And here we are, onto the next arc: Venom Inc.!

Again, it is getting hard to find good names for these arcs...

At the same time as Peter and his allies were trying to take down Toga as she committed her murders wearing the face and mask of Spider-Man, All Might was busy with his own mission, and his own set of problems.

You see, he had been on call with Adriana the day before, and had been tasked with protecting the captured Venom Symbiote as it was transported, via helicopter, from S.I.L.K.'s research and development centre where U.A. was once stationed to I-Island. All Might would express his displeasure at how U.A. was displaced from their old grounds, especially as that has now made it harder to train the students on how to be heroes, but would still accept the task, and make his way there.

However, his natural hero instincts would force him to intervene in whatever possible emergency was near him, furthering his concerns when he sees the maddeningly overwhelming cheers for him, and the amount of times he's seen another hero or quirkless person being harassed or attacked, or even another quirk supremacist mob roaming the streets.

But eventually, he would find his way to the main helicopter convoy crossing over Japanese waters and towards the coastline, and that is when he encounters Ben Reilly, the Scarlet Spider, who is shadowing the aerial convoy himself in order to make sure that the Venom Symbiote doesn't fall into the wrong hands as well.

However, because All Might spent so much of his available time away from his current mission on needless hero work, a group of villains led by Nine, one of All for One's former test subjects for the Nomu process, proceed to attack the convoy, attempting to free the Symbiote stored within so that Nine can bond to it and gain even more power than he already had. All Might and the Scarlet Spider would battle against these villains, but All Might's dwindling time limit would prove to be a hinderance, and the villains would crash the helicopter on Nabu Island, freeing the Venom Symbiote inside. However, the villains are unable to grab the Symbiote as it escapes, and the goo monster slithers out of sight and into the furthest reaches of the island, eventually coming across a boy by the name of Katsuma Shimano and bonding with him.

From there, it is a race against time by both All Might and Ben Reilly against Nine and his crew for Venom as they search up and down the island, the two forces constantly battling against each other as they search for the stray Symbiote.

Meanwhile, the young Katsuma would find himself bonded to the weakened Venom, much to his shock and surprise, and he and his elder sister Mahoro would end up trying to work with and talking to Venom, the Symbiote too weak from its previous battles and confinement to try and pull the same possession trick as it had done with Peter and Izuku. During this time though, it would begin to learn from the two children, and would begin to ponder and reconsider its previous ambitions and motivations, and how its method of helping people before may have not been the way to go about assisting others, as was the reason for its creation all those years ago.

Here is where we get into the Symbiote's, Venom's, mindset. As said in an earlier arc, One for All's transformation into the Symbiote was influenced by All for One forcing a different quirk onto Yoichi. Instead of Stockpiling, it was instead Parasite, which serves as the basis for Venom, albeit mindless and without much thought or consciousness. However, over the years, and the many wielders that One for All has been passed onto, the Parasite part of One for All had grown in strength and power, slowly growing a mind of its own, born from the collective consciousnesses of those whom have wielded it, and fuelled by the lingering anger and rage of the past wielders as All for One killed them, as well as the heroism of its wielders mixing with that rage and anger and causing it to develop its own twisted sense of morals. The Symbiote would further develop during All Might's reign as the number one hero, and would finally become properly sentient during its brief tenure with Izuku, eventually choosing to bond itself to Peter and feeding on both his heroism and negative emotions like it had done with its previous wielders, but felt anger at being rejected for the first time since its creation by Spider-Man and, upon deciding to take matters of saving others and making the weak stronger in its own way, would become the twisted Symbiote known as Venom.

However, ultimately, Venom does want to do good as it was created to do. However, that version of 'Good' in its mind is alien and perverted, and believes that the best way of helping others is to parasite itself to them, empowering them, but also fuelling their negative emotions and cancelling out its hosts' supposed weaknesses.

However, now, after being bonded with Katsuma and taking time to understand the human condition, Venom has been left feeling unsure about its previous modus operandi and way of helping and saving others, and begins re-evaluating its methods and anger at Peter for rejecting it.

Meanwhile, All Might would begin to think back on One for All and the very nature of Venom and the Symbiotes, as well as the fact that he himself was currently carrying the remaining embers of One for All currently inside him. His thoughts on the quirk would become reflective, almost philosophical, as he ponders as to why Venom did the things that it did, and worries that he himself might be inadvertently doing the same as well by holding onto the title of the number one hero for so long.

However, All Might would find himself on the verge of his time limit and very close to passing out from his wound, and Ben, in his typically loopy way, would harangue and berate All Might for taking time out of this critically important mission and wasting the little time that he had left in his buff form on pointless activities that could've been solved without him, as in-between fighting Nine's crew and searching for the Symbiote, he had been using his time in solving minor problems on the island that another person could've handled, thereby expending too much of his buff form time than he could manage, drawing him close to deflating and being rendered unable to fight. This would leave All Might filled with feelings of guilt, but he would not allow himself to rest, not while there are still people out there that he can help.

And then we get to All Might's biggest motivator in this arc: guilt, just like Peter. He feels guilty for everything that has happened to his successor, Izuku, and for not being there to help him when he needed it the most, and for even giving him One for All in the first place so that it could turn into the parasitic monster that it eventually became. It is this guilt for letting Izuku come to harm that All Might is going out of his way to help as many people around him as he can, even if it has damaging effects in the long term.

Eventually, Nine would find the two Shimano siblings, and would endeavour to steal not just the Symbiote, but also their quirks and their lives for interfering with his plans. In the ensuing chaos, Ben Reilly can only protect the two twins for so long before All Might joins in on the fray, and-

His time limit runs out, and All Might is punted out of the fight. The Scarlet Spider is just about to be sent out of the fight by Nine before Venom finally regains his strength and overtakes Katsuma, growing to his full-sized form and holding back Nine, allowing Mahoro to escape before Nine manages to rip off part of Venom and forces the Symbiote back and away from himself.

Upon seeing this, upon seeing the seemingly malicious Symbiote protect an innocent child, something that a typical villain would never do, All Might manages to find the strength in himself to force himself back into his buff form, and defeat Nine with a single punch, sending him flying across the island.

In the aftermath of the battle, Nine is able to escape, but the rest of his crew, that being Slice, Mummy, and Chimera, are rounded up and arrested. All Might can't help but feel shame for letting Ben and the children down visa using up his time so quickly, but upon seeing how Ben had been there to protect the children, and how the children had, in a way, been able to save themselves, he sees that those of the next generation are ready and able to fight for themselves when the time comes, and begins thinking about making plans to retire.

And then, he gets a call on his phone, to tell him that Izuku is beginning to show signs of waking up.

Meanwhile, Venom decides that it is time for it to leave, debonding itself from Katsuma and saying goodbye to him and his sister, thanking them for helping him begin his journey to gain perspective on the world, slithering away to take a boat back to the mainland, but not before leading the seed of another Symbiote, one that he calls Sleeper, inside Katsuma, as a gift for the future.

And elsewhere, Nine would muse to himself about his failure to retrieve the Venom Symbiote, as well as the loss of his crew. However, he would not judge the event to be an entire loss for himself.

He was able to gain at least a small piece of Venom, as an inert, mindless portion of the Symbiote.

Nine would apply it to himself and bond with the creature. Feeling its power coursing through him, Nine would bitterly remark that it wasn't enough, and that he should seek out other forms of power.

Like one of those rumoured stones of incredible ability. That should be enough to fill the void in his soul.

As such, Nine would abandon his name, and rebrand himself as the Void Knight.

Me: "Okay, we need to find a way to justify All Might not being present for the entirety of the last arc since I completely forgot to write him in, what do we do?"

Brain: "All Might and Ben Reilly team up to stop Nine from bonding to Venom to become the Void Knight on Nabu Island."

Me: "...Awesome."

Jokes aside, there are plot points and implications that have grown from this arc, including Venom as he begins to change and grow as a character and is forced to re-evaluate his previous decisions, and possibly even begin the road to redemption as well, on top of the birth of Sleeper, All Might's growing doubts, the introduction of Nine and his transformation into the Void Knight. All of these will have a part to play in future events, trust me. I'll make sure of it.
