Nice to see you all again! The next newcomers are from the Donkey Kong Sub Series of the Suoer Mario Franchise. These include Dixie Kong, Diddy Kong's girlfriend and another one of the Forbidden Seven. She will be a Semi-Clone of Diddy, similar to Falco being a Semi-Clone of Fox.
The second one is Funky Kong, the easy going surfer kong and our next Echo (Clone) Fighter! Funky in this case will be an Echo Fighter of Donkey Kong.
Once again, their will be no new home stages and Assist Trophies. And once again, Dixie and Funky have Trophy Descriptions and I will post them here.
With that, we're on our way!

Final Smash: Animal Buddy Team Up! - Dixie will summon Rambi the Rhinoceros and charge toward the opponents. Whoever gets hit by Rambi will lead to a cutscene where the opponents will then by webbed up by Squitter the Spider and frozen by Clapper the Seal before being skewered by Enguarde the Swordfish and as soon as the opponents fall to the ground, Dixie rides on Rambi while being followed by Expresso the Ostrich, Ellie the Elephant and Hoofer the Wildebeest as the four trample the opponents. Palutena's Guidance (Dixie Kong)
Pit: "Hey, isn't that Dixie Kong?"
Palutena: "One of the few female Kongs of the DK Crew and Diddy Kong's girlfriend!"
Pit: "Huh? Didn't know she and Diddy are dating?"
Viridi: "What's funny is that she had to rescue DK with Diddy one time from King K. Rool. Then on her second adventure, she had to work alongside her literal toddler cousin to rescue BOTH DK and Diddy from King K. Rool again!"
Pit: "I can see who wears the pants in that relationship... of Dixie wore pants."
Palutena: "On the contrary, the three Kongs are all equal as their recent adventure saw them fight off the Snowmads. Even Cranky Kong joined them in that adventure!"
Pit: "Wow, even DK's grandpa is no slouch!"
"Now, what about fighting Dixie?"
Viridi: "Dixie is an interesting one. She has a few of Diddy's moves like the popgun, but she shootsout bumbblegum and can leap at opponentslike him too. But her ground pound and her Helicopter Spin is similar to DK, but she does it with her ponytail. She's like a mix of the two."
Pit: "I wonder what kind of shampoo and conditioner she uses if her ponytail hits that hard?"
Palutena: "You should never try to figure out a girl's hair care regimen. Regardless if it's a mortal or a goddess."
Palutena's Guidance (Funky Kong)
Pit: "Wait... why is DK wearing clothes and a pair of sunglasses?!"
Viridi: "Seriously?! That's not Donkey Kong you idiot!"
Pit: "What?! Then who is that?"
Viridi: "This guy's name is Funky Kong. He's a long standing ally of the Kong family."
Palutena: "As his name implies, Funky is a bold and energetic individual as shown through his love of surfing anf flying planes in addition to a little Go Karting here and there."
Viridi: "Ironically, he doesn't like to go on adventures though, preferring to help out with flying his friends to their destinations or selling them goods with his shops."
"Although, when things get desperate, he's proven himself to be as strong and skilled as his fellow Kongs, as evidenced during the fight against the Snowmads."
Pit: "Wow. Funky's a really nice guy. I'd rather not fight him."
Palutena: "Underestimate him at your own peril. Funky you see has a fighting style that is exactly like Donkey Kong's. He's very strong with good mobility. The key difference is that Funky is more faster then DK and his air game is much more improved.
"He'll even incorporate his surfboard into some of his specials."
Pit: "Alright, I'll use the strategies I used against DK with Funky! Provided I don't wipe out in the process...
The two additions to the Kong Family have joined the fray! (Thankfully, not months in the making this time...)
See you next time!
