Marinette was late to school. Well, what else was new. Her second life as Ladybug, savior of Paris, was not helping her tendency to be late. She ran through the doors, somehow before the bell rang.

"I'm here!" She called and looked around in confusion. None of her classmates were there, different people she had never met before sat in their seats.

One girl waved at Marinette. "Hey, Mari. What happened to your hair?"

Marinette reached up and checked her hair. It seems to all be in place and had not come loose in her mad dash to school.

"What about my hair?" She asked the stranger but then the door to the classroom opened.

Chloe came flaunting in, a very snuggly looking pink sweater combined with black miniskirt and pink tights. She had flat tops, something Marinette thought Chloe would never be caught in, swirling pink and black together. The outfit looked like an ensemble she would put together for the heiress, if she was inclined too. Chloe's hair flowed loose and free and Marinette could see red streaks from scalp to tips.

"Good morning, my lovely classmates." It was Chloe's voice, but it sounded friendly. There was no look of contempt in those unusually warm blue eyes.

"Good morning, Chloe!" All the class said with a smile.

Marinette could just blink in confusion at the strange fey creature that wore Chloe's face. She had no idea what was going on. Then Chloe tried to lean in and kiss her. She stumbled backwards, causing the heiress to blink at her in confusion.

"Marinette, darling, what happened to your hair? I thought we agreed we were streaking our hair in honor of our favorite heroes for Heroes Day?"

Marinette just stood there, feeling like a fish out of water. Then Chloe's eyes went to her right hand, as if looking for something there. It was then Marinette noticed the pink studs in Chloe's ears, so familiar to the black ones in her own.

"Marinette, where is your ring you always wear? The Rose-Gold one you got from your 'grandfather'." Chloe said Grandfather in a knowing way that made Marinette's blood run cold.

"I…" Marinette started when the door burst open, and another Marinette ran into the room.

This Marinette wore the old Ponytail she had before adopting her current style. She had neon green streaks in her raven hair and a rose gold ring on her right hand.

"I'm here! Before the bell!" The other Marinette called and stopped dead when she saw she was already there. "Senti-monster?" She asked as she assumed a ready crouch.

"No," Marinette said. "At least, not that I think so. I think maybe we better speak outside."

Miraculous*

It was weird watching her other self-snuggle up to Chloe as they left the classroom. It was weirder watching them kiss in the hallway.

"Sorry, are you not with the me of your world?" Chloe asked as she and Othernette finished their kiss.

"No, I'm actually dating your half-sister, Zoe."

Chloe gasped. "And I tried to kiss you, I'm so sorry!"

Marinette shook it off. "It's fine. The you of my world isn't very nice, so that was kind of a shock too. Sorry."

This nice Chloe signed. "We had a run in with a me from another world. A villain Chloe using the Rooster and Peacock Miraculous. We thought maybe you were another one of her agents. But then I noticed your earrings." Chloe tapped the studs in her own ears.

"Yeah, I'm the Ladybug holder of my world. My girlfriend Zoe is the Black Cat. I'm guessing Chloe is the Ladybug and other me is the cat?"

Othernette blushed as she brushed her bangs with her ringed finger. "Yeah. We make a pretty good team. How about you and your partner?"

"No one has beaten us yet." Marinette smiled as she thought of Kitty Noire. "Do you have access to the Rooster? I need to get home."

"Sure, come to the Master's house with me." Othernette offered. "I'll see you off on your way home."

Before she left, Chloe grabbed her hand. Her sleeve had slipped over her hand so Marinette's hand was brought into the snuggly pink fabric with hers.

"Umm, it was nice to meet you, Marinette. I'm sorry the me of your world is so horrible."

Marinette gave this nicer Chloe a hug. "Don't worry about it. You don't need to take responsibility for any other Chloe but yourself. Let my Chloe apologize for her actions, if she wants."

She got a beaming smile that made Marinette realize just how similar Chloe and Zoe could actually be.

"I know she's not my Zoe, but take good care of the Zoe from your world."

"I swear it. I won't let her do anything too crazy."

They parted and Marinette followed Othernette to Master Fu's. What a weird morning it had been, when you got down to it.

A/N: Not sure if this came out well or not but it popped into my head. Hope you enjoyed it!
