Inside the system space a mind awakens in world of darkness, the mind feels erratic and sad, to them it seems her death wasn't the end of her adventure it seems but as she comes to that realization her memory remembers two distinct timelines of events.
She remembers her journey across the lands between, but her memory starts to fail her concerning the end point, in one timeline she remembers fighting against those like her with a friend by her side to stand up for herself to be not bound by the machinations of others, to truly be free to choose for herself her own path.
She saddens remembering the other timeline of events where she is confronted by the very same friend who set her out on her journey and accompanied her along the lands between all the way from Caelid to the Haligtree, the sting of that betrayal from her friend made her feel pure fury and resulted in herself blooming into a permanent Scarlet Aeonia upon her defeat, the strength of said bloom was enough to overcome the power of the Unalloyed Golden needle within her flesh.
The realisation of the divergence of fate relied on another person she could only laugh in anguish, but after the rage and sadness have abated her, she comes to another realisation, shouldn't she be dead or in stasis in either timeline, where is she and why is she aware of the divergence of fate surrounding her.
[Answer: You are currently within the [Elden ring Roulette system] [Millicent, The Greatest Blooming Flower], your consciousness has been extracted from the world of Elden ring. Due to this you are now able to see your previous world from a 4rd person's perspective which allows you recall your entire storyline within the world.]
"ahh" Millicent reacts to the glowing board in front of her in a most expected manner by trying to slice it with her sword, Her Sword passes though it like it's not even there, the board dissipates like mist at the strike, she watches the process and becomes perplexed at its existence believing it to be a mirage.
"what's happening, who are you where are we." She says in a panic into the void around her. In response the board appears again.
[Answer: due to the [Elden ring roulette System] having access to all resources within your previous world, it is able to abstract resources such as weapons as well as reconstitute the will of those within your precious world and use them to assist the Host of the [Elden Ring Roulette system], due to random chance you are now of the few of said wills who have been currently reconstituted, each will can be reconstituted in different manners but your will is mainly in the form of spirit ashes which the host can use to summon into the world they are in.]
Reading the mirage Millicent becomes sceptical to the mirage's claims but and she ponders the implications and her memories a gauntleted hand is placed against her shoulder.
She jumps in surprise and turns to see the face of the figure, said figure can only be described as a Bronze Knight of great size wearing a crown of horns upon their helmet wielding a large mace of horns with a distinct tipped point.
Seeing the figure, she jumps back and gets in a stance as if ready for a fight but to her the figure doesn't take a stance with their weapon and just watches silently.
"Identify yourself knight, who are you?"
[Answer: The constituted will in front of you is that of [Crucible Lieutenant knight, Siluria], She cannot respond using words due to the strength of her Constituting will being lesser than your own, she is the second will to be reconstituted.
Note: Fighting within the [Elden Ring Roulette system] is pointless outside of training due to each reconstituted will not having a mortal body to die with.]
Reading the mirage, she's confused at the being, but one line of information stuck out to her 'she is the second will to be reconstituted.'
Her internal questioning is cut to a halt as she feels a presence behind her, turning around she sees a towering figure clad in dark golden robes, within one hand is a giant walking stick even taller than itself and the only other key feature upon the figure is that their face if a nest of horns, one side is completely covered while the other has stumps and scars of the horns being removed.
"Tell me small bud, who art thou who the system claims is stronger than a crucible knight who served under my father's command, thy story must be one of great triumph or tragedy indeed." The Omen King speaks in with a sense of bemusement but interest in their voice.
Hearing the voice of the omen behind her she makes another bout of distance away from the being, once at a more comfortable distance where she can see both the omen king and Crucible knight she responds.
"I don't know, what to tell you creature, my story is that of a simple being born from the rot and going on a journey to return something to Malenia which she forgot in Caelid."
Saying her story out loud she also inspects herself for a second and notices something odd, she doesn't feel the draw of the rot and upon realising that she checks the entry point she used from the unalloyed gold needle to find the needle in her flesh.
The large figures seem to recoil at the mention of Malenia, but Morgott is the first to respond to Millicent but first he spits on the systems metaphorical ground in disgust "So your story relates to that traitor, by you being here I would assume you completed your journey, Tell me Lass where did the Cursed twins turn up anyway."
Millicent is shocked by the crass language used by the omen and the words it uses but seeing that there is little harm in tell she says, "well My journey was long, but I know my story ended in the Haligtree in the chamber above Melania's resting place."
At the mention of Haligtree Morgott is stunned for a second but he focuses intently upon her "Where do you mean when you say Haligtree! there is only one Great tree and that is the Erdtree you hear me."
Looking at the omen she simply responds, "I don't know your breath of knowledge omen but, nestled behind the Mountain tops of the giant there is a second great tree created by Miquella hidden from the gaze of the Erdtree for all those forlorn or discarded from the Golden order, there Miquella and Malenia built a city upon its roots and lived."
At this revelation both Siluria and Morgott are stunned even though its only visible upon one of their faces.
"You bid to tell me that the Twins plan was to essentially hide away from the world and live away from the power struggles of the shattering. I will admit at the start of the Shattering war they were the least active of the olden order but then Why did Malenia Do her charge across the lands between to Radann in Caelid where she bloomed, your revelations just cause me to ask more questions lass."
Hearing the postulations of the omen she comes to realize that the omen in front of her isn't just a simple omen, she gathers the courage to ask a question that has been on her mind.
"May I ask Omen, who are you, if this system said a person's will determines the strength of presence within this place, you must be of great power, but I am not aware of Omen of great power."
Hearing the question it pulls Morgott from his thoughts, "good since my existence was ought to be kept the greatest of secrets during my reign, but in this place such secrets don't matter since everyone here is dead in the world under the Erdtree's rays, to answer your question I am Morgott the Omen king the Last of all kings and Veiled Monarch of Leyndell, Royal capital, son of Marika and Godfrey, first Elden lord."
Hearing the title and lineage of the omen, Millicent is shocked without words, the crucible knight is also shocked at the connection between the omen and her lord but she's quicker to recover than Millicent.
[Notice: the Host is now summoning you [Millicent, the greatest of Blooms]]
Seeing the board of light Millicent is surprised but feeling its like being summoned for fighting those in the past she readies her blade for a fight as a ring of golden light appears at her feet, covering her in golden light, as she begins to fade Morgott speaks to her.
"Little bud, when you appear in front of this host person, don't tell them about us, I don't want to help a whelp who hasn't proven themselves worthy of my power."
She gives the omen king a deadpan stare but takes note of his request before she feels the world fade away before light is reintroduced, her view is that of a bright and sunny island from on top of large hill, standing in her view is a single man.
The man in front of her most distinct features are his wild dirty golden hair that reaches to his shoulders only being held in check by being tucked behind his ears as well as his skin which seems to be of a pale shade, but it's hidden behind a light tan which just makes him seems bronze.
His emerald eye seems to appraise her, but a smile never leaves his face before he speaks, "Welcome to another world, Millicent its nice to see you again even if you don't recognise the face." he finishes with a laugh on his voice.
She just gives him a side eye stair and speaks warily, "how can I trust you're a friend, I know you could have betrayed me in the end at the request of Gowry." Watching his face for his reaction she sees his face appear in contemplation before he would respond.
"I'll be honest I initiated the fight once, but it was accident when I was looking for the right sign, when I saw the encounter was against you, I threw myself off the cliff to the side to stop the fight, I got the correct one next and helped you stave off your sisters."
Hearing his recollection of the even she's annoyed but also happy he would prefer to rectify his mistake over following through with it in a misplaced sense of pride, but one though would stick to her, she asks one question.
"Why did you help me though my path when you knew my cruel story from being born of the rot to becoming one with the rot?"
He Tilts his head at her in annoyance, "well I could explain the reason, but it would make you feel lesser of me."
At that she herself gained an inquisitive look, "we have all the time and this subject has piqued my interest."
The man Sighs loudly into the wind, "I made a mistake and needed Miquella's needle to stave off the world ending madness ending of becoming Elden lord so I could court Ranni the witch."
Feeling the needle within her own flesh seemingly hum when Miquella's needle is mentioned it catches her thoughts for a second before her she refocused on the full answer. Hearing the reason, she becomes confused how helping her would stave off the end of the world, she can guess Miquella's needle is related to the needle in her flesh, but she starts to feel it's going to be a long story she goes to a close rock and leans against it and simply says, "Explain."
Seeing that Millicent won't budge on the subject the man seems to give up and explains as she asks. "The needle in your flesh once at the end of your journey where you become independent can be given to Melania when she's defeated giving back to her Dignity and sense of self that allowed her to resist the call of the scarlet rot, the needle would transform into Miquella's Needle which has the same power of the needle in you flesh right now but its 100% effective and protects from more than just scarlet rot."
Her needle vibrates in jubilation at that outcome of becoming whole as Miquella's Needle but in the silence, she gives him a piercing look to tell more, taking a breath in seeming contemplation he continues.
"When placed within a user its greater effect is that it makes its user unaffected by the machinations of fate or the greater will which was behind the whole Golden order as well as scarlet rot in the first place."
Stopping again at that bombshell in more contemplation he makes a face before looking directly at Millicent producing a sense of complete seriousness to her about this subject, "Mainly because I don't know how conceptual the beings behind the subject are, I will be as general as possible explaining. the world ending madness can only be staved off by using Miquella's needle and the rest of the story doesn't matter since it's someone else's story, but the end point would relate to Ranni who at that point was the only sane candidate left who would actually fix the world."
Hearing the full story and the significance behind her journey she's just happy at that her last request was upheld to give Malenia back her Dignity, but the additional events just seem to much for her to conceptualise, but his statements have at least cleared up the linkage of how her story lead to the saving the world.
"I see, well I would say I still want to know more but I don't mind joining you on you journey for a while, but I'll need to know your name."
The man expresses confusion, "oh, I though the system would have told you already, but you can call me Misko, im not one for titles."
Standing tall from her leaning posture she gives the man, Misko a smile "Neither am i."
