In the world of shinobi, one man will stand as the beacon of overwhelming power and unyielding confidence. the invincible ninja whose limitless powers and unfathomable strength will redefine the very essence of the shinobi world. Beware, for to challenge him will be to face the infinity itself.

In the battle against the grass ninja, revealed to be one of the 3 legendary Sannin, Orochimaru, team seven had lost, both the battle and their scroll needed to progress in the chunin exams.
Moreover, the two male teammates Sasuke Uchiha, and Naruto Uzumaki, now had a seal on them.
While Sasuke Uchiha was marked by the 'cursed seal of heaven', which will be used to take over Sasuke's body once the boy is stronger, the seal that marked the other boy was not the same.
Naruto Uzumaki has been marked by the 'five element seal' which was blocking the chakra of the nine-tailed fox from flowing in his body. However, what even the Sannin didn't know was that his actions had caused a never-awakened Kekkei Genkai (special bloodline power) and dojutsu (special visual powers) to manifest for the first time in history.

Within the unconscious Naruto's body, two changes were happening in his brain, or to be more specific, two parts of his brain that were special to his bloodline were finally beginning to function.
Sealing within the boy's body, the sleeping mass of chakra called the nine-tailed fox opened its right eye to see what was happening.
"What the hell is happening to this worthless human?" the fox questioned itself.
That's when it noticed something and thought, "What the hell is this?! His 'prefrontal cortex' is changing, (a part of the brain responsible for processing information) and his 'occipital lobe' (where visual information is processed) is changing as well!" nine tails narrowed its eyes, "I don't know why the 'prefrontal cortex' would change but if the 'occipital lobe' is changing then that might indicate the manifestation of a dojutsu like the Uchiha's Sharingan and Hyuga's Byakugan. But how is that possible? The brat's parents are not from either clan and there are no other clans with dojutsu either." the nine tails narrowed its eyes and sighed, "Well, what happens to the brat doesn't matter." With that, the nine tails went back to sleep, unaware of the fact that today would mark the day, the strongest powers in history would come to be.

After one entire night of being unconscious Naruto was finally woken up inside a small cave, to the sounds of what could be an argument before a fight.
"Ugg, what's happening," he muttered in a groggy voice and got up.
"NARUTO!"
He heard the loud voice of his teammate Sakura Haruno, he noted that her hair was shorter, and looked forward, to seeing her. Naruto's eyes widened when he saw his teammate in a tired state standing against 3 unknown genin with sound village headbands and rock Lee, the boy who had challenged and defeated Sasuke before the exam, was unconscious on the ground. They were in a forest clearing surrounded by many trees. However, that was not all.
"What's happening," he thought confused.
Naruto's brain was processing more than just the normal visuals. He could see everyone's chakra flow and chakra points, he could see the smallest movement of anything, and his eyes were registering everything, from what he was focused on to the smallest leaf at the corner of his eyes
Automatically everything in his vision was clear, he could see far away, his vision was very sensitive, not missing even the smallest of details and his mind was being flooded with the smallest of information, like how many leaves were in his sight, how many were attached to the tree, how many were falling down, what speed each was falling at, and their surface area, weight, length, and such measurements and information as well as the information of everything and everyone else. He also noticed his perception of time had slowed down, he did not know exactly how much, but it was a lot for him. However, he heard Sakura again.
"Naruto you're awake!" she cried out in relief.
Naruto realized that the 3 sound genin were enemies and called, "Sakura what's the situation?" he asked in a calm voice, his voice was not childish anymore, his eyes were on the 3 genin, as he crouched a little, ready to jump in action, he was behaving like a shinobi.
Sakura blinked, "what happened to him? He's acting differently, and he didn't even call me 'Sakura-Chan', did that snake freak do something to make him like this?" she thought.
Naruto didn't take his eyes off the enemy and called, "Sakura what's the situation, I need information,".
Sakura snapped out of her thoughts and replied, "T-they are the enemies, they were sent here to kill Sasuke-kun! Naruto you need to do something!" she cried.
Naruto narrowed his eyes a little, "that ninja sent them, I think he called himself a Sannin or something his name was Orochimaru," Naruto remembered, "Sakura, get behind me and stay with Sasuke," he said.
"But I can help!" Sakura retailed.
"no. you're too weak to help me, the situation is serious, get behind me and go to Sasuke, now!" he said a little louder shocking her, at the verge of tears she listened to him and went to Sasuke's side.
Naruto, seeing that Sakura was behind him, walked to Lee carefully, grabbed him by the back of his jumpsuit, and threw him towards Sakura as she looked at him, "Keep him safe, I assume he got hurt while helping us." Naruto said as Sakura nodded and pulled Lee a bit closer.
Naruto looked at the 3 enemies and they finally spoke.
"you are done talking? Is everything good? Can we start fighting now?" the boy on the left said sarcastically.
"Calm down Zaku, this kid seems different, he's calm and composed, we shouldn't underestimate him before fighting him." The boy in the middle said and Zaku scoffed.
"Fine, I'll just show you how weak these leaf ninjas are!" he said as he charged Naruto, "TAKE THIS!" he swung his right arm with a gauntlet on it.
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he saw, chakra being released from the gauntlet and flying towards him, "my eyes make things look slow but my speed is still the same, I can't dodge this in time," he thought and made a crossed finger hand seal and a shadow clone appeared in front of him and charged towards the invisible attack.
The attack hit the shadow clone making it useless and the clone was dispelled.
Zaku looked shocked, "how did you know there was an attack, it should be invisible," he shouted.
Naruto was also confused as he looked at his hands, but he was confused for a different reason, "did I just get my clone's memory of crashing into the attack? I didn't realize that clones could do that." He thought and looked forward at Zaku again, "Actually, I've gotten smarter, I haven't yelled yet and I'm thinking straight, the me from yesterday would have tried to dodge the attack," he thought, "and the fact that I am admitting I was not smart before is the biggest proof of that," he scowled, "what am I doing! It's not time to daydream I have to take care of these guys." He looked forward as Zaku charged him.
"HAAA!" Zaku yelled as he used his chakra to increase his strength and speed, and Naruto was able to visibly see the chakra flow increase thanks to his new eyes and widened them.
"You can do that?! Wait, is this why Sasuke is stronger and faster than me? He uses chakra while I didn't? Why didn't anyone tell me about chakra enhancements? Kakashi-sensei have some answers to give." he thought, now a bit angry at his hindered growth.
Naruto quickly flowed chakra through his body and punched the approaching Zaku right in the gut before the boy could even swing his arm for an attack.
Zaku crashed on the ground with broken ribs, he coughed out saliva as he fell into unconsciousness.
"What the hell! He beat Zaku with just one punch?!" Zaku's teammates yelled with their eyes wide in shock.
"w-what was Naruto always this strong!?" Sakura also questioned herself in shock.
Naruto looked at his hand in surprise, "I never imagined chakra could make this much difference in physical abilities," he thought in shock.
Every ninja in the world uses chakra to enhance their physical abilities. That's a fundamental technique all ninjas learn, but Naruto was never informed of this. This is why Naruto only used his muscle strength to keep up with others. While the feat wasn't impossible, since there are 2 more ninjas in the leaf village who do the same due to their inability to control their chakra. The point is, while chakra can enhance your physical performance, human muscles can only hold a certain amount of chakra, determined but how strong they are, now Naruto's muscle growth far surpasses all his former classmates, and because Naruto has so much charka because of his, to him unknown, heritage of the Uzumaki clan and his father as well as the fact that he is a jinchuriki. He has muscles that can handle much more chakra than his friend group and a lot to use without having to worry about exhaustion.
Now having learned the new technique, Naruto made sudden progress which will seem a sudden jump in abilities.
As Zaku lay unconscious on the ground, his teammates glared at Naruto.
Naruto wasn't even paying attention to them as he looked at his hands, "For some reason my chakra control feels better, but…" he looked at his stomach, and saw the seal for the nine tails and over it the seal Orochimaru placed.
"It looks like this new seal is disrupting my chakra control, about 40 percent of my control is gone" Naruto looked up to see the others getting ready to attack and narrowed his eyes, "and this constant flood of information is starting to hurt my head, I will have to finish things quick," he thought and used chakra, this time holding back as to get familiar with the new technique and charged first.
With his new speed, Naruto sprinted at the boy and punched him, but Dosu managed to dodge first and jumped back.
"Dosu!" the girl yelled her teammate's name and began to run.
Naruto threw some shuriken toward her forcing her to dodge. He began to charge the now-identified dosu with a kunai in his right hand.
"don't interfere kin!" dosu yelled at the girl causing her to stop.
Dosu swung his arms and sent chakra-made sound waves toward Naruto.
While the sound was invisible Naruto saw the chakra of the technique with his new eyes and dodged it easily and kept charging. Dosu tried to attack again but Naruto threw a kunai, forcing him to block it with his own.
As Naruto reached him, he threw a punch, but dosu ducked under it and tried to gut-punch Naruto.
Naruto with his slowed perception of time was able to see dosu prepare an uppercut and Naruto used his superior speed and kneed dosu in the face throwing him back with a bloody nose as he cried out in pain.
Naruto looked at him, "earlier, he dodged my punch with pure instinct, and because I was predictable, I need to work on my taijutsu." He thought and looked to his right.
"When are you 3 coming out." He called confusing the others.
"Ugg," an annoyed grunting sound came from the bushes and 3 heads peaked out. It was team 10, consisting of Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, and Ino Yamanaka.
"How did you know that we were here," Shikamaru asked.
Choji just munched on his chips.
"How did you get so strong!?" Ino asked loudly.
Naruto held his head in pain, "This information flow is turning into a migraine," he thought.
He turned around again, ignoring Ino's "don't ignore me!", and this time looked up a huge tree branch and asked loudly, "When are you gonna come out?"
The others looked on in wonder and two more people hopped out and stood on the huge branch. They were Neji Hyuga and Tenten, Rock Lee's teammates.
Neji looked at Naruto and narrowed his eyes, "something different about him, his behavior is not the same as before," he thought. He looked at his teammate Lee and then at dosu and said, "I would have done something to you for hurting my teammate but it looks like you Lee did a number on you since you lost weak the dead last already." Neji taunted both the sound team and Naruto.
"Why you!" dosu muttered as he narrowed his eyes dangerously.
Everyone took a glance at Naruto, expecting him to yell at Neji, but to their surprise Naruto looked calm and turned his head to look and dosu and kin, ignoring Neji completely and making him glare at Naruto.
Naruto started walking towards dosu, "dosu, right? Tell me do you have a scroll?" Naruto said with a menacing gaze, and he released some chakra, flexing his large chakra reserves, surprising everyone and scaring some.
Dosu realized that he couldn't beat Naruto and decided to negotiate and took out his 'earth scroll', "h-hey l-let's calm down okay, you can have our scroll," he said making Naruto stop.
Dosu threw the scroll at Naruto who caught it and confirmed if it was real and then put it in his ninja pouch.
Naruto looked at dosu coldly and said, "Now take your team and get lost." He said and dosu nodded and signaled kin to pick up Zaku.
Just then everyone sensed a dark chakra signature and turned to see Sasuke wake up with a purple aura around him, the left side of his body was covered in some black flame-like marks, his Sharingan was activated, both eyes had two Tomoe in each eye.
"Sasuke Kun! You're awake!" Sakura called, happiness evident on her face.
Sasuke looked at her and saw her condition, "Sakura who did this to you?" he asked calmly, there was an edge to his voice.
"Huh?" Sakura looked at him confused.
Sasuke turned his head to look at dosu, completely ignoring Naruto.
"Are you the one who did that? I'll take care of you myself," he asked with a hint of smirk, something was unnerving about it.
Naruto decided to step in, "Sasuke, I defeated them already, they have surrendered their scroll, leave it be." He said and Sasuke looked at him.
"You beat them? Then they must be quite weak." He remarked.
Hearing that Naruto narrowed his eyes, when Zaku and Neji insulted him he stayed quiet, but now Sasuke just had to open his mouth again, and a 3rd insult wouldn't be tolerated, "you think you are strong? Please, just a few hours ago I save your ass from that huge snake and stopped you from giving him the dame scroll, which you lost anyways," Naruto shot back.
"Naruto how could you say that to Sasuke-Kun!" Sakura yelled.
Naruto snapped his head to Sakura and leveled her with a glare, "Shut up." He said calmly, shocking her and the other leaf ninja, everyone knew Naruto had a crush on Sakura and had never talked to her rudely.
Sasuke narrowed his eyes, "wait, the way he carries himself now is different than before," he widened his eyes a little and thought, "Did Orochimaru give him some power as well? No that couldn't be, he was only interested in the Sharingan, if he wanted something from Naruto then he wouldn't have blown him away at the start of the fight with that wind Jutsu." he wondered, and then a scowl appeared, "but those sound ninja's don't look weak either. Did Naruto somehow get stronger after the fight? I have to find out" Sasuke gritted his teeth.
"Dobe!" he called, getting his attention, "fight me," Sasuke said surprising Naruto.
The other leaf ninja widened their eyes and thought, "he wants to fight his own teammate!"
Sakura widened her eyes and cried, "Sasuke-Kun what are you saying? It's not time to joke around." She said with stutters but was ignored as Sasuke walked towards Naruto.
"Fine, I'll give you a fight," Naruto replied with narrowed eyes as well and thought, "That seal on his is the origin of that purple chakra, what the hell did that freak do, this seal's chakra isn't normal, and that's not the purple color, this chakra is denser than normal chakra, like literally a better quality of chakra than what humans have, I'll have to figure all that out soon." Naruto thought and walked towards Sasuke.
Then suddenly both boys started running at each other. Sasuke threw three shuriken, which Naruto blocked with a kunai and then threw at Sasuke making him duck a little. As both boys reached each other, Sasuke performed a flying kick but Naruto dodged it by sliding from below him. Both boys recovered their balance on the ground and turned to fight again.
Naruto threw a left kick which Sasuke blocked with his forearm and threw a jab, which Naruto slapped away with his right palm. Sasuke flowed with a right hook to Naruto's face, which Naruto dodged by pulling his head back a little and went for a knee strike, which Sasuke blocked with the palm of his hands and pushed the attack back. Sasuke threw a right-hand palm strike to Naruto's face but Naruto used his left forearm, pushed it away, grabbed him by the wrist, and punched him in the gut, while Sasuke at the same time kicked Naruto in the chest, and both boys were sent back a little by the others attack.
Both boys jumped back. Both their physical abilities seemed to be equally matched but what Sasuke didn't know was that Naruto was not able to use 40 percent of his chakra control because of the 5-element seal on top of the exhaustion and mental strain from the changes in his brain, which is why Naruto wasn't even at half of his overall physical abilities.
After jumping back, Sasuke yelled, "This is where it ends for you loser!" he weaved through some hand seals and called out, "Fire style: fireball Jutsu!" and spit a huge fireball at Naruto which connected.
Seeing this Sasuke smirked while the others looked on in horror, Sasuke just killed his teammate.
As Sasuke watched the fire burn where Naruto was standing, he noticed something and narrowed his eyes, "that thing in the fire doesn't look big enough to be a person," Sasuke thought and his eyes widened as he turned around, but it was too late.
Naruto appeared out of nowhere and smashed the back of his kunai in Sasuke's head making him fall unconscious.
Everyone looked in surprise except Neji, "right before the fireball hit him, he used the body replacement technique and got away, and he did it without any hand seals," he said and narrowed his eyes as the others understood what happened just now.
"Man, I didn't know Naruto was that good," Choji said as he opened another bag of chips.
"And we might have to fight him later, what a drag," Shikamaru said.
"h-he beat Sasuke-Kun, b-but how?" ino muttered to herself in shock.
Sakura couldn't even say anything, after seeing that her sasuke-kun tried to kill his teammate, and Naruto beat Sasuke.
"That blond guy is better than I thought,"
"He is, not good enough to beat us, if that was their full speed then there's nothing to worry about, they aren't even half as fast as Lee without his weights," Neji said and jumped down, followed by Tenten to take Lee back.
Naruto looked at his and Neji said, "I'm taking my teammate, nothing more." He said and Naruto nodded.
He looked at the sound team and said, "I'm not in the mood so get lost." He said with a glare and dosu nodded and left with his team.
Naruto waited till team 9 left as well. Once he was sure that now only his and Shikamaru's team were the only ones left he finally fell to his knees and held his head in pain.
Seeing this the others got closer to him.
"Naruto. What the hell happened to you all of a sudden.?" Shikamaru questioned as the other waited for an answer.
"Nothing, just headache, I think I'm gonna take a nap," he said as he got up to his feet and walked back to the cave he woke up in.
"Wait." Shikamaru called and Naruto turned to listen, "we'll help you guys out a little before we leave." He said as his teammates nodded.
"But don't you guys have your own exam to finish?" Naruto asked confused.
"We got our scrolls already, we can't leave our friends in trouble, even if it is a drag," Shikamaru replied.
Naruto looked at the whole team 10 and said, "Thanks, you guys." Naruto said gratefully and team 10 nodded as ino went to help Sakura and Choji carried Sasuke with him as Shikamaru flooded them.
Naruto walked back to the cave and lay down to fall asleep. "can't believe the bastard actually tried to kill me." Naruto thought before falling asleep.
…
"Man, Naruto really became strong huh, he even managed to beat Sasuke," Choji commented.
"Yeah, he did," Shikamaru muttered staring into the space.
"What are you thinking? Did something happen," Choji said and Shikamaru looked at him.
"It's Naruto, he became different," he said, "and it's not just his strength. The way he behaves also changed." He said, and started thinking of any reasons why, but nothing came to mind, these changes were too sudden, "Man what a drag, I'll think about it later." He said.

About five hours later Naruto woke up and looked to see Sakura alone, with Sasuke still unconscious, he most likely needed more time to recover from what Orochimaru did to him.
Naruto got up and walked towards Sakura and she looked at him.
"Naruto you're awake," she said.
"Yeah, where is team 10?" Naruto asked looking around.
"They left a while ago,' she answered. "Hey Naruto," she continued as Naruto looked at her, "about what Sasuke did-" she began to say but was cut off.
"Sakura it's not the time for that, we're in the middle of an exam, and now I will be gone for a while, don't leave this place," Naruto said, and without waiting for an answer he left the clearing.
Naruto ran for a bit and then started to climb up the tallest tree he could find. When he reached the top, he stopped and looked towards the tower they were reaching for, it was still about 50 to 60 kilometers away.
Naruto narrowed his eyes, "I knew my eyes could see far away now… but this is crazy," even at that distance Naruto could clearly see all the windows and some people passing, even at this distance he could clearly see their facial features and when he squinted his eyes a little, he could even see their eye colors easily.
Naruto had been shocked when he woke up with these new visual powers but he didn't have the time to dwell on them, and now that he had gotten used to them he decided to discuss the matter with the Hokage.
"The only reason I beat Sasuke is because of these new eyes, I was able to see what he would do in slow motion, if it was a battle of taijutsu skill alone then he would have won." Naruto narrowed his eyes, "I can't ignore it anymore, I have to learn new skills and become stronger if I am going to survive in this world." He thought and looked down.
"But first I need to find a scroll and finish this exam before Sasuke wakes up or he will make things harder." He thought and looked around to see 3 dead bodies, about 2 kilometers away with his great vision, "bingo." He thought and used chakra to make his way there faster.
After 20 minutes when he got there, he saw the clearing with the dead bodies and huge claw marks all over the place.
"Looks like they lost to one of the beasts in the forest." Naruto analyzed and made his way to the bodies. When he got close, he grimaced at the sight, the beast had torn them up badly and Naruto's new eyes made the details even worse.
He grunted a little in disgust and got closer to look for any scroll he could get, he looked through all the pockets to find anything useful. he found some weapons and medical equipment but not a scroll in the first two, he got up and turned to look at the last body, "since a beast killed them, if they still had their scrolls then she must have them," he thought as he made his way to the girl's body.
The girl's abdomen was split open and her organs were literally spilling outside, her left arm was completely gone. Naruto covered his nose; her wounds were the worst. As Naruto reached out to look for the scrolls, he noticed something which made his eyes widen. The girl still had some chakra left and she was breathing lightly, she was alive but not for long.
As Naruto took a closer look and saw that she was awake but her eyes weren't moving. When she noticed him, she only said one thing. "Kill me." She said so lightly that if Naruto's face wasn't close enough, he would have missed the words completely.
Hearing her request Naruto widened his eyes in shock but quickly understood why, her wounds were critical and there was no healing them, she would die no matter what, so she wanted her pain to end already, that was the most merciful thing to do for her.
Naruto realized this and brought out his kunai and pointed it at her throat with shaky hands. Naruto's eyes were shaky and wide open, his hands were trembling and he was sweating, this would be his first kill, doesn't matter how or why, he was about to take a human life.
Gritting his teeth he clenched his eyes shut and swung the kunai piercing her throat, ending her life. Seeing her eyes lose the light completely and her chakra gone he realized that she was now dead, Naruto took a few quick steps to the side and puked badly. Once he finished that he sat in the clearing taking deep breaths to calm himself. Once he was calmed down, he went in to look through her pockets again and found two scrolls.
"They had both heaven and earth scrolls, they were close to winning," he thought as he took a glance at them again and then turned to walk away.
"I-I think I need to talk to sensei about this, m-maybe he can help me," Naruto thought still trying to accept that he had killed someone.
Naruto again ran using chakra and got to his team in about 20 minutes.
When Sakura saw Naruto, she called out to him loudly, "Naruto where did you go, do you know how dangerous it is to leave us alone! Sasuke-kun is unconscious and-" she was again cut off.
"I got us the scrolls needed to pass the exam," he said surprising her.
"What but how?" she asked.
"It doesn't matter how I got them, I will take us to the tower with my shadow clones, so you can sleep," he said.
"But that-" again she was cut off.
"Sakura. I don't want to talk right now, so please do as I say." He said calmly, his back turned to her, there was something about his voice that made Sakura obey him quietly, a bit nervous.
Naruto waited for Sakura to fall asleep, and while he did that, he was thinking of a way to stop the overload of information.
Suddenly an idea came to his head, "yes! That may work," he thought and reached into his ninja gear and pulled out bandages to wrap them around his eyes. Once he was done, he looked forward and saw that the information flow finally stopped but the slow perception of time and the ability to see others chakra was still there, "just as I thought, with how far I can see no wonder my eyes can see through the bandages just enough to not process the information," he thought, "but it looks like, I don't have the knowledge to process the information I have." He thought.
His increased IQ made him realize that intelligence and knowledge are different things, knowledge is the information you memorize and intelligence is based on how fast you can utilize it and notice details as well as some other small things.
The slowed perception of time and his increased intelligence combined with his natural creativity will work wonders in combat and in life in general. Naruto sighed, "But if I want to use my intelligence to its best, I'll have to study everything." He got up, "Well that's for later, right now I need to get to the tower." He turned to see that Sakura was asleep but Sasuke was about to wake up.
Naruto widened his eyes, "If he sees me, he will start a commotion," Naruto used chakra and as Sasuke rubbed his head in a little pain, Naruto used a rock and smashed it in his head knocking him out again.
Seeing this Naruto sighed and created two shadow clones who picked up Sasuke and Sakura on their backs. Seeing this Naruto them to follow him as he started running towards the tower. In his way, there were some beasts, but he either used his clones to distract them or used the higher branches, thankfully they didn't meet another team and with his increased speed he was able to get there in about 3 hours.
When Naruto landed, he stopped and noticed that he wasn't that tired, "I know I have huge chakra reserves and yang chakra is literally physical stamina but to think I didn't even feel winded is crazy, is this because of my eyes as well?" he thought and shook his head a little, "I'll just have to discuss this with sensei and the old man." He thought and entered the tower with his teammates still asleep on his clone's backs.
Naruto sighed and opened the two scrolls and threw them on the ground then he noticed the seal's glow. A cloud of smoke erupted and Naruto blinked in surprise as his former academy teacher Iruka Umino emerged from the smoke with a smile.
"Naruto it's been a while." He spoke.
"It has sensei, I'd like to talk but we but we don't have time for this, I need to see the old man quickly, it's an emergency," Naruto said as Iruka looked confused.
Then he noticed the situation of his 3 former students and his eyes widened, "Naruto what happened to Sasuke and Sakura and why are your eyes covered." He asked worried.
"We were attacked by Orochimaru. My eyes are fine, and about my teammates, Sakura is just asleep, Sasuke on the other hand, has a seal on his neck Orochimaru put on his, and after he woke up, he had some extra purple chakra, he even tried to kill me." Naruto said shocking the chunin at the mention of the Sannin.
With a serious look, Iruka spoke, "Naruto, we need to see Hokage-sama now, some others will take your teammates to the medical section, I'll take you to the Hokage now." He said as he turned around Naruto followed him and two ninjas came in to take Naruto's teammates.
As Naruto was walking with Iruka he remembered something he wanted to say, "sensei," he called getting the man's attention who looked at him.
Naruto didn't look back at him and said, "In the forest, I got my first kill." he said with a pained look.
Hearing that Iruka's eyes widened in surprise, but he quickly recovered, and looked forward, "I see, tell me about it," Iruka said, ready to help his student once again.

After about 30 minutes, the 2 were in front of the room Hokage was in. Iruka had taken a short break to help Naruto understand the concept of killing, and the boy was doing better than before accepting the fact that killing was going to be normal in the life of a true shinobi. Naruto Uzumaki had evolved even more.
Iruka was surprised that Naruto managed to accept his actions that quickly, but he didn't know that Naruto's enhanced perception of time allowed him to go over things faster in real-time.
Iruka remembered something he wanted to ask, "Naruto," he called, getting Naruto's attention, "why do you have those bandages around your eyes, did you get hurt, and how are you walking around with them?" he asked.
"don't worry, I'll tell you everything with the old man, don't want to repeat the whole story," Naruto replied and Iruka nodded.
They knocked on the door and waited for permission, when they heard a "come in," they entered. Sitting on a chair was the old man known as the 3rd Hokage, his name is Hiruzen Sarutobi also known as 'The God of Shinobi' and 'The Professor' because of his extensive knowledge of the ninja arts.
When the man saw Naruto enter, he smiled at the appearance of his surrogate grandson, "Naruto you finished your test on the 2nd day, that's great." He said but then noticed the bandages, "wait, what happened to your eyes my boy?" he asked in worry.
Iruka spoke up, "Hokage-sama, I don't know about his eyes but-" Iruka was cut off.
"We were attacked by someone named Orochimaru," Naruto said shocking the Hokage.
"You what!" the man stood up in shock, "what are you saying! Are you sure it was him? How did this happen?" he asked sharply.
"I'll explain everything, including everything that happened to my eyes, don't worry and tell your Anbu guards to leave," Naruto said having seen the 4 Anbu guards chakra with his eyes.
Iruka and the Hokage blinked, surprised that Naruto even noticed the Anbu, the Hokage gave out his orders, "Anbu leave, and send Kakashi here, tell him it's urgent." he said and when Naruto and Iruka looked at him he said, "Your sensei should know what happened." He said and the other two nodded in understanding.
10 minutes later Kakashi showed up, "You called Hokage-sama?" Kakashi poked his head in, with his usual eye smile, but when he noticed Naruto and Iruka he blinked in surprise. "Naruto what are you doing here, where are your teammates, and Iruka weren't you supposed to guide my team after they entered the tower?" Kakashi asked confused.
The Hokage decided to answer him, "Kakashi, sit down, we have a lot to talk about."
Kakashi realized that the situation was more serious than he had originally thought and entered his shinobi demeanor and went in and sat down on one of the chairs with the others.
"Naruto my boy, please tell us everything." The Hokage said as all the adults looked at Naruto.
Naruto sighed and started explaining everything. How they are attacked by Orochimaru, how the battle went, and the seals that were placed on him and Sasuke. How Naruto woke up with his different eyes, how he fought the sound team, and how Sasuke woke up with the seal activated and tried to kill Naruto. How he defeated him and then later got the scrolls and got his first kill and how he got his team to the tower.
When he finished, the other 3 were shocked but composed themselves quickly.
Kakashi started, "Okay, I see 6 key points we need to focus on," he said getting their attention, "first, Orochimaru's appearance, what do we know about it?" he asked and the Hokage answered.
"We knew that Orochimaru had entered the chunin exam, sometime after the 2nd phase began, he had defeated Anko and after that, his trail went missing." He explained and the others nodded.
Kakashi continued, "Second, Naruto and Sasuke have seals on themselves placed by Orochimaru," he said and the Hokage nodded.
"yes, Sasuke Kun's seal sounds like the 'curse seal of heaven' the same one Anko has, as for Naruto-Kun if the nine tails chakra was blocked and his own chakra is not working properly then it must be the '5 element seal', I will check that after this and remove it if that's the case," he said and the others nodded again, Iruka couldn't help but place a hand on naruto's right shoulder in concern as Kakashi took a worried glance at his student.
Kakashi sighed, "Third, Naruto apparently has a dojutsu, that I believe has never existed before? Which is worrying." he said and this time Naruto was the first one to speak.
"Wait. Why is it a problem?" he asked confused.
Iruka answered, "Naruto, in the shinobi history, only the Byakugan and the Sharingan have existed as the only two dojutsu, and many have fought for their eyes for their powers, you should have learned this in the academy." He explained and Naruto sighed at his own stupidity of not paying attention in the ninja academy and muttered, "I'm sorry," and vowed to learn everything he could after this.
Hokage spoke up, "Iruka-Kun is right Naruto-Kun, if people find out about this, then the enemy will try to take your eyes for whatever the power they provide." He explained and Naruto nodded, understanding the danger. The Hokage continued, "We will look into these eyes after talking about the rest of the details," he said and signaled Kakashi to continue.
Kakashi nodded and began again, "Fourth, Sasuke's actions, I know that the seal increases the negative emotions of the user, but to try and kill Naruto for his progress shows how close he was to going down the wrong path, and his actions are unacceptable," Kakashi said, this time there was an edge to his voice, the copy ninja obviously did not like his student's actions.
Hiruzen nodded, "Yes you're right Kakashi, for now, we will use the 'evil sealing method' to stop the cursed seal and put him in therapy after the chunin exams and see where it goes and if more drastic measures are needed." The Hokage said and Kakashi calmed down to talk about the rest of the points.
He continued, "The fifth point, Naruto got his first kill," he said getting the attention on Naruto again. The Hokage and Kakashi looked at Naruto with a little concern while Iruka looked less worried since he had already talked with the boy.
Naruto sighed, "Don't worry about me, Iruka-sensei talked to me already, I'll be fine now," Naruto said and Kakashi and Hiruzen looked at Iruka and nodded in gratitude.
Kakashi placed a hand on Naruto's left shoulder and said, "Naruto, first of all, I am proud to say that you took all the right actions, I will talk to Sasuke about his actions, and I am also proud to see that you were able to not only stay sane but also help your teammates get here," he said as Naruto smiled at the words. Kakashi continued, "I also want to make sure that you understand that, while killing is normal for shinobi, you have to make sure not to kill when you can, only, when necessary," he said.
"But sensei, how will I know when to kill and when to not?" Naruto asked.
Kakashi sighed, "Naruto, right now, I can give you any number of answers, like 'kill to protect your village' or 'kill to protect your combrads' but the truth is that you will have to decide when you should kill, just remember that if you by any chance in the future think that you enjoy killing someone you need to reach out to me or any of your sensei's or even the Hokage, okay?" Kakashi explained and Naruto nodded now in deep thought.
Iruka and Hiruzen just watched as Kakashi performed his duty as Naruto's sensei and when they finished Iruka asked, "Kakashi-san, what's the 6th point,"
Kakashi looked at him and said, "Ahh yes, the 6th and the last point, Why didn't Naruto know about the chakra enhancement techniques? That's taught in the academy." Kakashi asked.
"Yes, that strikes me as odd too, why didn't Naruto know that?" hiruzen asked.
Naruto also looked on for answers.
"That wasn't my class, it was…" Iruka trailed off in realization as the others looked at him confused. Iruka continued, "That was Mizuki's class." He said and everyone looked annoyed at the name of the traitorous chunin.
"Well, that answers my question," Naruto muttered still annoyed.
Kakashi looked at him, "still this works in your favor now," he said and Naruto looked at him confused. Kakashi continued, "Naruto, the amount of chakra your muscles can handle depends on your physical conditioning, if you put more than what your muscles can handle you will damage them," he started explaining how chakra enhancements work. "The fact that you were keeping up with Sasuke while he was using chakra and you were using your muscles alone and I didn't even notice is astonishing, your physique is much better than your graduating class.
Naruto now understood what this meant and asked, "Wait, so how fast am I now with chakra?' he asked now feeling happier.
Kakashi looked at him with an eye smile, "Well let's see, you kept up with Sasuke, who can move at high genin to low chunin speed with chakra, without chakra he can move at low genin to academy level speed, which is normal. But if you kept up with high genin speed on muscles alone then keeping in mind how much chakra you have, your muscles should be able to handle reaching mid-to-high chunin level at full capacity, which you have the chakra to reach easily." Kakashi said as Naruto widened his eyes behind his bandages.
Iruka was also surprised as much as Naruto, "That's the same level as me." He thought with a nervous sweat drop, his student had already caught up to him.
Seeing Naruto's reaction, hiruzen chuckled and spoke up, "Yes Naruto-Kun, someone with the normal speed of high genin can use chakra to reach high chunin, and someone like Kakashi with the normal speed of high chunin-to-low jonin can reach elite jonin to Anbu commander level of physical abilities, which is the same level as the clan heads. Actually, Kakashi is slightly above them so somewhere between them and me, who's Kage level." He explained.
Naruto was again more surprised and asked, "Wait, how fast are you without chakra?" he asked.
Hiruzen closed his eyes with a smile and rubbed his chin, "without chakra huh? About low-mid jonin level, that's how fast you need to be at the level of a Kage." He explained.
Naruto absorbed that information, "Man, reaching that level will take 5 or 10 years at least," he muttered.
"For others Naruto," Kakashi said getting their attention, "it will take that long for others Naruto, for you it will be just a few more years because nine tails will heal your muscles faster, you can have at least 5 workouts in a day, even if you don't train your physique, you will reach that level once you go through puberty." He explained and Iruka and Naruto widened their eyes in surprise, again naruto's eyes were covered in bandages so no one saw them.
Kakashi continued, "That's why I always told you to train your chakra control. If a ninja has enough chakra for their muscles, then they can reach Kage level, you could increase your muscles when you get a little older, but puberty will affect your chakra reserves which are already beyond Kage level, will increase drastically, at that time mastering chakra control will become much harder for you, so I focused on that." Kakashi explained.
After processing the information, Naruto felt a little guilty and said, "Sorry sensei, till now I thought you just told me to do chakra control exercises so you can focus on training Sasuke," he said apologetically, "but you were just looking out for me. Sorry." He said looking down a little.
Kakashi chuckled, "It's fine kiddo, now you know what you have to do, no matter how many Jutsu a person has, if they don't have the chakra or chakra control or the physical abilities to keep up with their enemies then they will lose, so work hard." He said as he ruffed Naruto's hair.
The other two adults watched with a smile at the student-teacher bonding moment, happy that Naruto had another person he could trust.
Naruto looked up, "one last question sensei," he said.
"Shoot," Kakashi said.
"If ninjas can reach Jonin-level with muscles, then why can't civilians do the same," he asked.
"Because ninjas have their chakra flowing through their coils properly, their muscle growth can reach up to levels that are impossible for civilians, but only one ninja has reached my level with muscle power alone," he said.
"Then what about bushy brows and his sensei, they said they can't use chakra," Naruto asked.
The others blinked and thought, "bushy brows?".
Then it clicked, "Do you mean guy and Lee?" Kakashi asked and Naruto nodded, causing the others to laugh a little at the nickname.
Kakashi answered, "Guy is the person I just mentioned, the only one who reached my level with muscles alone, and his student Lee is at chunin level with muscle strength alone," he explained, "When an academy student can't unlock their chakra an instructor will forcefully open it with their own by placing their hand on the students back and poring their own chakra, but that can only happens while your younger than 10 years old. Those two unlocked their chakra in this methought to train their muscles at ninja levels, but I'm sure it wasn't easy." Kakashi finished.
Nauro was again surprised after knowing how far Guy and Lee went for their dreams and how much they must have worked to reach that level and he felt respect for them now, "Man, now calling them with those nicknames doesn't feel good, I'll just call them by their names." He decided.
The Hokage decided to enter the conversation again, "Okay, now that you got your lessons, can we focus on what's important, we need to take that seal off of Naruto-Kun and then see what his eyes can do now," he said as he got up from his seat and the others followed. He walked up to Naruto, "Naruto-Kun, channel some chakra and show me your seal." He said and Naruto followed.
When Naruto revealed his stomach and the seal, hiruzen looked at it and nodded, "knew it, it's the '5 element seal' alright, I'll take it off." He said and his fingertips started glowing blue, he suddenly slammed his fingers on Naruto's stomach, making him fall back from the pressure and blacked out.

Naruto woke up in ankle-deep water inside a gutter, confused.
"what's happening, I was with the others… how did I end up here?" he muttered as he got up.
"Turn around pathetic human." He heard a heavy voice filled with power and quickly turned around.
Naruto turned to see two huge blood-red eyes with black slits in the middle and a big mouth with only huge teeth visible rest was not visible because of the darkness in the gutter. It was behind a huge gate with a paper tag in the middle of the gate with the word 'seal' written on it. The view was frightening but Naruto didn't seem afraid but confused and a little nervous.
"So, my jailor is finally here." The deep voice spoke.
Confused for a second, Naruto suddenly widened his eyes and said, "You're the nine-tailed fox aren't you." He said and received a deep chuckle in return.
"Guess that dojutsu really made you smarter huh." Nine tails said.
Naruto narrowed his eyes, "what did you do to me?" he asked.
"I did nothing to you, I brought you here to tell you what happened to your brain." The tailed beast said.
"And why do you want to help me?" Naruto asked and the beast scoffed.
"Help? I would never help you, but whatever happened to you might affect me, so I will tell you what happened," it said.
Naruto sighed, "Alright what happened to me." He asked.
The beast answered, "When that snake ninja put that seal on you, just before being blocked off completely I noticed that your 'prefrontal cortex' got something extra and the 'occipital lobe' also changed." It said.
Scrunching his face he asked, "My what changed?" he asked confused
"GET LOST!" the tailed beast roared after saying what it wanted and kicked Naruto out of the mindscape.

"Ugg," Naruto got up as the others looked at him.
"Naruto what happened, you weren't supposed to pass out after the seal was taken off," Hiruzen asked in concern.
"Yeah, I didn't pass out, the nine tails pulled me inside my mind," he said and the others got looks of shock and worry.
"You came in contact with the nine tails?! What happened tell me now!" the Hokage asked.
Naruto explained the short conversation and the new information, and the others calmed down.
"Does anyone know what 'prefrontal cortex' and 'occipital lobe' are?" he asked and the others looked a little confused.
"Well, I think it's a part of the brain but I'm not sure, "Kakashi said and Iruka gave the same answer.
They looked at the Hokage, "Don't look at me, I'm the professor in ninja arts, I didn't study the human body in that much detail."
The others sighed, "This is getting nowhere, I need to study the human body myself" Naruto said and looked at Hiruzen, "is there a library in the tower where I can read these subjects?" he asked and the man nodded.
"Yes, there is one on the 5th floor, you'll find all kinds of books there." He spoke.
"Huh, learning all of that shouldn't be hard with my new intelligence and perception of time as well as shadow clones," he said.
Kakashi heard that and said, "Ahh yes you figured out the shadow clones' memory ability in your fight with the sound ninja right, that will help you train in all ninja arts easily," he said.
"Train in ninja arts? What do you mean?" Naruto asked.
"The shadow clones' memory feedback extends to all kinds of memory like charka control and muscle memory, you can train in ninjutsu and taijutsu moves. If you use that training method you can increase your training hours, the only thing you can't train is your muscles with them. Only you can use that method because of your immense chakra reserves." Kakashi explained and Naruto blinked at the knowledge.
The others weren't that surprised because they figured that much themselves
"Well, I won't waste time then," he said and created 5 shadow clones. "Go and study in the library," he said as the clones left.
Naruto could feel his chakra control return to him and could tell that the eyes made his control better.
"Will 5 clones be enough?" Iruka asked.
"With enough chakra to later create 50 more clones each." He said shocking them.
"50 each? That's 250 shadow clones, how much chakra do you have," Iruka asked shocked.
"I did make like 1000 to save you from Mizuki that night," Naruto said and Kakashi spoke again.
"Enough of this, I want to see what Naruto's eyes can do as the only one here with a dojutsu, and then I have to seal the curse mark on Sasuke as well." He said and the others nodded.
"I'll take my leave then, I have duties to take care of," Iruka said and the Hokage gave him permission to leave.
"Iruka sensei." Naruto called getting his attention, Naruto continued, "While you're outside, please show my clones anywhere they can get some clothes, the orange is annoying to my sensitive eyes." He said and Iruka nodded to him and left.
"Okay, Naruto let me see your eyes," Kakashi said as Hiruzen also walked closer to see them.
When Naruto took his bandages off, he Kakashi and hiruzen froze up at their sheer beauty. His eyes were like a pair of dazzling sapphires, capturing the essence of the heavens. Each glance was a glimpse into an endless sky, bright and profound. Their striking blue hue is both serene and intense, like the calm of a deep ocean meeting the light of a rising sun. to put it simply they were beautiful.
Kakashi and Hiruzen being the elite ninjas they are got over their shock and continued the test.
"Okay, let's test your perception of time, close your eyes, and count each second till I tell you to stop, make sure not to be too fast or slow, okay," Kakashi said and Naruto nodded and closed his eyes. Kakashi seeing that Naruto was ready looked at the clock in the room and said, "Start!"
When Naruto heard the call, he started counting, "1,2,3,4,5,6…" he kept counting till he heard Kakashi say "stop."
"How long was it?" Kakashi asked.
"71 seconds," Naruto answered and got confused when Kakashi and Hiruzen looked baffled and shocked.
"N-Naruto are you sure you counted it right?" Kakashi asked.
"Hmm, yeah, I didn't count too slow or too fast," he said and Hiruzen looked at him with a serious expression.
"Naruto-Kun, only 1 second has passed in real-time," he said shocking Naruto.
"Even the strongest Sharingan can only slowdown time to at most 2-3 seconds, mangekyo Sharingan can push to 5-6 at most," Kakashi thought and told Naruto about it, leaving out the part about the mangekyo Sharingan.
"Having more than a minute to think in every second already makes this dojutsu highly valued, Kakashi continue your tests," Hiruzen said and Kakashi followed his order.

About an hour later they had all the abilities of his eyes down.
First, the perception of time is 71 seconds for every real-time second.
Second, information gathering, the eyes will gather all the information they can in sight, like someone or something's weight, mass, volume, size, width, length, and more, alongside processing it completely.
Third, they can see chakra, better than the Sharingan, maybe even better than the Byakugan. Naruto could see in detail how chakra flows, and the chakra points, and because of his time perception, everything was awfully slow to him, letting him take in all the details.
Fourth, the eyes increased his intelligence, they hadn't done an IQ test yet, because Naruto wanted to finish studying all the subjects he could and make his understanding and knowledge better.
Fifth, his memory was photographic, which means perfect, just one look at a page and he could remember it all perfectly.
Sixth, his chakra control seems to have reached a new height, he was able to do the leaf sticking exercises, in this case, they used a paper and stuck it to their head with chakra, and most of all, he was even able to make normal clones something which surprised them all completely. They still weren't sure how good his chakra control was, but it was better than it could be normally.
Lastly, these eyes were a passive trait, which meant they would always be active, and they didn't require chakra to stay active as well.

After they processed the new information and were calm.
"Man, these abilities are so good, I'd say these are much better than the Sharingan and Byakugan, Naruto," Kakashi said.
"Yes, you're right Kakashi and the changes it brought to Naruto-Kun's personality are a huge welcome as well," Hiruzen said.
Naruto was just listening to them when a thought came, "I have a name for this dojutsu." He said getting their attention.
"Oh, what would that be?" hiruzen asked with Kakashi, both interested in what the new dojutsu would be named.
"The eyes that are like an extra sense for me, the ones that perceive this world on an entirely different level than the rest, I will call them," Naruto slowly opened his eyes revealing their beautiful self to the world again, he said,
"The Six Eyes."
A.N.: hey, this is the new story, Naruto with Gojo Powers, I know Gojo has more Powers and I will add them in the next chapter since I want the story to as much sense as possible. now i need suggestions for the love interest. i think it should be a harem since the counsel would want as many ninjas with these powers as possible so give out your suggestions.
