Ritsuka Fujimaru, the young Master of Chaldea, was no stranger to surprises. As the chosen one to lead countless heroic spirits into battle, he had seen and experienced things that most could only dream of. Yet, nothing prepared him for the moment he summoned Quinella.
The ritual had gone as expected—bright lights, a circle of magic, and a blinding flash. As the light faded, Ritsuka's eyes widened in astonishment. Standing before him was a tall, ethereal woman with long, flowing silver hair and eyes that seemed to pierce through the very fabric of reality. "Quinella...Servant...Foreigner...hmm?" But there was one glaring issue that struck Ritsuka immediately—Quinella was completely naked.
His face turned a brilliant shade of crimson, and he quickly averted his eyes, stammering incoherently. "I-I... um... I didn't..."
Mash Kyrielight noticed her Senpai's distress and quickly took action. "Senpai, close your eyes!" she exclaimed, her own cheeks tinged with pink. She swiftly moved in front of Ritsuka and placed her hands over his eyes.
Ritsuka yelped as Mash's fingers poked him in the eyes a bit too forcefully. "Ow, Mash! That hurts!"
Quinella, seemingly unfazed by her lack of attire, smirked with an air of amused superiority. "My, my, what an adorable reaction," she purred, her voice smooth and teasing. "Is this how you greet all your Servants?"
Ritsuka, still struggling under Mash's hands, managed to squeak out, "N-no, this is... um... a special case."
Mash, her face determined and her eyes narrowed, tightened her grip on Ritsuka's eyes. "Senpai, you can't look! It's improper!"
Quinella's smile widened, and she took a step closer, her movements fluid and graceful. "Oh, don't be so harsh on him, dear. I'm sure he's just... curious."
"Curious isn't the right word!" Ritsuka protested, though his voice was muffled by Mash's hands. "I just wasn't expecting—"
Quinella interrupted him with a soft, lilting laugh. "Relax, young Master. I find this whole situation quite entertaining. It's been a while since I've had such... innocent company."
Mash's eyes flickered with a hint of jealousy, and she gave Ritsuka another firm poke. "Senpai, promise you won't look!"
"I promise, I promise!" Ritsuka yelped. "Just please stop poking my eyes!"
Quinella watched the exchange with growing amusement. "Well, isn't this delightful? I think I'll enjoy my time here in Chaldea."
As if sensing her intentions, Mash tightened her protective stance in front of Ritsuka. "Senpai, I'll go get her something to wear. You stay right here and don't peek."
Ritsuka nodded vigorously, grateful for the reprieve. "Yes, Mash, please hurry."
As Mash hurried off, Quinella took the opportunity to lean closer to Ritsuka, her voice a sultry whisper. "You know, Master, you're quite cute when you're flustered. I wonder how you'll react to the other things I have in mind."
Ritsuka felt his face heat up even more, if that was possible. "P-please, Quinella, can we just... keep things professional?"
She chuckled, a sound that sent shivers down his spine. "Where's the fun in that? But very well, for now."
Moments later, Mash returned with a hastily grabbed cloak, which she quickly wrapped around Quinella. "There, now you're decent."
Quinella allowed the cloak to be draped over her, though her eyes never left Ritsuka's face. "How disappointing," she murmured. "I was just starting to enjoy myself."
Mash glared at her. "You need to respect boundaries. Senpai is your Master, not your plaything."
Quinella sighed theatrically. "Oh, very well. I'll behave... for now."
Ritsuka finally dared to open his eyes, grateful to see Quinella now covered. He took a deep breath, trying to regain his composure. "Thank you, Mash. And Quinella, welcome to Chaldea. Let's, um, work well together."
Quinella's smile was both enigmatic and teasing. "Of course, Master. I'll be looking forward to our... cooperation."
As they left the summoning chamber, Mash stayed close to Ritsuka, her protective instincts on high alert. Quinella, for her part, seemed to revel in the attention, her eyes twinkling with mischief. Ritsuka couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and trepidation. This was going to be an interesting addition to their team, to say the least.
Mash gave Ritsuka a sidelong glance, her cheeks still a bit flushed. "Senpai, remember, if she tries anything funny, I'll be here to protect you."
Ritsuka smiled at her, grateful for her unwavering support. "Thanks, Mash. I know I can count on you."
