The Light Nation, with its 55 states divided into 12 districts, resides in Sector 8, Jurisdiction 17, under the watchful protection of The One Above All. This nation is led by President John Constantine and Vice President Jesse Custer.
The remaining sectors fall under the dominion of the Dark Nation, a realm of torment and punishment, ruled by a formidable version of Lucifer. This Lucifer is a unique amalgamation of Nick from Supernatural, Lucifer from the Nine Circles of Hell, and Lucifer from Hellblazer and Sandman. The Dark Nation serves as the ultimate deterrent for those who stray from the path of righteousness.
In the Light Nation, The One Above All watches over everything, ensuring that no evil can thrive. This omniscient being sees into every heart and knows every intention. Those who harbor dark motives cannot hide from The One Above All's gaze. If any citizen of the Light Nation is found guilty of such intentions, they are sent to the Dark Nation, where they face their worst fears in one of its 25 jurisdictions.

However, there is a path to redemption. The Court of Judgment offers a glimmer of hope for those who genuinely seek to change. This divine court, presided over by The One Above All, hears cases of individuals from both nations. Lucifer serves as the Accuser, presenting the case against the individual, while Harvey Specter, known for his sharp wit and legal acumen, defends them. The Councils of the Gods, representing various divine pantheons, serve as the jury, deliberating on the fate of the accused.

If an individual from the Dark Nation sincerely desires a better life, they can petition the Court of Judgment. The One Above All, who sees into every heart, makes the final judgment. Should the plea be genuine, the individual is granted a second chance in the Light Nation. If the plea is deemed insincere, the individual remains in the Dark Nation, continuing to face the consequences of their actions.
Above these realms lies the Heavenly Realm, a place of unparalleled beauty and harmony, where the hierarchy of the divine exists. The One Above All rules from the Highest Heaven, with Archangel Michael as his second-in-command and Archangel Gabriel as his third. The Heavenly Realm is organized into various councils and realms, each dedicated to different gods and divine beings from numerous mythologies.
