Titus called the police to help both him and Kimmy onto to track down on where Frankie could be. That is where they figured his biological father could've taken him. After a long hour of searching, they found Frankie. Kimmy and Frankie's biological father, Robert, used it as a distraction to start his planned legal custody battle over Frankie! The idea that he kidnapped him was all the evidence that was given to the judge proving that Robert is not a suitable parent for Frankie. Kimmy was granted physical and legal custody over Frankie while Robert was sent to prison for good! A couple of days later,Kimmy woke up and got out of bed. She walked over and gave Frankie a kiss on the forehead while he giggled in delight. Next, she walked over to the bathroom to shower and change into work clothes. This day was her first day of work as a nurse. Once she put her work clothes on, left out of the bathroom and towards the front door. While she was heading out she walked past Titus, who was already at the kitchen table drinking coffee.
"Where are you off to Kimmy?", he asked
"Work." ,she said smiling.
She calmly exited the room of the apartment and shut the door behind her went to work.
