Moments before Dark RWBY broke up

Dark Blake couldn't believe it. Everything was going swimmingly! Frame RWB and then kill them while their backs were turned laboring to clean the island up… but no, the moment that damn lawyer showed up with that bimbo assistant, everything started falling apart. Plan B was to salvage it and attack them while their backs were turned collecting Shine Sprites… but no, that didn't go well either. That damn Koopa King's son and these weird octopus creatures made things worse for them! Her mind was a mess… first Dark Yang was killed by that blonde bimbo, then they lost at Peach's Castle… and now they lost again! The only saving grace was the Meta.

"Hello? Oh hey Meta, what's up? …What… WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE LEAVING THE TEAM?!" Dark Ruby yelled.

Welp… never mind!

You gotta be shitting me… Dark Blake thought as she heard Dark Ruby scream into her scroll while Dark Weiss looked perplexed. Something about Meta having an agenda with this Washington character? None of this was making sense. They were supposed to be the superior RWBY team… not these… light whores! Rrrgh… if only they had a plan from the very beginning… discussing as a team to take on their lighter selves. But no… Dark Yang was all "Fuck teamwork, let's all go in!" and Dark Ruby happened to agree with it! No wonder they couldn't win. She let out a low growl… something had to be done.

"So… now what?" Dark Weiss asked.

"We do it without him." Dark Ruby said.

No… unacceptable. Dark Blake had enough. She was ready to say something that would surprise the other dark girls. Granted, she wasn't really thinking straight over another humiliating defeat… but she was really angry.

"Forget it." Dark Blake grumbled. "This team has gone to hell and I'm not going to stand by and watch us get killed one by one. I'm done!"

She could see their shocked looks on their faces. It was as if they couldn't believe her. "Wh-what are you saying?!" Dark Weiss asked

Dark Blake let out a scowl. "I'm leaving this team. I feel like this is the best for all of us. We lost Dark Yang, Meta left us… and now I'm going to do the same. It's been fun." She said as she saw Dark Ruby giving her a nasty glare from her Grimm eyes.

"Don't you DARE leave us!"

"Watch me." Dark Blake used her semblance to blind them as she ran off, climbing up a tree and using her momentum to get on top of the eastern bell tower overlooking the fruit stands and the lighthouse. She can't believe she just did that. She has nowhere else to go now… she's by herself. She took a deep breath and sat in a fetal position. The next thing she heard was Dark Weiss screaming.

"No… NO!"

"I don't know where the others are at, but this is a start. Take her in, boys!"

"DON'T LEAVE ME LIKE THIS!"

It sounded to her that they disbanded. As far as she was concerned, she didn't care. All she could care about was everything that fell apart… that team RWBY messed them up… but nothing could stop her from thinking about Blake. Blake. Ooooh, just thinking about her burned her up. She was the one who beat her… she was the one… she was the one that made Dark RWBY fall! She probably put some dark secret message in Yang's head to dunk Dark Yang in the rewind spring!

"That bitch… that dirty dirty cat-like BITCH!" She yelled, punching a wall in frustration. All of her losses and how her "team" fell… it was her fault… she needed to pay. She thought she can talk her out of revenge… getting her out of this path she's on? Bullshit! She's delusional… she's perfectly fine as is! How dare she talk to her like that… she needed to pay dearly for what she did to her. It was then that she heard rushing water as she looked up from her thoughts to see Delfino flooding as the Piantas screamed and tried to get to higher ground.

"THIS IS AN EMERGENCY FROM THE D.E.B.S.! DELFINO PLAZA HAS BEEN FLOODED! I REPEAT, DELFINO PLAZA HAS BEEN FLOODED! THE FLOOD GATE HAS BEEN DESTROYED! THIS IS SO TRAGIC!"

…Where did this roaring water come from? It was dry just a second ago… she looked up to see where it was coming from and saw it gushing out of Corona Mountain until it dissipated. She then saw a portal opening up on top of the Shine Gate, seeing the heroes hop out of the portal as they all looked at each other and dove in. She immediately saw Blake as she formed a scowl. Seeing that bitch alive pissed her off to no end.

She immediately dove into the water and climbed up on a roof, quickly making her way to the volcano as she saw Blake go inside as she kept going until she finally made it inside the entrance to Corona Mountain… where she was immediately greeted by hellishly hot temperatures. She wiped the sweat from her forehead and spotted Blake jumping from platform from platform. She clenched her fists, looking at the lava before her and smirked. Yes… pushing her into the lava would be perfect. Poetic, even! Just like how Dark Yang was thrown into the Rewind Spring.

"Show time." She smirked as she started jumping over the platforms, ready to strike and kill Blake once and for all!

What has she got to lose?
