Game On

The Cyberspace was busy as ever, and Trent was hard at work. Trent headed back to the counter with a tray of dishes, and to check if Hayley had more orders for him to deliver.

Hayley replied as she put a drink on another tray for Trent, "Hey, got a big one for you. Be really careful."

Trent quipped as it was only one drink, "I'll send for backup if things get ugly." He prepared to leave, when Hayley quickly realized she gave her waiter the wrong order and grabbed the single drink away, "Not so fast." Trent groaned as Hayley exchanged it for a bigger order… the new order was full of drinks and filled up the entire tray.

Trent cautiously carried the tray and was walking by Ethan, who was distracted by the game he was playing on the computer. Ethan was getting frustrated with his game and hollered, "Just give me the code, you freakazoid wizard!" as the wizard in the game laughed on the screen.

Ethan got up quickly in frustration, "Come on!" knocking into Trent and causing the poor waiter to spill the large order he was trying to deliver.

Hayley saw the whole scene and groaned at the mess. Trent apologized to the group, "Sorry… I got a little distracted." Trent then gave Ethan a pointed look for causing him to spill everything, "And by the way, it's a game… it can't hear you!"

Ethan sat back down as Hayley approached the blue ranger, "Is everything okay, Ethan?" Ethan was focused on the game again, as Hayley tried to get his attention, "Ethan!"

Ethan jumped when Hayley tapped his shoulder. Hayley put her hands on her hips as she realized what was causing the blue ranger to be so distracted, "Wizard Wood" She looked at the mess Trent was working on cleaning up and was very annoyed with Ethan now.

Ethan got excited as he explained, "The first gamer to conquer the entire magical world and crack the secret code wins the right to test the next game in the series. How crazy is that?"

Hayley quipped, "Yeah… I read about it. Well, if anyone can do it." She knew Ethan loved his games, but she did not appreciate the mess he caused in his distraction.

Ethan revealed, "I'm on the last level but I just can't get the code out of Beldorf, the wizard of Galdor… the dude's a serious punk."

Hayley rolled her eyes, "I get the point… just keep at it, I guess." She was still annoyed, but patted Ethan's shoulder and headed back to work.

Meanwhile, Cassidy and Devon were up to their usual antics. Cassidy was dressed in a pink and white medieval gown, while Devon had his arms loaded with medieval props. Devon asked Cassidy, "Could you at least tell me where we are going, your highness?"

Cassidy replied with a put-on posh medieval accent, "Hayley's Cyberspace. If I'm to perform the lead in the fall musical, I must become Guinevere. Hair, clothes, all the finery that make her queen."

Devon agreed, but was still slightly confused, "Yeah, yeah… sure. But what does that have to with Hayley's? I mean, I don't think they really had cyber cafés back in those days."

Cassidy sharply turned as she replied, "If I'm to research my part, I must have royal subjects. And where better to find a bunch of losers to worship at my feet than a cyber café?" She dramatically flipped her hair, as Devon just grinned, "Cool." The two continued on their way to the Cyberspace.

In Mesogog's lair, the evil mastermind was plotting and consulting with Zeltrax. Mesogog quipped to the cyborg, "You see, Zeltrax, teenagers are like mice… they can be easily trapped. However, you must first know where to place the bait."

The villain turned to his monitors, and saw Ethan was still distracted by his game, "Ahh… perfect. All alone- an easy target."

Zeltrax asked, "But what of the others, sir?" as the screens changed to see where the other rangers were at. The other rangers and Kimberly had just arrived in the woods for a training session and were standing next to Conner and Kira's cycles.

Mesogog replied, "You will take some Tyrannodrones to keep them busy, while I dispense with the cyber gamer. And thus, we have the first rule of world domination- divide and conquer."

Mesogog turned towards his monster-making machine and ordered, "Initiate the Geno Randomizer."

Zeltrax quickly went to his station, and began his part in activating the machine, "Online." Elsa was now at her station, and did her part, "Stand by."

The machine whirred, and the doors opened to reveal the villains' newest monster. The monster looked at his master and replied, "I am De-Magnetron. What is my mission, master?" Mesogog hissed in satisfaction with his newest creation.

In the woods, the rangers and Kimberly hadn't begun their training session. Tommy crossed his arms as he asked Conner and Kira, "So, where's Ethan?" Kimberly asked as well, "Ethan did know we had a training session planned today, right?"

Kira answered, "We should've grabbed him from the Cybercafe… sorry, Dr. O and Coach H."

Tommy rolled his eyes in annoyance and shook his head… he had wanted the entire team to train together. Plus, he and Kimberly had taken time out their busy schedules to help the kids. It was important for the Power Rangers to train and be ready for any situation on the battlefield.

Conner didn't understand why Dr. O was so annoyed, "Look, what's the big deal, anyway? I mean, it's just practice."

Tommy spoke with all the authority of his ranger experiences, "Training is just as important as the real thing." Kimberly nodded in agreement, "You never know when you might get attacked."

Suddenly Zeltrax snuck up from behind and attacked, knocking Tommy and Kimberly forward. Conner and Kira quickly steadied their mentors, and everyone saw that Zeltrax and his goons arrived on the scene.

Tommy quipped, "Well, I couldn't have planned that better." He then turned to look at Kimberly, "Kim, you better get out of here… you don't have powers, and I don't want you to get hurt."

Kimberly smirked as she rolled her eyes, "I may not be a ranger anymore, but I am more than capable of helping you and the kids get rid of these goons."

Zeltrax ordered, "Attack!" as he and his Tyrannodrones charged. The rangers and Kimberly quickly got into defensive positions.

Zeltrax and Tommy immediately went at each other. Despite Tommy being unmorphed, the two rivals were evenly matched. Zeltrax did manage to land a few blows on Tommy… Tommy managed to use his footwork and ended up having to scale a tree. Tommy ended up backflipping but landed on his feet. While the black ranger was trying to gain his bearings, Zeltrax landed a kick on Tommy's stomach knocking him to the ground.

Kimberly was holding her own with the Tyrannodrones… she still had her gymnast agility and had spun and kicked several Tyrannodrones away from her. She saw Tommy on the ground and rushed to his side, "Tommy!"

Zeltrax smirked as he noticed the concern on the petite brunette's face, "Oh… who's this, Black Ranger?" Zeltrax saw the way Tommy looked at Kimberly, and realized the woman was someone his rival cared about.

Tommy quickly got up and pushed Kimberly behind him. Kimberly could literally hear the Evil Green Ranger in Tommy's voice as he snarled at the cyborg, "Don't you dare mess with her, Zeltrax."

The Tyrannodrones were ganging up on Conner. Conner struggled a bit… he realized he was a stronger fighter when he was morphed, and now realized the importance of training. The creatures were giving the red ranger a run for his money… after being knocked onto the ground, Conner tapped into his super strength and was able to push a few of the creatures away from him.

Kira was holding her own but was surrounded by Tyrannodrones. She had to do a split and roll to dodge the attacks. She groaned when one of the creatures landed a hit on her back and knocked her into her Raptor Cycle. She quipped to Conner, "How do you feel about a ride in the country?"

Conner had managed to get to his cycle and drove a few Tyrannodrones away, "Great day for it!"

Tommy turned to give Kimberly a look, "Kim, get out of here. It's too dangerous." Kimberly gave Tommy a stern look as she kicked at a Tyrannodrone, "Like hell I'm leaving! You and the kids better morph!"

Tommy nodded and gave a look at Conner and Kira. The three rangers quickly accessed their morphers, "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" and morphed into their ranger suits.

Kimberly was upset that she couldn't do more to help. At that moment, Kimberly wished she had her old ranger powers to help. But she was proud that she had been able to hold her own… she hadn't completely lost her ranger skills. She took out her frustrations on the nearby Tyrannodrones, and quickly drove the creatures away from her.

Once morphed, Tommy pulled out his staff. Zeltrax quickly kicked at the black ranger, causing Tommy to skid backwards. Tommy had dug his boots into the ground, but Zeltrax had caused him to skid a good distance. The two rivals began to use their weapons… while Tommy was able to use his Brachio staff to block Zeltrax's sword, the cyborg landed a kick and managed to knock Tommy into the ground.

Conner was now on his cycle, "Lasers!" and fired at the Tyrannodrones. He managed to knock a few Tyrannodrones around, and exclaimed, "Sweet!" as he brought his cycle to a quick stop. As he turned, he noticed the creatures were charging again, "Oh, boy!" He quickly revved his cycle; the red ranger then spun his cycle and fired his lasers at the creatures again. Conner's maneuver was successful, causing the Tyrannodrones to fly backwards.

Kira sped through on her cycle, "Coming through!" She fired her lasers and quickly cut a path through the creatures.

Tommy and Zeltrax continued to go at it. While Zeltrax managed to knock Tommy down, the black ranger quickly used his legs to get momentum. He landed a few kicks on the cyborg, and quickly got back on his feet. Tommy backflipped several times to dodge the attacks. The rivals charged at each other, and Tommy ended up using his powers to land a powerful blow on the cyborg. The two landed on the ground, but quickly got back onto their feet. Tommy grabbed his staff and got into a defensive position. Zeltrax got his bearings, and quickly summoned a portal to make his escape. As the cyborg disappeared, Tommy quipped, "Guess not!"

Conner and Kira brought their cycles to a stop and regrouped with Tommy. Conner exclaimed, "That was seriously random!"

Tommy agreed, "Probably a diversion. You guys go to the café and get Ethan. Meet me at the lab."

The red and yellow ranger nodded in agreement, "Okay!" "You got it!" and rushed back to their cycles. They quickly sped away to check in on Ethan.

Kimberly walked up to Tommy. Tommy was relieved to see Kimberly was okay… he quickly demoprhed, and wrapped Kimberly in a huge hug. Kimberly groaned, "Tommy, I don't mind you hugging me, but you're crushing me."

Tommy lessened his grip, and gently wrapped his arms around Kimberly's waist, "Sorry about that… I forget my own strength now that I have powers again. Are you okay?" He quickly began to check Kimberly for injuries.

Kimberly playfully swatted Tommy's hands, "I'm fine, handsome. Those goons didn't even leave a mark on me."

Tommy sighed, "Zeltrax knows about you now… it was obvious he realized-ugh, never mind." Tommy tried to walk away, but Kimberly quickly grabbed his hand, "Tommy, what are you trying to say?"

Tommy let out another heavy sigh, "That he realized how much I care about you. And it didn't help that you rushed to my side. I don't want Mesogog or that cyborg to target you… I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to you."

Kimberly gave a small smile… she was honestly relieved that Tommy was being honest with her. She decided to make a move… she quickly pulled Tommy down to her and kissed him square on the lips.

Tommy was shocked, but his heart quickly gave into the kiss. Kimberly smiled as she gently broke the kiss, "Tommy… I still care for you as well. Why do you think I'm here helping you with the rangers? I might not be a ranger, but I want to do my part. Powers or no powers, I am more than capable of defending myself… I know the risks, but I want to face them with you."

Tommy sighed as he kissed the top of Kimberly's head, "Kim, you are stubborn as hell." Kimberly gave an impish grin at that, "Yeah, I know… but that's why you love me."

Tommy gave a small smile as he shook his head… if Kimberly did not suspect it before, the kiss she just planted on him definitely revealed his true feelings.

The two began to head back to Tommy's house. Kimberly gently held Tommy's hand as she apologized, "Handsome, I know I surprised you. I'm sorry… I know our relationship is complicated because of our past."

Tommy didn't want Kimberly to feel bad; while he had been thrown off guard by the kiss, he didn't regret what happened. He honestly replied, "Kim… you don't have to apologize. I think our little kiss revealed we both want more… but I need some time. We both have a lot of baggage to work through, and with me being a Power Ranger again definitely makes things more complicated."

Kim sighed in disappointment, "I know… we have some horrible timing, don't we?" She knew Tommy had a point that they needed to work through their emotional baggage before they could even consider getting back together. Despite how disappointed she felt, she understood why Tommy was being cautious.

Tommy hated seeing Kimberly look so crestfallen. He gently wrapped an arm around her shoulders, "How about we just take things a day at a time? Let's take things slow… you know I care about you, and the last thing I want to do is hurt you."

Kimberly just leaned into Tommy… she nodded in agreement. The couple continued their walk back to the Dino Lab… while they were glad that they had been honest with each other, they knew it was best to take things slow between them. For now, they needed to focus on the rangers… they knew Mesogog was up to something and hoped Conner and Kira would find Ethan in time.

Back at the Cyberspace, it was already closing time. Ethan was still playing his game, as Hayley was preparing to go home.

Hayley asked the blue ranger, "Ethan, are you sure you know how to lock up?" She had agreed to let Ethan finish his game, as long as he locked up the café.

Ethan grinned as he turned towards Hayley, "Yeah, no problem. As soon as I get this dude, I'm out of here. And thanks."

Hayley turned to leave and rolled her eyes, "I know I'm going to regret this."

Ethan waved goodbye as Hayley left… he let out a mischievous chuckle, as he reached into his bag to get his code breaker. Once he was certain he was alone, Ethan hooked up his machine to the computer.

The code breaker immediately went to work. Ethan was pleased that his machine was working so well, "Yeah, baby… come to Papa! Just a few more seconds, and I'll have the code."

Ethan stayed focused on trying to break the game code; he did not pay attention to his surroundings and didn't even hear Devon and Cassidy arriving outside.

Devon and Cassidy could see through the windows that Ethan was there. Devon replied, "It seems pretty quiet."

Cassidy saw the closed sign was posted, "Closed! I am a queen… there is no closed for the queen."

Devon tried to calm Cassidy down, "Maybe Hayley didn't get the royal memo. We better get inside, or else there isn't going to be anyone left to worship the ground you walk on."

Cassidy flipped her hair, "Come along!" and the two friends headed to the front door.

De-Magnetron arrived on the scene, and saw Ethan was distracted, "Aha! Game On!" He quickly activated his magnet powers in his hands and sent a pulse of energy at Ethan's machine.

Ethan's machine sparked from the surge, and Ethan gasped, "Whoa!" Suddenly, a weird light came from the machine, and Ethan hollered in surprise as he was sucked into the energy portal.

Devon and Cassidy had finally made their way inside. Cassidy saw Ethan's things, and his now empty chair, "Oh. Where did he go?" as Ethan's machine sparked again.

Devon motioned to the space, "Told you we should hurry."

De-Magnetron spied through the window again, and saw the two friends, "And two more, for good measure!"

He sent another energy pulse, opening another portal that sucked Devon and Cassidy in.

The two friends landed with a thud. They quickly got up as Devon quipped, "Okay… that was kind of cool." They looked around and saw that they were in a weird-looking forest. Cassidy then questioned, "But where are we?"

Ethan exclaimed to himself, "Okay, that was freaky." He began to look at his surroundings and was in the same forest. "What happened?"

Suddenly, Ethan heard a voice exclaim, "Name your business young knight, or perish where ye stand!"

Ethan turned and was shocked to see Beldorf, the wizard from his game, pointing a wand at him. He quickly realized he was inside the Wizard Wood game.

Ethan chuckled to himself, and tried to reason with the wizard, "This is all a little misunderstanding dude."

Beldorf did not understand Ethan's slang and looked around, "Dude? I see no dude around here. Only Beldorf- wizard of Galdor! And ye be no friend of mine. With manners like that, ye must be of that wretched clan from Lockersley. Filthy scoundrels, the lot of them."

Ethan replied, "Actually, I'm from-" Beldorf interrupted as he continued to appraise the blue ranger, "Your stature is not of giants' blood, so you can't be from the east."

Ethan tried to speak again, but Beldorf continued his tirade as he realized, "That leaves us with one plausibility. You are from the west, and you have come to steal my secret code!"

Ethan awkwardly replied as Beldorf pointed the wand directly into his face, "Well… sort of."

Beldorf backed away from the blue ranger, "Away with thee! Get thee as far from mine eyes as thou are able. Else I will fell ye where ye stand."

Beldorf raised his wand to try to intimidate Ethan, but Ethan just stared at the strange little wizard. Beldorf realized his tactics weren't working, "On second thought, I will away myself. And we will battle another day!"

The wizard began to skip away. Ethan hollered after the retreating wizard, "Wait! I just want to get out of here!" He raised his arms in frustration.

Conner and Kira finally arrived at the Cyberspace. Conner asked, "You think he's still here?" Kira replied, "Let's find out."

Suddenly the two rangers heard De-Magnetron's evil chuckle. They quickly turned to find the monster. Conner quipped, "Oh, great." It had to be a new monster on the loose.

De-Magnetron taunted, "If you're looking for your friend, you're too late… unless you want to join him."

The two rangers rushed at the monster… De-Magnetron quickly blocked the rangers' kicks and spins. The monster did manage to land a kick on Conner. Conner quickly spoke into his bracelet, "Dr. O! We found one of Mesogog's buddies, but no Ethan!"

Tommy and Kimberly were back in the Dino Lab. Tommy was at his monitors, "I'm getting a reading on him. Keep looking, while I try to pinpoint the signal."

Kimberly replied, "Just let me know when I need to take over… Hayley showed me enough on how to use the lab computers, so I can help when you need to head out to help the kids." Tommy nodded and quickly went back to work.

De-Magnetron fired a huge energy pulse at the red and yellow ranger. Conner and Kira quickly ducked for cover. Conner quipped, "Easy for him to say" as their mentor wasn't the one being attacked.

Cassidy and Devon were also trying to find their way out of Wizard Wood. Cassidy demanded as she dramatically waved her arms, "Devon, you simply must find a way from this wretched place. Your queen is not amused, and you know what happens when we are not amused."

Devon was a little confused, "But, wait, Cass, I kind of don't get something here. Wasn't Guinevere, like, you know, really nice?"

Cassidy quipped, "Hello, I'm taking her a different way." Devon quickly agreed, "Oh, right." It was easier to agree with the upset "queen".

Cassidy took a step forward and ended up tripping over her long train. She ended up falling face first and exclaimed, "Whoa!" as she tumbled down the ridge. Devon called after his friend in concern, "Cass!" Cassidy ended up landing face-first in a puddle of mud and was an absolute mess as she got up.

Ethan was following after Beldorf to get answers on how to get back home, "Wait… will you slow down? I just want to know how to get out of here. Please!"

The wizard simply ignored Ethan and entered his home. Beldorf quickly shut the door in Ethan's face. Ethan groaned, "Beldorf!"

Beldorf exclaimed through the door, "Go away! We don't want any!"

Ethan groaned, "Oh, come on. I don't even want the code anymore. I just want to go home."

Ethan was surprised when Beldorf opened the door and pointed to a sign that was posted saying "No Gamers Allowed." The wizard quipped, "You won't get very far in life, young knight, if you don't learn to read!"

Beldorf chuckled and headed back inside. Ethan waved his arms in frustration, "Beldorf!"

The wizard then exclaimed, "Now do run along. These woods are not safe."

Ethan took a step back to try to gain his thoughts. Suddenly, Ethan heard noise nearby. The blue ranger was startled, but quickly began to look around.

Ethan could hear some movement and turned around to see the black and white Triptoids. The creatures made funny movements with their weapons and rushed at the blue ranger. Ethan had to leap and dodge the attacks.

Beldorf looked out the window to see the commotion and was shocked to see Ethan was fighting the Triptoids. While Ethan was able to hold his own, he did have to use every ounce of his ranger skills. The Triptoids were challenging, and Ethan had to duck and roll several times. Beldorf quickly shut the window when Ethan saw him… Ethan gave the wizard a look, "Beldorf!"

De-Magnetron continued to fire at Conner and Kira. The red and yellow ranger ended up having to dodge for cover by some nearby crates.

Conner quipped, "Now would be a really good time to find Ethan." Kira agreed, "See if you can draw his fire… I'll check inside."

Conner turned his head to the door, "Check fast. I don't know how long I'll be able to hold him off." Kira nodded, "Okay."

Conner rushed forward to distract the monster, while Kira ran towards the door. The distraction worked, and the monster only saw Conner rushing at him.

Kira made it inside and found Ethan's things at the computer station. She looked around, "Ethan?" and then noticed Ethan's machine, "What's this?"

The machine sparked again and opened a new energy portal, and quickly sucked Kira into the game.

Ethan ended up getting knocked to the ground by the Triptoids. Suddenly Kira landed right next to him.

Ethan was relieved to see his teammate, "Welcome to my world." The two quickly got up.

Kira looked around and asked, "I don't suppose you know how to get out of here" Ethan quipped, "I don't even know how I got in."

The two rangers quickly had to move as the Triptoids launched another attack. While Ethan and Kira landed a few blows on the creatures, they had to use every ounce of their ranger training to fight as the Triptoids were proving to be formidable fighters.

After being shoved around, Ethan and Kira managed to regroup. Kira asked, "Have you tried to morph?" Ethan replied, "What would that do?"

Kira quipped, "Keep us alive long enough to figure a way out." Ethan nodded, "Good enough for me. Ready?" He quickly summoned his morpher.

Kira nodded as well as she summoned her morpher, "Ready!" The two rangers quickly hollered, "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" and morphed into their ranger suits.

Now that they were in their ranger suits, Ethan and Kira were able to handle the Triptoids better.

Ethan quipped, "Kira, go for a spin?" Kira nodded, "You got it!" The two quickly grabbed hands, and Ethan spun Kira around as she kicked at the creatures.

Kira replied, "Keep it rolling." She let Ethan spin over her back, and the two landed several blows.

Ethan exclaimed, "Over the top!" Kira nodded, "Yeah!" and hopped over Ethan's shoulders into the air. The creatures got distracted, and Kira quickly landed on her feet.

Ethan continued to kick and spin. He had to duck and ended up in a plank position, but Kira quickly used her boots to give Ethan a boost, "Gotcha!" Ethan was able to use the momentum Kira gave him, and quickly got back up. The Triptoids were not letting up, but Ethan and Kira continued to fight.

Conner was beginning to struggle in his fight with De-Magnetron. The creature spun and landed a kick, causing the red ranger to fly backwards.

Conner ended up landing right in front of the Cyberspace's entrance. Conner groaned in pain, as De-Magnetron taunted, "You're no match for me."

Conner looked at his bracelet and summoned his morpher. He began to get up, "I am so over you!" He quickly began his morph, "Dino Thunder, Power U- Ahh!" but was unable to complete his morph sequence as the monster blasted him through the front doors.

Conner landed with a thud next to Ethan's machine. Conner had knocked into the machine, causing it to spark again, but this time it reversed the portal sequence. The Triptoids, Ethan, and Kira disappeared in mid-battle from the game.

Conner quickly got up and looked at the machine, "What the- Huh?!" and quickly turned to see Ethan and Kira fighting the Triptoids in the center of the café.

Ethan and Kira, and even the Triptoids, were surprised to be in the café. They quickly started battling again once they got their bearings.

Conner looked at his teammates, "What's going on?!" Kira gave the red ranger a look, "Don't ask!"

As the fight continued, Ethan ended up knocking a Triptoid over Hayley's counter. The creature ended up knocking over the chairs. Ethan groaned as he saw the damage, "Oh, man! Hayley's seriously going to lose it!" He was not looking forward to the redhead's wrath.

Kira managed to say in mid-block, "Conner, morph and meet us outside. Okay?!"

Conner nodded as he watched his friends battle, "Gladly!" He quickly grabbed at his morpher, "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" and was finally able to get into his ranger suit.

The battle resumed outside. Conner dealt with De-Magnetron, while Ethan and Kira dealt with the Triptoids. This time Conner managed to fare better and landed a few blows on the monster.

De-Magnetron quickly summoned a portal, "I'm out of here!" and disappeared from the scene.

Conner quipped, "Good riddance!" He turned towards his friends, "We got to check out that game." Ethan and Kira cheered as they had finally got rid of the Triptoids, "All right!" "Yeah!" and nodded in agreement.

They quickly powered down and headed towards the computer station. Ethan groaned as his machine continued to spark, "It's doing it again!" This time Beldorf disappeared from the computer screen.

Conner asked, "Dude, what's going on?" Ethan turned towards his friends, "I kind of don't know where to start."

The rangers were shocked as they turned to see Beldorf standing in the café, "The truth is always best told from thine heart." The rangers stared at the strange little wizard… now they had another situation to deal with.

The rangers quickly headed to the Dino Lab, and took Beldorf and Ethan's malfunctioning machine with them.

Thankfully, Tommy and Kimberly called Hayley. Hayley studied the machine and quickly went to work, "I'll see if I can get access by linking it to our main power supply."

Tommy spun his chair to face the rangers. He went into disapproving mentor/teacher mode and gave Ethan a look, "So, let me get this straight. You were so caught up in a video game that you let a monster sneak up behind you."

Ethan tried to defend himself, "It's a pretty tight game, Dr. O."

Tommy emphasized, "You have to keep your head in this game at all times. I know it can be hard… it can be really dangerous too."

Beldorf groaned and decided to use his magic on Tommy. Tommy continued, "That's why you just got to-" and then began to mumble as Beldorf's magic took away his mouth.

The rangers were shocked and began to look at the wizard. Ethan gave a look, "Beldorf! Give him his mouth back."

Kimberly growled at the wizard, "Listen, you little punk, reverse your spell on Tommy now… or I'll make you." The rangers then gave Kimberly a look… they now realized what Tommy meant when he said it wasn't good to anger the original pink ranger.

Beldorf grumbled, as Tommy continued his mumbling. Conner quirked an eyebrow at Tommy and joked, "Can he wait until after midterms?" Kimberly quickly smacked Conner's shoulder… despite that she had no powers, Conner winced at the strength of Kimberly's hit.

Ethan gave the wizard another look, "Beldorf!" Beldorf groaned, "Killjoy!" He went ahead and reversed the spell he had cast on Tommy.

Tommy gave a stern look once he was back to normal, "Okay… let's not do that again."

Ethan apologized, "I'm really sorry, Dr. O." Tommy nodded, "I know you are Ethan."

Ethan replied, "I definitely learned my lesson." He now realized as a Power Ranger it was important to always be on guard. He needed to be cautious and more aware of his surroundings so he would never get into another trap like this.

Hayley turned towards the group, "You know, this might not be a total loss." Tommy asked the redheaded genius, "What do you mean?"

Hayley revealed, "That creature's energy left a residual power pulse. If I recalibrate the settings, I might be able to use this thing to send Beldorf back."

Ethan grinned at that, "You mean, I did something right?!"

Tommy wagged his fingers at Ethan, "You may have gotten lucky. Right now, we better deal with the creature on the loose. Kira, Kimberly… check the monitors and see if you can find him."

The girls nodded and got up from their seats. While Hayley worked on Ethan's machine, the rangers were now focused on finding De-Magnetron.

Back at Mesogog's lair, Mesogog growled at Elsa, "I want no more excuses." He was angry that their monster hadn't defeated the rangers.

Elsa did her best to calm down Mesogog and came up with a plan, "Master… what if we send the De-Magnetron to destroy the entire power grid of Reefside? Well, the ensuing chaos will make the rangers especially vulnerable."

Mesogog liked that idea, and turned toward his monster, "You heard her. Now go… before I change my mind." De-Magnetron quickly agreed, "Yes sir!" and headed on his way to do his master's bidding.

The Dino Lab's computers began to blare the alert. Kira quipped as she studied the screens, "Looks like Mr. Magnetic Personality's back."

Tommy nodded, "Okay." He then turned to Beldorf, "You stay put until we can figure out how to send you back."

Beldorf grumbled at that order. Tommy quickly told Ethan and Kira, "You two keep an eye on him" He then turned to the red ranger, "Conner, you come with me."

The red and black ranger ran down the steps and headed to the side. Tommy looked at Conner, "Ready?" Conner nodded, "Ready!" They accessed their morphers, and with a "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" they quickly morphed.

De-Magnetron was preparing to destroy the Power Grid. He aimed his magnets, "This will bring down the entire grid."

The red and black ranger arrived on the scene, and quickly placed themselves in the way. "Hey!" "Not so fast!"

Conner quickly pulled out his saber, while Tommy grabbed his staff. The two rangers quickly used their weapons and struck at the monster. They managed to drive De-Magnetron backwards.

Conner turned his head to Tommy, "Let's double team him." Tommy agreed, "Good idea."

Tommy proceeded to lead the charge, but he underestimated the monster. De-Magnetron quickly blocked Tommy's staff, "Got ya!" and landed several blows on the black ranger.

Tommy groaned in pain and had to roll out of the way. Conner asked, "Are you okay?" Tommy quickly got up, "Yeah… he's quicker than I thought."

De-Magnetron growled, "I'm going to take you down." Suddenly, a large shadow appeared, and a screech filled the air.

Everyone was shocked as the blue and yellow ranger came down from the sky, firing their blasters at the monster.

De-Magnetron groaned in pain, while Ethan and Kira quickly landed on their feet. Kira hollered, "Yeah!" and she quickly spoke to Ptera through her morpher, "You're the best!" Ptera screeched in approval as she flew away.

The monster grumbled as he got up, "Oh, my head!" He quickly fired at the rangers, causing a huge explosion.

The rangers groaned in pain… they quickly regrouped and summoned their weapons. "Tyranno Staff!" "Tricera Shield!" "Ptera Grips!"

The rangers leaped and used their weapons to strike. De-Magnetron groaned in in pain, as the rangers' weapons landed their blows.

The rangers hollered, "Let's put them together!" and quickly combined their weapons. "Z-Rex Blaster!"

De-Magnetron gulped, "Oh, uh!" as he realized he was in trouble. The rangers aimed their blaster and hollered, "Fire!" The Z-Rex Blaster released its explosive power, and quickly blasted De-Magnetron to pieces.

The rangers cheered, "De-Magnetized, baby!" "Yeah!" but their happiness was short-lived. Mesogog sent his Hydro-Regenerator rain cloud, which quickly resurrected De-Magnetron.

De-Magnetron towered over the rangers and taunted, "I'm back!"

Tommy decided to take matters into his own hands, "I'll handle this joker!" He leaped at the monster, but De-Magnetron quickly swatted Tommy to the ground.

The rangers exclaimed, "Dr. O!" as Tommy landed on the ground with a vicious thud. Tommy quickly got his bearings and spoke into his morpher, "Hayley, Kimberly! We need some backup!"

Brachio Zord quickly arrived on the scene and opened its doors. The Dino Zords ran to their masters, and the rangers leaped into their zords.

The rangers quickly combined their zords to form the Megazord. Once in the cockpit, the rangers logged into the controls, "Online!"

De-Magnetron charged, but the Megazord quickly blocked the attack and knocked the monster backwards.

The monster landed on his feet and teased, "Try to keep up!" De-Magnetron spun and burrowed himself into the ground.

Conner was shocked, "Whoa! Where'd he go?" The Megazord looked around when De-Magnetron suddenly reappeared and attacked.

De-Magnetron continued his burrowing trick and landed several blows on the Megazord. He taunted, "This is fun!" and burrowed back into the ground.

Conner quickly ordered, "Activate the Seismic Receiver!" Kira nodded and went to work, "On it!"

The Megazord placed the Tyranno Tail on its shoulders and began tracking the monster. Conner looked at his controls, "I've almost got a lock!" He quickly stopped the Megazord once he got his reading, "Got it!"

The rangers hollered in unison, "Firing Tyranno Tail!" De-Magnetron was returning to the surface, just as the Tyranno Tail launched at him. The Tyranno Trail landed a direct hit on the monster, and De-Magnetron exploded. The Megazord stood proudly… it was a difficult one, but the Power Rangers managed to win another battle.

After the battle, Zeltrax had returned to the fortress and was summoned by his displeased master. Zeltrax entered the lab, "My lord." He raised his arm in respect as he reported, "De-Magnetron has failed you, Master."

Mesogog growled at the cyborg, "As have you, Zeltrax." Zeltrax was shocked as his master got up, "Do you have any last words before I rearrange your DNA for good."

Zeltrax implored, "Please, my lord, before you do anything permanent, allow me to present you this token of my insignificance. I've captured the Triptoids for your army."

Mesogog appraised the creatures and decided to give Zeltrax another chance, "I suppose that's a start. Perhaps you're not entirely useless after all."

The Triptoids stood at attention behind the cyborg, and Zeltrax respectfully replied, "Thank you, master."

Now that things had settled down, the rangers prepared to send Beldorf home. Beldorf gave Ethan a look, "I presume you are still looking for the secret code for the city of Galdor…hmm?"

Ethan nodded, "Yeah, but I think I'll work on getting it the old-fashioned way." He gently placed his hands on Beldorf's shoulders and turned him towards the machine. "One key at a time."

Beldorf smiled at the blue ranger, "Ah… a good answer. Tis the right one."

Hayley pressed the machine, "Okay, Beldorf, it's time." Ethan replied, "See you later" as a new portal opened and returned Beldorf back to his home world.

Suddenly, another portal opened, returning Devon and Cassidy to the café. Ethan quipped as Devon and Cassidy landed flat on their faces, "Wow… great entrance."

The two friends quickly got up. Devon looked at Cassidy, "What now, your highness?" Cassidy snapped in frustration, "Will you quit it with the "your highness" stuff already?! I am sick of being queen. I'm dirty, and I smell like some kind of animal. Oh, Devon… I smell!"

Devon tried to comfort Cassidy, "Oh, come here." He leaned in to hug her but wrinkled his nose. Poor Cassidy did have a stench, "Ooh…that's okay." Cassidy just sobbed in self-pity… she had quite a day, and her little adventure in Wizard Wood taught her some humility.

Conner and Trent walked in, and just gave a look at the disheveled Cassidy and Devon. Trent turned towards Ethan, "So, what's the deal? Did you get the secret code and win the game?"

Ethan shook his head, "Not exactly… better get me a tall smoothie. It's going to be a long day." The group laughed at Ethan's antics. Ethan learned a few valuable lessons… he learned it was important to play fair and that cheating would get him nowhere. As a Power Ranger, Ethan learned that he needed to be more cautious… his teammates and the world depended on him, and he had been extremely lucky that things had worked out. While he knew he would continue to face dangers as a Power Ranger, Ethan hoped he would never face this type of situation again. While he still loved his computer games, Ethan vowed he would never get so distracted again.
