Kirigakure and Water Country
Predictably, Water Country is in many ways the opposite of the Fire Country. While the later consists of a dry climate, Water Country is filled with marshes, wetlands, and swamps.
The ninja of this region have learned to take full advantage of this, specializing in hiding in the water and use the ecosystems as their main defense. Naturally, the country's fauna consists of animals adapted to the water, including many crocodiles and snapping kappas. Having a large coastline and canals, the country is considered a naval power, while also specializing in the fishing industry.
The country is more distrusting of outsiders than their fiery brethren, many opting for tradition and secrecy. But with what's coming, they may have to open their hearts soon enough…
