Can I still be a hero even though we do not know what my quirk is?

Hmm well that is a hard question Izuku. But I think that you will be able to be a hero with your quirk. Because your quirk is somewhat activated because your quirk has already strengthened your body. But if you want to be a hero you will need to train your body and your mind. Because you can not be a hero with just muscles or just brains. You will need a mix of both brain and muscles.

What exactly has been strengthened in Izuku's body?

Hmm well his bones, muscles, skin, and his mind have been enhanced. So right now he has a body that is about 3 times stronger than a boy his age. He will most likely have about 3 times as much higher IQ as a boy his age.
