Truth and Consequences

It took a lot of stealth on Hayley's part, but the redhead genius managed to retrieve Tommy's fossilized body from the warehouse and brought Tommy back to the Dino Lab.

Hayley alerted the rangers of the situation and told them not come to the lab until morning. She was also concerned about Kimberly, who was still passed out from the shock. Hayley spent the whole night in the lab, keeping watch over Tommy and Kimberly.

The kids came to the lab early the next morning… they were shocked to see the state that both of their mentors were in. Tommy's body was nearby the monitors, and Hayley had placed Kimberly on the lab sofa.

Kira was concerned seeing how pale Kimberly looked, "Coach H still hasn't woken up?" Hayley shook her head, "I think she just passed out from the shock. She was here in the lab with me when Tommy got hurt. Her breathing is steady, so she should wake up soon. Be gentle with her when she does… she was absolutely devastated."

Conner asked, "She'll be okay, won't she?" Hayley sighed, "Kimberly's perfectly healthy, but this is going to affect her emotionally. She loves Tommy very much… she's not going to take this well."

Kira realized, "Dr. O and Coach H got back together, didn't they? That's why this affected her so much."

Hayley nodded, "I only just found out myself. I'm thinking they were waiting for a good time to tell you kids."

Kimberly let out a soft moan and began to wake up. Hayley sighed in relief, "Thank goodness… Kimberly, are you okay?"

Kira gently helped Kimberly to a sitting position, while the boys tried to give Kimberly some breathing room. Kimberly managed to find her voice, "Oh, man. What the heck happened to me? I feel exhausted… the last thing I remember- oh, my god- Tommy. Is he okay? I remember hearing him scream and seeing that the White Ranger had trapped him in some strange substance."

Hayley gently held Kimberly's hand, "You fainted from the shock. I'm so sorry, Kimberly."

Kimberly looked up and saw Tommy's body. She immediately began to cry, "I can't believe this happened to him. Tommy's a strong fighter- how the hell did White Ranger get the drop on him? Tommy promised me he would be careful- he promised."

Hayley pulled Kimberly into a hug, and the kids moved to the side to give the two women a moment.

Kira hated seeing Kimberly look so devastated, "Poor Coach H… she truly does love Dr. O. This makes me hate the White Ranger even more."

Ethan agreed, "Dr. O didn't deserve this… I still can't believe this happened to him."

Conner growled, "White Ranger is going to pay for this. Dr. O is one of the best rangers in existence. He's not just our teacher, mentor, and teammate- he's become family to us. How are we going to do this without him?"

Kimberly managed to compose herself and had heard the last part of the kids' conversation, "Tommy would want us to keep fighting. Let's start by figuring out what's going on with him."

The kids nodded in agreement. Hayley grabbed a scanner and went to work on examining Tommy's body.

As Hayley worked, Ethan asked, "Is he okay?" Hayley replied, "This internal scan should be able to tell us more."

An image of Tommy's body appeared on the monitor, and Hayley began to study the results.

Kira questioned, "So, what's the deal? Is he frozen or something?" Hayley turned to face the kids, "Not exactly… it's more like he's fossilized, fused into this amber-like substance."

Conner asked, "Can you get him out?" Hayley sadly shook her head, "Too risky. He's able to stay alive in there, but I hate to think of what would happen if I broke him out."

Kimberly replied, "I know you'll figure something out Hayley. While I want Tommy back, I don't want to risk his life. Thank goodness he was morphed; I hate to think of what would've happened if he hadn't been in his ranger suit."

Ethan realized the irony of the situation, "A paleontologist turned into a fossil. The White Ranger's got a great sense of humor."

Kira was upset and tired of the White Ranger's games, "Well, personally, I've had enough of him."

Conner was angry as well, "Let's find out who this guy is and deal with him… now."

Now that Tommy had been harmed, the Power Rangers were more than determined to stop the White Ranger.

Mesogog was also furious with the White Ranger as well. He yelled at his generals, "Incompetent fools!" and proceeded to knock things off his lab counter. "The White Ranger destroyed another of my creatures. I want him dealt with!"

Zeltrax questioned, "My lord, how can we stop him if we can't find him?"

That angered Mesogog even more and he immediately got in the cyborg's face, "You are completely useless." He grabbed at Zeltrax's chest, "I should end your miserable existence right now!"

Mesogog let out a growl as he released his hold on Zeltrax. Elsa did not pass up the opportunity to make herself look good, "Fortunately, Lord Mesogog, I am not useless."

Mesogog gave his right-hand woman a look as she headed to her station, "Oh?" Elsa proceeded to discuss her plan, "This tracking device will be able to locate the White Dino Gem's energy and lead us to exactly where he is."

Mesogog growled at Zeltrax, "I'll deal with you later. Make yourself useful and help her." Zeltrax immediately backed away, "Yes, master, right away."

Trent was stumbling around in the shipping district of town, not too far from Drago's warehouse lair. He groaned to himself, "Something's wrong with me."

The pain in his head was getting sharper, causing Trent to lean against a nearby shipping crate. Trent raised his wrist towards him and stared at his bracelet, which was brightly glowing, "I remember."

Trent went into a slight trance and the gem began to show him the visions of when he first became White Ranger. The last vision showed him as the White Ranger attacking the other Power Rangers. Trent gasped as he realized what he had become, "This can't be happening."

Later that afternoon, the rangers headed to the Cyberspace. They were still trying to come up with a plan to find the White Ranger. Ethan commented as they walked in, "Maybe Hayley got some ideas."

Kira noticed the crowd at the counter, "Yeah, but it looks like she's kind of busy right now. If we can't talk to Hayley, we can always talk to Coach H. Though that should be a last resort… I don't want to bother Coach H in the state she's in right now."

Conner replied, "Well, let's hit the streets. I mean, its not like the White Ranger is just going to walk in here."

Ironically, Trent happened to walk into the café at that exact moment. Trent ended up walking past the rangers. Kira smiled and tried to get his attention, "Hey, Trent"

Trent didn't even look at Kira, but did give her a half-hearted, "Hey" as he headed towards the counter. Kira was a bit hurt, and the guys were surprised at how Trent was acting.

Trent got close to the counter to talk to Hayley, "Hey" Hayley was relieved to see him, "Thank goodness, I'm getting slammed here."

Trent replied, "Hayley, listen, I got to talk to you." Hayley answered, "Later, grab a tray." She was super busy and needed the help to get her orders done.

Trent sadly shook his head, "I can't… I'm quitting." The rangers had managed to find seats at the counter and overhead the conversation… they were stunned by Trent's words.

Hayley was surprised as well, "Why? Trouble with your dad again?" Trent denied, "No, it's not that. I just- I just have to quit. I'm sorry."

Trent walked towards the door, leaving Hayley very stunned and disappointed. Kira got up and followed him to the door, "Hey, wait a minute."

Trent groaned, but stopped in his tracks. Kira gave him a disappointed look, "Are you just going to bail on Hayley like that?"

Trent did feel bad for quitting as Hayley had been nothing but a good friend and boss to him, "Yeah, I know it seems sudden." Kira replied, "Don't you think you owe her some kind of explanation?"

Trent shook his head, "You don't understand. Kira, something weird happened and I feel if I don't tell someone I'm going to explode."

Kira grew concerned, "Well, what is it? You can tell me." Trent looked in Kira's eyes and knew she was being sincere. He decided to trust her and was about to tell her everything.

The moment was ruined by Cassidy bursting through the doors. Cassidy was in a great mood and began to brag, "Excuse me, people. Important announcement! Attention… look at me!"

The whole café stopped to listen as Cassidy made her way to the stage, "I have the scoop of the century! Excuse me girls- I need the stage." She quickly hopped up and grabbed the mike, "And as my faithful core audience, I wanted to share with you guys first."

Ethan gave Conner a look, "What do you think this is about?" Kira quipped towards her friends, "Maybe she's decided to run for queen."

That caused Conner to smirk. The rangers went quiet as Cassidy continued, "I have uncovered the identity of the one and only White Ranger."

Trent got worried at that news. That was the last thing he wanted right now. The rangers looked at each other in surprise… that was the last they expected to come from Cassidy. The rangers and Hayley intently listened as Cassidy continued to brag, "Any minute now, my assistant Devin is going to come through that door with videotape evidence."

Everyone turned towards the doors in anticipation. The moment turned awkward as the doors remained closed. Cassidy gave a sheepish smile, "Any minute" The crowd began to give the blonde looks as they waited. This caused Cassidy to grow frustrated with her friend, "Where is he?"

Finally, Devin ran through the doors, "Oh, Cass, I'm here!" He quickly ran to the stage to join his friend, "Sorry I'm late!"

Cassidy rolled her eyes a bit but was relieved to see her friend. She turned towards Devin expectantly, but quickly noticed Devin did not have his camera bag, "So… Devin, where's your camera?"

Devin awkwardly replied, "Uh, see, there might be just a little problem." Cassidy glared at that news, "Only if you don't have it."

Devin gave an awkward smile towards the crowd and then leaned in to whisper into Cassidy's ear to tell her what happened, "Look, see…"

The crowd was now getting annoyed waiting for the two friends' supposedly newsworthy footage. One person even called out, "We're waiting!" Even the rangers were getting annoyed and starting to believe this was one of Cassidy and Devin's usual dramatic antics for attention.

Cassidy huffed as she turned to readdress the crowd, "Ladies and Gentlemen, it appears that the White Ranger is…"

Trent, the rangers, and the crowd listened in anticipation, only for Cassidy to say, "taped on a camera that Devin stupidly loaned his sister. But when she returns it, I'll be sure to let you know." The crowd groaned in annoyance; the rangers and Hayley rolled their eyes at the two friends' dramatics.

Cassidy was embarrassed and frustrated with Devin, "Why didn't you look at the tape before you gave it to her?"

Devin replied, "Well, Cass, she really needed it in a hurry… and you know how much of a pushover I am."

Cassidy glared… all she wanted was that footage back, "Devin, go and get the camera. Get It right now, and I don't care if you have to pry it from her."

Devin saw the look in Cassidy's eyes, "Oh, I get the picture." He quickly high-tailed it for the exit, hoping he could retrieve the camera from his sister.

Now that things had settled down, Kira decided to ask, "So, Trent, what was it that you wanted to-" She turned, but Trent was nowhere to be found, "Tell me." She let out a sigh of disappointment… she had hoped that she could help Trent. She was now really worried about him; Trent was not acting like himself, and the look in his eyes told her that something was wrong. She had no idea how complicated her relationship with Trent was about to become.

Trent had made his way back to the warehouse district. He groaned in pain, "It's happening again!" He now realized that he was transforming back into his evil ranger persona. He brought his arm up to look at his bracelet, which was now brightly glowing. The White Dino Gem's evil energy sparked and overtook Trent's body. Once in his ranger suit, Drago took over and smirked in satisfaction, "Now, that's better." The White Ranger left the scene and was ready to cause more chaos.

Back at Mesogog's fortress, Elsa smiled as she got a reading on her tracker, "It worked! My machine has detected the White Ranger."

Mesogog growled as he saw the White Ranger on his monitors, "So have I! He's right there in the open!"

Elsa and Zeltrax quickly rushed to their master's side to watch the screens. Mesogog turned to his two generals and barked, "Well, go down and capture him!"

The White Ranger turned to see an invisi-portal; the portal opened and brought Elsa and Zeltrax to the scene.

Drago quipped as the two generals walked towards him, "Looks like I got company."

Elsa called out, "We have a special invitation to you… from Mesogog." Zeltrax replied, "It's more of a command- join him or be destroyed." The cyborg clenched his fist to punctuate the warning.

Drago coolly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to say it- I'm not interested."

Zeltrax growled, "Maybe this will change your mind." The cyborg quickly fired an energy beam from his sword directly at the White Ranger.

Drago grabbed his sword and easily deflected Zeltrax's attack. Elsa and Zeltrax charged, and the three villains began to fight.

Drago easily dodged the attacks by Elsa and Zeltrax. Drago brought up his arm for a block and managed to get Elsa into a hold, "Haven't we met?" Drago was now beginning to access Trent's memories, and there was something familiar about the villainess.

Drago sensed Zeltrax coming up behind him and went, "Whoa!" as he used his sword to block the cyborg's sneak attack.

Drago shoved Elsa aside, and turned his attention onto Zeltrax. The two exchanged blows with their weapons. Drago quickly spun and landed a hard kick onto Zeltrax's back.

That caused Zeltrax to stumble a bit, but he kept fighting. Elsa spun and tried to strike at Drago's back, but missed. Drago kneed Zeltrax right in the center and pushed him backwards, sending the cyborg flying into the nearby barrels.

Elsa swung with her sword, but Drago easily blocked her attack. Elsa spun around and tried to strike again, but Drago blocked her blows with his sword. Drago lifted his leg and gave Elsa a powerful kick that sent her flying into Zeltrax's arms.

Elsa and Zeltrax were furious; they could only glare as Drago quipped at them, "You guys are a joke."

Conner, Ethan, and Kira then arrived on their cycles fully morphed in their ranger suits. Conner hollered, "Hold it right there!"

Elsa glared at seeing the other rangers, "Great… that's all we need." The rangers hopped off the cycles, and quickly realized their enemies had been fighting each other.

Ethan was stunned and asked his friends, "Whoa, whose side do we take?" Conner quipped, "Good question!"

Elsa glared at the rangers, "We'll make it easy for you!" She quickly summoned a portal, and she and Zeltrax disappeared from the scene.

Drago warned his rivals, "If you had any sense, you'd run too."

The rangers wanted payback for what Drago did to Tommy. Kira gave Drago a dirty look as she defiantly pointed her glove at him, "Dream on!"

Conner cried, "Let's do it!" The rangers quickly got into defensive positions and summoned their weapons. The boys had pulled out their sabers, while Kira had summoned her Ptera Grips.

Conner leaped first, but Drago quickly blocked Conner's saber with his sword. Drago quickly landed several strikes on Conner's midsection. Ethan ran into the fight, but Drago quickly landed a blow on him as well.

Drago then began to fight Kira. He landed several blows on her, but Kira kept at it. Kira groaned as she tried to block… she ended up grabbing ahold of Drago's sword and gasped, "Whoa!" as he locked her into a hold and pushed her backwards.

Drago backed Kira up against one of the metal containers nearby. He taunted, "Had enough?" Kira defiantly struggled against Drago's arms, "Hardly!" She decided to even the playing field, "Super Dino Mode!"

She tapped into the powerful energy of her gem… her helmet screeched from the power, and the white spikes of her suit extended. Thin yellow fabric appeared on her arms, giving the appearance of wings.

Kira brought her arms up and struck at Drago's chest. Drago groaned, as Kira struck again and sent him tumbling to the ground. Drago clutched at his chest but managed to quickly roll back on his feet.

Kira leaped into the air; she extended her arms to spread out her new yellow fabric and quickly gained momentum. Drago was stunned as Kira's legs wrapped around his helmet, and the two went flying. The yellow ranger sent Drago crashing into several obstacles before finally releasing her hold on him.

Drago tumbled to the ground. He looked up and glared at the yellow ranger, "You'll pay for that!" Kira launched herself again and began to fly towards Drago.

Drago had risen to his feet and summoned his laser arrows, "I'm taking you down!" He quickly fired the lasers in Kira's direction.

Kira groaned in pain as the arrows struck her and crashed to the ground. Conner and Ethan protectively leaped in front of their friend and pulled out their blasters.

Conner and Ethan fired, but Drago quickly deflected their shots. The boys groaned in pain as their blaster shots backfired on them.

Drago laughed at that, causing Kira to get up and growl, "That's enough!" Kira rushed forward and began to fight with her bare fists.

Drago quickly blocked the attack; he got a firm grip on Kira's shoulder and pulled her arm backwards, "You're a little out of your league, don't you think?"

Kira groaned, "Huh?! Whoa!" as Drago struck at her and spun her like a rag doll. She viciously landed on the ground.

Drago summoned his arrows again, "See my point?" Kira had barely managed to get to her feet when Drago cried, "Fire!" and launched his arrows at her.

Kira hollered, "Whoa!" as the arrows struck and exploded all around her. She went flying in the air and crashed on the ground. The impact caused her powers to fail, reverting Kira back into her civilian clothes.

Kira moaned in pain, as Conner and Ethan rejoined the fight. Drago quickly landed several hard blows and batted Conner and Ethan out of his way, "Back off!"

The guys groaned in pain as Drago made his way towards the powerless Kira, "Never did like the color yellow."

Kira clutched at her stomach, as Drago leaned over her. Kira was helpless as Drago replied, "Well, Yellow Ranger, time to say goodbye."

Drago grabbed Kira's wrist and pulled her upright. He had his fist ready to finish her off but gasped as he got a good look at her face, "Huh?!"

Drago was flooded with Trent's memories of Kira and was overwhelmed by the love that Trent had for her.

Hints of Trent leaked through as Drago stared at the yellow ranger, "Kira?" That was the last thing Kira expected; she was shocked that the White Ranger knew her name.

Drago could only stammer… he loosened his grip on Kira as Trent began to war within him. He let out a groan as he clutched at his helmet. Kira could only stare at the scene… the White Ranger appeared to be in immense pain and could no longer harm her.

Conner and Ethan had managed to get back on their feet and saw something was up with the White Ranger. They decided to take full advantage of the distraction. Conner turned his head towards Ethan, "You ready?" Ethan nodded, "Oh, yeah!" The two cried, "Super Dino Mode!" and tapped into their new power.

Now that they had their Super Dino Mode upgrade, Conner and Ethan leaped into the air and launched themselves at Drago. Drago groaned as Conner and Ethan pushed him away from Kira's side.

Conner spun and used the spikes on his arms to land a powerful strike on Drago's shoulder. Ethan leaped off several nearby barrels and used his spikes to land a hard blow on Drago's chest.

Conner used his momentum to leap off the metal container that Drago had used to pin Kira and landed another blow to Drago's body.

Drago groaned as he went backwards, and the guys' Super Dino Mode energy exploded around him. Conner and Ethan's suits reverted to normal, and Drago collapsed to the ground. The guys turned around to look at their rival and were relieved to have stopped him, "All right!"

Drago slowly rose to his feet. He groaned and clutched at his chest… he was furious that Conner and Ethan had managed to beat him this time. He growled at the red and blue ranger, "I'll be back!" and quickly ran away from the scene.

Conner and Ethan were about to chase after Drago, but they stopped once they realized the White Ranger was gone. They realized they needed to consider this fight a win; they would have to wait for another chance to get the White Ranger. The guys cried, "Power Down!" and returned to their civilian clothes.

The guys gasped as they saw the state Kira was in. They quickly ran to Kira's side. Ethan exclaimed in concern, "Kira?!" The boys gently grabbed Kira's arms and began to help her up.

Kira groaned as her friends helped her to her feet. Once upright, Kira rubbed at her sore wrist. Ethan asked, "Are you okay?" Kira nodded, "Yeah… I'll be fine." She looked off into the distance; she was shaken that the White Ranger had almost harmed her, but now was curious on how he knew her.

Meanwhile, Mesogog was furious with his generals for their failure. He growled, "You two are miserable failures. You'll never be able to capture the White Ranger."

Elsa smirked as she began to form a new plan, "In his ranger form, no. But if we could find him in his human form, we might have a chance." She changed the settings of her tracker, and it began searching for Trent.

After Trent had returned to normal, he managed to get ahold of Kira and asked her to meet him by the lake in Reefside Park. Kira called out, "Trent, is that you?" She found him sitting on a bench nearby the water, "Hey!"

Trent had been drawing and quickly shut his sketchbook, "Hey" as Kira sat down on the bench with him.

Kira smiled and asked, "Where'd you go?" Trent apologized, "I'm sorry… I shouldn't have just taken off like that."

Kira replied, "Look, I can't help you if I don't know what's going on." She wanted Trent to be honest with her.

Trent reluctantly opened his sketchbook and showed Kira the drawings he made of his White Ranger persona.

Kira gave Trent a pointed look, "Trent, if you're going to dream about being a superhero, the White Ranger's not who you want to be."

Trent couldn't look at Kira as he replied, "I kind of wish I had a choice."

That caused Kira to get concerned, "What are you saying?" Trent reluctantly brought his arm up and showed Kira his bracelet.

Kira was shocked, "You?!" Trent sadly nodded his head… Kira grew angry and felt betrayed, "But you almost annihilated me!"

Trent answered, "But I didn't" He turned his face to look Kira in the eyes, "Look, once I knew it was you…"

Kira stood up and quickly backed away; she couldn't believe that Trent tried to kill her and prepared to leave. Trent gently grabbed Kira's hand, causing her to spin around and yell, "Let go of me!"

Trent pleaded, "Kira, I couldn't help it. The gem… it's changed me. I can't take it off or control what I'm doing. You got to believe me."

Kira questioned, "Why should I?" Despite how much she cared for Trent, she didn't know if she could trust him anymore. Trent's betrayal hurt more than she had expected.

Trent replied, "Because I would never intentionally hurt anyone, Kira." His voice went soft as he looked into Kira's eyes, "Especially you."

Kira softened as she saw the sincerity in Trent's face, "Okay, I think I know some people who can help. I'm going to get Conner and Ethan."

Trent was curious why Kira wanted to involve her friends, "Why them?" Kira knew she had to be honest, "Well… because"

Trent got the hint and realized Conner and Ethan were rangers as well, "Wait a minute, them too?"

Kira nodded, "Hard to believe, but true. Look, I need you to wait here till I come back." She needed to go to the Dino Lab and tell the team of this new development.

Trent agreed, "Okay" as Kira walked away. Trent was still stunned that he had been fighting his friends but hoped that they could figure out a way to help him.

As Kira headed to the Dino Lab, Elsa got a lock on Trent's location. Elsa cried, "Master, it worked! I have him… the White Ranger in human form."

Mesogog rose from his throne and ordered, "Tyrannodrones, capture him… immediately!" An invis-portal opened, and the Tyrannodrones headed off to do their master's bidding.

Trent was still at his spot by the lake. He was drawing again to pass the time while he waited for Kira to return. He did not see the Tyrannodrones sneaking up behind him.

The Tyrannodrones had a huge net and quickly wrapped it around Trent's body. Trent groaned and struggled against the creatures, "Ahh! What do you want?! Let go of me!"

Kira had just finishing telling the team the truth that Trent was the White Ranger. Ethan couldn't believe it, "Trent?! Oh, there's no way!"

Conner was upset and angrily replied, "Nice! Pretending to be our friend one minute, and then kicking our butts the next. I can't believe I fell for it!" Conner honestly felt betrayed as he had considered Trent a good friend.

Kira tried to make the guys understand, "I told you, he can't help it! The gem is too powerful."

Conner gave Kira a look… he knew that Kira was in love with Trent, "Stop defending him."

Ethan agreed, "I'm with Conner on this one. I mean, look at what he did to Dr. O."

Kira sadly looked at Tommy's fossilized body, but turned to look at Hayley and Kimberly, "Hayley, Coach H… he needs our help."

Hayley didn't know what to think, "I don't know if there's anything I can do… but I'll try."

Kimberly gave Kira a sympathetic smile, "While I'm still angry with Trent for what he did to Tommy, and if what he said is true, Trent deserves a chance to be heard. Tommy did tell me that if any of the Dino Gems were corrupted, it would turn their master evil as well. I know you kids feel betrayed, but if Trent needs our help, we better hear him out. If his gem is that evil, we are the only ones that could help him."

Kimberly and Hayley stepped towards the lab's exit. Conner's protective nature caused him to gently stop the two women in their tracks, "Hey, don't go without us. I got some stuff I'd like to say to that guy."

Ethan huffed in agreement, "No doubt" Hayley and the guys headed for the exit and prepared themselves to confront Trent.

Kira felt awful; she did not blame her friends for being angry, but she was honestly torn with this difficult situation.

Kimberly saw the look in Kira's eyes, "Kira, wait a second. Let's talk… I can tell you have a lot on your mind." She quickly raised her bracelet, "Guys, wait for us… Kira and I will be right up."

Kira replied, "Coach H… we really should find Trent. In the state Conner and Ethan are in right now, I don't want them to set Trent off."

Kimberly gently grabbed Kira's hand, "While I am concerned about Trent, I'm worried about you right now. Kira, I know very well what you're going through. I know how much it hurts to be in love with an evil ranger."

Kira was shocked that Kimberly could read her so well, "What? I like Trent, but I'm not in love with him."

Kimberly chuckled, "Kira, I said the exact thing about Tommy when I had to fight him when he was the evil Green Ranger. I've seen the way you look at Trent… and I've seen the way he looks at you. You two remind me so much of Tommy and I when we were younger. It's obvious that you two are falling for each other."

Kira sighed, "I don't know what Io think. I really care about Trent, but I felt so betrayed when he told me the truth. I know the guys are angry and feel that I'm defending his actions, but they did not see the fear I saw in Trent's eyes. I don't know if I can trust Trent, but I want to help him."

Kimberly nodded, "Believe me, I understand that your emotions are all mixed up. I was so conflicted finding out that Tommy was my team's evil Green Ranger. It's a difficult situation to be in… knowing you want to help, but your heart is also warring knowing you have a huge responsibility being a Power Ranger."

Kira let out another huge sigh, "That's exactly how I'm feeling. I know Trent needs help, but I know I'll have to fight if he turns back into the White Ranger. Do you think that he can be helped?"

Kimberly shrugged her shoulders as she answered, "That's up to Trent, and if we can break the gem's spell on him. I remember how guilty Tommy felt when we broke the evil spell on him, but he's always said our team's friendship and support is what helped him get through it. Trent's going to need his friends right now, and I truly hope that we'll be able to help him."

Kira managed a small smile, "Thank you for being so understanding Coach H. You have every right to hate Trent right now, especially after what he did to Dr. O."

Kimberly honestly answered, "It's not easy, but I don't hate Trent. Yes, I'm angry that he fossilized Tommy… Tommy didn't deserve that, but he wouldn't want my anger to prevent helping Trent."

Kira looked back towards Tommy's body, "I wish Dr. O was here… we really could use his help and advice right now. But I'm glad that we still have you and Hayley."

Kimberley then pulled Kira into a hug, "I know I'm your teacher, but I've grown to love you kids like family. If you feel you can't talk to Conner and Ethan, just know you can always talk to me if you have a lot on your mind. Now let's catch up with Hayley and the guys, and head to the lake to meet Trent."

Kira nodded in appreciation, and the two headed up the steps to rejoin the others. As the team headed to the lake, Kira hoped that they could figure out a way to help Trent. Despite all the evil things he had done, Kira could still see good in Trent. She hoped he wouldn't betray her trust again.

The rangers, Hayley, and Kimberly arrived at the lake only to find the overturned bench, with Trent nowhere to be found.

Kira replied in disbelief, "He was supposed to wait right here!" She found Trent's sketchbook on the ground and picked it up.

Ethan retorted, "There's a surprise… he lied to us again." Conner tried to make his friend listen to reason, "Kira, I'm telling you… Trent can't be trusted."

Kimberly immediately placed a hand on Conner's shoulder, "Conner, back off. You have a point, but maybe something happened to Trent. Look at this place… it looks like a struggle happened here. Either Trent turned back into the White Ranger, or somebody grabbed him."

Ethan scoffed, "Trent's a damn good fighter in his ranger form. It'd be hard to get him when he's powered up. I agree with Conner… we can't trust anything that Trent tells us."

Kira felt so ashamed and could barely look at the team; she had taken a huge risk in trusting Trent, only to be betrayed again. She had no idea that Trent had been taken against his will.

Trent cried, "Get off me!" as the Tyrannodrones dragged him into Mesogog's fortress. Trent was hunched over and still had the net over him, preventing the villains from getting a good look at his face.

Trent continued to struggle against his restraints as Mesogog stalked towards him, "So, the White Ranger pays us a visit at last."

The evil mastermind circled around Trent, "Let's finally see the man behind the mystery." He yanked the net off Trent, fully exposing the young man's face.

Mesogog let out a growl as Anton began to grow frantic within him. The villain now knew who this young man was.

Elsa growled as she recognized her student and master's son, "You!" Zeltrax was shocked as well, "Impossible!"

Mesogog leaned towards his son in smug satisfaction, "Well, well… Anton Mercer's son, Trent. How deliciously perfect."

Trent gave Mesogog a defiant look, "What are you talking about freak?! What do you want with me?"

Now that Mesogog knew the White Ranger was his son, he really wanted Trent to join him. "I want you to fight by my side. As we bring the world back to the magnificent era of the dinosaurs."

Zeltrax and Elsa smirked in Trent's direction. Trent gave Mesogog a dirty look and defiantly replied, "You're out of your mind… I'll never help you fight."

Mesogog growled as he got into his son's face, "Oh, but you will." He looked Trent straight in the eyes and offered, "Think about it, White Ranger. With our combined powers, the modern world doesn't stand a chance. We'll crush them like ants!"

Trent refused, "Forget it! I'll never help you!"

Mesogog knew very well that the gem was changing Trent, "You don't have a choice. Now that the White Dino Gem has bonded with you, it's only a matter of time before you turn completely evil."

Even though Trent was sensing the changes in his body and personality, he vowed, "I won't… I'll fight it!"

Mesogog coolly replied, "For a while, maybe. But your will is no match for the gem's power. In fact, you can feel it changing you already, can't you?"

Mesogog looked into Trent's eyes, and could tell that Trent was very aware of what was happening to him, "I thought so. It'll be so much easier just to give in to it. Don't fight it… embrace your newfound power. Join me, Trent… join me!"

Trent cried, "NO!" and ended up tapping into his gem's energy. The gem had sensed his master's distress, and immediately transformed Trent into the White Ranger.

The gem's energy knocked the Tyrannodrones backwards. Drago now stood in Trent's place and gave the villains a look, "I'm out of here!"

Drago quickly grabbed his sword and summoned his laser arrows. He fired the arrows and used the explosions as a distraction.

Mesogog hissed when he realized the White Ranger had disappeared in the chaos, "Where is he?!" and let out a huge growl in his anger.

The rangers, Hayley, and Kimberly had returned to the Dino Lab. Hayley was sitting at the monitors and was beginning to get a reading, "I'm picking up the White Ranger's signal… he's back!"

The rangers and Kimberly quickly ran to Hayley's side, and could see that the White Ranger was back in town.

Drago spoke into his morpher and called on his zords, "Dragozord, Stegozord!" The rogue zords immediately went to their master's side.

Drago leaped into his cockpit and ordered, "Dino Stegozord formation!" Dragozord and Stegozord quickly combined into the Dino Stegozord.

Ethan quipped as he saw the Dino Stegozord on the screens, "Great… major Megazord action right off the bat."

Hayley replied, "Well, this might be a good time to use a new Dino Zord." She already had a new zord ready to join the rangers' arsenal.

Kimberly nodded, "You guys better morph... we'll keep an eye out and send the zords."

Conner cried, "Let's do it!" and headed down the steps. Ethan quipped, "Oh, yeah!" as he and Kira followed Conner to the center of the lab. It was time to go to work.

Just as he was about to lead the team's morphing call, Conner paused and turned to look at Kira, "Wait… we've got to do whatever it takes to stop Trent. You know that, right?" He wanted to know that Kira had his and Ethan's backs.

Kira nodded in agreement… despite her mixed emotions about Trent, she would do her duty as a Power Ranger. She did not want to let her teammates down.

Conner felt better once he saw Kira's nod, "Okay… ready?!" and summoned his morpher. Ethan and Kira nodded and summoned their morphers as well, "Ready!" The trio moved together and hollered, "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" and morphed into their ranger suits.

Hayley typed in a command and replied, "Dino Zords, manual engage." The redhead genius sent Brachio Zord ahead with the Dino Zords.

The rangers quickly joined the Dino Zords and formed their Megazord. Once the Megazord was formed, the Dino Stegozord extended its claws, and the two prepared to fight.

Hayley called to the rangers over their comms, "Here you go guys." She sent the newest Dino Zord to the battle, "Ankylozord"

Ankylozord appeared on the scene and got in the middle of the two Megazords.

Drago spotted the powerful zord and quipped, "A new Dino Zord, eh? I'll add it to my collection." The Dino Megozord extended its claws toward the new zord.

Conner cried, "I don't think so!" Both Megazords grabbed at Ankylozord, and it turned into a tug-of-war battle over the new zord.

Anklyozord did not appreciate being tugged, and bit at the Megazord. Conner groaned at the impact, and Anklyozord spun its spiky, drill-like tail at the Dino Stegozord. Both Megazords ended up releasing their hold on Anklyozord and tumbled to the ground.

The two Megazords quickly got back on their feet and began to exchange blows.

Mesogog was angry as he watched the fight, "He was right here!" He growled at Elsa and Zeltrax, "And you let him slip away!" Zeltrax could only grovel as they watched the screens, "We're sorry, sir."

The rangers groaned as the Dino Stegozord used its claws and powerful tail to strike at the Megazord.

Anklyozord growled and began to spin the spikes on its back. It then fired a powerful missile from its tail towards the Dino Stegozord and landed a powerful hit on the evil Megazord.

Hayley quipped at the rangers, "What are you guys waiting for? Anklyozord may be small but check out its power."

The Megazord got its bearings and the rangers cried, "Anklyozord, weapon formation!"

Ankylozord marched toward the Megazord, and quickly took Tricera's place as an arm. The new zord formed a powerful shield/drill combination for the Megazord. The rangers hollered, "Formation complete!"

The Dino Stegozord took a step backwards, but went into a defensive position as Drago ordered, "Lasers, fire!"

The Dino Stegozord fired its laser from its eyes at the Megazord, but the rangers quickly put their new zord to work.

Ankylozord shielded the Megazord and spun its spikes to deflect the Dino Stegozord's lasers. Drago groaned as his lasers backfired on him.

The Megazord then landed a powerful blow with the Tyranno Tail and caused the Dino Stegozord to slightly stumble.

The rangers were ready to teach their rival a lesson and ordered, "Thundersaurus Megazord, Double Drill Attack!"

The Megazord raised Ankylozord's tail and the Tyranno Tail up into the air, and both drills began to spin. Each drill struck the Dino Stegozord right in the center. The rangers then used Anklyozord's tail to send another missile that sent the Dino Stegozord crashing into the ground.

The Megzord stood over the Dino Stegozord… the rangers cheered, "Yeah!" "All right!" They had finally beaten the White Ranger at his own game.

Hayley pumped her fist in happiness, "Right on!" Kimberly cheered, "Way to go guys! Now that's how you stop an evil ranger in his tracks!"

The Dino Stegozord rose to its feet and the Megazord quickly got into a defensive position. Drago growled towards his rivals, "Don't think this is over!" and quickly disappeared from the scene. It had been a difficult battle, but the Power Rangers were proud that they had been able to stop the White Ranger. Now that they knew the truth that the White Ranger was Trent, they were determined to figure out a way to permanently stop Trent's evil antics.

After the battle, Conner and Ethan had returned to the Cyberspace to relax. The café was bustling, while Ethan was all excited over a magazine article over a new video game that was about to come out. Conner rolled his eyes a bit but humored his friend.

Devin finally returned with his camera, "Cassidy, I have the camera back!" Cassidy was all excited to get the footage back, "Okay, let's check it out!"

The two friends walked towards the stage and prepared to redo their announcement. Cassidy was about to start watching the video, but Devin quickly took the camera back, "Oh, wait, I just need to, uh, rewind it."

The two climbed onstage, and Cassidy let Devin deal with the camera, "Okay! We finally get to know the identity of the White Ranger."

Cassidy bragged as she grabbed the mike and prepared to speak to the crowd, "And it was I, Cassidy Cornell, who broke the story! I wonder what I should wear to pick up my Pulitzer Prize."

Devin blanched as he reviewed the camera's footage, "Oh, no! Tell me she didn't!" Cassidy's eyes went wide as she looked at the camera, "Eww! Is she having a baby?!"

Devin replied, "Yeah, my sister borrowed my camera to record the delivery and, uh, it looks like she recorded over the White Ranger stuff."

Cassidy was furious at losing her valuable footage, "Devin, you are so fired!" Devin continued to watch the new video, "Oh, Cass, but look it's the miracle of childbirth." Cassidy paled from watching the graphic and personal birth video… the blonde fainted from the shock. Devin barely finished saying, "Can't you see the beauty?" when he found his friend sprawled out on the floor.

Kira had returned to the lake and held Trent's White Ranger drawings in her hands. Kira turned when she heard Trent say, "I'd thought you might be here."

Kira asked, "Why didn't you wait for me?" She honestly wanted to know what had happened to him.

Trent replied, "I did… it's just a long story." He looked down at the drawings in Kira's hands, "You know it's funny, I always thought it would be cool to be a superhero. This isn't how I would draw myself."

Kira gave Trent a sad look, but pleaded, "Look, let us help you."

Trent gently closed his eyes and shook his head, "No, it's too late. The gem's already taken over… just like he said."

Kira wondered what Trent meant by that, "Who?"

Trent replied, "It doesn't matter." Kira felt a bit hurt that Trent was shutting her out again. Trent felt awful, but he knew he was becoming more dangerous, "I have to go away. It's not safe to be around me."

Kira tried to understand, "But-" Trent quickly interrupted, "Look, I said no!" He snatched the drawing from Kira in disgust at himself.

As he walked away from Kira, Trent tossed the drawing into the water. Kira was heartbroken… she realized Kimberly had been right. It truly sucked being in love with an evil Power Ranger. She could see how conflicted Trent was. She could see that there was still good in Trent and wished that he wouldn't be so stubborn. She still believed that her teammates could figure out a way to break the spell… she just hoped they could figure it out before Trent became truly evil.
