Chapter 12
There once was a man named Gold Roger, who was King of the Pirates. He had fame, power and wealth beyond your wildest dreams. Before they hung him from the gallows, these were the final words he said: "My fortune is yours for the taking, but you'll have to find it first. I left everything I owned in one place." Ever since, pirates from all over the world set sail for the Grandline, searching for One Piece, the treasure that would make their dreams come true.

Several beams of light shot down from the sky, as the Straw Hat pirates flag waved in the wind, while Naruto and Luffy stood side by side each other, as they both grinned, before throwing up their fists at the bright shining sun.
Daijoubu! Saa, mae ni susumou taiyou wo itsumo mune ni
Tsunaida te tsutawaru Power negai wo tsukamaeyouyo
Everyone was falling from the sky, each with different reactions: Luffy was grinning widely, Zoro was fast asleep, Nami smiled with a wink, Robin gave a smile of her own with her arms crossed over her chest, Chopper cried with tears in his eyes, Usopp had a look of fear on his face as he tried swimming up with a brief look of relief before falling back down, Sanji kicked out before he had a lovestruck look on his face, Naruto was laughing at this, Will had a smirk on her face, Mikita was laughing happily as she had her parasol open while Conis had an unsure look on her face. The Going Merry fell with them, and landed on the water first, with everyone else safely landing on it.

Everyone was standing on the front deck of the ship, as the Going Merry sailed along, while Usopp was in the crows nest with a telescope in hand, as Nami had Chopper go and steer the ship towards an island.

Nanairo no kaze wo kiri bouken no umi he
It was nighttime, as the Straw Hats were camping, with a large tent setup next to a fire that was going, with everyone sitting around it talking, while Robin was in the tent reading, before they all went to sleep around the fire.
kizu darake no tabi dakedo daiji na mono ga soko ni aru
PINCHI nara itsudatte boku ga mamoru kara
Everyone was in what looked like a city, while a man with a long red nose with a cocky smile was shown, with a girl with green hair wearing a domino mask behind him smiling, along with a gorilla looking man with a leopard scarf around his neck, as he laughed into his hands, before a group of people in shipwrights clothing was shown.

Arashi ga kitara kata kunde sono saki no hikari wo miyou
Luffy was shown fighting a man with ice powers, who froze his arm when he hit him, with half the man's body covered in ice. Zoro and Kurama were fighting against a group of people wearing overalls, with pink stars on them. Sanji was flipping in a field, while wearing something on his head, before he kicked the gorilla man in the face. Nami, Usopp and Robin were in what looked like a boat made of barrels, as it moved quickly in the water, while Chopper with a domino mask was crying out, as he was being hugged by the girl in the domino mask.

Dakara onaji hata no moto negai wo tsukamaeyouyo
A man with a nose like Usopp's but square ran along a rooftop, before he jumped off, falling towards some buildings. A woman with a secretary look kicked at Nami, Luffy and Usopp, while adjusting her glasses slightly. Chopper was in his Arm Point, as he fought against a group of people in overalls with pink stars on them, as Will and Conis jumped up and zapped them with their lightning, with Mikita slamming her parasol into them, while Naruto punched and kicked them, with Vivi knocking them aside using sand tendrils, before a building with a Franky House sign blew up, as Nami pointed a gun at someone on the Going Merry.
A robed person walked past Robin, as Luffy, Usopp and Nami watched two shipwrights fight against each other, with Luffy laughing while a pigeon gave a salute. The entire crew was then shown in front of the Going Merry, each with different expressions on their faces, with their flag flying in the wind, before they all smiled, with Naruto and Luffy smiling the widest.

Everyone was silent, as Kurama was dragged over towards Foxy.
"Oi, let me go damn it! I don't consent!" Kurama yelled, as he was dragged to the stage where Foxy was standing, waiting for him.
"Come now, rules are rules. Now you have to swear your loyalty to your new captain" Foxy said with a smug grin.
"If you think I'm gonna -" Kurama was yelling, before he was cut off.
"Oh, don't be a baby, Kurama" Zoro said with a firm tone, as he glared at the Mink.
"Yea. You saying you don't believe we can win you back, fluffy?" Sanji asked, as he lit a new cigarette.
"Of course not! But why the hell do I have to wear this?!" Kurama was saying with a scowl, before he yelled out, pointing at the mask over his eyes.
"Well, you have to fit the new look for your crew" Will said with a grin, as the dugongs laughed at this.
"FUCK YOU!" Kurama yelled in a rage.
"No thanks, you're not my type" Will said with a smile.
"What if this idiot -" Kurama was saying, before he was interrupted.
"That's captain to you!" Foxy said with a scowl.
"Right, forgive me. What if captain idiot cheats again in the next event?!" Kurama said with a respectful tone, before he yelled again.
"H-he called me an idiot" Foxy said with a tone of depression, as he fell to the ground, while his crew comforted him.
"To be fair, if we drop the ball, you can just wait for a full moon and then meet up with us later," Robin said with a casual tone.
That got looks of surprise from the Straw Hats and confusion from the Foxy Pirates.
"That's just mean, Robin," Chopper said with a shudder.
"Yea, they don't deserve that" Usopp said, as he nodded in agreement.
"Ok, I have a plan. Now, where's the food for your new crewmate?!" Kurama yelled with a grin at the Foxy Pirates, who cheered at this.
"All in favor of forfeiting and meeting up with Kurama after the full moon, say aye - hey!" Will was saying, before Naruto poked her in between the eyes.
"So, what's the next game we're playing?" Vivi asked curiously.
"The next event is just me, Chopper and moss head. So leave it to us, Vivi Swan" Sanji said, as he bowed slightly to Vivi.
"Yea, we will win and get big bro back!" Chopper yelled, as he went into his heavy point.
"We're counting on you guys. So try to keep your getting lost to a minimum" Mikita said, as she gave Zoro a look.
"Oi! I don't get lost! Everything just moves around me" Zoro said with a scowl.
This got groans from some of the crew, while the announcer approached them.
"Ok everyone, the next event is starting!" the announcer yelled into his megaphone, getting cheers from the Foxy Pirates.
"So the next game is a sport?" Naruto asked, as they looked at a large field, which was in the shape of a football field, with a large circular tube at each end.
"The next game is Groggy Ring, with one person on each team being the 'ball'. The aim of the game is to knock the opposing teams 'ball' into the goal of the opposing team with the first team to score a goal being the winner. Oh, and no weapons are allowed" the announcer said, as he looked at Zoro, while two people walked over to the teams, holding hats with a ball on top.
Zoro scowled at this, as he took his swords off and placed them on the ground.
"Of course they choose giants for their team" Will said with a scoff, as she looked at Foxy's team, which consisted of Hamburg, a large husky man who wore green clothing, who was called Pickles, and a giant with orange hair and an orange beard, who wore yellow gloves, boots and underwear, whose name was Big Pan.
"Okay, who should be the ball?" Sanji asked, as he took the hat and held it in his hands.
"Strategy is Naruto and Robin's forte" Nami said, as she looked at said crewmates.
"Hmmmm. I suggest Chopper, seeing as he's the fastest of the three of you" Naruto said, as he looked at the team.
"I concur with this," Robin said with a nod.
"So what do I do?" Chopper asked curiously, as he put on the ball hat, after he switched to his hybrid form.
"Basically, you run away and keep the ball away from the other team" Will said to the reindeer.
"Oh dear, thats not good" Conis said with a look of concern, as she saw that the giant with orange hair was the one with the ball hat.
"Don't worry, I have this," Zoro said with a firm tone.
"Hey, don't go showing off marimo" Sanji said, as he slightly glared at Zoro
"Good luck, you three," Conis said, as they all got ready to start the game.
"Don't worry, Conis-swan. We won't lose" Sanji said with a smile at her.
"What's gonna stop Foxy from pulling that same truck he pulled during the race?" Usopp asked the group.
"Well, some of us could call him names, so he's always depressed," Naruto suggested with a shrug of his shoulders.
"Or we could leave it to Will" Mikita said with a grin, as she jerked a thumb over her shoulder at Will, who was glaring at Foxy
"Give me an excuse, asshole!" Will growled, as her hair sparked, along with her hands.
"Kurama! Guard me from your ex-crewmate!" Foxy yelled at Kurama, who was sitting at a table, eating some food.
"Pay me!" Kurama yelled, as he looked at his new captain.
"I'll pay you later!" Foxy yelled out.
"No credit, captain!" Kurama yelled, as he scoffed at this, while saying captain with heavy sarcasm.
"You are part of this crew and you will respect the captain, like you did Straw Hat!" Porche yelled at Kurama.
"Respect?! Gahahahahahahahaha!" Kurama asked, before he fell over laughing.
What made this worse, was that the dugongs were laughing at this too, while the Straw Hats were laughing as well.
"No take backs, split head!" Luffy yelled with a smile, as he was getting what Kurama was doing now.
"Just start the game!" Foxy yelled at the referee.
The referee blew his whistle, causing Hamburg and Pickles to charge at Sanji, Zoro and Chopper, while Big Pan, with the ball on his head, stood back.
"Come here, raccoon boy!" Pickles yelled, as he approached Chopper.
"I'm a reindeer!" Chopper yelled, as he switched to his reindeer form and ran away from him.
"Good job, Chopper!" Usopp yelled, as he cheered for his crewmate.
"Just keep moving!" Nami yelled out.
Meanwhile with Zoro and Sanji, Hamburg and Big Pan were approaching them, ready to attack them.
"Damn it, this would be so much easier if I could use my swords," Zoro grumbled out, as he avoided a swipe from Big Pan.
"Come on, moss head focus!" Sanji yelled, as he sent a kick at Hamburg, who jumped back.
"Crush them already! Then team up on the doctor!" Foxy yelled.
Big Pan yelled at this, but before he could move he froze, as he started to lightly spark.
"Eh? What's his problem?" Zoro asked, as he raised an eyebrow at this.
"Yea, what's got the big guy freezing?" Usopp asked curiously, as he scratched his head.
Will smirked, as she blew her slightly sparking finger, before she high fived Nami, who smiled at her invisible paralysis attack.
"Come here!" Pickles yelled, as he jumped at Chopper, who was running at Big Pan and Hamburg.
Zoro, deciding to complain later, decided to take his shot, as he took a stance with his arms out.
"No Swords Style: Tatsumaki!" Zoro yelled, as he spun in a circle, causing a gust of wind to go off, which hit Hamburg and Pickles, sending them at Big Pan.
"Bouquetiere Beater!" Sanji yelled, as he started to run towards the three pirates and shot at them with his foot extended.
"Rumble! Cloven Hooves!" Chopper yelled, as he ate his rumble ball then switched to his Arm Point and shot at the three pirates.
Both Sanji and Choppers attacks hit their marks, sending Hamburg and Pickles into Big Pan's face, causing them all to fall over, more specifically, the ball on Big Pan's head to fall into the goal behind them
"Goal!" the referee yelled out, before he blew his whistle, ending the game.
This got cheers from the Straw Hats, while the Foxy Pirates groaned at this.
"Oh, fine! Go ahead and take your cremate back!" Foxy yelled out as Sanji, Chopper and Zoro walked back to the others, with Zoro picking up his swords and placing them back on his waist.
"Hold on there, Luffy," Nami said, as she stepped forward.
"What's up Nami?" Naruto asked, wondering what the navigator was thinking.
"I was thinking; what if we choose Foxy?" Nami asked curiously.
"EEEEHHHH?!" the crew exclaimed in shock.
"Hmmmm. Well, if we do that, then we automatically win the next round, since there are no substitutes" Robin said with a nod at this idea.
"That's playing dirty!" some of the Foxy crew yelled, as they started to boo Nami.
"Is it against the rules though?" Naruto asked, as he looked at the referee.
"Well, no" the referee said, as he looked at the rule book and shook his head.
"He's right," Robin said with a nod, as she stood next to him, also reading the rule book.
"Yeah, but that means we are stuck with that idiot," Will said with a flat tone.
"Forget about him….WHAT ABOUT ME?!" Kurama was saying, before he yelled in anger.
"Well, if we automatically win after we pick Foxy, we get you by default, you idiot!" Nami yelled at the mink.
"Aw, but I was gonna pick a musician or a shipwright," Luffy said with a pout.
"Yea, but wouldn't you prefer a crewmate you actually made friends with and not one you won like a trophy?" Naruto asked curiously.
"…good point" Luffy said, as he slammed his fist into his palm and nodded at this.
"Yea. But again, do we really want that idiot on the crew?" Will asked, as she pointed at Foxy, who was depressed from being called so many names.
"Not if Luffy kicks him out after we get Kurama back," Naruto said with a smirk.
"That's playing even more dirty!" Foxy yelled at this.
"Pirate" Naruto said with a grin, while Will pulled down her eyelid and blew a raspberry at him.
"Ok, in order; I pick Foxy to get Kurama back, then kick Foxy off my crew" Luffy said to the referee.
This got looks of shock from the Foxy Pirates.
"Ha! Later losers! Gahahahahahaha!" Kurama said as he laughed and ran back to the Straw Hats, while tearing up his mask.
"Thrown off a crew in less than a minute. I'm such a disgrace" Foxy said, as he fell to his hands and knees.
"You can still be our captain, boss" Porche said, as she tried to comfort her captain.
"Yea, we won't laugh at you much" Hamburg said, as he giggled behind his hands.
Foxy smiled at this, as he nodded at his crew, as they cheered for him. "This isn't over, Straw Hat! We will meet again!" he yelled, before he and his crew went back to their ship.
"Yea, yea, yea. Whatever, you idiotic split head" Sanji said, as he shook his head.
"Welcome back, big bro," Chopper said, as he smiled at Kurama.
"Thanks. Nice job during the game squirt" Kurama said, as he rubbed Chopper's head with his hand.
"Well, that felt like a waste of time," Will said, as the Foxy Pirates sailed off.
"Yea, that guy's laugh will probably be the theme of my nightmares for a bit," Mikita said with a shudder.
"So, what now? Has the Log Pose locked onto the next island yet?" Conis asked curiously.
"It will take a day, according to Tonjit," Nami said, as she held up the Log Pose on her wrist.
"Oh jeez, the old guy! We need to check on him!" Will yelled out.
"Oh right! I should also check on his horse, Shelly" Chopper said, as he readied his backpack.
"Ok, let's go check on the llama guy" Luffy said with a smile, as they all headed towards where Luffy's group had encountered Foxy.
Soon, they approached what looked like a hut in the middle of nowhere, where what looked like a big horse, almost like a giraffe and an old man, who had a big white beard, a yellow outfit and a big hat.
But what stood out, was that an incredibly tall, slim, yet muscular man was seen, with black curly hair, was standing nearby. He wore the standard Marine outfit and a sleep mask on his forehead, with a bicycle laid on the ground next to him..
"Hey llama guy!" Luffy yelled, as he ran towards Tonjit.
"Are you and Shelly doing ok now?" Will asked, as they all approached, except for Robin, who was looking at the tall man in fear and shock.
"Oh yes, we're doing a lot better now. And this young man said that he can help us catch up with our tribe" Tonjit said as he pointed at the tall man
"I'm not that young. I'm still only 47" the tall man said with a sleepy tone, as he yawned, before he leaned against a nearby tree.
As everyone looked at the man, Naruto and Kurama froze, as they felt something from this guy, something that said he was dangerous.
As Will looked at the guy, she noticed that Robin actually looked scared, just looking at this guy. "Hey Robin, what's the problem? You look like you have seen a ghost" she said, placing her hand on Robin's arm.
"That's Aokiji, an Admiral in the marines" Robin said with fear in her voice, as she looked at the man.
This caused Zoro, Sanji and Kurama to take ready stances.
"What is he doing here?" Conis asked, as she'd been told everything about the world below the Sky Islands.
"Oh relax, I'm not even on duty. I was just passing through, when I found this guy who needed help" Aokiji said as he looked at everyone with a bored tone, before he looked at Tonjit.
"And how are you gonna do that?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Yea, he said that the islands can only connect every month, when the tides go down. I mean, how can you help?" Will asked, as she looked at the tall man, as he approached the shore
"He can do it" Robin said with some fear in her voice, as Aokiji placed his hand in the water
"Ice Age" Aokiji said, before the water was completely frozen over, except for round the Going Merry.
Everyone was in complete shock at what they just saw happen.
"Must be a Devil Fruit" Naruto said, as he watched the Admiral
"Yea and I'm gonna guess a Logia, like that Crocodile and the lightning asshole" Kurama said with a glare.
"There, that should last for about a week, before it starts to melt" Aokiji said, as he stood up.
"Thanks a lot. all of you! Let's go, Shelly" Tonjit said, as he got on Shelly's back, before she started to walk on the ice.
"Stay safe, llama guy!" Luffy yelled, as he waved at Tonjit, along with Usopp, Chopper and Conis.
"Ok, let's get back to the Merry and plan on our next move" Nami said, as everyone turned to leave.
"Yea, about that" Aokiji said as he looked at the crew, making them stop in their tracks.
"Let me guess; this is where you attack us," Naruto said as his eyes narrowed, as he looked at the Admiral.
"Well normally, I wouldn't waste my time on rookies like you. But seeing as you have Nico Robin on your crew, that makes you a more serious threat, which I can't just ignore" Aokiji said, as he looked at Robin.
"What's so dangerous about her, anyway?" Usopp asked, as he shifted into his hybrid form.
"Every group she has joined has fallen to ruin. She brings nothing but pain wherever she goes" Aokiji said, as he looked at Robin.
"Shut up!" Robin yelled as she crossed her arms, causing her arms to sprout around Aokiji, before she twisted his body, causing him to shatter into pieces.
"Holy crap, you killed him!" Mikita yelled in surprise.
"Not likely," Kurama said with a growl, as he glared at the ice shards, as they started to reform.
"Ice Time" Aokiji said as he grabbed Robin, and started to encase her in ice.
"Robin!" Nami yelled in a panic, as Robin became an ice statue.
Luffy, Zoro and Sanji shot at Aokiji, who easily clashed with them and wasn't affected by their attacks.
"You're not going to beat me that easily, Straw Hat" Aokiji said with a cold tone, as the three pirates jumped back to inspect their iced over wounds.
Aokiji picked up some grass and threw them into the air, before he blew on them, causing an ice sword to be made. "Ice Saber" he said, as he grabbed the sword and held it at the ready.
"We need to get Robin back to the Merry! There is still time to save her!" Chopper yelled, as he ran over to her, while in his human form.
"Guys, get Robin to the Merry' Luffy said, as he glared at Aokiji.
"Oh? You think that you can take me on alone?" Aokiji asked curiously.
"He's not alone," Naruto said, as he stood next to Luffy.
"Naruto, get Robin back to the Merry" Luffy said with a firm tone.
"Already on it" Naruto said, as he made a cross sign and made a few Shadow Clones appear, who ran after the rest of the crew.
"Interesting. The World Government is curious about you, Sage" Aokiji said, as he looked at Naruto curiously.
"If this is some crap about me joining you morons, then you can forget it" Naruto said, as he glared hard at Aokiji.
"Hmmmm. Well, I guess I can at least bring you in alive for questioning -" Aokiji mused, before he was kicked in the side by Will, who appeared in a flash of lightning.
"Like hell you will!" Will yelled, as she glared at the Admiral.
"Speed doesn't mean a thing to me, little lady - gah!" Aokiji was saying, before he was shocked by some of Will's electricity.
"Nice to know even a Logia is weak to an opposite element, asshole" Will said with a smirk
"And she may be little, but she's no lady," Kurama said with a snicker.
"Hmmm, looks like you found and ate the Rumble Rumble fruit" Aokiji said, as he looked at Will with interest, as he started to recover from her attack.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but your observation skills are way off. Now back off, before we have to kick your ass all the way around the island" Will said with a hard tone.
"Hmmmmm, fine. You can go" Aokiji said, as he waved his hand at them.
"Eh?" Luffy asked, with a tilt of his head.
"Technically, I'm not on duty and getting into it with three unknowns like them isn't a smart idea, even for an Admiral. Plus, I owe your grandfather a lot, so consider this a freebie, Straw Hat" Aokiji said, as he turned around and approached his bike.
"Jeez, are all government dogs quirky?" Kurama asked, as he raised an eyebrow at this.
"Free advice; Nico Robin will eventually turn on you. She has done the same to everyone she has encountered, ever since she was a kid" Aokiji said, as he got on his bike.
"Oh, and I'm sure you and your government bosses had nothing to do with that, huh?" Naruto asked as he glared at the Admiral.
Aokiji said nothing to this, before he took off on his bike into the open sea, a trail of ice under the bike.
"Yea, that's right, you better run, you punk ass" Will growled, as she scowled after him.
"Don't be a moron. That guy was holding back and could probably take you" Kurama said.
"He's right, Will. That guy carried himself like he knew he could win" Naruto said as he sighed in relief, as while he was confident he could put up a good fight, he didn't want to fight, if he didn't know what the enemy was holding back.
"Probably had that Haki shit Ace mentioned" Kurama grumbled under his breath.
"Damn it. I couldn't do a thing against him, just like with Smoky" Luffy said, as he scowled.
"Then you better get stronger, captain," Naruto said firmly, as he turned to look at Luffy.
"Yea, and since we have a day before the Log Pose is ready and Robin needs to heal anyway. Why not use that time to train with Naruto a bit?" Will asked.
Luffy blinked at this, before he started to smile at Naruto and Kurama.
"Great. I could use a workout" Kurama said with a smirk at this.
"Come on, let's head back, before we get started. We should at least make sure the others got back safe, before we start training" Naruto said to Luffy and the others.
"Right, and we should eat first too" Luffy said as he nodded at this, as they all started to head back to the Merry.
P.O.M and Kfbanime87 were both relaxing in their office, when the most annoying human appeared
Hey, I'm not annoying. The voices in my head said so: Deadpool said, as he walked into the office
Yea, that's proof he's not nuts: Kfbanime87 said with a flat tone of voice, while P.O.M snickered at this
Anyway, after whatever he chooses to do next, it's off to help Aang: P.O.M said, while gesturing to Kfbanime87, after he stopped snickering
