyway, Gao. You need to take a load off and relax sometimes. Being governor is causing you to stress out, and I don't want you to do too much" Nocturne said, returning to the original concern of Gao's anxiety.
"Yeah, I know dad. But if I want to ensure everything is smooth sailing, I have to keep the same public image I had before. A few weeks later…
Governor Jalorda, Ace, and Unnerve were sitting on a helicopter together as it flew somewhere towards their destination.

But for Gale, that aggron still slowly clings onto how he serviced Kai" Ace responded.

It will take some time, but I am happy with the progress so far. Chief Ken and Chief Leo will assist Chief Gabu and Lieutenant Vern closely with those two. Chief Seth and Chief Sorien will pitch in as well, to help share the load, so to say" Ace continued.
"Well I am happy to hear about that. We do have to get them all something nice while we are traveling internationally. It's a big job for them and it's a big job you have to do to take care of those two. I wish it was as easy as mine. I know it was not easy getting where I am today, despite our previous interactions" Jalorda said as he nodded.
"Actually, about that. We were wondering what exactly happened after the entire Academy incident" Unnerve said as he raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah…I am extremely curious about that…" Ace said as he leaned forward and stared at Jalorda.

The helicopter soon landed on the platform, the rotor coming to a halt as the pilot prepared to let them off. As the three boarded off the helicopter, Jalorda gave a curtsy bow to the pilot. The pilot, a Decidueye, waved and said, "No problem, Governor Jalorda. Feel free to give me a call when you need me. Always happy to help." "Greetings, Governor Jalorda. It is my greatest honor to have someone like you aboard my ship. Welcome on the Crown of the Seas" The empoleon said as he opened his arms, showcasing the beauty of the ship that they were on.
"Thank you again, Captain" Jalorda said as he bowed his head.
"Please, you may call me Leon" Leon said.
"Of course, thank you for having me and my bodyguards aboard your magnificent ship, Leon" Jalorda said as he bowed his head again.
Leon curtsy bowed back.
"The pleasure is all mine. It has been a while since you last embarked on with us. About…" Leon was about to finish.
"A few years, give or take. But I've been a bit busy dealing with some political stuff. You know, like taxes and ensuring the safety of the public" Jalorda interjected before Leon could finish.
"Ahh, I see. Welcome aboard anyway" Leon said as he looked at Unnerve and Ace.

Leon smiled at the three, and headed back upstairs, towards the captain's cabin.
Jalorda then turned back to Ace and Unnerve.
"I'm certain that you'll enjoy your time here on the cruise ship. This is one of the best luxury liners out there, and we'll finally be able to enjoy a nice little vacation together. Follow me" Jalorda told them as he started leading them to their rooms, to which they followed.
As they walked the hallway, Ace started voicing out his observations.
