Here's the next chapter. Winter has 162 votes while Goodwitch as 140. Unless we get another upset/reversal, seems like Winter is coming for Jaune. I'll be removing the poll soon.
By the way, per the advice of the people's suggestions of making Blake not the only toon logic character, I've made a list of possible future craziness we can delve into.
Ruby - Moonlights as a superheroine called the Red Thorn due to her hero complex. Claims she has a secret identity despite wearing her signature cloak and frequently using her very noticeable Semblance.
Blake - White Fang shit.
Yang - Goes to illegal fight clubs and betting rings for pocket money. Also still looking for info on Raven despite the collateral damage.
Weiss - No clue.
Pyrrha - Trying to date her counselor. That's pretty crazy on its own. Also may or may not be so desperate for anonymity that she created an alternate personality as a form of escapism
Ren - Years hanging with Nora means he's crazy, he just doesn't express it very well. Sees nothing odd with everyone else's behavior.
Nora - Actually pretty sane, weird comments aside.
They aren't going to be as crazy or delusional as Blake, but they do still cause issue for Jaune in his role as a counselor. At the very least, Jaune is much less angry at them for it since they're not being the Worst about it.
Jaune had been through some interesting sessions the past few months, but he'd always done it in the safety of his room. It didn't matter that he had no Aura or that the students could snap his back like a twig. No one, not even Blake, had the guts to do anything while in the school. Not with Glynda Goodwitch there to administer punishment if they tried to be anything more than obstinate in sessions.
So of course Blake decided to kidnap him.
"Mmmph!" Jaune squirmed, trying in vain to pry himself away from Blake's shoulder carry. He couldn't even scream properly. He'd tried, and then she set him down and took the sack off his head. For a moment he thought that she'd finally seen sense, but instead, she stuffed a gag into his mouth to keep him from shouting. And then she rolled her eyes and told him it was clean as if that was the issue he had with it before putting the sack back on.
He didn't know how much time passed. The sack didn't let him see anything past the thick material and he couldn't even tell left from right with all the running and jumping Blake did. He'd hoped that someone would see a crazy Faunus kidnapping someone and try to intervene or call the cops, but there was no help to be found. Blake had even greeted people sometimes and they greeted her back!
"Hey, Dave," Blake said, voice muffled through the sack.
"Evenin'," A man with a country drawl said, "Room's still ready for ya."
"I know. Thanks."
"Have a good one."
Still ready? How long had she been planning this?!
Blake walked up some stairs and he heard the sound of a door being opened before he was unceremoniously dumped on a bed. He wriggled and tried to get out of the ropes before she took the sack off again and pulled the gag out of his mouth.
"Would you stop squirming?" Blake sighed and picked up a duffle bag from the corner of the small room. And he really did mean small. The place was barren. Apart from a small and a ceiling fan spinning lazily overhead. There wasn't even a bathroom. This was exactly the kind of place you'd take someone you kidnapped and the people wouldn't ask any questions.
You know, he'd had dreams of a Huntress tying him up and taking him to her room, but this wasn't what he had in mind!
"Y-You kidnapped me!"
"Yep." She opened the bag and began taking out clothes and a few other things.
"You kidnapped me!"
"We've established that, yes."
"Are you crazy?!"
"No, just tired because someone tricked me into getting detention with Oobleck."
"Untie me!"
"In a minute, I've gotta get everything se-"
"Now!"
"...Fine. You big baby." She probably didn't mean for him to hear that last part, but he did anything. Blake sighed, as if untying the guy she kidnapped was so inconvenient, and got to work. He was tempted to kick back and hit her right in the jaw, but self-preservation won out over revenge. For now.
Jaune let out a relieved sigh as he finally sat up properly. Blake went back to preparing whatever it was she was preparing. For her sake, it better have been money to get a really damn good lawyer! "Blake, I have to ask: are you actually insane or deliberately just trying to get yourself expelled? Cause there are easier ways to go about that."
"Neither." She scoffed and inspected her weapon, "The headmaster told us that we needed to have sessions with you every day. Nothing about that said that we had to have it at your office."
"It's pretty heavily implied!"
"Rules don't work on implications. I checked the handbook." He really wanted to say otherwise, but he'd loopholed his mom and dad's orders before under similar logic. Hell, his job was pretty much a loophole in and of itself. Technically there was no rule that the student counselor for mankind's future defenders had to be a licensed professional. All it said was that it had to be someone picked 'at the behest of the headmaster'.
Except for one thing...
"You still kidnapped me! And don't try to tell me 'there's no rule against kidnapping the counselor', because we both know there is!"
"It's not a big deal." Yes, it very much was, and he was about to tell her that when she continued, "I'm just going to sneak into a White Fang rally. No fighting, nothing dangerous."
"You're literally talking about going into a group full of terrorists!"
"And not fighting them." Then, as if to contradict what she just said, she pulled the slide back on her pistol, "We're just going to see what their plan is and then we're going to tell the headmaster. Isn't that what you wanted?"
"Funny enough, I don't remember ever saying that I wanted to sneak into a terrorist meeting, and I think I'd remember if I did."
"I read between the lines." Was she...did she just make a joke about kidnapping him? "What's the big deal, anyway? You work for Beacon. This can't be the weirdest thing you've done."
"What kind of sense does that make? I don't even have my Aura unlocked!"
"...You don't? Huh." For the first time since the start of this insanity, she actually looked surprised. It didn't last long before she went right back to it, "Alright, that should be easy enough to fix. I can awaken your Aura."
"...What?"
"I can awaken your Aura. What, you think I'm gonna drag someone with no Aura to a meeting like this?" He screamed out a very loud "Yes!" which she bulldozed right past without a care, "Shouldn't be an issue. I just need you to promise that you'll come with me if I do it."
"And why would I do that?" He gulped. Despite the situation, he found himself more tempted than he wanted to admit. Aura was very strictly regulated in the kingdoms, mostly on the basis that the council didn't want people with superpowers running around without them knowing. There were exceptions, of course - the Huntsmen being the prime example - but the penalty for unregistered Aura users was enough that even a lot of criminals didn't wanna chance it.
Sadly for him, a student counselor was not one of the ones considered valid. Working for Beacon wasn't enough or else the janitors, the cooks, and every other non-teaching staff would've had awakened Auras too. And he wasn't forbidden from awakening his Aura on his own, no one on the staff was willing to chance breaking the law outright by unlocking it for him. It was a crime and not something you could loophole out of.
Yet here Blake was offering to do it in the same tone one would use for giving someone five lien.
"It's an offer, one that for some reason I'm sure you'll take." She smiled, looking like the cat who ate the canary. Her bow twitched, "And before you ask, I know you won't go back on your promise. An Arc never breaks his word, right?" Her smile turned into a grin and he cursed. No, they very much didn't, and so far in his eighteen years of life he hadn't either.
He could say no, but how much more could he do with an unlocked Aura? Most people trained for months starting from childhood to awaken their Auras. Either that or they were put in such a dangerous situation that their Aura came to the surface. He didn't do the former, and the latter...well, didn't this count, a voice at the back of his mind whispered. Wasn't it worth the price?
"...You swear we'll just go in and out without picking a fight?"
"I swear." Her amber eyes shined. She knew she had him.
"...Alright, then...let's do it."
"Good choice." She nodded and pulled him up to his feet. Jaune gulped and tried not to let his nervous show as Blake cupped the right side of his face and closed her eyes. A white glow covered them both and her next words seemed to echo straight into his mind.
"For it is in justice that we can find peace. Through this, we seek to dispel the shadows of fear and hate. Driven by hope and resigned to the duty, I release your soul and, by my heart, entrust thee."
Jaune gasped and stumbled back, nearly tripping over the bed as a surge of warmth blossomed from his chest and covered his entire body. Blue eyes widened and stared down at the white Aura that coated his palms before the light dimmed to nothing. Despite that, he still felt the warmth and feeling of power and safety.
"Huh, you have a lot of Aura. Surprising." Blake panted slightly.
"What does that mean?" He'd done his research on Aura, but a lot of the books didn't really talk about quantity. Just about all of them focused on making do with what you had.
"Most Huntsmen don't really bother increasing their Aura levels. It takes too long and that time could be better spent on training or using what you do have more efficiently. Making your Semblance cost less, making it so that hits don't drain as much...you get the point. Quality over quantity. You have the Aura of someone who spent years increasing it. You just got lucky, I guess."
"Huh..."
"Alright, time to make your part of the bargain." The warmth was gone, replaced with the chilling dread and realization that he'd made a deal with the devil. No, worse: he'd made a deal with Blake, "The rally's gonna start in an hour so we're gonna have to be fast. Now for obvious reasons, a pair of humans like us can't just go there in our regular outfits. That's where these come in."
She pulled out the White Fang mask from before along with...
"Are you kidding me?" He looked at her in utter disbelief, "Blake, that's a pair of fake dog ears!"
"Yep." She slid them on top of his head. The color blended disturbingly well with his hair, "Don't worry, the headband's thin enough that no one will notice unless they're pressed right up against you. I'll put on my disguise later."
"Blake, I know you're a Cat Faunus."
"I'll put on my disguise later," she insisted. He gave up on arguing, "This is gonna work. We just have to stay quiet and not draw attention to ourselves. Simple."
That was how he found himself shoulder-to-shoulder in a mob of terrorists at some dingy warehouse. There were no lights because most Faunus had innate night vision, so he was forced to awkwardly cram in on himself and pretend he was just clumsy as his eyes adjusted to the lack of light. Up front was a guy dressed in all black (of course...) with blood-red hair and an equally red katana, which he was swinging around as he ranted about how it was their time to pay the humans back.
It was...honestly kind of sad. He didn't know much about the White Fang. Faunus were rare back in Domremy, but apart from a few old-timers they were treated as equal as everyone else. Not every place was like Domremy, though. Some people really did just look for reasons to hate. While he couldn't condone terrorism, he also couldn't pretend that they didn't have a reason to be angry.
The leader finished his speech and welcomed the new recruits. This was their in, as Blake told him. The Faunus in Vale weren't as mistreated as the ones in Atlas or Mistral, but it was enough to get many who wanted to fight back.
Blake touched his arm when the crowd dispersed. Jaune looked back and already had a bad feeling when he saw her body language. Even without seeing her face, he could already tell there was a change of plans.
"Let's leave," Jaune said, sounding a little more panicked than he would've liked.
"Not yet."
"Blake."
"Adam's here, that means-"
"You promised."
"That means this is more than just a small thing," she continued, watching the red-haired man out of the corner of her eye, "I have to confirm something. Just wait here."
"Don't-"
She turned and speed-walked off before he could try to pull her back. Damn it, damn it, damn it! Of course, she'd break her promise! Why would he have expected otherwise? He could just...leave, he supposed. That would mean leaving Blake behind, but really, she'd broken her promise first so who would blame him?
He was considering doing just that, even looking at the warehouse door longingly, before another voice cut in, "Having doubts?" It took everything Jaune had to not jump into the air in fright when the red-haired man with the katana seemed to materialize in front of him.
"N-No, sir!" Jaune replied nervously.
"It's alright. Not everyone can take the leap into joining the cause so easily." He nodded. Gods, it was hard to see in here, "It's not foolish to show fear. The humans have stamped down on us long enough." God, why did he feel so guilty? The guy was a terrorist who'd kill him if he found out who he really was."
"You...You really hate humans. Sir." Jaune coughed. He really should've been finding an excuse to leave but of course, he was talking instead. He chalked that up to dealing with Beacon students for months. Everyone could change, or at least that was what he kept telling himself.
"Why wouldn't I? They've treated us as nothing more than animals. Well, they can't be surprised when we bite back."
"I...I just have my doubts that violence is the way to solve things." His brain was screaming at him to just shut up, but he kept talking, "I-I mean there are good humans out there. I've met some."
"Not every human is prejudiced, true, but neither do they help us. They're content to voice their disapproval or look away while our kind suffers." Jaune wanted to argue. He couldn't. Prejudice against the Faunus back home was rare, true, but he'd seen it a couple of times. And every time he disapproved and looked away. He suddenly felt uncomfortable.
"If...If people accepted us, you'd stop, right?" Jaune asked.
The man in black didn't answer. Jaune wanted to push, wanted to hear the answer he wished for, but a loud noise drew their attention. Jaune looked up and was torn between freezing up or screaming in utter frustration at the sight of maskless Blake crashing through the wall. Or rather, her smashing a giant wielding a chainsaw through the wall hard enough to make him crack the ground when he landed, Aura sputtering out before he lay down, unable to fight.
On one hand, it was impressive considering the guy looked like someone straight out of a slasher film. On the other, she might as well have been wiping her promise on that stupidly well-formed butt of hers.
"Blake..." The man in black said.
"Adam..." Blake said back. The rest of the White Fang was frozen in shock, unsure of whether to stay back or rush the intruder. No matter how you looked at it, Blake was at a disadvantage. She was outnumbered and already lost at least some Aura from the previous fight. Despite that, her eyes were hard and showed not a hint of fear, which was either bravery or utter stupidity. Maybe both, knowing her.
...Wait.
"Hold on, did she just call you Adam?" Jaune asked. He'd heard the name before. It was during a particularly long session when Blake had let the name slip. She'd been so exhausted that she got as far as to tell him that he was her ex-boyfriend before she realized what she was saying. She refused to elaborate further, but he'd put the name at the back of his head.
"Jaune, get away from him!" Blake hissed. It was good of her to care, but it probably would've been smarter to pretend she didn't know him.
"You two know each other?" Adam's voice had taken a more dangerous edge. Jaune did the only thing he could think of.
He got down on his knees. Everyone from Blake to Adam to even the guy with the chainsaw on the ground just stared at him, "Tell me your secrets." Jaune said, "I've been talking with Blake for weeks and I feel like I'm going insane. How have you done it? How have you not lost your mind not only talking to her but dating her too?"
"Wha- Jaune!" Blake said.
"Hmph. Well, it wasn't easy." Adam nodded, seemingly pleased that someone could understand, "She was...difficult. Stubborn to a fault. Always thinks she's right. Never listens to anyone."
"Look who's talking!" Blake shouted, "I've spent years trying to get you to change your mind about things. You call me stubborn?! That's rich coming from the guy who thinks only he knows what the Faunus should do!"
"Sometimes I wondered how I stayed sane all that time..."
"You're not! You're literally planning to ram a train into Vale to let the Grimm into Vale!" That got a few of the White Fang murmuring, "How is that supposed to lead to equality?! That's just mass murder!"
"See? Already disagreeing and trying to push her viewpoint. So typical." Adam shook his head.
Actually, he was gonna side with Blake on that one; it did sound crazy. Jaune wasn't sure if he should say that out loud or not and the choice was taken out of his hands when yet another wall exploded.
"Blake, we're here!" Ruby shouted. The rest of team RWBY was there along with team PRMN sans Mint, an older guy with a claymore, and a few other adult Huntsmen. Using all his instincts as an untrained civilian, Jaune jumped to the side, curled up in a ball, and covered his head with both hands as the sounds of battle raged all around him. Hey, he wasn't ashamed to admit when he was out of his league.
The fighting lasted for minutes and by the end of it all Adam and the rest of the White Fang were captured. Blake was all smiles through it all, likely expecting that Ozpin would give her yet another pass or even commend her for a job well done. And knowing Ozpin, Jaune had no doubt either option was likely. He sighed, picked himself up, and prepared to lose yet more hours of his life in extended sessions
"Ms. Belladonna, you're hereby expelled."
Those were the first words that Ozpin said when he and Blake came into his office. The would-be hero's eyes widened in shock and her mouth parted, trying and failing to form words. Jaune was equally stunned, having readied himself for Blake to get another slap on the wrist and Ozpin putting him in charge of trying and failing to discipline her.
"What? B-But I called the Huntsmen and proper authorities!"
"You also kidnapped a member of the school staff," Glynda said, standing on Ozpin's right side. The older blonde's glare was chilling and Blake found herself unable to counter with her usual deflections and justifications, "While he is working for Beacon, Mr. Arc is a civilian and has no place on the battlefield. That you put him in danger speaks poorly of your character both as a person and as a Huntress. As such, you're hereby expelled from Beacon."
"I helped stop Grimm from pouring into Vale!"
"Which is why you're merely being expelled instead of arrested for vigilantism and kidnapping," Ozpin said. This was the same guy who had personal meetings talking about how you stopped a make-believe immortal witch? "We gave you more than enough chances, Ms. Belladonna, but I'm afraid you've pushed your luck too far. We'll expect you to have made arrangements by the end of the week."
"W-Wait, please-"
"Hold on. I think we're being premature," Jaune said. Glynda raised a brow while Blake looked at him in both shock and desperation. For his part, Ozpin kept his gaze level and silently waited for him to continue, "I agree that Blake did wrong here, but I don't think expelling her is the right thing to do."
"Are you saying you agree with what she's done?" Glynda asked.
"No. She was reckless and stupid-" Blake winced, "-but she's actually made progress. Before, she was convinced that only she and her team could do this, but now she informed the proper authorities. She is actually taking steps toward improvement. Give her one more chance and I'm sure that she can do better. If not then you can expel her."
"Hmm." Ozpin leaned back slightly on his seat. Blake gulped, "While I'm reluctant to give third chances, you are the most injured party in this situation, and yet you still vouch for Ms. Belladonna's character." A pause, "...Alright, but on one condition. She will be attending sessions with you for the rest of the year, and likely the next. Any attempts to skip or dodge the sessions will result in immediate punishment. Are you both satisfied with this?"
"Y-Yes..." Blake nodded meekly.
"Yeah." Jaune nodded. There went whatever free time he had left, but it was worth it.
"Very well then. Ms. Belladonna, your expulsion has been officially revoked. Please do make sure to attend your sessions in the future." Ozpin smiled A chill ran down Blake's spine, "Oh, and Mr. Arc? I understand congratulations are in order for you to awaken your Aura. The stress of the situation must've been quite severe." Ozpin's eyes twinkled in amusement.
"Yeah, super stressful." Jaune laughed.
"Hm..." Glynda's own eyes narrowed, "You may both go now."
The two of them left the room without a word said to one another. Blake waited till they were at the elevator before she spoke, "Th-Thanks..." She looked down, eyes staring at the floor without a single hint of smug superiority.
"You unlocked my Aura. This makes us even."
"Okay, good." She let out a deep breath and stepped out of the elevator first, "I'll...see you next session?"
"Don't be late."
Jaune waved goodbye to his suddenly contrite patient...and then he smiled. Oh, she thought that he did it to be kind? No. Expelling her would've been too easy. She'd regret her actions for a bit, but then eventually she'd find a way to convince herself she was right. Oh no, he wasn't going to give her that satisfaction. Losing his free time would be worth it if he could get his revenge.
Besides, he kind of owed it to Ghira and Kali to make sure their daughter stayed put. Didn't wanna risk her running off or making team RWBY angry with one of their teammates being expelled.
Jaune went back to his room planning his vengeance with Blake blissfully unaware.
Blake finally gets a whiff of the consequences of her actions and is scared straight enough to shape up. Too bad Jaune isn't in a really forgiving mood. Is he justified to feel that way? Up to you.
Next chapter we go back to normal sessions. Just gotta decide who's in the hot seat.
Oh, and since some people expressed worries. No, Jaune unlocking his Aura doesn't mean he'll be a fighter or start moving away from Counselor work. He's still a non-combatant with no training. It just means he has a bit of a safety net if people get violent or handsy.

Question:
1. Do you guys have any other suggestions for craziness from the characters listed above? I'm open to additions or alternatives since Blake was really the only one to get into trouble early on with her White Fang craziness.
2. Assuming Winter or Goodwitch wins, what kind of romance do you guys wanna see? I joked about dommy mommy, but is that what you guys really want or something different? For Winter some readers might prefer the 'Defrosting Ice Queen' trope to get focus instead.
