"What a tiring day," A young blonde witch said before sighing in a dark room.

Suddenly, with a snap of her fingers, she turned the lights on and the light revealed a not-so-big but comfy apartment, there was some furniture and the blonde couldn't stop herself from collapsing on the main couch.

Little by little, she got rid of her white shoes, and her tight blue jeans, and in the end she ended up wearing nothing but white panties and a white blouse, the heat had been too crazy lately.

"What a busy day at the ministry," the blonde woman mumbled before she went to her kitchen to grab a drink, she grabbed a glass bottle with cold apple juice, it didn't take too long for her to sip most of it, she was too thirsty.

Her name is Victoire Weasley, she's eighteen years old, she became an adult a few months ago but the world needed her to keep going, the world wasn't going to wait for her to figure out her life, so, as soon as she graduated from Hogwarts, she quickly got a job in the ministry, with her almost perfect grades she managed to land a job on the magical technologies department.

There are a lot of things being developed in that section of the ministry, after Hermione Granger, the current minister took over five years ago there was a sudden change in the way things were being handled at the ministry, due to her muggle-born heritage, Hermione wanted to focus in the technology, she believes that thanks to magic the possibilities are endless when it comes to artifacts.

The minister seemed to long for the muggle things she used to have while growing and visiting the muggle world wasn't enough for her, she saw that there was a lot of cool stuff that wizards and witches were missing out on due to the magical world being stuck in the old days, now, don't misunderstand the older woman, she wanted to preserve customs for as much as she could but she also wanted the world to keep on moving.

It was time to catch up with the muggles, so, the minister created an apartment focused on the development of high technological devices, magical math and physics in this department are too advanced for the average witch and wizard which is why very few managed to get in every year, but even if Victoire feels too tired at the end of each day, she feels happy as she inhered her grandpa's interest in the technology of the muggle world.

In the past, the mere idea of suggesting something like this would've caused the minister to be prosecuted for treason, but there were very few people who dared to oppose her, after all, not only she was part of the group that directly contributed to the defeat of the dark side during the last wizarding war, but she's also married to the hero who defeated Voldemort, and that's no other than Harry Potter.

The people that know him are aware of him being a calm and caring person, even after the brutal end of the war, and with him being named the strongest wizard in the world since then, he has been following a path full of peace but when it's time to fight for what's right, it's better for the world to not force him to do that.

After all, the last time he made use of his powers to defeat a death eater who kidnapped his son, things didn't end too well for that person, the details were too impressive to believe them, but according to those who witnessed that event, they could only recall the screams of pain and the horrified expression the man had, and the most surprising thing was that Harry didn't even use his wand, and the death eater wasn't even harmed or at least not physically, it seems like it only took Harry to lock eyes with that death eater to make him suffer because he ended up begging for mercy and the death eater even begged to be locked in Azkaban.

Harry is the one who keeps the balance of the world as he possesses a great power, one that makes him capable of destroying the world if he wanted to, but luckily, the power is in great hands, as he only uses it when it's necessary, he's technically retired because even though he works as his wife's bodyguard (he doesn't trust anyone but him to protect her), he has never found anyone who dared to attack the minister.

That's why she admires them, not only for their achievements but also because they're amazing people, Victoire is friends with their daughter as they're both the same age and studied in the same house, she also knows their younger son who is just in his third year at Hogwarts right now.

And speaking about Hogwarts, Hermione was Victoire's teacher until the older woman had to leave her position to become the current minister, but even outside of that, she knew the Potter family because they were friends not only with her parents but also with her uncles and aunt, they fought side by side during the war after all, and her uncle Ron was Harry and Hermione's best friend.

Many thought that Harry was going to marry Victoire's aunt Ginny and Hermione Victoire's uncle Ron, but people misinterpreted everything, after all, there's no couple more perfect than Hermione and Harry, but still, that hasn't stopped them from attending the Weasley gatherings.

Yes, Victoire admires them individually and as a couple, she has always seen them as the goal couple, they're both smart, attractive, and charismatic, they seem flawless in her eyes and she can't help but admire them, and that's why it hurts her so much to have decided to ignore them.

And what was the thing that led her to such a drastic decision? Well, for starters, there needs to be some things clarified first. Victoire Weasley is a veela, not a half, not a quarter, she's a full veela, that's it, and one of the perks (or downsides) of her being a veela is that she's able to make people fall in love with her, something she would never do of course because that would be a crime in her eyes.

You see, Victoire's body has been too weird lately, contrary to most veela who have crushes while they grow up and some of them even start dating during their schooldays, Victoire has never fallen in love with someone, and she thought that it was because she was maybe a broken veela.

She was happy being alone and if she was meant to not date anyone nor fall in love with someone she was fine with that, she was already envisioning that type of life until a few months ago after her graduation, that day something incredible happened when she met Harry and Hermione after so long.

At that moment when she was already an adult, her body started to feel weird, the younger woman started to feel like her body was being squeezed out by something and the temperature of her body started to increase like crazy, also, her libido was out of control which led her to masturbate like crazy.

1.- She either confesses and gets her heart broken which would lead to consequences that not even her mother was aware of as the curse of love wasn't so common, so, it was a mystery what would happen if she got rejected in that state.

2.- She distances herself from the people she fell in love with and tries to avoid them as much as she can while praying for the curse to disappear with time. Falling for another person was an option too.

Of course, Victoire wasn't going to embarrass herself, she wasn't going to confess to Hermione and Harry, so, she took the second choice, the path of the coward, it was awful because she wasn't able to attend the Weasley gatherings and she wasn't able to see them at ministry just like she would like to but this was for her own safety, maybe with time she'll be able to see them without losing control of her emotions but for now, the best choice for her was to stay like this, the blonde was so immersed in her thoughts that she didn't realize someone was knocking on her door until the sound became too loud.

"Coming!" Victoire said loudly before she got on her feet with a snap of her fingers she put her jeans back on, and soon, she walked towards the door while she massaged her forehead, for some reason she started to feel a little weird again.

The blonde opened the door with a serious expression.

"Sorry for the noise I—" Victoire was expecting to apologize for the disturbances she might have caused to her neighbors as she knows she's not the best neighbor.

However, what Victoire found in front of her was not the neighbor she thought would come to complain, it was Harry and he wasn't alone, he came with Hermione, and they seemed to be here for something official as Hermione was wearing her black suit and Harry his black cloak, they looked so calm and attractive at the same time.

"Hermione…Harry…What are you two doing here?" Asked the blonde woman trying to control herself as much as she could.

"We came here to talk with you about some serious stuff, can we come inside?" Asked Hermione, clearly feeling worried about being spotted here, the last thing she wanted was a citizen demanding personal stuff.

Victoire didn't know what to do, she wanted to tell them to not come inside because she was going to lose control of her body, but on the other hand, she didn't have the strength to tell them to not enter for their own safety, the last thing she wanted was to lose control and act on her feelings.

"S-sure…" The blonde finally said.

She hated herself right now, things weren't supposed to go this way, she was supposed to invent an excuse, she knew why they were here but she needed more time before discussing this with them, she wanted to delay this conversation as much as she could but it seems like her nervousness revealed the way she truly felt.

Harry and Hermione entered her apartment and they couldn't stop themselves from kissing her cheeks, and just the mere contact of their lips with her cheeks made the blonde feel something being lit inside her, she felt shivers run down her spine, this was too scary, and she doesn't know how she managed to control herself but suddenly they were already in the living room.

"Please sit," said the blonde trying to look as calm as she could.

Harry and Hermione smiled at her before they sat side by side.

"So…What can I do for you guys?" Asked the veela with a nervous smile.

Harry and Hermione stared into each other's eyes for a few moments before they nodded.

"We came here for answers Victoire, we're investigating something and you're the main suspect!" Harry said with a serious expression.

The younger woman couldn't feel but gulp, but she didn't know if she was gulping because of the accusations or because she knew it was going to take a while for them to leave after that claim, she feared that her emotions would get out of control, such a difficult moment for the blonde.
